hi all i would like to know if im overreacting or if i should try to talk to our store manager about this. 7 months ago, i started my retail job after not being employed for almost 2 years. i started as part time in a very small and new department within the store, but quickly started getting full time hours (35+) every week because of the holidays. i would work 3 weeks as 35+ then be put at 28 for 1 week and then the process would restart. i was upset by this bc i felt like i was being cheated out of benefits so i told my leads i would like less hours, they all agreed and let my coach know. about 2 months ago, she started putting me back at 35+ because we lost an associate, and i once ...
