Hi all. I’m visiting family in CDMX/Tepoztlan/Queretaro. Based on travel distance, I’ve opted to rent a car and drive back in forth between those areas. Besides sticking to toll roads, is there anything else I should be wary of? Nobody in my family drives which has left me with no reliable advice. I’m used to driving in LA and Portland if it’s of any help. I know Queretaro is mostly desert, should I carry a gas canister with me since gas stations may be too spaced? I have 2 diesel heaters. Diesel heater A is the main one I have been using, I’ve had it for 2 years, always worked just make sure gas tank was full and worked no problem. Diesel heater B, started smoking white on startup but still started, figured I had used it for 2 months from new on ambient temperature setting (constantly sitting at low setting) so maybe it carbed up, took apart and it looked fine not terrible, cleaned it out, now it won’t start i never hear the combustion flame sound on heater B and get white smoke and error code e-10 every time I start it.
