Hey guys, quick question — did something change recently with the QR codes for Item Not Found? When I first started working here, we had to scan a QR code for INF pretty much every time. But after a while it kind of stopped — or at least it only asked occasionally after a certain number of orders, and we didn’t have to chase down codes all the time. Now suddenly it’s back to requiring it again every time, and honestly it’s kind of a mess. A lot of departments don’t even have their codes ready or nobody knows where they are, so we’re just stuck. Is this some kind of company-wide update or just something my store decided to enforce again?

Hey, I've been working in Coles Services for the past 8 months or so. I really enjoyed it up until this year I'd say. It's just got incredibly busy and my department/store aren't doing **** to help. I am constantly working dayshifts by myself and our small trollies disappear way too fast. I hardly get time for a break or to do any instore tasks. I asked for help towards the start of my shift today and no other team member was sent. They've just hired a team member but we're hardly using him and our nightfill team members aren't showing up so I'm having to do 11 hour days sometimes to cover my rostered day shift and the night clean as well. Hello I am currently a part time associate but I can work any hours during the summer and I was wondering who I should ask to get more hours. I’m willing to train in any department I keep putting in a more open availability via the Workforce app and it keeps getting denied. The person denying it told me to talk to my department supervisor but he’s never here when I work. Does my store not want to give me more hours because they would have to give me full time benefits? I cannot live off 23-27 hr weeks and I don’t really want to find another job.

Ive been working at a store chain deli department for about half a year now and, im at my limit and want to ******* leave.
