My department recently got a huge overhaul of all our team leads, coaches, and set up. We’ve had a huge amount of people quitting because of this since everyday had been insane, so they’re not allowing anyone to transfer departments either. So for context I worked at a place for about 6 months where the sexual harassment from the manager of my department became increasingly intense to the point where I filled an official complaint with the store manager with a ton of proof.
