I’m an AP TEAM lead at at Walmart and I’m running into a problem with the store, not wanting to do their own claims and dumping it all on me and my team and when I tried to tell people that they need to help out with Claims and do it themselves they refuse and say it’s not part of their job I was told to get fine print to where it says it’s their problem to do it and then they’ll do it, but I was told by my academy coaches and other team leads at other stores that that department should be responsible for their own Claims how do I get it to where people will do their own Claims?

I am pretty new to mountain bikes. I have a Marlin 4 that is my first bike not from a department store. Bought about 2 years ago from my LBS. Literally the day I bought it, I took it for a 5 min ride (on paved roads) and the left crank arm came loose and fell off. Luckily, I was in a place I could easily stop and retrieve it. Do your stores have you doling any and all electronic related return items for instance tv‘s, phones, phone cases, video games, in your department or are they done at customer service? Another is do they have you taking photos of your lock cases to make sure everything looks good. Their original “reason” was to see if it was ogp (online grocery pickup) pushing things back when they get picks or overnight when they stock items. Neither Of which anyone believes since what would that prove if we fix it AND then take the photo? And then changing it saying it’s a market request?
