Since February I've been in a endless loop with xfinty customer service online chat countless calls even in person at the store no help. I canceled my TV services back on January 6 2026 and was supposed to be billed for only internet 5yr deal. That never happen since then I've been trying to get credited. So today I called while on phone for almost 1hr to speak to the billing department they couldn't not help so I asked for a supervisor they told me one would call me back they did 2hrs later and I got put on hold and got hung up on!
