This looks like it was printed five minutes before the event ended on the cheapest bond paper available, in washed-out grayscale like the printer was begging for ink. For something issued by a government office, it feels incredibly underwhelming. No texture, no proper cardstock, no color seal, not even sharp, professional printing. Hey all, I start tomorrow as a part time CEC, and I’m honestly excited. I’m coming over from Kohls and was there for over 4 years as a CS lead (glad to get out, I did not like changes in the store). What should I expect as a CEC? My managers honestly seem super nice and chill, I’ve talked to them many times before my start date. I have former coworkers who work at this TjMaxx store and they said they love it. I will say, it is a smaller store and it’s quite busy, but I’m excited. Please leave any tips or suggestions below!

Not sure of his name but was at my local Publix today and it felt like the CEO was there for a walk around. Nobody else with him but was going department by department with the store manager. We happen to love our store very much and wondered if it was a pop in visit or if he schedules that sort of thing. Could have been here for the Savannah banana game? I was promoted to dairy “manager” from night crew towards the end of last year. The last guy before me was locked in full time, but since I’ve taken over the department the entire store constantly tells me it looks so much better, and my inventory was amazing compared to the last guy’s. I fell in love with the Delina body cream + PFM Delina La Rosée combo but the body cream is sold out everywhere, so I managed to track down a refill and was gifted an empty tester container by a department store rep. Unfortunately, I can't get the refill to fit properly. The box mentions a dip in the rim of the container the refill should slip into before twisting, so I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or if tester containers simply aren't designed to be refillable like retail versions.
