So I work in the apparel department. I have for years now. I've been in lead positions in a few departments as well as O/N support at one time. But I've noticed and now question if other stores fashion leads do the following Associates jobs are as follows Picks, Fitting room, Racks, Mods, Floor plan, Price changes, Jewelery, Waco's, Their weekly paperwork from AP, Scrubbing tables, dusting everything everyday, Training new team leads, Freight, Prossesing the truck, RFID scanning floor and backroom, And all of that by the time lunch rolls around cause the last 4 hours (7-4) btw, they want the morning crew zoning the rest of the day.
