Hello, i've just hired an in-home caregiver to help us with my mom who has dementia. They'll come in the morning to help with breakfast, get ready for the day, etc. about 2 to 3 times a week. They will also be coming in the evening to help her with dinner get ready for bed, etc.. My question is for caregivers specifically is there anything that I can do to make their job easier?
