Currently running a Sandman K with 556 flash cap on it. Its not bad just wanting to maximize sound suppression on a newer better performing deaign. So many options out there Im lost. This is my third post here today, hopefully I’m not starting to annoy any of the mods here lol I got towed to Loves. I’m spending the night in the parking lot, doing some troubleshooting rn. I cycled the key a few times to build pressure at the shearer valve from the fuel pump. There’s a little bit of pressure but hardly any, some gas trickles out and then stops. So something’s gummed way up. I’m assuming either the fuel filter or the fuel pump. I don’t know how to tell which tho. Or could it be something else? Idk I’m gonna replace the filter tomorrow and if that doesnt do it the pump I guess.

Today I started having a fuel pressure issue. Small backstory note, I've been getting fuel vapor smell at stop lights for a couple months. Up until today, when removing the gas cap, if I took it off too fast it would **** off towards me. Today, I got almost no pressure when removing it after shutdown. Because I was driving about 750 miles today, I filled up several times. I currently drive a 2006 Tundra- it’s built for light off-roading, tows around 6700lbs, and has an amazing and reliable 4.7L V8. My commute used to only be 2 miles each way and I used the truck very frequently to tow my RX7 and BRZ to race events. At the time it was the perfect vehicle, the abysmal gas mileage didn’t bother me due to my commute and the truck met all my needs. Recently, I moved and am now commuting 50 miles each way.
