Would share some small tips after being in Costa Rica for a week specifically in San Jose. There’s a bit of a TAXI cartel here and trips to and from the airport which is quite close are a standard price of $30 Uber works fine and it’s cheaper. Still not super cheap though. Traffic is god awful during the weekdays and longer trips can be really really slow. Our 12 month old was diagnosed yesterday with herpangina, a strain of hand foot and mouth that only causes blisters in the back of the throat. Of course this happens while we're transitioning from formula. Ha I've been serving yogurt and fruit/veggie purees, banana, canned crab, shredded cheese, avocado...but that's basically all I have in the house that she'll eat.
