Hi, every day at my location there’s a page for all associates (and team leads) who aren’t actively doing something to head over and help zone in grocery. This is when my shift starts so I’m always actively busy binning things into WACOs as I’m a stocking associate in the fashion department so it typically doesn’t affect me personally. I’m just wondering if this is pretty universal for most stores or if we are understaffed in grocery? I’m not complaining and don’t really see it as an issue since it typically only lasts fifteen-thirty minutes but I’m just curious if most locations also do this :)

I really enjoy working with my fellow partners in my curbside department. We are always there for each other and help each other out when needed in the department. We have a few leads in out dept that are great to work with too, with the exception of one! This person is very selfish and is NOT a team player!
