We moved to NYC 4 months ago. Our last bill was $400, and this coming one will be $341. My landlord on the other side of the country didn’t charge utilities, and so this is my first time in adulthood paying them. I’m shocked. 2bd 1bth in Brooklyn. I wfh and so I cook most of my meals on the electric stove, but it’s not like I am cooking for hours. I run hot, and so the AC is my room is off 85% of the time. But my roommate’s and the living room and kitchen areas are on (4 total AC units). Lights are mostly only on when in use. I am wondering about how long it takes a suspect's car to run out of gas during a police pursuit...I am wondering this because I have been seeing some high speed chases happening over 100mph, with the suspect constantly maneuvering (braking, turning corners, speeding up and slowing down, etc.) which uses alot more fuel than just going at a steady speed. They seem to keep going for over 30 minutes, which is where I would expect them to go through a full tank. The chase usually ends with a PIT maneuver, rather than the car running out of gas. An alternate question is: what is the typical fuel range/gas mileage when they are pushing a car at over 100mph? Also, do the cops ever run out...

I just started dashing recently, and have 14 hours and 27 deliveries under my belt. There are a couple things that I haven't been able to figure out yet. Hoping the community here can help. 1. Is it worth trying to keep a high acceptance rate? It seems impossible unless I'm willing to take some truly awful offers (like 14 miles and 45 minutes across a toll bridge for $8, and then I'm stuck in a place with no restaurants anywhere nearby). For some reason the GW6900 isn't available in the UK so I had to order it from Amazon USA. The price is also really volatile, jumping between £92 and £125. With the new module I knew this was my last chance to get an EL light so I waited for a dip and ordered. If I got the EL, great, if the U model with LED came, at least I'd be able to swap the day and date like on my M5610U As you can see, I bagged an EL version and I'm delighted - seems the perfect match for that big front G light button. Is it too big for my 6¾" wrist? Absolutely. Do I care? No. It's filled the last space in my case of Casio, but won't be my last G shock. MIP display next.
