Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Kohls Store Latest Community Discussions About Kohl's“Ghost malls”, Knight Frank, and the urban design angle2h agoI first heard about the latest “ghost malls” data in today’s The Daily Brief episode / post: “Why are so many malls in India so empty?” based on Knight Frank’s Think India Think Retail report. Very short recap of what they highlighted: 1. Knight Frank mapped India’s organised retail: 365 working malls + high streets + airport and hotel retail across 32 cities. 2. Out of this, they identify a chunk of mall stock as “ghost malls” – centres at least 3 years old with > 40% vacancy, adding up to \~15.5 million sq ft. 3. A smaller subset (\~4.8 million sq ft across 15 malls) is considered genuinely “revivable” with better design, tenant mix, and management. The ... 3 months (quasi) sober, and I feel I've lost it.2h agoBack in September I had that message from my dad, which he said he didn't want me to drink anymore. He said that I have to fight these demons and that he loves me (I think it's fake, since I never had him express concern for my well being before). Thing is since he's come back from his camping trip (the one where he sent me his messages before departing) he's been at home 24/7 because he got injured during his trip and I had to take care of him for a while (which if I'm being honest, I didn't want to, considered he'd never have done it if I was in his situation, it'd have been someone else). I realized that since I stopped drinking and smoking weed, j... I need help with a Use case using Langgraph with Langmem for memory management.2h agoSo we have a organizational api with us already built in. when asked the right questions related to the organizational transactions , and policies and some company related data it will answer it properly. But we wanted to build a wrapper kinda flow where in say user 1 asks : Give me the revenue for 2021 for some xyz department. and next as a follow up he asks for 2022 now this follow up is not a complete question. So what we decided was we'll use a Langgraph postgres store and checkpointers and all and retreive the previous messages. we have a workflow somewhat like.. graph.add\_edge("fetch\_memory" , "decision\_node") graph.add\_conditional\_edge("d... Need advice3h agoThere's an associate I work with that's constantly overstepping his boundaries. He tries to boss myself and other employees around like he's some kind of supervisor and he's not at all. The worst part is he's always interrupting me and other cashiers when we're already in the middle of an interaction or transaction with a customer and it always causes some kind of escalated issue. Today I was doing a return for some tools that have a lifetime warranty (if you know, you know). The SD was backed up and I was by myself. I was searching for SKUs on the computer to complete the RTV return when he interrupted me and broke the line with a customer carrying in a propa... Modern Pocket Watch Style3h agoAnyone remember the name of or even remember the watches that had like a belt clip and clipped on the belt loop of jeans/pants and would hang freely? They were a thing like early 2000’s for a minute I think I had like a fossil one. Department stores sold them and typically they were almost just fashion pieces. i think it could have been used for like backpacks too maybe but it wasn’t like a carabiner it looked dressier then that I'm a certified sweet potato4h agoCan we talk about Les Wexner ties to Ohio4h agoPolice accidently release a report linking Leslie Wexner and the Mob by Bob Fitrakis The ghost of Arthur Shapiro—a prominent local attorney who was slain in a 1985 “mob-style murder”—continues to haunt the City of Columbus. Denim embellished by Pittsburgh hairdresser Alfred “Deano” Dean, 1980s4h agoSource: Heinz History Center. I saw the first two pieces on exhibit last summer and I haven’t stopped thinking of them since. From the Heinz History Center website: “Clothing worn by hairstylist Alfred ‘Deano’ Dean. On October 22, 1926, Dean was born in Herron Hill. He moved to New York where he graduated from beauty school, but eventually returned to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to be with his father. In the mid-1970s, he became the first African American hairstylist at the salon in Horne's Department Store. SPX problem?4h agoHi guys, Baka lang may nakakaalam po neto. 4 days na wla padin progress. MEAT GOD - EGGHEAD: Chapter III4h agoAccording to the file, the deceased was a Hawaiian man in his late forties. The medical record of the Saint John’s Clinic, a health center in Wyoming, said that, apart from being a little overweight and at certain risk of heart arrest, due the high level of cholesterol in his blood system, he was a healthy man. The medical record wasn’t old. The last time the deceased had a periodical check, was just three weeks ago. The professional, named Harriet Ramirez, didn’t found anything unusual in the patient’s condition. It was logical to assume no much can change after only three weeks. The deceased, or the *body*, as the forensics rather refer to dead people in the morgue, was a far from... A letter about the 55th & Division DQ was on my doorstep tonight4h agoAnyone else in the Mt. Curious to hear from anyone with more insight into what’s gone on there. Help, I am in distress.4h agoHi everyone, people be nice as I am already in distress and beating myself up about it. Long story short, last week I met this man who asked me if I was interested in making money. He claimed his friend has a phone vending business and that he has people go into stores to buy phones for him and he will pay me for that. Obviously I was leery and told him I would take his number down just in case. He was pretty persistent and insisted that he was legit. All in all, I met with him a few times afterwards to get to know him and discuss the “business” (dangerous in itself, I know this). For reference I am a 25 year old woman who is pretty petite. It is scary because he seemed very genuine and ... e giftcard not working5h agoBe aware that the bestbuy e-giftcards may not work. You probably have to spend days and it might not be solved. Here is my story. I got 3 bestbuy e giftcards as promotion gifts from bestbuy but only one works. I used the chat on bestbuy website, they said I need to call to get help on the giftcard. I called the 1st one, she verified my identity and looked up the orders but can't do anything to solve the problem. She referred me to the second person, the second person checked my account and looked up the orders then **she asked me to use a different browser. I showed her that didn't work, then she asked me to go to a Best Buy store to solve this issue.** Then I called the 2nd... Welcome to probably the final update of RE:AS unless something happened to go horribly wrong with the files during development. So this Sunday I ended up finishing 1.1, and I think it did actually fufill what I really wanted from ORAS all this time- difficulty, variety and randomness too. On top of that, I really want to thank you all for the support throughout all of this, managed to get several people interested in it including an attempted QR code, a lot of people asking me for the files, etc et... Came across these today - Super Bowl XLIII preview booklet and victory headlines from a local paper where I grew up6h ago[Longines Spirit Chrono] My first foray into nice watches and I am in love6h agoJust picked up this lovely little thing today to celebrate a milestone birthday this month! After wearing nothing but G-Shocks and department store kickarounds my whole adult life, I am finally ready for my first big move into the watch aficionado community! Thank you to this whole sub for being what it is and teaching me so much. I spent days digging through all of the knowledge and advice here, and I learned enough to feel fully confident that this is the one for me. I am enamored with it, and got it in a pretty sweet deal while it was on sale.
