Grocery Store Locations

Hi all. I had a D&C about two weeks ago. I've had a little spotting afterwards but nothing crazy. This morning, I was at the grocery store and all of a sudden I had extreme bleeding. In less than five minutes, blood went through my underwear and pants, and it dripped all the way down to my ankles. For context, before the D&C, I had my period every day for about six or seven months in a row. Has anyone else had this happen? Is this just one of those times where the bleeding is really heavy or should I be getting medical treatment ASAP? I've had very heavy bleeding but this was a first for me.

I've been on and off dating apps for the fourth time now and I finally realized this will not work for me. Like, what’s up with that? I grow a lot of fruits and vegetables and love to give them away, but some people seem genuinely grossed out by it. ​It’s like if it’s not from the store, they think it’s "dirty" or unsafe. I get that people are really detached from where their food actually comes from nowadays. To be fair, I was also a little freaked out when I first found out how Brussels sprouts grow (they look alien), but... it’s food! ​It’s not sprayed, it’s local, and it’s organic. Why would you prefer the waxed, plastic wrapped stuff from the supermarket over something fresh from a garden?

My mom had always cooked for me. Even when I became an adult. She always insisted. I guess that’s her own way of showing love. When I was a kid, she would always make sure that even if we didn’t have new clothes, the food on our table will always be hearty. She always made sure to feed us with nutritious food, even with a tight budget. From her elaborate meals down to simple dishes for busy days, I miss it all. I could now get to eat in all sorts of fancy restaurants and taste different meals but I still feel unhappy sometimes. The feeling of being full but not fulfilling. I just really miss my mom’s cooking. It’s all I could think of right now.

TLDR: is it bad to outcardio a high kcal diet? 5/6/7 days a week of cycling 50km, walking 10km, playing sports for over 90 minutes. One of the reasons why I gained 30lbs in the past 12 years is because I started drinking a lot when I had both of my parents trading places in and out of the hospital for a year. I didn’t drink every day, but most days.
