Location: Texas. As the title states, is it legal to be paid less than a coworker if you have the same title? My situation is: I work at a certain fast food place, a location in Texas. I am a shift leader and I get paid $13/h, however, my coworkers (also shift leaders) get paid $14/h. My husband hunts from Oct-February. Every Friday/saturday/sunday, every weekend, for months. He won’t spend any time with me. Hazel usually loves to hang out in the basement of our two story home since she finds it more peaceful then being upstairs with our other cats.
