I got a cgm and did my absolute best within the limits of my abilities with diet (including food order), exercise, and as best as I could do with sleep given that I have a toddler and a baby. Over several months, nothing changed, which was really frustrating. I added berberine to my regimen, and my sugars started to balance out and my daily average slowly started going down a little bit. So, I got this **** unit, which I thought would be expandable with its "pro" tag. Its not. Well typically not, at least it has no built in expansion capabilities.
