Been broke for a while, relying on SNAP and food pantries which ***** bc I have ARFID and other meal restrictions that make eating anything my least favorite activity. With the cost of groceries I’m lucky if I eat once a day. Job market ***** and thus I don’t have an income to help at all. Just a rant bc I’m supposed to take my metformin twice a day and I can’t even afford to take it once a day bc I’m rationing my food THAT much. Hey all, I had an incident in a grocery store. I walked in and a little kid maybe 5-7yr old boy laughed and said “omg that lady is so big haha” multiple times and pointing at me. Other people heard it, but I think the mom was busy paying and did not. I stopped for a second and I thought about confronting the kid right there, or about talking to the mom after. Just curious because I keep seeing the videos on Facebook from Africa about how pineapple causes miscarriage. Out of all 3 of my doctors and all the articles on google not one says pineapple causes miscarriage so is this just in other countries or what? I’m in the us and while there are so many different versions of what you should or should not eat I have never once been told nor heard of pineapple ever being an issue. Papaya yes, pineapple no.
