Grocery Store Locations

Hi all.  I'm lucky to live in a very multicultural area and I buy a lot of my food from Asian supermarkets (both East and South Asian) as I'm familiar with the food and culture and know what I'm buying.  Yesterday I realised I never go in the Eastern European shops, which we have loads off, so I popped in one and I was completely overwhelmed.  Obviously, I can read the packets but I had limited time and left without buying anything.  Are there any vegan/accidentally vegan products I should be looking out for?  What would you recommend?  Thanks!

We live in SO and until now we’ve been storing our bikes in the basement of our apartment building. It’s a locked, private area with no other entrances, so we always felt it was quite secure, and there are other bikes as well. Yesterday we discovered that both of our road bikes were stolen. Combined value is around 2000 CHF. We are aware that the bike are gone and most likely we will never have them back. However, since this is the first time something like this has happened to us here (we’ve been in Switzerland \~1.5 years), we’re wondering if there is anything we could do in such cases. Does anyone else have any experience with becoming agoraphobic after loss of a loved one? My mom passed a month ago from a very long battle with cancer and now I find myself struggling to get out of the house, avoiding having to do so if necessary, and having panic attacks or crippling anxiety when I do. About 7 months ago I completely stopped drinking energy drinks after I had a super bad reaction to an alani. I used to drink them pretty regularly but one day I had a horrible reaction and I completely stopped. The aftermath was me having horrible anxiety and panic attacks for 6 months.
