Tried to log in to my Ganz estore account and got a wild message saying "We have noticed you have not used this account for quite a while. Please contact our Customer Service department to reactivate your account or please create a new eStore account if you wish" I log in to my account nearly EVERY DAY. Sometimes MULTIPLE times per day. What the heck? I sent them an email but I'm so annoyed because nothing will happen until Monday at the earliest.

I need to know what other stores quotas are because I can’t find any other store that has the same. I work in the wares department and when I started I was told i need to do at least 800 a day but since I’ve been working here ( for the past two weeks), this number feels outlandish. I don’t know if it’s even physically possible for me to get to this number and so far I’ve gotten away with doing 400-500. Even my co-worker who has seemingly been here for several months has not been able to reach this number. Her average is 600! I’m so confused and I’m trying really hard, I don’t want to get fired!

So for background me and my father work at the same store. We don’t work in the same department and not a supervisor for me at work. My store leader keeps running to him about everything wrong she sees me doing such as running late on fresh start or not “working hard enough” she runs and lets him know. and i just feel its unfair and maybe harassment.
