I have been wracking my brain and every device and apps to search for an instrumental song from the 80s for almost 10 years now. The song was pretty trendy as background music for intimate scenes on soap operas. I recently was promoted as team trainer at my store. I have been with the company since last March. I am a full time college student but have worked hard to stay full-time at work while maintaining my 4.0 gpa. I have come in on my off days to help with catering orders, volunteered to help other departments, stayed late, actually worked to train my team unlike the last trainer, done extra tasks, and have been one of the highest performing TMs in my department. I have not gotten any recognition from my TL, ATLs, STL, or ASTLs. I am starting to feel overseen and under-appreciated. I have hit a point of burn out with no true pay off.
