This morning when I came in for my shift I was immediately hit with a strong odor of rotten eggs as soon as I walked past the register. We have a gas leak in the store and it reeks. A coworker said the leak is by the fry/hashbrown fryers, which is way up front right near the second window. It’s so bad you can sometimes get a whiff of it in dry stock which is all the way in the back. I find it crazy that we still have to stay open.
