Our 2.5 year old retriever has been having diarrhea for 3 weeks now and we’re at a loss. We’ve been to the vet twice. The first time they gave us metronidazole for the diarrhea and cerenia for nausea (he was throwing up before but not anymore) meds but that hasn’t resolved it. The second time was just a couple days ago and prescribed tylosin but he’s not eating his food with it on it. He has been extra lethargic since it all started. He was tested for giardia and pancreatitis that were both negative. He’s on simparica trio and eats purina pro plan sensitive stomach (salmon). There’s a vending machine at our grocery store that has Pokémon and a variety of other card packs. It is owned and restocked by a third party. I shopped a double grocery order drove 11 miles to the second address to a park!! The customer instructions stated, meet me at the very front of the park building! I work from home and don't have a car so it's cheaper to buy groceries online and have them delivered to my apartment. I just learned today that a lot of groceries do dynamic pricing. Fry's Food and Food City are 2 grocery stores that don't do dynamic pricing (as of now) and they're local. The problem is Fry's food always has onions that go bad after only a few days. Food city doesn't have native online shopping so I would have to rely on Instacart/doordash. Instacart/doordash uses dynamic pricing.
