As explained in the title, the landlord for the spot that we rent for our food truck is trying to charge us $1000 all of a sudden for using water from the building. We do not have a contract so I’m not sure what my options are here. We had a contract when we first began but that expired and she just allowed us to pay month to month. So I’m 13+4 right now with our first baby (yay!). Hello! What is the best way to refinance credit card debt with this general score? I'm (25M Single) a government contractor working in accounting making ~70K in the Washington DC area.
