I would often work max hours each week and was strongly regarded as a solid and trusted team member. We currently work trucks at night at my store, we have for the past year and it’s so debilitating to have such a slim crew that we cannot catch a break when it comes to getting anything and everything necessary done in one night. I just started working in shoes at a department store and it's getting stressful because we're supposed to get credit cards and it's a lot more walking up and down stairs.
