I recently read the Epic of Gilgamesh, and it was striking to me how there were many dozens of super obvious parallels between stories in the Epic of Gilgamesh and famous Bible stories. So I started a fast last week--last meal I had was last Sunday night. It's Sunday now, so I'm in day seven... feeling good. I'm really fasting for autophagy.
