I know AH has been delayed but wondering do the likes of Kmart and Big W get the same products? Trying to understand when the release dates come if it’s better to go to Big W or Kmart to try see who has what? Interested to know peoples previous experiences based on other releases and any recommendations if one is better than another and just using them two as physical store examples. But it could be that JB might be better?

Here in Aus we have some sort of rule where you get written up for every bag and trolley you miss and our SM gets written up if they don’t write us up. This is everywhere apparently and not just my store. Why is this the answer to Aldi’s huge inventory problem? I placed a click and collect order yesterday. This morning at 7.50am I get a text saying my order had been collected - highly unlikely since I hadn't been into Kmart since I placed it, and the store wasn't even open for another 10 minutes. I call up and they tell me that the item was out of stock and is need to call customer care for a refund. So why would they mark it as collected I atead of issuing me a refund like they have in the past? The man I spoke to said this was just their system when something was out of stock. Is this correct? I normally work in a corporate office but I am being sent interstate to assist with settings up a new office site. I was told I will need a steel toe boots because its still a semi construction site. I am looking for some recommendations on a decently cheap pair but still comfortable enough. This boots will mainly get used for a period of about 1-3 months and will probably be stored back in my shoe rack. Would pairs from spendless or kmart work? or would they be on the cheap and uncomfortable side.

For decades, Kmart had their registers at the entry/exit of the store. Then one day, some moons ago, they moved the registers into the centre of the store and placed receipt gestapo at the main door. What was the rationale for moving the checkouts to the middle of the store? It just doesn't seem to make sense in any way.

American here. Went to Australia for the first time for a couple weeks last year. Went shopping multiple times during that trip and was fascinated that Kmart exists down there still. Found out that the same company who runs the Kmart's also operates the Australian Target chain too. Even when I went to a few malls that had both a Kmart and Target, it felt like a copy and paste of the Kmart stores and was quite different than the American Target's I frequent. Am I crazy, or why is it that they run two different branded chains that are practically one to one?

Found this clock safe at the thrift store and decided to have a go at making a mini niche. I used a watercolor I painted many years ago for the clockface and scrapbooking flocked wall paper for the inside with a folded cardstock fireplace and chain spark arrestor detail. The portrait over the mantle is an old charm from the Kmart photography studio. The candle on the mantle is made with a beeswax birthday candle melted into a carved bead. The metal sculpture is brads that are curled together with jewelry pliers. The wall decor are from earrings. The porcelain bunnies were my son's great grandma's. I’m a 30 year old father whose young bloke loves pokemon as did I growing up. I’d love to start collecting again with my boy but I can’t find cards anywhere ? I’ve tried all my local stores, target, Kmart, EB games ect with no luck. Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
