I've been extremely paranoid lately and I don't really know what to do about. I'm not sure about checking myself into a hospital though. I get really paranoid and anxious when I go outside and am hypervigilant. I always feel like people are watching me or like people are watching me specifically. So I’m new to graphene. Successfully downloaded it and have got Instagram, fossified, the play store, Gmail etc. Now I understand everyone has their own privacy goals but by my understanding what graphene does is “sandbox”(?) these apps. also they aren’t completely connected to the play store & ads etc. and when I download these apps now, they are only getting the data we give them through the sandboxed playstore (Which includes the list of permissions graphene allows us to tamper with). Lately ive been working at a grocery store to help support myself and my family while I earn my degree. During this time ive had numerous encounters with one of my managers who is just a straight up ****.
