I have been a TL for 13 years now. I have been in Food, Inbound, GM, and AP as a Team Lead. My next assignment is HR-TL at the start of Q1 this next year at a different store it sounds like. I’m 24 years old, I’ll be 25 next year in July, Im a manager at a retail store, living paycheck to paycheck, can barely afford my rent, groceries/food and can’t rely on my parents. I do have depression/anxiety but I feel like that stems from my situation currently and how I grew up poor/childhood trauma, I do cope with weed and alcohol unfortunately but I am sobering up.
