Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Dollar Tree Latest Community Discussions About Dollar TreeHow to overcome the fear of a first job?13h agoNow, I'm a fairly new adult from a lower class family. I don't have disability, and since I'm an adult, my moms CTC dropped by over 70%. I want to work desperately. I can't work hard like the average person, which is why I am currently trying at-home and under-the-table methods. (content creation and selling crafts) I know those two things alone won't be enough, so I want at least a part time job to help bring in a bit more. I have three options, two in which I have a probability of being rejected from. I will list from most to least desired. 1. A small shop owned by a very passionate man. He sells comics, old music, etc. Its a bit slow, but business booms in the su... I was out in Everett WA this weekend visiting a friend and went to three Dollar Trees while I was there - if you're ever in the area, EVERETT WA HAS \*THE BEST\* DTS EVER. I live in Portland OR and our DTs are pretty tore up lmao. it felt like Christmas day!! would you just LOOK at this!! 😍😍😍 my first time ever finding Prolux foundation (!) the tooth whitening pen, the rose deodorant, the AHA lotion😍, that Kiyo serum (which goes for $15 online, I bought two lol!) also 🚨🚨🚨the Dermasil jelly cleanser has been GONE gone in my town. read a post a week or two ago where someone thought they might be phasing it ... Apparently I need to qualify to work at the Dollar Tree.14h agoLooking for a second job and the lady on the phone from the dollar tree by my house was extremely rude and when I asked her if she was still looking for help, she kept saying "I'll have to see if you qualify". I'm thinking it's a dollar store. There are no real qualifications. Dollar Tree haul! DT Store number 2003, Warner Robins, GA17h agoThey had em Dollar Tree Mani!19h agoI was searching for an in-store water based topcoat and stumbled on a post here saying Dollar Tree carries a pretty good one. Turns out, they had the top coat but also a base coat, multiple polish colors, and chrome powder. I won’t lie, I had very low hopes for $1.25 polish, but I was pleasantly surprised! They dried a little slower than a normal polish but I expected that with the lack of solvents. The black polish was opaque in one coat and made a great base for the chrome powder. I’m not expecting it to last a long time, but that’s actually why I bought it since my tween daughter wants to paint her nails but hates removing with acetone so having a fancy finish like chrome without th... How fast a product disappears from DT shelves as soon as you like it and go looking for it again20h agoI planned to stock up on Dermasil's whipped recovery cream + maybe try out the eye roller and hydra serum from the same line (though I'm not sure if they're even really necessarily for my skin given how young I am; I've just been i fluenced by the sub lol 🙂↔️). So imagine my disappointment when over this weekend, I went to three Dollar Trees in my area, and not a single one of them had any of these Dermasil products in stock! 😭 It was especially frustrating because I had been to Dollar Tree one or two weeks prior, and I KNOW one store had them in stock, but I held off on buying them because I was waiting to stock up on stuff before moving out of my dorm. Shou... Has anyone tried electric shaving with aloe gel?22h agoI still use warm water and soap before shaving. Once my face is dry, I rub the aloe gel around my face and neck. I let it dry slightly for around 10-20 seconds and then use my electric shaver. The shaver just demolishes the hair. What I have noticed immediately is that the aloe gel makes my facial and neck hair really stand on end, unlike anything else I've tried. I'm able to finish my shave in just a few minutes and it's pretty **** close to the shave I get using a regular razor. I purchased the gel at Dollar Tree so if you have one of those nearby, that's the cheapest place to get it. If you don't have a Dollar Tree near you, it's still very cheap to purchase... Stressed about upcoming financial change- need advice 🌸 usa1d agoI’m 25, living with a relative currently but I will be moving out in the near future. I work full time, pay for my car and insurance, phone, health comes from my job and so does dental. I can’t afford any place on my own so it’ll be me and a roommate. I’ve been adding up all of my numbers and I’ve calculated that I won’t be able to spend more than $150 - $200 MAX per week for groceries, gas, medical anything extra This is all after my bills- rent, water- power, WiFi, the car etc. So at first I thought this would be plenty since I can cut out the takeout and the clothes or girly shopping etc. Uh I was 1000% wrong. On my new health insurnace the deductible is lower but the ... Philadelphia woman went to Dollar Tree to buy a pregnancy test. Then the cashier escorted her to the back of the store: ...1d agoI’m leaving and not looking back1d agoI’ve been working for dollar tree since summer last year. Over the year, we’ve had a store manager walk out mid shift, a month with no store manager since she was out on medical leave THEN store manager training, a completely new staff, a DM who is worthless, all of these refreshes, a corporate reset, inventory AND high zero sales. My current SM has now run off 5 people in the last 4 months, currently has two IM cases against her, a missing deposit with a few thousand, short deposits, and now we just had another one run off. I’m tired. In the middle of her being gone for that month, I was quickly