Hi guys I had a question about submitting MOSST tickets for new items looking to bring in for department. Had been told usually submissions get approved quickly when an item is already in setup in VIP and is approved in another region / set up in the backend. The products are not showing in IRMA but that’s the point of this ticket? This ticket was submitted 6 weeks ago and the products still haven’t been approved for the store. There was some confusion around upc / scan code to enter so maybe put the wrong thing in. Excited for this to get approved as it sells very well in other markets. I returned an item to the store, and it was delivered back to them about a month ago. According to their policy, refunds are processed within 10-14 business days. However, I still haven’t received my refund. About a week ago, I emailed them, and they said they were waiting for a response from the returns department and that it would take 1-2 days. In the end, no one followed up with me, and the refund still hasn’t been processed. I tried calling them, but the customer service phone line is not working - they told me to contact them by email. What should I do now? Should I email them again, or should I contact my bank to request a chargeback?

I've been on this credit card since maybe 2014. It pays 1% on supermarket spending, 2% on department stores and 3% fuel and rail, capped at £3/month for each category of spending. It has a £3 a month fee. When I was driving, I would get the £3 a month fee covered from fuel, and everything else was extra. So for years now my wife and I have both shopped at Torrid, but in the last year or two it just seems like nothing they’re releasing speaks to us. We leave the store/website with less each time, although we’ve been VIP card holders for years. It’s a bummer, because we can’t really explain it, other than it just feels like the store’s inventory and styles have changed and don’t really capture our interests. To set the stage, we got a new store lead like a month or two ago and i, for the most part, strictly work in FDD overnight stocking. Our new store lead has enforced the rule strictly of no grocery carts for anything except managers can use for returns and maintenance can use for meat and produce cleaning i guess. I feel so ******, I accidentally ordered 500 lbs of DRY clay, meaning it’s just the dust🤦‍♀️ I haven’t talked to my department head yet about returning it and exchanging it, which is hopefully what I can do, but if I can’t, has anyone reclaimed dry clay? How labor intensive and annoying is it to do?? Any tips? I had issues with my 5g home router last week, the agent told me I need new ones and could pick them up at a store 2 miles from me. The store had no record of it being processed and after hours on the phone they say the agent shipped them instead. The agent didn't provide us anything to confirm the shipment or store order.
