It's almost pathetic how much store directors try to avoid involving themselves in DUG or even at least learning anything about it. It's funny cuz as time goes on; it becomes more prominent in the store. A DUG manager can only do so much by themselves. Management's involvement in DUG is crucial for it to grow or operate in the first place so why do they still avoid it? Most DUG departments will only have one or two max and with hours being cut so much company wide most DUG departments won't have a manager at all times who can do things like refunds and redeliveries whenever it's needed or handoffs that happen when the department is already closed. The by-law is in the last image. These are tenants (we’re 70% tenant occupied) who were “given permission by their landlord” to store junk on the common lawn area for over a week. I notified our management company and the board early in the week. Neither gave a real response and did not take any enforcement action. Hi, all, I graduated from college in December of 2025, and I managed to find a full-time job not long after. I applied not because I had a ton of interest in it, but because I had some experience with the work itself, plus the pay was the highest I'd found up until that point.
