I have a 2002 Toyota 4Runner Limited with \~180k miles on it. So far so good, pretty reliable car. Had the radiator replaced last year and still have a very small coolant leak (maybe a month between topping up fluid). With my car there is a smell of gas, not on the inside cabin not in the motor. The smell is coming from the rear and there is no visible leaks of any kind. My mechanic said he has to do the whole fuel pump. I don’t think it has anything to do with the fuel pump. But that’s what he said. I’m thinking of taking it around and seeing what others think. It was 370 pesos thru yellow cabs kiosk a bit farther and just 117 pesos by a driver using in driver.
