Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Kroger Latest Community Discussions About KrogerInquiry for the crowd48m agoI'll keep this as short as possible. My cousin started making a Hot Sauce in 1988, he made it in his back yard and it grew to be in 208 Grocery stores, while still being a 1 man operation in his backyard!!! Me made it, bottled it and delivered it. In 2010 or so he got cancer, and of course being the only employee he closed down. Well I tried to buy his recipes, as he's now 70 and it lit a fire in him to restart the business. I sold 40 gallons of "Pert Near Hot" mustard BBQ. I've sold 8 cases of Hot Chihuahua hot sauce, and 5 cases of Flame thrower Hot sauce. All this in 1 1/2 months, with no stores, or online presence at all. He also makes a variety of seasonings. ... Looking for a budget-friendly florist48m agoHi everyone! 🤍 I’m looking for an affordable florist for my small wedding ceremony who could create a bouquet similar to this photo , loose, airy, asymmetrical, wildflower/garden style with daisies and soft yellow tones. I’m on a pretty tight budget, so I’m hoping to find someone reasonably priced who still does beautiful natural-looking bouquets. I only need a bridal bouquet (possibly a boutonnière too). If anyone has recommendations for local florists, small businesses, grocery store florists, or even talented freelance floral designers, I’d really appreciate it! Thank you so much Salary progression49m agoRough salary progression from 18 to 28 taken from the ssa website St. Marks grocery store celebrates 3 years since reopening51m agoFYI, you can transfer money straight from paysign cards to cashapp56m agoFor the longest time, I would donate and then go to the grocery store and do cash back and then deposit at my bank's ATM. It was convenient as one of my banks is in the grocery store I frequently shop at, but of course that takes time. Then I'd go to 7-11 and Walgreens use their atm then deposit. But then as I mentioned, my debit card got hacked as one of the ATMs had a skimmer/scanner, which stole my info and the person used my prepaid card info to make their own card and steal money, despite the card being in my possession the entire time. Today, I withdrew $1 less than what I had on my account and linked it to my cashapp and then transferred the money straight to my bank for... Body is starting to reject liquor1h agoEver since I've turned 18 Ive been going on binges on and off, been almost 8 years, but I've never considered myself to be CA-adjacent until recently. I'm currently on my longest binge which is now 1 month long. Anyway I usually did 100mL doubleshots of bottom shelf vodka which is expensive as **** here in canada for some reason. For this binge though I've mostly been doing 10.1% Bleue Dry. Ive been drinking 2-3 740mL/25oz cans a night. Yesterday I got paid so I decided to buy a handle of vodka. Threw up some chunky poutine vomit all over my floor last night and I was out of cleaning supplies so I cleaned it with an entire roll of TP and a bit of water. Earlier I started... AITAH for not wanting to take care of my siblings or clean anymore?1h agoI (18 Female) have 3 younger siblings (16 Male and twins 14 Female) I am a senior in High school, i've been diagnosed with severe depression and severe anxiety (my father doesn't believe in that) and both our parents are alive and working and we all live at home, so 6 of us in a house. My parents used to be super abusive up until I was 12 and they found out I wanted to kill myself (this is vaguely necessary for the way I act because I was taking the brunt of everything beatings-wise and I've been essentially the third parent since my sisters were born) when we were little, and my brother and I were old enough to start cooking and cleaning, he and I were th... Gotta Sell the GR86 😭1h agoTLDR: Worked hard for 25 years to get my dream car… now time to give it back. I’ve been a car guy since I was 6. I still have my car magazines from 1994. Standard autist stuff. When I was 8, I remember my parents leaving me in this red VW polo at the grocery store (it was some sort of advertisement in the store ) and I’d just shift gears and make car noises and dream about the day that I’d have my very own new car. I would walk to school past this Honda dealer that had a red Prelude and I’d just stare in the window and dream about the day that I could walk in there and get something like that. At age 18 I started buying up broken cars. I got my first one for $50 (I guess my ag... what's the best hot sauce i can buy at the grocery store?1h agoi already brought franks hot sauce . i like that but i'm looking something stronger . should i but tabasco, cholula, texas pete, and yellow bird are a few i saw at the grocery store. which ones do you suggest i get some i suggested or other ones you suggest? Newcomer needs advice1h agoI decided three days ago that I was going to get an electric bike. I haven’t wrote a bike since I was a kid and I didn’t know anything about these. After some quick reading, I decided to go with a trek fx+ 1 class 2. It kind of was a perfect sweet spot, it’s my commuter for work, switching from a jeep wrangler. Excited for this and I’m moving to Seattle this year so hopefully still useful there. Anyways I sat on a bunch of different bikes and almost all of them did not have comfortable seats, is there a way to replace this one or is that just gonna come with it? Also, I live about 1 mile from the grocery store and I’m looking to get a basket that’s adequate, but