So about a few months ago. One of the associates in my area moved to another department in the store. No problem with that as we were able to find their replacement before they left which was nice. Near their last week or so in the department, whenever I tell them to do something they didn’t like, they would just throw a baby fit, not want to do it, and say something like “I only have a week here left” as in they’re trying to mentally check out early.
