Picked up a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport - Outer Banks and like many others, was disappointed to find an air pump and no spare tire. Note: unlike other models, the OuterBanks model has 18" wheels (other models use 17". Asked several Ford Dealership Parts Departments and didn't get too far. I’ve worked at a high volume store in Orlando for four years, and in that time I’ve seen it change a lot and honestly not for the better. It feels like management is more focused on bonuses than on whether the department is actually set up to succeed. Grocery has been a revolving door the last two years because of how it’s run. People get hired, barely trained, and then are expected to meet standards they were never properly taught. Meanwhile, when managers drop the ball, nothing really happens.
