Hello all, I just finished my ADU and got the final occupancy for the ADU. The tenants moved in over the weekend and they are telling be they are getting warm water but it never gets hot. I haven’t been able to get a hold of the plumber to see if he can come back and check the new water heater? I see the temperature is set at 120. Any other setting that needs to be set up. The brand name is Rheem. Would appreciate those that have experience with this unit and help me figure out what the issue is.

Hey you guys, there's been a lot of storms lately and because of my remote job I haven't driven pretty much since early January, my Volkswagen UP has been in the garage the whole year so far. I live in Northern Portugal, where storm season has hit pretty hard (not as hard as the southern side but not insignificant.)
