We followed the instructions on the first image about a month ago and that fixed the issue after a many hours. No heat coming out again, we followed these instructions again, still no heat. My only guess is that it was some sort of High End department store bike from the mid 90s. Internet searches revealed nothing, but it appears to be a high-quality aluminum bike. The serial number is stamped **3D0027 USA**, and there appears to be a faded “Made in USA” sticker on the seat tube. The components were mostly Shimano M737, with the exception of the XT thumb shifters. At my store, I was trained to do a full teardown case clean, especially for chicken. When we clean chicken, we’re talking about 3.5 sections, which is a lot of product.
