I’m wanting thoughts and opinions if this is a smart move or a **** move. Right now I am a fulfilment team lead in a very high traffic store. My store has been number one in our region two years in a row and we do 30-35 million in sales in my department alone over the years. My goal is to move to a coach position eventually, I still have some developing to do before I can get to a coach position, but I am considering making a move to a front end team lead position to give me more experience and help me on my move to coach. I’m curious if a move like that would be smart or wasteful with my bigger picture being eventually a coach.
