Hi, so I have work on Friday from 7:45am to 1:45pm, I was trying to pick up a shift for Saturday the following day for 7.25 hours. But whenever I try to pick up the shift it says rule violation. Then I tried to call the store location and I tried to go into the store, no one answered the phone I've tried 17 times so far, every department btw. And then went inside and he said they weren't available. I left my name and stuff like they asked but this is insane. Mind you my hours are literally 5 😐 what do I do?

So I work in the beauty department and have been a Lancome counter manager for a little over a year now. The managers get on us about achieving our sales quotas- even though a lot of them are almost unrealistic or very hard to achieve. Someone in my department ( who’s worked less than a year ) just got promoted as an assistant manager even though she’s never made her line assign goals. I’m just a bit confused because, our managers told us that we have to be at the job atleast a year… and have to make our sales goals most of the time in order to get promoted or switch counters. Does anyone else’s store have the same policy or does it not matter anymore ?

Pretty much done with the BP store in Tyler. They were never competitive with dealers in DFW on new purchases. Now, their parts and service departments never answer the phone. Any other suggestions on parts and accessories for metric bikes in Tyler? Or should we look online?

Got these on Dearborn’s anniversary for around $30. After three ish wears, a stitch gave way in the crotch. They paid for them to be shipped back to the factory, and repaired them free of charge. After a week and some change, they were back to me. It appears they used a running stitch instead of a chain stitch for the repair, but that’s an observation, not a complaint. The repair seems a little rushed with some gaps where there should be backstitching, but the lines are straight, and it feels good for now. They talk down on the new crew, and refused to help train them (cause that's not their job..theres other things they refuse to do too...im the one who helps pick up their slack) like I didn't know our job was to reprimand and stand around gossiping...my bad.
