So lately, I've been getting a really weird power loss issue ever since I had to remove the driveshaft from my truck. Sometimes, the vehicle starts up and rides fine, but other times, it feels like the vehicle is gas starved and bogs down. The codes I get are P0155, P0171, P0174, P0135, P0136, P0141, P1131, and P1151. All these codes either relate to the vehicle running lean or the oxygen sensors. When I checked the data in real time, I notice that when I start my truck, the fuel system enters closed loop like normal, and then it switches over to open loop fault, indicating that it's running on a default preset and not basing the data on the oxygen sensors. Hi. As the title says. Situation; 2001 530i(m54b30) wagon. Bought her couple of days ago, has a problem where the fuel pump dies after a minute of work. Injectors work(changed from another B30), ECU from different B30 has the same problem, Fuel rail has gas and pressure while the pump is active. Fuses, relays are fine(changed from another b30). The actual fuel pump is new(thought it might’ve been that, but it’s not). It starts fine, no problem, but after a minute it dies and the engine starts to die slowly while the last gas leaves the system. It has LPG, used to just force it to start on LPG, but it no longer runs on LPG all together. Tried disconnecting LPG injectors, no luck. Not su...

MINI Cooper R56, 2008 Got gas the other day and used fuel injector cleaner (seafoam concentrate) for the first time. It was driving fine that day, no issues at all. If anything, it was driving better than normal. Next couple times I drove, it had rough starts and would occasionally stutter a little bit when accelerating (not much and not often). I did stall last week at a stop sign, but it was fine afterwards and I figured it might’ve been because I was running low on gas. I just found out that another gas station is being built on the lot that Groceryland used to be. I’m so disappointed that it’s not a grocery store or a pharmacy. Just a little vent at how obscene parking has become at railway stations in Essex. Particularly those run by NCP. Shenfield is now just shy of £14 to park all day. I believe a return journey on the train to London is around £18. So you are paying only £4 to £5 less to just park your car so that you don't need to drive in. Witham (where I now live) has gone up to over £12 a day. The tickets to London are already very hi so I have no idea how someone can afford to drive in from Maldon, or other train-less towns close by to commute to the city.
