I’ve been kind of bummed out due to current events and decided to give myself a cheat day, and let myself go nuts on one of my all time favorite foods: chips and dip. This is my routine. Cleaning and storing: 1. Rub the lenses with Unique pH multi purpose Solution. 2. Rinse the lenses with Unique pH multi purpose and put back in the lens case that was also filled with Unique pH. Before wearing: 1. Remove lens from case and rinse the lens with Opti-Free Puremoist to rinse away Unique pH from the lens. 2. Rinse with my saline solution. I'm using Scleralfil to rinse Opti-Free Puremoist before wearing. I feel like I heard them wrong and it'll take a few weeks before I can go back to the clinic.
