I 22 F am graduating undergrad this May. Here’s a bit of background, as my frustration is stemming from the unequal treatment my parents have shown towards my sister vs myself. My sister is 32, when she went to college my parents helped her with 40k in tuition and since she didn’t have a meal plan they gave her 300-500$ a month on top of tuition for food. Hello. I'm in the US and near me there are two Lego locations. One is a regular shop, and the other is a flagship. With the times I've applied to brick specialist/ sales associate roles I've been unsuccessful with the flagship, and ghosted by the regular store even with directly inquiring them. I've highlighted parts of my resume to connect to the qualifications that they're asking for, and cover letters to back it up, but it seems I've been unsuccessful. I don't want to nag on them, but I want to know what current or former Brick Specialists had as their experience so I can try and get a better understanding of what the stores typically hire.
