Im doing a body transformation at my gym . I signed up not knowing what the diet would be . I thought they would give us our micros, food ideas , ect. But its a very strict diet and formula and 3 days in and I find myself no interested in it at all. For the past year I've been travking my food making better choices and loosing steady 1 to 2lbs a week . I dont want to quit but I just dont enjoy it.

Location: Los Angeles So, my mom had an injury at a big chain store in Los Angeles. I am very frustrated and so is she because since the beginning of her case with this law firm, there has been the worst/minimal communication. She has been left in the dark as to where they are in every step, she has to call each time and would not even get a call back. My church has various ministries and groups, and we fast at different times for different reasons. However, coming from the pastor, he only ever acknowledges to the congregation that we should “fast”. And he explains that he means complete fasting, abstain from all foods and drink. Thus, when leaders of ministries decide we need to fast corporately it’s always a complete. I know God will sustain me. And I have pushed through 24 hours fasts before. Hey so I have a question we had a pretty big storm go through recently and my store was closed for 3 days. Prior to the closures our manager had informed us that we would be getting payed for the shifts we were sapost to work.
