So, I work in OGP. I started about two months ago, and I’d say I’m pretty decent at it. 110+/hr pick rate (store target is 100), I know how to dispense and sort of know how to stage, I fulfill all my work duties to the best of my ability… but it just feels like I’m undervalued? I just checked my payslip today and even though i gotten paid the right overtime at my store they haven't paid my overtime i did at another store. I even reminded my manager last week that the manager from the other store sent them an email with my overtime from the week before. It didn't help that they paid my overtime a month late last time and they forgot to add the premiums for doing a night shift at the other store. Does anyone have any advise on how to deal with this? as I really need the extra money for this month. I enjoy working overtime at other departments and stores but the hassle i have to go through at my current store to try and get things corrected is a lot.
