Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Grocery Store Latest Community Discussions About Grocery Stores in USAITAH for leaving a dinner reservation when the restaurant still couldn’t seat us 45 min after our scheduled reservati...3h agoI am on vacation with my adult daughter, her boyfriend of approx 18 months, and my husband of 21 years. Them 30s, us 50s. I’m not sure what things are relevant, but we are in a different country with a different culture, but I don’t think that matters in this context. The BF made a reservation at a Michelin starred restaurant that we all wanted to try. It was late for my norm, but late eating is part of the culture, so ok. I planned my schedule around it. I got ready to go out at 9pm, I wasn’t hungry but didn’t want to cancel, we met up. The restaurant was a zoo. It has two parts, walk up street food or what we did, reserved table in the (Michelin starred!) restaurant. They had th... Help! I want a smoke smell free rental car3h agoIt seems that every rental car i've had in the last 6 months reeks or barely reeks of cigarette or pot smoke. my last one had a film on the inside of the window so bad that i rented at sunset and was blinded by the film. had to stop at the grocery store and buy windex wipes to clean off the inside of the windshield. so Uber and lyft have a mechanism to order a top tier car/driver/comfort/clean, etc. but my only choices for rental cars are size of car. is there a way I can book a rental car that might be super clean and free from smoke smell? PS, who are all these a$$holes that smoke in rental cars? Any ideas what this could be?3h agohttps://imgur.com/a/m9AaYRF We have a 10 month old rat terrier Labrador mix, male, neutered. We are in Upstate New York, USA. A couple of weeks ago it looked like he had an injury on his paw and we took him to the vet. They prescribed chlorhexidine spray for it and we've been using that. It looked like the paw was healing up pretty well, but this past week he started in on scratching his face as well. At this point both sides of his snout are raw and red and the hair is missing. And he's also started in on chewing two more of his paws. We took him back to the vet and they told us to put him on Zyrtec and gave him an antibiotic. I'm getting increasingly concerned that this is... Tired of fake "deals"? Here's my actual process for finding legit savings that actually add up (saved $25...4h agoEnough with the "50% off" that's really 5% off. Here's what real savings look like when you dig a little. I'm genuinely fed up with the endless "sales" that pop up every week, only to realize the prices are either barely discounted or just the regular price with a fancy "was" crossed out. It's exhausting trying to figure out what's a genuine deal and what's just marketing fluff. So, I started keeping an eye on a few things I actually needed, and the difference between advertised 'deals' and actual savings is pretty stark. Here are a few recent examples of what I've found by digging a bit deeper: * **USB-C Hub (Te... [Fan Theory/Fanfic] "What If" Kreacher Was Their Secret Supply Line? A Plausible Fix for Deathly Hallows'...4h agoPremise: After Harry wins Kreacher's loyalty (post-locket retrieval), the trio uses him for limited resupplies and one-way Order intel drops. No Deus ex Machina—he doesn't solve Horcruxes, fight Snatchers, or end isolation. Just food, gear, and coded parchment so their suffering feels earned, not contrived. Fits Rowling's house-elf themes perfectly. Here's how it slots in seamlessly: Scene Rewrite 1: First Resupply (Post-Ministry Escape, Chapter 12-13 Vibes)Exhausted in a new forest, Harry mutters "Kreacher," half-remembering Grimmauld's pantry.CRACK. How can I be there for them?4h agoI (27, F) have known Sean (29, M) and Ruby (26, F) since about July 2024. I moved into a new place with two roommates, this one guy and Sean. I had not known Sean previously but he seemed like a nice guy. I had heard before moving in that Sean had a girlfriend and I was really excited to meet her and was hoping we would get along. I wanted her to get to know me and hopefully be comfortable with me living with her boyfriend and know I was not like a threat or anything. It did not take long for me to absolutely love them both. Sean and I trauma-bonded because of our other roommate, and Ruby and I really just got along so very well. We would all three go out together, to food, to the zoo, it re... Boost RO Average- Digital Communication Hacks4h ago***By Kristopher Hampton, VP of Training & Operations*** How many thousands of dollars are sitting on your service drive right now approved in the bay, *declined at the counter* because your customers don’t truly understand what their vehicles need? Have you ever stopped to ask why a customer says “no” to a critical repair when the evidence is right there? It’s rarely just about money. It’s about trust, clarity, and the feeling of being sold something they can’t see. In 2026, the “standard” way of doing business is dead. If you’re still relying on a crackling phone line and a vague description of a “leaking gasket” to close a $2,000 repair order, you’re not... Suddenly, I was spiraling. I blamed myself for everything. When I went into early labor due to an infection, I was terrified. My son didn’t cry immediately when he was born; he was only 2.5kg and had to be kept under observation. Those first five days, I didn't sleep. I was checking his breathing every thirty minutes, obsessively looking for signs of jaundice. I was a raw nerve of anxiety. My ... Rising Anti-Americanism in Europe4h agoI cannot speak for other regions, but if you are an American living in Europe, get ready for a rise in anti-Americanism. We are just at the start of a disastrous and incredibly unpopular war. This war was started by Israel and the USA. It will play out over many months, likely years. It will totally restructure the Middle East in more profound ways than the two Gulf Wars. And its impact on Europe will be massive. This will include a rise in refugees, already at the breaking point in some European countries. It will mean much higher food and gas prices, causing immense pain to normal Europeans, especially the poor. I have no doubt you will soon see massive demonstrations across all o... Cameron Park Youth Collect 2,780 Pounds of Food During Super Bowl Sunday Drive4h agoYouth volunteers from Faith Episcopal Church in Cameron Park collected 2,780 pounds of food during their annual Super Bowl Sunday food drive. Donations surpassed last year’s total despite rising grocery prices. The food was delivered to the Food Bank of El Dorado County, which serves thousands of residents weekly. Organizers say the event highlights the power of community action in addressing hunger. Inner child meal4h agoThis meal stressed me out so much. What I wanted to be an easy dinner to fill me up because I had a meltdown on the way to the grocery store and turned around ended up somehow setting off my smoke alarm at 10:45pm and and then trying to get my salt shaker to unclog shook salt all over my freshly swept kitchen floor rant over. 2 beef hot dogs from TJ, Goodles cheesy Mac subbed wirh buttermilk bc it’s all the milk I had and 2 left over Texas Roadhouse rolls.(not pictures the delicious cinnamon butter I am absolutely going to clean from the containers by roll or by mouth) Cinema 19 article4h agoSo they’re developing 19th street with the new grocery store coming, I guess a planned climbing gym, deli, and restaurant. So all this new development is shedding some light on Cinema 19. Yelp reviews for the place is hilarious! continue renting or buy?4h agoHope this isn’t too hypothetical for this community. My spouse and I are resident physicians. He is two years from finishing his fellowship. He’s in an high demand field and his peers have tended to sign contracts with stipends or large one-time bonuses about a year before finishing. My field is also in high demand, but I’m finishing after him. We’re considering whether we should buy now or wait 1.5 years and build. Once we move, we want to stay put for the next 7-10 years. Pros: 1. The price. It has come down quite a bit from the initial asking, and is reasonable for the zip code per square foot. In an established community, it would be north of $1 mm. In this same community, a b... Feeling conflicted about work and family responsibilities. Advice?4h agoLong read but I love anyone who takes the time to read it and respond. <3 I’m 19 years old and I’m about to start my first job at a fast-food restaurant. I’m actually really excited about it because it will be the first time I’m earning my own money and having some independence. I don’t start college until October, so right now I have a lot of time available to work. My goal with this job is to be able to support myself financially, pay for my own phone bill, buy my own clothes and food, and not have to rely on anyone else for basic things. The situation at home is a bit complicated and everything on this post isn’t even all of it but i don’t want to put all my busines...
