We've been in a relationship for 8 years and we've known each other for over half our lives, about 19 years. We plan on getting married in about six months. I think the right thing to do in our situation is to be joyful about whatever choice my boyfriend makes, but as an anxious person it is so hard to stay in that mindset. I recently had a Let’s Talk meeting, and I’m honestly not sure why I was given one. Apparently, one or two items were found a few days out of date. Management then raised it with the whole team, and we were all asked to attend a Let’s Talk and sign it. I only work weekends, along with five other colleagues some part-time, some full-time. Hey guys, during my last shift, I asked the Fulfillment TL to cross-train me (since my department was slow) since their department ALWAYS has hours to pick up. I did a few batches and already feel comfortable. Just had a couple of questions that I plan on asking next time I see the TL but if I can get perspective before I start picking up shifts. 1. This is one of the biggest projects I’ve undertaken yet: a 1990’s inspired girl pop/punk band! This is ALMOST! DEFUNKT, a girl group named for department stores that are still technically in business but suffering. Each member is named after a specific store. In the 90’s some of these stores would have been thriving, but today their number of locations across the nation are dwindling. Each doll was thrifted, refurbished, and restyled! All four received face repaints, and two got full reroots. For some added fun, I designed a CD with a track list and some fake Q&A pages from a teen magazine!

Been trying to find something decent quality men’s jewelry that is trendy and will last. I feel like everything I find is either ugly and cheap or insanely expensive. For example on style, something similar to these earrings. Ive been trying to find these but in silver and better quality (these are $30 department store earrings), but everything affordable is too off the mark and everything close is $700+ Admittedly, I don’t really wear jewelry or know much about it, but I’m trying to find my boyfriend something nice for his birthday, but not trying to drop $1000 I don’t have. I have recently been approved for fmla since my migraines have begun to happen so often and severe. I’ve only been on it about 3 months so far and they seem to cover more than enough days for me which is great, but my store manager came up to me last week saying that “I’m not getting written up but we need to have a conversation” about the days I miss again. Hello, I’ll be traveling to Tokyo and Osaka with a 3.5 year old and an 8-month old. My husband and I have low expectations of eating at restaurants during this trip. Just wondering if it is common for restaurants to offer take out (order for pick up to take home)? I’ve seen convenience stores and department stores as options for take out food as well.
