Visited VFS Mumbai for Schengen visa through Italy today. As usual they tried to upsell private lounge saying waiting time otherwise is 1.5 hours. Actual waiting time was hardly 10 minutes. USB pen drives are not allowed. I had taken one with soft copies of documents in case something needs to be printed. Had to pay locker charges 360 just to store the pen drive. If you opt for courier, secure courier is mandatory so 610 extra for that. Total courier charges come to 769+610 = 1379 per passport.
