2002 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3 haven't changed the oil in 25000 miles and the oil leak has progressively gotten worse. it progressed to a quart a month for awhile then a week and now I'm buying 5 qts of oil almost as often as I get gas (no I don't let it run out of oil). what are my best bets for dealing with this problem that I've ignored for a long time (it leaked since I bought it in 2017 but it wasn't enough to deal with). is there a somewhat simple way to identify the issue, I'm somewhat mechanically savvy, I've changed a radiator and fuel pump in my truck in the last year and brakes awhile ago.
