Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Dollar Tree Latest Community Discussions About Dollar TreePUBLIX Changing Meat Expiration Dates2h agoAccording to several reliable sources in the company recently the Meat Manager at store 1717 in Simpsonville, SC was terminated for changing the expiration date on expired meats, so it could be sold as still good. I was also told that he apparently was mixing fresh blood from new meat with the old meat to make it look fresher. Obviously terminating him was the right thing to do, but how long was this going on? And how many people got sick from his actions? Publix charges top dollar for thier meats and customers expect high quality, this is a warning to be very careful about your purchases. I'm tired of seeing people use relatives just to get overpays.2h agoOne time, I saw someone trading a tree frog and other random for an SSBD and claimed it was for their sister. The sheer audacity of them to say,"Oh, a turtle would be nice to!" Was honestly baffling to me. How are you gonna underpay by 15+ for a 10 dollar pet but also ask for a turtle as an add? It's freaking baffling how many people do this - especially the kids using dead relatives who probably never even existed just for pets. Example that actually happened: me: "Did you fr just copy someone when they said they wanted pets bc of a dead relative?" Them: "Yeah." They had absolutely no shame admitting it either! Are these worth $50 each?2h agoLocal antique store has an '88 Olympiad silver dollar and a 1990 Eisenhower centennial coin, $50 each, they say they're 90% silver Would that make them worth $72 each? They're in little individual plastic cases like they've been graded if that makes a difference. I was thinking they'd be worth more than $50 at scrap silver prices but I don't know what percentage of market prices the gold coin place pays, they gave me 75% on a class ring but on reflection I think I could have gotten more Should I get the pg chars zaku?2h agoIve been thinking of getting my first pg and what ive found at my hobby store is the chars zaku pg for around 150 dollars canadian and its been on my mind to buy it if anyone here has built it before id like to see if its something worth buying? Looking for a camera to watch a bird feeder3h agoBudget: 200 US Dollars Country: USA Condition: New or used Type of Camera: Point and shoot Intended use: videos Video Style: Documentary Features needed: Weather proof, night vision, Wi-Fi connection Features that’d be nice to have: Motion sensing Portability: it will be mounted from a tree Cameras I’m considering: unsure Cameras I have: Go pro hero. I like the Wi-Fi connection, ruggedness, and picture quality. I also have a LvLrister Waterproof outdoor trail camera. I do not like the lack of wireless capability. He scrambled to his feet, adrenaline still flooding his system, and looked around. What he saw made his stomach drop. The bed was just a pile of moldy straw on the floor, shoved into the corner. In the opposite corner sat a wooden bucket, and he could only guess what it was used for. The smell alone confirmed his suspicions—a mix of stale urine and damp rot that made his nose wrinkle. It happened so fast. One minute, he was in his room; the next, he was being manhandled by a cat in a f... My Story3h agoIn the early 1980’s, my first memories started to take hold and still hold on to me. They developed as we lived in Revere, Massachusetts, a tired beach town that was also rundown just about everywhere else. Paint peeling from triple-deckers, neon Budweiser signs in the windows of the bars, and just about every junkbox car you could name filled the streets. It was small enough for everyone to know your business, but still big enough to find trouble everywhere. My first memories (4 years old) are of our coffee table. The top of the coffee table always caught my attention; there always seemed to be sugar stuck between the edge of the glass top and the wood frame. I remember scraping... How are we carrying our potions to the shared laundry room? 🍁 are these okay for Canadian options?3h agoSo we're in a building with a laundry room downstairs, we have front load and top load washing machines. I'm kinda a newbie tbh. Been trying to read more about it and I've been pretreating funky stuff in a bucket hot water bath with half a measure (30ml?) of Resolve Gold for a few hours before the main laundry. Prefer to use front loader machines because I'm unfamiliar with top loaders and I'm scared. How I do it: - clothes go in the machine - ~44ml liquid detergent on top of clothes - ~30g (for normal stains) Resolve Gold also in the drum - citric acid rinse in drawer, half fill the softener dispenser line (bottle says it's ~1/4 cup) - select warm/hot cyc... Got one of my accounts back but now the rest of my accounts are permanently disabled over “account integrity” or smt...3h agoSooo my main photography account was disabled back in June 2025 for “CSE”… which made absolutely no sense whatsoever but I got it back within like 2 weeks or so after appealing. At the time i had no idea this whole account deletion epidemic was going on and had just assumed someone reported a story of mine that I posted of a shirtless male model who invited me over to photograph him for his modelling portfolio… he looked pretty young (even though he’s an adult) so I just assumed that’s what caused it. But anyway, I got my account back. That should’ve been the end of it but then my private account was suddenly suspended over “account integrity”, basically saying that the a... Question about Steam version of World Stage vs PS store version3h agoI was wondering why the Steam version that's on sale is a few dollars more expensive than the PS store version not on sale? Is it exactly the same or is there more content in the Steam version I'm not seeing? Is it normal for Costco to do this to their chicken?3h agoIs it normal for Costco to do this to their chicken and/or any other meat? I purchased this chicken on 02/16. Pretty much every tag was wonky. I didn't pay much attention at the store, otherwise I wouldn't have even purchased it at that time. But when I got home, the tag fell right off while I was sorting my chicken in the sink. Picture is pretty much self explanatory. The original tag says "sell by 02/16. NET WT/LB 9.22. Price $27.57" which was the day I picked it up 🙄 Covered up by a second tag that said "sell by 02/21. NET WT/LB 8.99. Price $26.88" 🤔 I was pretty ****** at the fact that they just covered chicken that had a sell date day of with a new st... boardgaming with a toddler, 31 game reviews3h agoI've spent the last 1.5 years trying to get my kid excited about boardgames with mixed success. There's a lot of mixed info online where it feels like people ask for recs for kids games and then basically get every game recommended since every game works with SOME kid and there's not a ton of info about what didn't work and why. i thought i'd walk through my experience, outline the good and bad, what worked what didn't. This is my tale: ------------------- The first 3 games were gifts from family members [Flashfind](https://www.amazon.com/Nene-Toys-FlashFind-Fast-Paced-Educational/dp/B0CZS5HBQ2). Could Be a Masterpiece3h agoThe core mechanics of the game are genuinely so fun to play, and I've had a nice time just skating around, hitting spots, and interacting with other players. If the developers treated it like a full-price release instead of freeplay revenueslop, it could genuinely be a masterpiece and make them a ton of money. They could take it down for a year to polish out the mechanics and models, add details to the world, make the player characters less freakish looking, and replaced the brainrot store with something engaging and rewarding, and implement some of the free feedback the community has given. I would pay full-price and probably stick around for a long time, but instead I haven't pai... AITAH for wanting an apology from my partner after what he said?3h agoI try to be a good person, I really do. I never liked being a person who fights.Me (26) my partner (30). My man wanted to see me as a candidate for a long term relationship due to his 1st and ever relationship being garbage. I have been caring and understanding he had feelings towards his feelings and I wanted to grow and repair our feelings. He wanted a friend's with benefits and he said he still sees me as a good friend. Then he upgraded me to partner and then downgraded me again.
