So as of the moment I’m writing this, it is my second week transferring over to O/N team lead. And long story short my team is terrible and I only have maybe 3ish people a night that can hit their stocking times. And during the planning stage of my shift I use the times the app gives me as an idea of how how delegate my people/move them around to make sure we finish everything(on 2 truck days having to cut unimportant departments to make sure we finish consumables 100%) but I ultimately want to get the team to a point where they get used to doing more than bare minimum so we can excel as a team.
