I have a 1965 inline-6 that I took out this weekend. It ran perfectly fine for 25 miles. I pull into a parking lot and the car cuts out. It sounded like a fuel issue as it cranks great. My gas gauge doesn’t work so I thought I might’ve lost track of the fuel. I added some gas and tried to crank it like 10 times and nothing. I left the car for almost 3 hours and came back with more gas. I added 5 gallons and that topped off the tank. I had to crank it at least 8 more times than that last time it kicked right over like it has no issue. I was thinking the fuel pump but want to check with y’all if someone had the identical issue and correctly diagnosed it. Thanks in advance.

I did over 125 active miles last week, and haven’t seen the $15 yet. Does it come into Crimson cash back rewards? That can’t be right, because not everybody has Crimson.

I drove off the lot with my 25 black edition April 1st 2025. In the year since I have put 22,700 miles on the truck. I have never reset my Trip A so it has been calculating my average fuel economy for the lifetime of the truck thus far (The trip meters automatically reset to 0 after 10,000 miles but the average fuel economy does not reset) I’m currently averaging around 415 miles per tank. 415 miles from a full tank until the range tells me I have 0 miles left. I always averaged pretty good fuel economy, but I noticed it was slowly getting worse over time. Also the engines performance seemed to be slowly getting more lack luster, but couldn't tell if it was just me being ungrateful. My temperatures were also fine, but then I started to smell coolant. Turns out I had a slow coolant leak from my upper radiator hose. Got that replaced and since then, my goodness my power, smoothness and economy is back.
