hello all I am about two weeks from leaving on a 5 month plein air painting trip in eroupe and the uk. Please note that painting is the focus of the trip. I will be painting 5x5 inch canvas paperclips to 6x5 inch board. They take 6 to 8 days to dry. I hope to be painting 3 to 5 a day and it takes me 45 to 60 minutes to paint one currently. I do know that watercolor packs smaller than oils but I love oils. I have a 36 fairview roller and a purse/camera bag 4.5 L for my luggage. After I start painting, my pochade box will no longer fit in the roller, so it will be carried by hand.
