The last couple years I've been far less physically active after a devastating break up followed by a new job that has me sitting most of the day. With the added diet of fast food daily I've gained a lot of weight and was already struggling. Went to the doctor and they asked me how much I weighed I said 265 got on the scale and it said 305.
