Filipino relating here with my wife, from Philly and looking for some recommendations on a few things and hoping you folks can help me out! Asian Markets...I see an Hmart (which i love) but I see a few other stores that I don't recognize. Is there a consensus on the best on in the burbs? Do any have a food court as well? I lived in Japan and love some good Ramen, Udon, Katsu or Karaage chicken. Any recommendations for these and sushi? We always prefer to eat at a local place over a chain. Hi everyone. I have posted a few times lately, sorry to keep coming back, I’m just so anxious. I have two rabbits, a 2 year old male, and a 7 month old female. Our female was spayed in December. We tried bonding recently after a few weeks of pre-bonding. Unfortunately, during the third session, our bunnies had a huge fight, and had to be separated. They are booked in with an external bonder in May, who is going to try bonding for us. If they are not compatible, we will keep them separate. I haven't been anywhere but the US since getting diagnosed celiac. What is the knowledge of gluten-free like in Mexico? Is packaged food reliably labelled? Do food sellers know about gluten? Obviously, lots of traditional food is naturally GF I speak Spanish at a C1 level (EDIT: apparently, but I think I am not that good/may have trouble), and in the US I usually request "sin harina de trigo por alergia al gluten" if someone only speaks Spanish, which doesn't work that well. I hope to be in CDMX and Veracruz.

Unfortunately though, to get to them I'll need a daily bus pass, which'll run me about $6 after tax, as they're all in downtown Tacoma Washington and i'm a ways outside of it. Assuming that I can make it to them, I'll miss the weekly visit to the food bank as well, while realistically I only need the bus pass, anything that someone could potentially offer for groceries would be greatly appreciated. In 2024 I decided to eat double the amount of food I usually eat to pack on weight fast for lifting which of course wasn’t the smartest . I definitely gained muscle but prob like 20 lbs of fat . The thing is, if you looked at me you wouldn’t think I carry much fat at all . Mostly stores in my legs and I guess and guess my stomach but none in arms . Before I did this bulk I was 179 , then once I got to 195-200 is when the problems started . Of course I know that you can still have sleep apnea when skinny but part of me is wondering maybe gaining all that fat affected me more than I think? I will try to cut down to 185 to see if any improvements
