I’m a FTB and I’ve just had an offer accepted for £310k (listed for 325) on a 2-bed terraced in Chelmsford (\~1.3miles from the station). It was listed for 325k. I really like the property but I wonder if I’ve made an emotive offer? It was purchased in 2021 for £300k. Hey guys. I had a tuned car in the past where ethanol is a good thing. However, the seals/injectors needed to be different to accept E85 or flex fuel. I currently drive an older naturally aspirated (pre-2000) vehicle that really can't do over 10% ethanol without failing. I'm moving here to the DT Metro area soon. With Iowa being a corn state (would have been nice having my tuner car), I no longer drive a tuner and need to find 10% or less gas stations. Is this going to be a concern for me? Never really had any issues before but on Friday I got some gas and afterwards my car was doing something weird when I would accelerate.
