Someone thinks of a gift or an experience you never would have expected and it becomes this delightful surprise for everyone. As we stayed longer, more and more items kept showing up. The past two weeks have an emotional rollercoaster I did not sign up for, and I'm finally feeling mentally able to update everyone on Astarion's condition. So after Astarion's CT scan and rhinoscopy, the vet contacted us with painfully bad news. He said they took a biopsy from a growth they found in Astarion nasal cavity, and while he isn't an oncologist he felt confident in saying they found cancer.
