Ok for the record, I am a meat department associate. My store is hounding us about wearing our shoes for crews. I am on my 7th god **** pair of these things and I swear every one of them disintegrates the second they touch water. Anyone know ones that will last me for more than 6 months?

Someone PLEASE tell me how to pause pick walks on the TC. My store wants us to maintain 100 picks an hour, but they don’t want us to NIL pick ANYTHING. They want us to search the back for it and radio to the exceptions worker to come check the same places we just looked (top stock, behind products, etc.). They want us to be fast but be careful with carts. They want it all and they just can’t have it. Exceptions job is to literally find stuff that is not stocked.
