Anyone else like to go back to reviews or gamefaq forums published at the time of a JRPGs release? I just finished Xenosaga II last night and I love reading on how people felt about these older games when they were brand new. The social context is so cool to dissect, and adds a layer to the replay that I wouldn't have had otherwise, either because I was too young, or not in the scene at the time. Gamefaq forums can also be a lot of fun because of the sheer confidence people exuded with their opinions.
