Our ped gave us the go ahead to introduce purées at 4 mo if we wanted. We gave her some bites of things here and there, but she didn’t seem too interested in anything but BM. I’ve suffered from severe IC for \~13 years. It has gotten worse for me over time to the extent that I’ve dealt with severe sleep deprivation, immobility, and chronic (constant) pain. I’ve been receiving treatment for around half a year including physical therapy and different medications tried by my Uro/GYN. I'm weird but I actually used to like grocery shopping and finding clearance deals, having decent selections of imported goods, and the other random quirks of Chinese supermarkets.
