Be warned... Three years ago we bought an 18" freezer tower (T18ID905LP) from Factory Builder Stores in Austin (order #993872) for $6,299. A few weeks ago, a napkin caught the corner of a sticker on the ice machine front that we'd always thought was the etched "Thermador" brand. After several calls and almost $200 in visit charges we were told today that they won't send a replacement letter (or the entire name sticker) but they will charge us $450 to replace the entire front of the component. I’m dealing with a lot of guilt and grief about my cat Luke that passed two days ago. He was about 11 years old. We adopted him from the family of a man that passed away suddenly. Him and his brother Owen came to us 25 lbs plus, they were big boys. His litter mate passed back in October unexpectedly. Well his brother Luke took the loss very hard and stopped eating. We took him to the vet when we noticed his weight drop. They diagnosed him with hepatic lipidosis and referred us to another vet. Took a look at my bank spending app...One month of groceries and pet supplies cost me roughly $1,400 ... $800 at local grocery and $600 through a delivery service. Just sharing this since if more people used this app, a lot of the pot holes would be fixed in this city. I have used Tampa Connect to report potholes that are fixed within 72 hours, stop signs that are crooked that are fixed same day, even roads that stay flooded during rain and they will investigate the stormwater drainage in the area. I've reported uneven sidewalks for them to be fixed, to signs on the road as well (like no parking signs that are broken) The best thing about reporting issues is that if the road is not maintained by the city, it will refer the issue to the correct agency (FDOT) for it to be fixed for you automatically. I'm setting up an off-grid cabin and trying to figure out refrigeration without electricity. I don't want to rely on solar because my setup is minimal and I'd rather save that power for other things. I live in Oak Lane and the K hasn't run since Septa shut down on Sunday. It's extremely hard (nearly impossible) to do any grocery shopping or basic errands without this line. It is always crowded so I know I'm not the only one suffering. Is there a way for me to pressure Septa/the city to get this line up and running again?
