stopped by a few local thrift stores on my spring break up to Northern California. Paid mostly a dollar for each except the Stevie Wonder and a few others. Mostly grabbed ones based off instinct, and from suggestion of people I was shopping with. How’d I do? I lacked cell service in a lot of stores due to location and realized how much my collecting from thrift stores was dependent on me being able to find information on a record and give it a quick listen. This meant I was picking a lot more things I was already familiar with, but also led me to picking up a lot more records than I would have otherwise.

Hey, I visited Tiraspol today for some hours and it left me with a lot of questions. I didn’t do much research beforehand and I ended up being surprised by how ”normal” it seemed. I honestly didn’t notice much of a difference compared to Moldova, if anything that there were more fancy stores, cafes and so on compared to the little I’ve seen from Chisinau. I managed to get these nice gachas while I was in Japan last week! the top 4 mini figures were 20 dollars (5 each, no dupes). The middle 6 was like 80 dollars (so many snake man dupes 😭) nightmare Luffy is the secret! and the gear 5 Luffy was a 100% chance but came in a regular color scheme, metallic, or opaque. The kuma and chopper I found from a second hand store! Originally I was missing the g2 mini figure but my plane caught fire and I stayed in Japan for another 2 days and managed to get it 😎

I scooped up both of these girls for 8 dollars!!! The Easter Lily was from Walmart and the Calla Lily is from my local grocery store! I had a bit of luck in 2 days with plants!! yay!! I can't wait for summer!!!

The by-law is in the last image. These are tenants (we’re 70% tenant occupied) who were “given permission by their landlord” to store junk on the common lawn area for over a week. I notified our management company and the board early in the week. Neither gave a real response and did not take any enforcement action. Clearly this type of behavior devalues the community even further than a majority tenant-occupied condo complex already is. Do we as owners have any recourse? Condo values are down big time in CO. A lot of people tell me to just find spaces where you have things in common with people but i don't have anything like that in my area. I live in a extremely religious conservative rural area that's somewhat isolated. We got three churches and a park, and im not religious and no ones usually at the park besides some fishermen. No library, no real shops outside of a dollar store and supermarket, clubs, shooting ranges, gym, arcades, we don't even have a bar/pub. I don’t have any alcohol markers but I thought I’d give some of the tends a try anyway. The background is garbage but I mainly only coloured it to try getting the sticker effect. I also tried the embroidery, the glitter and patch effects. I feel like they came across. Not bad for only having dollar store supplies. 😅
