I have played this game since October 2023, totally F2P. I remember that times when there was no shards, only pure pack luck and the gems sources was limited, and used players that was free in the events because I opened 1 store pack in a week or less. My local dollar tree's inventory kind of *****, so I was sooo excited to find the dermasil melon jelly cleanser/Drunk elephant dupe.
