Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Dollar Tree Latest Community Discussions About Dollar TreeAll the stores that have Hot Wheels so far15h agoI saw the cost at Vons was 2/$3. And since I bought only one, it cost $1.79. I assume that they haven't updated the cost yet. Bookoff was a place that has used items to buy. They do have a lot of uncommon cars in there and cost a lot. I would update more places soon for prices. Fyi, these prices were mainlines and were obtained around my area only, specifically in CA. The prices will be different in various states/areas. Penny Shopper at Dollar Tree Thinks She Hit the Jackpot for Stubbed Toe18h agoThis is why cashiers **** couponers and penny shoppers. She posted a follow up video leaving the emergency room. She really things she did a big one here. Do stores actually end up settling these frivolous claims or ghost her? First time sewing (with grandma's sewing machine)19h agoI just want to share my story with some people who might appreciate it and some pictures of what I made. I have wanted to learn to sew for a long time but never did. I do crochet a lot (which I learned fromy grandma) and I do other crafts like cross stitch. Before my grandma passed away I kept wanting to ask her to teach me but never did because when I was maybe 13 years old I remember sitting down and trying to use my Grandma's sewing machine and had no idea what I was doing. It made a bunch of noise and stopped working and she scolded me for breaking her machine when she was in the middle of an impossible project that she needed to finish that week. I basically never tried again a... Small haul22h agoI'm new to dollar tree beauty. I had bought things here and there in the past but I did not realize how much they've stepped up their game! Im trying to be mindful of how much i spend on beauty products in general. Because at the black and white store and the big orange store **** starts adding up fast! The dollar tree I went to today was very well stocked , the whole store neat and clean so they must have a good management team. Ive read on some of the posts that some dollar trees are not very good :( i dont even wanna have kids y does this have to happen (not anymore soon!got hrt)1d agoi started hrt 2 days ago it was my first time using a needle by myself and before i did it i was scared but it actually felt kinda neat. im always scared of pain but i thought, if im gonna do this I gotta really want it! I gotta prove I want it by doing it the hard way! ... but it wasn't that hard and even though there was a little pain it wasnt really unpleasant. Ik this sounds so weird but it felt kinda good . Scared for nothing I guess i really really really dont wanna be bald . Norwood is coming!!!!! I REALLY dont wanna be bald im too ugly to be bald. I just keep hoping it doesnt happen quickly so i can get a voice drop before starting fin/min. my dad had early hairline recession s... AITAH for making my best friend cry at her birthday dinner?1d agoHi, this is my first time posting on this sub but I’ve frequently read on here for a few years. I really don’t know what to do and am okay being the AH, I just need an outside perspective. Sorry if it’s too long, all this stuff has kind of accumulated throughout our friendship so I didn’t know how much to include. My best friend (21) and I (20) have been friends since we were freshman in high school, so it's been seven years. I’ll call her Ava. About two days ago we met up to celebrate her birthday, I had gotten into a really bad fight with my mom in the morning about money (this has to do with the story I think) and was considering not going because I was so upset, but ... Is the $ Tree still worth it?1d agoYears ago, I shopped the Dollar Tree quite a bit. Over the past 5 to 10 years, not only have their prices gone up, but IMO quality and quantity of many of their items have gone down. Things that used to cost me less there - I can often find a better deal at other stores, like Walmart. Especially food items. (You really want $1.25 for a can of off-brand green beans, corn or tuna I can buy at Walmart for under a buck?) And the number of items on the shelves that are above their base price keeps increasing. Like... I didn't go to the Dollar Tree to buy a gallon of milk or a Halloween decoration for $4.99. Some items at mine are as high as $7.99. What do you think are still the best deals... Has anyone had luck recently with Dollar Tree cases?1d agoI’m new to the hobby kinda and with Cashback offers can get 72 car cases for $75 basically at Dollar Tree online. I’ve read conflicting things about open cases but my 2 locks store managers said open cases would have to be done at store and not factory and they guaranteed they would never allow that No more Crafter's Square scrapbook stickers?1d agoI don't see these stickers anymore. They used to be at all the stores. (They're the Crafter's Square pop-up stickers...) Did the Dollar Tree remove them or are they coming back? 