the ones at the ... Atlas shopping mechanics1h agoHow Does the atlas shopping work For atlas earth? Does the restaurant or store pay atlas earth a percentage? Kind of like how credit cards charge vendors a small percentage fee? I've used atlas shopping this week 3 times and it worked outstanding. Can u imagine if they ever get gas, groceries, or dollar store in there. Winter is over1h agoJust proof that winter is over in Wisconsin. Spotted this clean Lotus at the grocery store. How to Turn Your Passion for Writing into Major College Acceptances1h agoI’ve worked in college admissions consulting for 9 years—before that, my creative writing landed me full rides to USC and the Iowa Writers’ Workshop. **If you’re a high school writer (or a potential transfer student), here is everything you need to know to leverage your passion into top-tier acceptances.** **(0) The Baseline.** This should go without saying, but if you’re serious about writing and want to do it in college, *you should be reading and writing ALL THE TIME.* I cannot stress this enough: you will have to crank out SO MANY god-awful drafts before you get a single good one. Reading voraciously can speed up this process, but your goal is to get all of those embarrassing... 20 side hustles ideas that can make you lots of money but ALSO help your local community and environment as well!1h agoI feel like most side hustle lists are purely about the money (which is fine obviously) but I wanted to put together a list of ones where you're also kinda doing something good for the people or environment around you too. Pretty good win/win if you ask me! 1. **Picking up and recycling cans and bottles.** This one is pretty self explanatory but you'd be surprised how much stuff is just sitting on the ground at parks and beaches and parking lots. You're literally cleaning up your area and getting paid for it at the same time. Some people pull in like $50-$100+ a week depending on where they live. 2. **Mowing lawns and doing yard work for elderly neighbors.** A lot of older pe... “Chicken?” “Ground beef?”1h agoI work at a grocery store in the meat department. Thank GOD it is an enclosed space so customers are \*supposed\* to ring the bell for one of us to come out to help them. (I still have to tell customers to wait outside, a mf needs to take his AirPod out before I talk to them) Twice today separate customers just rang the bell, and pointed at the flyer and said “Chicken?” And subsequently “Ground Beef?” Whatever happened to, “Hi, do you have blank?” Also, asking “Do you work here?” Is the shittest conversation started to a meat guy who is either 1: balls deep in the shelf stocking it or 2: in the butcher gown with gloves actively working. No ******* **** I work here, I’m n... Built a produce app that identifies, tracks, and tells you everything about any fruit or vegetable1h agoHey everyone! I just launched my very first iOS app and was excited to share it here. I made ProduceHero because my wife and I kept tossing away groceries every week and I slowly realized it was because I had no idea how to pick good produce in the first place, or how to properly store it. The embarrassing part? I was standing in the grocery store every single week Googling "how to tell if a mango is ripe" or "how to pick a good watermelon." Same searches, over and over, never retained. Never had the answer when I actually needed it. At some point I got sick of feeling like an ***** in the produce aisle and just built something about it. But there's another side t... so many people are genuinely just idiots and i have to put up with it for the next 60 years?1h agoto preface this, no offense to ****** people, its not necessarily their fault if it was just how they were raised and they had no control over it. anyone with any kind of a learning disability is obviously not included in this. i am specifically talking about people who seem to purposely be oblivious to the most obvious kinds of common sense. i do not expect everyone to be a rocket scientist or to know everything about math or anything like that, i expect people to use common sense. half of its not even common sense, its just **** i thought came pre wired in a human brain. got a grocery pickup order today and its been raining and will continue to rain for the next day or so. i made sure to ... Absolutely ridiculous.1h agoWithout question absolutely 100% of the time I haven't gotten the original item it's because the store didn't have it. I'm literally perfect in every other category, the only point against me, keeping me from the "pro shopper" rating is that stores run out of things and DD isn't aware of it. I'm not in charge of stocking at the local grocery store. Shop and deliver is almost never worth it to begin with. Using this as a performance metric for us is complete nonsense. I really do not like it here.1h agoI grew up and lived in the umbrella of SWVA/East Tn my entire life, and I've been here for seven years after I got married and my husband dragged me away from Roanoke. I am in my 40's at this point, and perhaps more than anything it is just a matter of culture shock that I never overcame, but recently I've come to look at a number of negative experiences I've had or things I've observed since living here that are now kind of a pattern making me seriously discussing with my husband buying a house back in the SWVA region in the coming year. I get how it is just a thing when you grow up in a certain culture, it is kind of all that you know, and you rather implicitly e...
