I did 6 years with WF in 3 departments and ended as an Ecom TL. Its been about 3 years since I've been gone. I work as an HR Manager with really good work life balance. I lowkey wanna to come back to Whole Foods for a bit. I need more hobbies in my life so I'm looking to get an easy seasonal shopper job to kill time and maybe make some cash. How does hiring work with the whole Sage thing? Does AI hire you completely or do stores or someone in Recruiting still have a part in hiring? I can work 4am shifts to 9am, or 5:30pm shifts to 11pm, or weekends.

Recently our store manager had every department that wasn't on electronic shelf labels print every mod and replace every lavel to turn a 5 into a 6. IE, the tags had to display a print date of 2026. Literally a thousand dollars or more spent on labor to do this for the whole store. My department alone took 2 days to finish.
