I bought a camera lens off marketplace last week for 400 bucks and the seller seemed totally normal when we met up at a Starbucks near campus. Hello, just looking for some input. Laying it all on the table, take-home cash is 5400 a month. That’s after car/medical insurance. I have $3200 in FSA every year for medical. Deductible is $1000. Debt to income ratio is zero, car is a 2024 purchased new. Student loans are there but are on government deferment until 2028 then I have two years of general forbearance.
