Hi :) Our school uses iPads (don't get me started) and they include a kid-friendly case with an attached stand. However, students frequently break the stands, sometimes on purpose sometimes on accident and sometimes just from over-use. I'm looking into buying a class set of cheap iPad stands or at least maybe 15 or so that I can keep on hand for students whose stands are broken. My ELA Department Head is also curious and if there's a cheap way to get in bulk we might even purchase in bulk for the whole department. We have scanners that don't scan, and printers that don't print. Many devices are dysfunctional, like freezing or shutting off without warning, and we're slow to replace any equipment. There's a revolving door of team leads/managers/coaches as though they're all serving time in ODP due to punishment or to check a walmart career box. We have the same peak busy hours every day where the wait times are high and we're behind on prepping/staging due to lack of staff. My store requires that all TLs get coverage for their departments while they are away. If you don’t get coverage, you don’t take PTO. We have 11 leaders in my store, 4 ETLs, and my SD. This is the only place I’ve ever worked where I need to find my own coverage or I’m SOL. I’ve worked for Target for over 8 years across multiple locations and this just feels wrong. Is the leadership team taking advantage of the situation at this store or what? All the TLs are really upset about this because they keep sending emails to us all about it.

I’ve had time to really think on it. To recap: my boss at work put out very kind and friendly vibes and was extra good to me when I was new to his store. He called me a few times just to check on me and has welcomed me to call him. He made sure I had somewhere to go for Christmas. Hes since moved to a different department. The main location in Columbus Ohio offered multiple dining locations with signature dishes, and the other stores had different food options as well. I would have loved to go there when they were still open.

I was charged a Non-Return Fee on my current Bill (2/11) for my old phone that I sent back in November 2025. The Phone was received by the trade in deparemtne on 11/10/2025. I contacted customer service. They said it looks like your phone got sent to the wrong department. They put in a claim in but then it got deinied. I have the next Up anytime.
