I am a night merchandiser and was pulled up help in the front, I unfortunately left my jacket, which is a well known brand (I know probably my fault for doing so, they pulled me in a hurry so I didnt think to grab all of my stuff to help up front). Deleted my OG post because some wanted clarification. I work in the Deli/Bakery department. I bake all the bread and donuts. Last fall, my car was totaled and I have not been able to purchase a new vehicle. Since then, I have rented a scooter to ride to and from work, since I work from 4am-1pm. I didn’t notice that something was wrong until my toothbrush was suddenly a different color. Looking back, the toothbrush was far from the first thing that could have tipped me off. There were plenty of small phenomena that I could have recognized had I been looking out for them, but which I only dismissed as strange occurrences that had possessed little importance or meaning. Those forks that I didn’t remember buying is one example; the wrong paper towel brand being in the closet is another. My store's HR person recently quit so we don't have one. I'm on maternity leave and when go back am wanting to transfer to a closer store to my home due to have to use ride-share services everywhere. I have 1pt and no write ups so may qualify to just transfer but the store manager hasn't been letting anyone transfer,step down, or change departments since he started at the store. Thoughts from any chefs, kitchen managers, or anyone else on how to prepare for Ecosure inspections. I am a new manager (assistant/service manager) for an old restaurant that’s possibly trying to somewhat rebrand itself. It was announced yesterday that Ecosure cycles will start May 1.
