I've worked for HD for three years, currently I'm in order fulfillment and have been for over a year, but I've worked a few other departments as well. I got interviewed at Mazda and here’s their pay plan. They currently have 6 salespeople looking to be at 9 ideally. They push out 80-100 cars a month. I’m being told their lowest paid salesman makes $60,000 a year and their highest paid salesman makes $140,000 a year. Any input would be very helpful!