😢 Notebook insert storage solution2d agoDollar Tree had these little wooden crates for $5 USD. I have many more filled inserts to store in them. Growing up poor ruined my brain…2d agoI’m 26, I grew up poor (food stamps, section 8, food banks) and I really think it had a long term effect on my thinking. I’m the one in my family trying to “break the cycle” my grandma was poor, my mom was poor, both of my sisters are poor. The only thing that brings me true joy is working because I’m so scared of ever being dirt poor again. I feel a sense of shame when I’m simply just buying groceries or body wash that isn’t the cheapest one. It’s made dating tough which ***** because I should be able to relate to people who didn’t grow up like this but I can’t. One woman I was seeing was $20,000 in debt and she was just telling me how her mom decided to pay off her debt... Looked fresh... But it wasn't...3d agoA not-so-local Dollar Tree that I sometimes go to seemed like it got a fresh F case restock. I spent minutes checking the pegs (which were not easy looking through), only to find that there was also D and E case (and possibly C) mixed with it. I also noticed that, not only was the 87 Ford Sierra Cosworth mainline hanging in front, but also none of the Honda Civic Custom or the 64 Impala mainlines, the F1 cars, or any regular treasure hunts from these cases were hanging up at all, meaning someone had most likely beat me to it. However, I still found some castings I needed. Yes there were a few Ferraris, but they were ones I did not need. I've never seen pegs this packed, especially in a ... Anyone else just losing interest in shopping at stores that they once shopped at a lot?3d agoI used to go to VS and Target almost every week or so. I stopped going much nowadays. I usually just go to Dollar Tree, TJ Maxx and the grocery stores. I thought this was “drying solution” but it’s a thick, fast drying top coat.3d agoI just put it over some glitter polish that was not drying as fast as I wanted, thinking it was that thinner chemical that draws the moisture out of the polish. It’s actually a top coat. I have both Seche Vite($13) dry fast top coat, and this in the same container; and at first I thought I grabbed the SV. I will report back when it starts to degrade, and how good the comparison is ultimately. I just thought I would tell people, if you thought like me it was the “drying solution”, then we would both be wrong. Not unhappy I bought it, it’s just got a little weird description. It’s quite a thick top coat. Hopefully it lasts a few days. What am I gonna do with all these Xbox’s?!3d agoJust learned this Reddit exists and I have content. Ways to get involved in the environment when youre young and broke3d agoThing being desolate doesn't mean there is no action to take! I've recently been switching up how I do things to be more aware of the environment so I don't fall victim to complacency. I put together a list of stuff that I am doing and implementing that is cheap/free that don't take up an extreme amount of mental energy **1) Switching to Ecosia as a primary browser.** I am not too informed on the safety of this browser as compared to Google or Safari, so please comment what you know about it, but I have had no issues with it so far. You can turn off the AI feature on it easily. It feels like a small switch. The interface is great and prettier than most browsers, and eac... Ways to Get Involved in Environmental/Community Efforts, When You're Young and Broke3d agoI don't know if anyone is also feeling pretty hopeless about the planet these days, but I want to come on here and remind people that things appearing to be desolate doesn't mean there is no action to take! I've recently been switching up how I do things to be more aware of the environment so I don't fall victim to complacency. What's the best Dollar Tree (preferably on the Eastside) ?3d agoI've been hearing a lot of talk about Dollar Tree having "penny items" for sale but I have yet to come across any locations that actually have any. I did find a sugar scrub (that was a surprisingly really good product- it smelled wonderful & worked great.. I wish I would have gotten more than one!) at the Dollar Tree on Broadway and Camino Seco marked down to $0.25. I have seen tons of videos on YouTube of people finding tons of items for a penny (Which I guess are items that were supposed to be removed from the shelves but for whatever reason wasn't) & if you find one of the items, they're technically supposed to sell it to you still but since they a... Alright, Dollar Tree 🤨3d agoI didn’t have time to wait in line to speak to the apparent only employee in the store at the time. But first time I’ve seen this. Why are so many products not on the website?3d agoThere are a lot of products folks show here that I never see on the Dollar Tree app or website - and I don't mean items that are 'out of stock' constantly, but not listed anywhere at all. Like the Orchid Gentle Face Cleanser and Moisturizing Cream was something I fully expected to not see at my local store (it's in a smaller town that doesn't get new releases often), and likely wouldn't be available for online purchasing, but if I search for it to just look at it even it's like it doesn't exist in the first place - why are so many products not listed?
