Overall using WW has been going really well! I've lost about 9 lbs this week which I know is mainly water weight but it's definitely a good sign. The best part is that I feel lighter and less fatigued. Even though I'm eating 1500 calories per day, I don't feel too hungry. High-fiber foods have helped with cravings and hunger. The first day was difficult because it was hard to make healthy filling meals out of things I had at the moment. I went grocery shopping and picked up more whole foods. I’m a shopper at one of those big grocery stores and I get so many stares from my male co workers and customers. It makes me feel like something is wrong or odd about my face or body.
