Hello, I’m looking for some advice. I currently work in a small town grocery store. I was told that they’d move me up to early mornings. A person in our department recently just got promoted to manger so that somewhat opened up her position. I say somewhat because it’s been weeks and it doesn’t seem like either of us have moved up. For years, this Safeway had a small pride flag in the store pharmacy. The flag was removed recently (I understand, due to a complaint). I told the pharmacy department manager and the store manager that I would stop shopping there if the flag was not restored within a month. The store manager said he had escalated the issue to the legal department. After a month, the flag is still missing.

Is this an indication that plus sizes will be phased out completely soon? I noticed all of the new arrivals I was interested in aren't available in plus. Not cool!

I am looking for a replacement for Estée Lauder Double Wear as they recently reformulated and it’s terrible on my skin. It feels tacky, blotchy, dried darker than the original and oxidized making my pores noticeable. I am 40 and my skin is combination and I still get breakouts/redness that I need to cover. I am looking for something full coverage that won’t oxidize or cling to dry skin. I have tried Mac Studio Fix and it didn’t work like I remembered, also all the department store brands I’ve tried didn’t cover like Double Wear used to. Help please!

For non-UK based (or aware) people we have a high-street department store called Marks and Spencer, which is a slightly higher end mashup of Target and Trader Joe's - it mainly stocks all its own line of food and clothes. I went in one today and these new Y2K runners caught my attention as it was immediately obvious, and kind of hilarious, how the midsole is a complete NB copy particularly the instep which is almost identical. They are pretty hideous, but the midsole foam was pretty squishy (more so than the actual 860v2/2002r is) so I tried them on for fun and they were actually very comfy. Didn't cop.

Hello! I'm looking to find a Hills Department Store Pumpkin Patch pumpkin. This would be the plastic pumpkin that they put coins or suckers into and stuffed into hay for kids to find. I've tried finding it online, even just a picture, but all the plastic pumpkins have too large a hole on top. I realize that's an odd ask - but I'm hoping to host something like that in my community. I've been trying to grow some herbs on my kitchen counter since early February. It started off with an impulse buy of a little kit I got at the grocery store checkout line. It included some of those dry soil pucks, small terracotta pots, and mint, cilantro, and basil seeds. I got the lights shown in pic 2 and mounted them on the underside of my kitchen cabinets.
