I'm based in Riverside County, CA looking for some guidance on two quotes I've received for a full HVAC replacement. I have a two-zone system (two completely separate systems for upstairs and downstairs), 3,700 sq ft home in Riverside County, CA. Hot summers (100°F+), mild winters, very few days below 40°F. Planning to stay in the home 10+ years. Quote 1 has an optional upgrade for the condenser to an XB-Series **heat pump inverter**. So like the age old story goes at this point, bought my m4 Mac mini to run a local LLM but turns out it not quite cut out for that(shocking I know). I’m debating on selling it or repurposing it. I recently moved from Lubbock to SWFL a few months ago, and gas prices are insane now, at about $3.29 per gallon. I was curious how much gas costs back home and whether prices have increased there. The last time I filled up in WT, it was around $2.69, and I wonder if it’s still in that range Or has it gone up at all due to recent events.
