OK so I don't think this list actually qualifies me as a minimalist, but that was my mindset going into having this baby! We specifically did not have a baby shower in an attempt to avoid accumulating extra things bought just for the sake of gifting. We did make a registry which we only gave out to our parents and people who asked for it (with permission given to our parents to share it as well).
