Would love some feedback from students and people trying to learn! Me and my friend created this app for people trying to learn or test their knowledge in IT. Basically the app is meant for anyone in the IT field, the app consists of 3 different worlds (Networking, Security, and lastly basic help desk). Each world has levels which get harder and harder and instead of studying flashcards or reading textbooks this gives you real world, lab like scenarios where the user can have fun learning but also put their technical knowledge to the test. I’ve had my car for 8 years since living here but find myself not driving it much. The math would be I’d save in insurance and then I’d also be able to rent out the parking spot. I feel I force myself to drive to places to justify even having it. I have 2 grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. Have any of you made the decision to go car free and how has it been? Any regrets? Pick up a bag of these at the local Hispanic grocery store. I had never seen them before but apparently a Guatemalan heirloom bean. Soaked overnight but ended up needing to cook them for just over 2 hours. Any advice for cooking next time? Just kept it simple with bay leaf, garlic and salt.

As of today, I've personally finally fired a Springfield Kuna (rental at a range). I've owned an EP9 for a month. I can now say first-hand that the recoil impulse of the EP9 is lower than the Kuna, which surprised me. Some caveats: * This is my subjective experience. I didn't use any instrumentation to measure things. * The weights are different, but close. The fully loaded weight of each may be different. My EP9 has an optic, a flashlight, an angled fore grip. The rental Kuna just had an optic, a hand guard, and no flashlight. The stock Kuna w/ brace weighs more than the stock EP9 w/ brace to start though, and I don't think my flashlight adds a enough weight to oversh...

It amazes me how many supervisors we have, not even including the PM. Today I have a supervisor come to me and ask if I'll be able to make 8 hours. I tell them that I can do that today and they say ok. 15 minutes later I have another supervisor come up and tell me "hey, 8 hours today, ok?" Is it groundhog day? They're doing the same job lol. It's funny because they'll usually be arguing in the morning on who should do the 1 task they have for the day. One thing I keep noticing with SaaS app builders is this strange paradox. Most of us can build pretty complex systems. APIs, integrations, automation, AI features, data pipelines. No problem. But the moment it comes to marketing the app, everything slows down.
