I've had one RTL-SDR V3 running in Home Assistant with rtl\_433(next) for a few years now. Can anyone explain how a cable bill for the clubhouse gym only would cost $94,000 (yes $94k!!!!) per year? Before I make a scene at the next HOA meeting, I need to know if I’m missing any perspective here. It’s a nice community, but I am missing something.
