I just got hired at the tree a couple of weeks ago, and already I ******* **** this ****** *** job (this is my first job, btw), I'm getting paid nothing but scraps and pennies while basically running the **** store all by myself. And even then, I've been getting scheduled for ONE day out of the week recently while making 9 bucks an hour. Just bought m first house, lots to learn about the backyard and what the previous owner's gardening has in store for me! The dogwood in the front yard though, east side of the house, seems to be struggling? A good bit of the East side of the tree didn't flower, is either dead or barely budding, I pulled several midsize dead branches down already. Is this cause for concern or am I just overly worried and in for a big adjustment from being a strictly indoor houseplant person?

There were bees here at last summer and I left them alone. I probably should’ve done something then, but I didn’t have the time. No beekeeper wanted them, no pest company would deal with them, the only thing would be partial destruction of the ceiling of my porch roof. I know a guy who works with bees.
