So the story I'm writing is set in Nashville, and the backstory of the main character I've written is this: \- At 25 she is embraced as a 16th gen thinblood. 1 - they are instant shrink - I can't recall us ever selling one pack - granted there is no signage and ours are in an odd area above the donut case in my store....maybe your store is different? 2 - the base knot is bland, put garlic and butter IN the dough, manufacturing plant! 3 - it's topped with soybean oil, fake butter **** (our garlic spread, ugh) - I'm old enough to remember when we brushed real butter on our croissants - publish a recipe for real garlic butter in R&P, it's not difficult and we have the butter!!

I was struggling with bloating and always tried to figure out what food was bloating me which would cause me so much anxiety and make my OCD flare up. I had a moment where I was like it’s not normal to poop once a week. I decided to increase my fiber and get the recommended 25-30g a day and my life has been changed. My painful bloating is gone.
