So my SM and the FE coach at my store is enforcing a new rule at the FE and is wanting the cashiers and SCO hosts to greet every customer coming to the registers and SCOs. They also want the SCO hosts to stand in the middle of the SCOs instead of at the ends of them. I find the rule to be pretty **** honestly as most customers don't want to be bothered and just want to buy their stuff and go on with their day. Not to mention that they're threatening to coach associates and transfer them to different departments if they don't comply with the new rules.

So a couple weeks ago I was with my partner getting groceries. We had already been out much of the day running errands. The grocery shop was our last stop of the day. We grab what we wanted and proceed to head to the self-checkout. The cashier lanes were both packed, it was a busy afternoon in the store. As we are approaching the self-checkout area, I noticed a woman complaining loudly about no one helping her. She makes a comment to my partner about the bad service. I placed the order well in advance, and though it was cold this week, there was no precipitation to impact shipping. So I have been a cashier for little over a year and the have just written me up for things I have not been aware from a couple of months ago. They have told me it's my last chance or the have to change my position. so I just got discharged from the hospital and I am supposed to work a shift tomorrow. Obviously I am still recovering and I’m not going to make it and likely not going to make the one next week. I requested medical leave and it got denied because I haven’t been with target long enough. I have tried calling my store multiple times trying to get through to HR or any department to talk to HR and try and work out something and nobody answers the phone. Over the weekend my school has removed some of the WiFi routers and reduced it down to one, and before the weekend this WiFi too would work on my laptop, but now no WiFi seems to be working. I've tried the school WiFi and every hot-spot I can, but I'm just not getting access to the Internet. It says its connected, but no browser work, and a piece of software (logic pro) that I *need* for my music technology course cannot open in school because it can't authenticate with the app store, again because my WiFi isn't working.
