So I just started at a store roughly a month ago now, and I've been getting increasingly frustrated with the store and management. I applied to work as an overnight stocker, but then was told that they were only hiring for Garden Center and some other department (I forgot), so I took Garden Center. But as of writing this the Garden Center is not open yet, I get different excuses every time I ask when it'll be open, so THEN they put me in GM. And hoo boy I can see why. I realized last Friday, that besides my parents and brother, I have two safety people. A guy and a girl. I used to work with the girl, who’s the same age as me and I would have a days worth of anxiety attacks, shaking, not easily able to focus and not enjoying the situation. Just seeing her in my department (front end of a grocery store), made me feel safer and not like a child. Now that she’s at another job (dude to her international visa), I don’t have that anymore. My guy best friend, he is my best friend. He lives less than a block away and I can’t go out to bars or anything g without him. Or the girl. But I go out with him more. They both keep me from hating life

On console, built over the last 2 days, only cheat I'm using is Unlimited Oil and Ore. Probably most proud of the shopping center I build on my starting tile using the Medium Grocery Store, Modern Department Store, and specifically zoned commercial and office space. Also parking lots. Best thing they have added to the game. Included an overhead shot of my city at night cos I'm actually very proud of myself for the road layout, 11k population and still hovering 90% traffic.
