I picked up this headless lady in a yellow Victorian dress at the Goodwill outlet. https://imgur.com/a/atX5PfI Her outfit material feels really high quality. She has very heavy duty metal parts. Her feet have been nailed through to a little wooden board, each one with two cut nails that are a bit rusty now. She has more movement than I expected. She will turn fully at the waist, do a little bow, and her head will turn. Her arm moves around a little bit too.
