Hi I’m 19F and I’m trying to lose weight before my birthday in 5 months. Overall I’m trying to be healthier as well. I’m diagnosed type 2 diabetic so I’m already on some what of a low carb diet. I say somewhat because I live with my family and have 0 control over the groceries and there’s very little budget to begin with. So that makes it hard to be completely low carb like I should be. I work under 20 hours lately due to sharing a number of hours among other coworkers and myself taking the loss of less hours for exchange of managing mental health.
