The consistent understaffing, the attitudes of management and co-workers is genuinely worse than the customers at this point, and no matter how much you do you're constantly put down for what you don't know due to lack of training. I'm basically tired of my current job. I mostly apply to positions I likely qualify for anywhere in the US. I have been able to get a few interviews including one tech company because of my experience in Django REST framework. This year, I've only been able to do so much tailoring of resumes and job hunting and most of the positions I see on LinkedIn are large companies.
