The store where I work closes at 8:00. The manager makes announcements about closing starting at 7:45, then at 8:00 we tell customers to head to the checkout. Hi! I'm looking to get started with some running shoes. Currently, I wear Skechers Women's Sport Premium Sneakers, but not only are they not running sneakers, but they are also very worn out. Skechers also no longer manufactures them so I can't get a replacement pair. After checking the payroll management app, I realized my SM is purposely under scheduling Sephora hours just to offset Kohls over scheduling. For example, Sephora was under by 62 hours for the month of April and Kohl’s was over by 139 hours. Making Sephora purposely be be short all those hours (which included training hours for new hires btw), it made Kohls over only $231 for the month as opposed to the $1500 they were over ON THEIR OWN.
