I **** closing and my manager puts me to close often (esp Saturdays!) because they know everyone else will call out if they have a closing shift. One thing I’ve started noticing more working at Lowe’s is how much day-to-day operations affect everything else. Stuff like planograms, freight flow, resets, downstocking, staffing, inventory accuracy, and even how departments communicate all seem connected once you pay attention long enough. The first thing I should say is that I expect the answer to be no, but it can’t hurt to ask.
