I wanted to share what I’ve been dealing with and get some advice because this has honestly been pretty scary. We bought a 2024 Viking range, and almost from the beginning I kept smelling gas. I called Viking service multiple times, and each time their technicians told me everything was “normal” and there were no issues. The smell never went away, so I finally called SoCal Gas.
