Ik this is my second time posting a picture of questions but this one was a lot more versatile which I think is fun!

So I’ve had Crohn’s disease for 20+ years. I had my colon removed in 2007. I have a J pouch. Since I’ve had my surgery, I have had loose stools. No colon has equal severe dehydration, which put me in kidney failure. I was on dialysis for two years and now I have a kidney transplant. I don’t feel like I’ve ever been in remission. But I was not shitting myself 10 times a day like I am now. I cannot get 2 feet away from the bathroom. I still work full-time and I am having to take multiple changes of clothes to work because I cannot make it to the bathroom in time. I was taking entyvio and then my doctor office let my prescription lapse and I was off of it for two months. I am back on ...

I have been on 1 of each. To be clear, RC Quantum 7 nights Alaska, Sky Princess 6 nights Caribbean, MSC 4 night Caribbean. These are just what I have noticed: Royal Caribbean: crew was very friendly and fun, food was decent, specialty dining only Chops was worth it (but Chops is fantastic), everything was clean, multiple places to get tea/coffee, several for sodas. Good entertainment. Did not appreciate the constant upsell. Easy to find shady spot by the pool (Alaska may be why).Will be back (in March!) Princess: crew was nice and helpful, food was decent.
