So we’re in a store with a back room separated from our dispense door. Our wait times are killing us. Unless we’re completely over run, everything else is streamlined pretty good. Anyone have any tips or tricks that have helped their split departments get their wait times down? Aside from getting more people to have coverage for our worst hours, I’m struggling Three ideas I’ve formulated are: 1) have a dedicated “runner”. Minimize the number of people taking the 60-90+ second walk over and over 2) getting them into the habit of taking more than one order when feasible 3) if you’re going to the door, take an order (if feasible) Thanks, y’all!

I don't have any paid engineering experience, research, or design team experience, unfortunately. I thought I would be good without it to get an internship, but I guess not. I basically picked these up on a whim, a deal I couldn't refuse and a timeline that was too appealing, but these have quickly become my favorite pair for everything from just going to the store in pajamas to going out on the town for fancy dinners (much to Mrs. Jewelry's chagrin 😅) I started these on the dome journey on a road trip through the rockies and from day one they have been as comfortable as a fully broken in pair, the Dublin leather has been an absolute dream.
