Over the past 2-3 months I've been going through and trying to change my wardrobe to things I feel a bit more confident in as I'm a few years into having a regular office job and frankly walking into the office in sweatpants just felt very wrong one day. I've been on Mercari for many years and I've always asked for some measurements, like waist & inseam, especially when ordering pants because I'm tall. I'm planning on writing a fan fiction story set about 10 years after First Contact featuring the USS Independence, a civilian freighter/colony ship. It's Captain, Harry Potter (unrelated to the magical franchise character) and his crew plus passenger manifest are traveling to a recently discovered planetary system in the binary star system of Alpha Centauri. The story will cover their flight to and from including mission issues/failures aka 'adventures' using real world Mercury/Gemini/Apollo mission faults as inspiration. My question is which ship should I use? The J/Y-class freighter? My version of a DY100 with a hyperspace ring-drive? Or should I use the XCV330 Decla...

We had to demolish and rebuild the cedar closet in our basement due to water infiltration. Before all of this, it had a wire storage system that with shelving that was very handy. No idea where it came from, it was here when we bought the house. Unfortunately, the work crew said they couldn’t reinstall it because it was actually broken. Now that we have to start over, I’m not sure how to find a storage system that will fit properly, and googling “closet storage system“ just gives me results for clothes closets in bedrooms.
