I work at a grocery store and every so often an "Operations Inspection Team" comes in to assess the department and basically make sure everything is up to code/sanitary. It's like a health inspector. They also ask a bunch of questions that you have to get right. If a department fails then they have to close until stuff if resolved, so it's a big deal. The inspectors show up randomly and the day they arrived I was the only one in the department, so I had to answer all the questions and make sure everything was in place. I scored the team a 96%, the highest of every other department. How can I succinctly word this for a resume bullet point?

I have been complaining about safety issues in my department for a long time now. So have the other associates. Our manager for our department has not fixed a thing and our store now has secret inspections, or so we’re told, where corporate will come by and look for safety issues. I work in the show department of my store as an customer associate, asking customers if they need any help. A few weeks a go there were two guys looking at shoes, so I went up to them and asked if they needed help finding anything. One of the guys goes "Yeah, I have a question, how tall are you?" I answered "4'11." (I'm a short woman in her 30s 😅) His friend then says "You can't ask a woman that!" Then the guy responded back "What? I was curious!" I just found it funny and it made my day.