moved from a cashier to a MM with little to no training. I don’t even know what all my j... Sending giant cards?1d agoI’m not sure if y’all have a dollar store near you but the “Dollar Tree” sells these giant cards for $3. I’d guess it’s probably like 1.5ft by 3ft. Any experience in sending one through the mail? I’m reading it’s by oz but I don’t know how many it would be 😅 from MI to FL but the postal stuff is usually by time zone. It takes longer to send to Chicago than it does FL Inexpensive replacement silicone rubber feet1d agoWe all have keyboards as well as many other devices that have silicone rubber feet on them and over time the factory glue will fail and the rubber feet will eventually come off and disappear in to some other dimension, never to be seen again. Now, you're left with a wobbly device that may scratch your desk surface. I looked at Amazon for replacement rubber feet, yes they have them but they are expensive at $1 each. https://www.amazon.com/VATH-Adhesive-Silicone-Rubber-2-2mm/dp/B087BP3ZKV Too ****** rich for my blood! Being the cheap ******* that I am, I high tailed it to Dollar Tree. They have lots of silicone kitchen utensils and I figured that I'll find *something* there tha... I made a fake profile on the Nextdoor app to get my neighbors to fight.1d agoI can’t stand anyone in my neighborhood, loud, wrong, super rude, annoying and entitled. Night club opened and they protested till it was closed because Young people are doing drugs In there. They complain when a dollar tree opened because We work to hard to hood stores to open there a mix of apartment buildings in the neighborhood (I live in one) they don’t want people that live in apartments parking on the streets because We take up 4-5 spots and that’s not fair to home owners. They drive me crazy so I made a fake profile on the Nextdoor app, and a just make up ****. Linda is stealing flowers from Jane’s Garden someone’s car got hit and I was saying I saw this guy three houses aw... New store1d agoDoes anyone know what is going into the store next to the dollar tree on oracle and Roger? “We WISH we could pay you more”1d agoOur team meeting was today. Regional manager comes in with designer telling us about the expansion of Michael’s as a business and ‘opening new stores around the country’ only to hit us with “we know how hard you work, we WISH we could pay you more”. On top of that she (as she’s wearing designer) talks to us about “I’m like you, I love thrifting and shopping at low end stores like Walmart. A lot of people have to shop at dollar tree!” like holy out of touch. A lot of us thrift and shop at dollar tree because Michael’s doesn’t pay us enough to shop anywhere else. Then she undermined our work as a whole talking about “we sell glitter and glue, you should all be happy!”... Lil G Case haul 🔥1d agoDollar Tree always comes through with the newest basics, but I noticed the only cars missing from the restock were the TH (2JetZ) and the Custom Otto, which would've been the super. I recently learned that the manager of this particular store is going through cases before putting them out. This is the third time I've gone on a restock day, knowing full well I was the first person there, only to find no THs, or even the basic of what would've been the Super. Trust me, THs and STHs are cool and fun to hunt, and they are by no means the only reason I collect...BUT it's still very frustrating knowing that I could've had the chance to find them in the wild for my collec... My hoard: Too much... just way too much 😳1d agoI'm feeling pretty overwhelmed looking at the sheer volume of stuff I’ve accumulated. It’s a clear sign that I need a serious break from shopping at Dollar Tree or anywhere else for that matter. I’ve realized that my 'little' trips to the store have turned into a real habit that’s draining my finances and my space. It’s time to stop throwing around the word HOARD like it's a joke... it's time to start addressing the fact that I REALLY DO have a problem. Between all this and the bathroom stash, I’ve realized I have a genuine problem with my stops at DT!! The amount of money sitting here makes me sick to my stomach. I’m done with the store runs for a lon... Question for large orders2d agoI'd like to place a large Dollar Tree order. I don't drive due to anxiety and there are several things I want. I could get my husband to take me when he's not working or ask a friend but I wld like to just order and have it delivered. Is it okay to do that provided I tip at least 30 dollars or 20%, whichever is higher. As I mentioned I have pretty severe anxiety and I'm worried the delivery person may be upset over a large order. If it matters, the store is 3.1 miles away from me, I live in a fairly small town in W.V. and there's really no significant traffic to speak of, thank you so much. Pre-Makeup Prep!2d agoI can’t believe I’ve only been on this subreddit for a **WEEK** and what kicked it off was scrolling on a certain resale platform that’s been around since the mid to late 90s, and seeing a B. Pure Glow Up Watermelon Serum or Toner bottle for $9 (NINE) dollars. I was like, “what tf?? Isn’t that sold at Dollar Tree for $1.25?? I have to see this for myself,” since my original intention was to go to dollar tree for eyeshadow because I just spent a good couple hours of my check at the Orange store, and I like dollar tree palettes since my eyeshadow primer is bomb, and some days I want an Elizabeth Taylor in Cleopatra look, and others as neutrals and taupes. Dollar Tree’s barrie... Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
