Is it just me or is shopping for a 13-year-old a nightmare? We went to the mall yesterday to get her first 'real' bras. We went to Pink and a few department stores, and everything was either: Push-up bras with inches of foam. Lace/see-through styles that felt totally inappropriate. She is still a little girl in many ways. I want her to feel supported and covered, not like she's trying to look two sizes bigger. She felt uncomfortable and I felt gross just looking at the options.
