I’m a new style TM and my store has all the racks and tables absolutely jam packed with ****, to the point that customers are complaining to me about it and I don’t know what to tell them. I’m talking racks so full that things are falling off the edges, you can’t even move the hangers, and tables overflowing with absolutely massive stacks of shirts, shorts, leggings, etc. I’m constantly coming across racks that have 10+ of the same size of an item. The store I work in, there are parts that are filthy. Like the deli area for instance. I’m talking about out on the floor, especially where the salads, subs, meats go. Imo it looks dirty and unsanitary. The refrigerated areas where the things like cold chickens and ribs etc are the worst. It’s so grimy that just taking a bottle of sanitizer and a rag doesn’t touch it. Our deli department is extremely busy all day and seemingly always short handed, so I realize there just isn’t time. I feel bad for the associates that work their butt off to get a million things done in a day to make up for the ones that are lazy. Picked up a suede coat at the local charity shop this week. I want to identify the brand, but as you can see the label is ruined. Label has also been cut out of the inside, and no obvious markers on the buttons.
