So i got a counseling for performance today, and everything in the notes wasnt true. I got a coaching back in January for all the same stuff plus a few other things, and thought then okay some of this is true but other stuff isnt, ill just work harder (ive been here for almost 4 years and did get lazier the past year and a half) and i thought i was really improving over the past few months and was getting more done each shift. Am I the only one that can never get help in the seafood department? This is at multiple stores in Broward county. I stand around waiting until someone not in seafood sees me standing there and then goes to look for a seafood trained employee. I’m 18 and I’ve been working at Walmart for about a year. I’m pretty solid at my position and usually get my work done without issues. Recently, our supervisor who had been here since the store opened left, and a new guy came in. Anybody here who has experience with them? I've read some comments before here saying they were legit (at least in the past... Placed an order April 1st, it says it shipped April 9th, and the last shipping update I've got was April 17th. 'In transit to next location, arriving late'. Our store is a high traffic store, mainly because another nearby location closed a year ago and now we're the only one doing amazon returns and print.
