Ive wracked over many hours of PPTO and PTO, but that doesn’t matter. I want my unpaid time off and I still continue to be rejected. My department is fully sustainable without me and I’m a full time employee. it’s now rapidly approaching that date and for 4 months that request has been continually rejected. I want to get fired at this rate. My store doesn’t care for their employees health.

Hey yall, I work currently at a job that makes me about 15 an hour, and I thought I was doing great. However my gf just got hired at belk for 16. Now I love my job but its manual labor for 9 hours a day 5 days a week. If I could just work at a department store and make an extra buck, I will. So does anyone know of anywhere paying 16+ an hour? Hi so I just started my job (so far I actually like working at my store) my only issue is training. Ive been put in the GM department AM shift so planogram I believe is all I’ll be doing. As long as no one calls out (and something something payroll) we have 5 backroom, and 3 that flow. We have one person filling the line, we have 3 processing and filling tanks, and one person doing trash. Then whoever is the least-busy sorts. Long story. I've been with Walmart for 5 years total. The last 10 months I was transferred to a different store when I was promoted to TL. I've had ZERO complaints, consistently praised for my good work ethic. I seriously loved and enjoyed the store I originally started with. I work full time in the produce department at a Massachusetts store. When I started, I was offered $18.25 an hour. I have about five years of produce and grocery experience before BJ’s. Right now, I am basically the only person consistently doing the actual work. I break the load down every morning, stock the floor, move product efficiently, take down and create signs, and scan out spoiled items. I handle whatever needs to be done.
