I live in a town with 8 subways all within a half mile of each other. I almost always frequent whatever store I’m closest to. I’ve never had any problems with any of the locations in town. I am trying to buy soy curls somewhere, anywhere. I have searched in Whole Foods and three "gourmet" grocery stores in the Upper East Side, as well as going to two vegan restaurants/cafes to ask where they get theirs, if they use the ingredient. At none of the places had any of the staff—including at the vegan places—even heard of soy curls. I searched on Lilly's Vegan Pantry's website, no results. I am beginning to suspect soy curls are just an elaborate hoax pulled by the vegan internet. Is there any place to buy soy curls in all of ******* New York City??? Please and thank you.

Went in-store to Mecca this morning. I arrived at 8:30 am, half an hour before it opened. I arrived too early but lucky I did as they gave us water and free samples! Very happy with the Mecca service today, they let us try products in line, and I was given the pineapple cleanser and glazing milk as free samples. The Sugarberry shade does in fact smell like waffles! Ending up buying a Gisou lip oil and 2 lip treatments. I got this beautiful boy from meijer(grocery store) in December because I felt so bad for him. He’s currently in a 5 gallon tank with a sponge filter! His tank is usually 72 degrees Fahrenheit.
