Hi there Car got refueled at usual petrol station we always go to, car started struggling to accelerate then within an hour, booked into get looked at with the dealer who we bought off as we have warranty, didn't even think about a fuel issue and only have had the car 6 months. Car has been driving like a dream up until this happening. Mechanics stating its "dirty fuel" and isn't within warranty so we have to pay for the work that needs done to clear it and replace filters etc. We didn't get a receipt from the petrol station so just wondering do we have any legs to stand on if we were to confront them?
