So I have some opportunities to move up in Fresh Kitchen. I interview this friday for 2 team lead spots each one in different departments. I guess my question is have any of you seen this either at the store or the warehouse; is this a sign of not being organized? I don’t know about any other stores but in mine, curbside, while shopping needs to ask departments for items if they not found on the shelf. in my store they tell us that if the departments are looking for the items, or making the item to sub/short it until they bring it over to the curbside area and they will make the change and fix the sub/short , other departments **** this because it messes with their sub and short counts (specifically meat market/produce/deli), IT IS NOT THE SHOPPERS FAULT THEY ARE DOING WHAT THEY ARE TOLD. Does anyone else go through the thermometers like crazy? We probably break ours like once every 2-3 months. We have to share our thermometer with the whole store so frequently someone from OPD or another department will borrow it to do the store spark. Our team lead gets mad at us when we break them, but its not like we're doing anything wild with it, this last time it broke because it fell off of the table.

On December 8, 2025, I ordered a phone from Verizon with 2-day shipping. The package was shipped but never delivered, fedex still shows as out for delivery since December 10th. Tonight, I received an email from one of the free credit monitoring services under my credit cards to find a new account has been opened under my name. I did not open any accounts as of late.
