I know it sounds weird because private equity is focused on roll ups of home service companies, car washes, laundromats, and stuff like that and food has much lower multiples But I think it would be way easier to roll up food places. Went for a 2-day solo trip to Shoja this weekend. ​Day 1: Took Zingbus from Delhi to Shoja. Bus dropped us at Aut and then a cab driver took us to Shoja (all inclusive in the ticket). The bus journey was smooth though Zingbus spams a lot for feedback. Ticket ~2000 ​Cab dropped me at Zostel where I had booked a private room for 2500. Had one of the strangest grocery store interactions today and I’m trying to figure out if I somehow did something wrong. I was walking toward the veggie section and ended up walking past an older woman (not cutting a line or anything, just passing by).
