Since we're a small town, we probably (?) can't support public transit. We wouldn't have the money, or it would be a hard sell, and we wouldn't have many using it because of the prevalence of cars and car culture. We purchased furniture from a large furniture store, but due to building renovation and repair issues, we weren't able to have it delivered . As of mid 2025 we kept in touch with delivery department - having to delay; but at no time did they ever caution that if we wait too long they would cancel invoice. We are now 2026 and ready to have the items delivered; and to our surprise - the supervisor says "contract was cancelled as of last year"!! We asked if we were refunded (since we never saw the large sum enter our bank account) or cautioned, they said they "didn't need to notify us" and we can stop in to get a FULL REFUND at any time .....or .....since items...

I just recently had an interview to become a sephora lead at my store. I was told they had to put the application through to come up with how much i’d be paid, so nothing about pay was brought up other than the minimum and maximum . the last time I got a promotion (from a regular kohls associate to sephora) I signed a paper that clearly stated my pay and that I was aware of this promotion before anything went through.
