Today my UPS package scanned in greensboro nc (next closest hub from send location durham nc) and ups customer service is closed today. would it be on the safer side to file a claim tonight until i can call customer service in the morning? im super worried that my package will get lost. i spoke to someone at a UPS pack and ship store in greensboro who said it may have the added RFID label and thats how they scanned it as the label being lost. she advised me to call in the morning as soon as customer service opens, and asked if i had access to the original label to provide to UPS which i do. any advice is appreciated, i am new to purchasing my own labels and have never had a detached label. i...

I kept my bag inside the "cloth bag" provided by the department store (they didn't give a box) for many months now since I've only been working at home. Now that I want to use this bag for New Year's, I noticed many white streaks or stains on one side of it (please see photos in the orig post). How do I get rid of these? This bag is a mini crossbody bag so I don't think it was alcohol or water or sunscreen that did this-- but I do know the side that has the white stains is the side touching my pants/ skirt. Our store is in a busy destination location. Today two people in deli from 4-1. Ok. A difficult department with two people. Temping food, on demand orders, rush orders, in person orders, cooking and preparing snacks. Leaves no time for my actual assigned tasks. Absolutely frustrating and no one listens. TL says there is nothing they can do about scheduling. Coach says there are no more hours available. Manager just seems passive. Seriously the volume in our store is pretty high. My wizard's backstory is that he's a half-elf who attended a very xenophobic, elitist and competitive elvish wizard academy.
