Hi all, So I got one of those department store bikes like two years ago. Bandit bike Xtrail pro (dual motors). I love the thing but the controller craps out after like eight months and the company is not honoring their warranty/their customer service is basically nonexistent (surprise surprise). Is anyone else's HR department like this, where your work is so independent that you don't even discuss it among your team, and have absolutely no idea what the others are working on? It seems like most items here in grocery and department stores are more expensive if you buy a bigger quantity or size (e.g. 6 rolls of toilet paper vs 4; 1 kg of laundry detergent vs 250 g, etc.)... Have you also noticed this where you live?
