I live in the southwest US where summers are brutal. Like 110 degrees every day brutal. I have a big tree in my front yard that casts a huge patch of shade on the sidewalk and a bit of the street from late morning through the afternoon. My neighbor Leo doesnt have any trees. His driveway gets full sun all day. Last month during a really bad heatwave he started parking his car partially on the edge of my lawn under the tree. As the Title says I am trying to do a Mosaic out of natural Stone. I am Planning to do an Orange tree in a frame of 60x90cm, this would later end up being about 30-45KG of Stone with a thickness of 2-3cm. The Background should be white/beige I can get that stone at a hardware store no questions asked, however colours like Green (e.g. Marble), orange or Brown are impossible to find.
