I’m just really ****** off over a lot of stuff going on in my life and I been wanting to get clothes for months now and never did because of how chaotic things were. I work at an undisclosed pet store. We have small animals but didn’t have chameleons come in due to the breeder we use giving us weak ones. Well the person above me changed that so we got one in. Lo and behold and he’s showing signs of MBD. My coworker and I pointed it out and nothing happened and I kind of just assumed maybe we were being paranoid in the beginning (I assumed he was being continuously cared for and showing signs of improvement) Fast forward two weeks I finally get back to the pet department again take a closer look at him. The store is still open!!! but sadly the mall entrance is now closed and the only functional cash registers are in the music department. The GameStop there is now also gone and that large art store is having liquidation sales. I don't think Tanforan mall will last much longer. 😔 At least the food court and the cinema there are still somewhat alright... Stop shopping at Amazon and support your local brick and mortar businesses! First SF Centre, now Tanforan. :(

As Such all our inventories are dropping the same time as our Resets are scheduled. We are also down to 5 part timers in total in Fashion, as every other new hire this year quit. I’ve been at the same Safeway for about 2 years and I want to transfer to a new store. I don’t have a particular store or department in mind. I do a few different jobs around the store and I’m open to working in a couple different departments, I just don’t love the store I’m at anymore. I know it varies by store, but I want to talk to my SD about transferring and I’m not sure how the process usually works. How do you find nearby stores with open positions? Is there an internal way to check or do you just ask around? Should I try reaching out to other store directors directly? If you’ve transferred before, what did the process look like for you?

In Mid-December, I was woken up around 1:00 am to a constant stream of scammy-looking texts, emails, and calls from an unknown number. The texts included verification codes I did not request. I realized that the very first text was from my bank alerting me that my password had been changed and asking me to reply "N" to lock my card, which I did. Didn't know much about this. I asked in store what size bottle you get and of course its 1.7-2.4. I also didn't know the samples are the same free ones you get at department stores. I guess it is not a good deal but not horrible? The Prada has been on my list of wants for awhile.

Teach me about Ogp. How do pick runs work? Are the involved or difficult? In our store I always hear TL called for pick runs. Our department has quite a bit of people so I’m trying to understand needing so much outside help.
