Hello! Before I worked at Burlington I was afraid because of all the bad experiences posted on the reddit but now after working 1.5 months i can say that my store does things completely different; or so i think. Even though we only get 13 hours a week, we have all cash registers working and a lot of people on the floor. The managers also engage with us and help is with duties, they also get us food once a week an take pictures with us. We also had a Turkey race where they have the winners gift cards ( it was really funny). Is this normal or we just have good managers? I was thinking of transferencia stores but if this only happens at my store i won’t transfer.

I really don't understand the argument against school choice/vouchers. From where I’m standing, the current public school system is just a monopoly based on your zip code, and like any monopoly, it has no incentive to improve because it has a guaranteed customer base. 1. If you go to a grocery store and the food is rotten and the service is terrible, you stop going. You take your money to a different store. The bad store either fixes its problems to get you back, or it goes out of business. But with schools, if you are in a poor neighborhood, you are forced to "shop" at the bad store. I'm curious how other folks split the finances in their relationships and I'm after some feedback on whether our current split is fair. Its such a waste. At every large grocer and every major store I've seen, they always order way too much of it and so it's on sale after the holiday for 25%, then 50%, then eventually 75% off. Got a 3 pack of “St. Luis style Spare ribs” from Costco and I never have done ribs before. Used a combination of dry rubs just from my local grocery store. A generic brown sugar and garlic rub and the “Traeger Rub” Cooked 2 racks and they came out wonderfully! Most, juicy, and tender. They were nearly fall off the bone. I did 5:00 at 250 and 40 min at 300. It was breezy and 38 today so the grills internal was running at about 235/275 respectively. No wrap the entire time and no BBQ sauce. Spritzed 4-5x with a bourbon/water 1:3 ratio. I’ve never wrapped ribs and honestly never would after these!
