Whenever I politely confront them or eye them down, they always use the exact same excuse: "I'm just checking to see if they're sweet." I just want to know how would anyone respond to a situation I am right now. I am a CRA managing site A. The site completed LPLV last year. However, they are requesting for the sample storage fee until present day. I pushed back and offered to only pay them until LPLV. Also good to note that there are no samples stored at the site as all samples (including backup) are shipped on the same day of subject visit.
