So it is my first time posting and I am wondering what I options I have. Currently I do not have a good car and I am hoping to get something fully remote and full time I currently make 18.85hr as a starbucks barista at a Fry's food store. I like my job but I am hoping to find something a little more stable. If this isn't the right type of post to make I'll just go elsewhere so sorry in advance. I work at McDonald’s and I feel like they are making us ask too many questions and I noticed it’s pissing customers off. I kinda don’t like asking so many questions either but it’s required. For example: collecting points, add on for $2.99, donate 2, 5, 10$, 6$ socks, we are required to ask if they wanna upsize their fries for 40 cents extra, round up or donate to rmhs at the cash window etc along with the usual questions if they would wanna make it a meal, what drink, what sauce etc. All this to one customer who just wants their food and leave. I think it’s just getting so annoying for me and the customers as well. What do you guys think? Is it the same at your McDonald’s too?

I’ve had my golden retriever puppy for a week now, and I’m feeling very overwhelmed to be honest. He gets a decent amount of sleep, probably around 16 ish hours a day. But, I struggle to train him every day as he gets super hyper over food and starts jumping at me trying to get the treats. At my store I’m the only one on grill and we average 7-8k sales most on my shift (second) I already grill all day and am line backer all day every shift then I also do and close dish and take out all trash recycling alone no help. And they got two people closing dml once it’s flipped for an hour and a half… I did it in 20 minute alone. If we’re out of somthing skip it.
