It’s been so fun reading everyone’s responses on my last post asking which B&J flavors you’d bring back if given the chance. Thank you for sharing what you miss and what those flavors meant to you, it’s been a treat. My mother bought this for me in 1985 from Mervyn's Department store in California. I was very happy to still have it in good condition. It is complete in box with manual and all armor pieces. Hi all,  My partner and I spend Christmas and New Year in Japan. We stayed at a number of new-ish or recently renovated properties, so thought I would share.  Top line notes - Christmas isn't a big deal in Japan (though Tokyo hotels charge as if it is), even at many western hotels (see below). We went shopping on Christmas day, as everything was open. New Year is quite big for the Japanese, particularly in Kyoto, which is home to so many important and large temples. A lot of shops close over New Year in Kyoto + Osaka - until at least the 3rd-5th Jan. I've gotten to writing five chapters In the book so far and I have wrote books before but it was always romance so this is a new subject but I usually write short novels and my longest one that I wrote in the past is 250 pages and I've never wrote a book longer than that so far.
