I see/have seen a lot of talk about “generic” or “boring” colognes (and in the community‘s defense \*plenty\* of people saying who tf cares as long as YOU like it, which I agree with). I’ve seen this about a lot of brands you expect to see at the department stores, typically the designer/luxury fashion colognes. My question is what are those “niche” brands that these folks prefer over more common brands like Prada/YSL/Tom Ford etc.?

Our HR manager has hired multiple sexual predators(confirmed on website) in our store- I’m not sure rules on how that works but I’d guess that if you’re hiring a known predator, then you don’t schedule them in a department at night with no manager and only high school aged employees working. It was reported at my store that an employee of the kitchen department, also a registered offender, cornered a young kid in the kitchen cooler and offered him his paycheck every week if the kid performed sexual acts with him. The kid took his complaint to the food service director and HR, and was later fired. There wasn’t further investigation done on the offender.
