I'll be in Japan for a second time in October, travelling with the same friends as last time. While making plans, I realised that we never were at an actual supermarket, just a lot of convenience stores and a few Don Quijotes. However, my friends were convinced that we did not miss anything, which got me thinking, what are some things you only get at the supermarkets? Like, obviously a much wider selection of vegetables, meat, dairy and such, but that isn't really useful to tourists (no cooking field/equipment in the hotels). I adopted a 2 month old puppy from the adoption shelter. He does love cuddling with me and is friendly meeting new people , but there are some huge concerns I have . When we’re home and he hears or sees me coming he runs to his crate in fear . When I call his name he just stares at me and never comes . Imagine if people just stopped all delivery services, food, packages, everything. How much would you save? My wife and I save from Sam’s Club for the last four months. We have a newborn and decided to use their delivery service. Each of the past 6 orders they send the delivery to my neighbors. When we contact customer service they refund us. They don’t even attempt to re deliver. If I pay for delivery it’s supposed to show up at my pick up location. I’ll pic it up from my neighbors each and every time as long as it remains free. I'm 30F and was diagnosed at 15yo. I've been through several biologics including Enbrel, Humira, Remicade (and Avsola), Cosentyx, and Cimzia. I've been taking Rinvoq 15mg since July 2025 to see if a different class of medications would help and have not felt much benefit.
