I really need to get this off my chest because it really upsets me. How is it that the largest source of revenue for the company gets paid the same as almost every other position? (Not counting overnights). We go into work not knowing how slammed it’s gonna be, one hour the pick drop can be 400 or 500 and the next it’ll be 1000 and all the managers are picking. Might be GOL specific this, but my dept lead is so often out doing this on the shop floor and completely ignores things that need managing in the online room. He really does seem to go AWOL. Fair enough if the dept is quiet, but he will just bugger off and do stuff on the shop floor and stay out of the online room, even when it's busy.

Tropical fruit isn't necessarily perfume I gravitate towards a lot, but I like an occasional fruity smell. The Win - Tropical by Arquiste with a bright fresh Guava and citrus opening. The middle is floral and sweet. With a more subtle woodsy and slightly powdery dry down. It's nice, it's easy to wear, not too sweet or artificial. The flop - Some Chris Collins perfumes I LOVE. Legitimately though, every time my store manager with ZERO framing experience fills in to take a framing order… there’s always something wrong with it. She will get measurements entirely wrong — I don’t think there’s ever been a time I haven’t had to correct her measurements. Need to vent! I know I’m not the only one who feels overworked and undervalued. For context, I work in specialty at a high volume store. I was the sole employee in my department for around 7 months and can’t keep up with the insane amount of work that has piled up for me. I have a constant stream of customers, phone calls, pages coming in and as much as I try to manage my time, I can’t get my tasks done. Hi everyone, You know those Facebook games that were created using Flash? Several of them have been closed for years, and some have assets available on the web (posted on GitHub/archive.org; I don't know if it was reverse-engineered/leaked). I'm learning a bit about Godot and I want to recreate one of these games, just for fun and to gain knowledge in the area. I emailed the DMCA department of the company responsible for the game at the time about a week ago, but I haven't received a response yet. How would you handle this? I don't intend to put it in a store or make money from the game, but I plan to distribute it on GitHub.
