Some of the attacks criticisms have come clearly out of left field. The bully isnt a manager but directs others as though she was. The manage has had me do extra tasks to satisfy the workplace bully. The only thing HR does at this point is push through starting or termination paperwork. Nothing else. We had an associate email a 13 page document to a DL, with the legal and HR departments CC’d outlining all the ways the Store Manager was destroying the store and morale. From the companies stand point I see that they’re making more money sure but why doesn’t specialist have a realistic bonus to the store and or a fair system that makes it’s equal to bonus that’s achievable across all of specialty and not just sum departments. It’s wild to expect an appliance specialist at a smaller store to sell as much as a store does in a day in a week to just base bonus or get the second tier, especially when there’s no traffic in an area where there’s no new construction and it’s in a poorer area.
