Hello guys, I got scammed by a fake Valve Employee account who initially mentioned that my account needed to be reset. Those messages have been lost as I believed they were genuine. I sent my skins and everything to an account they created identical to my girlfriend’s, acting as my real gf’s account. I bought all those skins with money I had been paid for right before my Birthday and they’re gone. I couldn’t be more angrier and frustrated than this. My daughter is getting to the point where we need to buy her skis. She’s 15, getting pretty proficient and is out-skiing the skis we can lease for her. Every single aspect of my job as a GM expert has gotten worse and less efficient following the changes at the start of 2026. My main complaints are with sound signature / frequency response and comfort. Which leave me rather dissatisfied with the product rather than satisfied.
