Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Dollar Tree Latest Community Discussions About Dollar Treehow I found out my ex fiancé cheated5h agohow I found out about my ex FIANCE had cheated. not once but to many times to count. flashback time: its roughly 2018, im working as a manger for dollar tree at this point. I was closing one night and this tall skinny man comes into my store, I can see he had a few to drink but iim still polite for the public. this man lets call Joe, finds me in the store and starts asking questions like where he could find some items. I help him, I cash him out, now he's talking to much (probably tipsy lol). I don't really remember word for word of what we talked about, but at some point he's crying. he's emotional due to his baby mama drama. Now I did NOT ask him about it but I listene... Creating a product catalog - How many items per page?6h agoOur company sells general merchandise, similar to say a combination of harbor freight, dollar tree, general stores, etc. I am looking at updating our current product catalog and I know I over complicating this by thinking too much into it. However, I'd like to hear the thoughts of those who may have some thoughts/input on how you decide how many items you put on a page, in a column, in a row, etc. I was thinking of doing something similar to what harbor freight does for their fliers, which ranges between 2 / 4 / 5 / 6 items per row with maybe 30 items per page? However, I have also seen catalogs from other companies that sell similar items have \~6 items per page. I've a... No more Dollar Store shopping for me.7h agoAt first it wasn't so bad shopping at Dollar Stores, but perhaps I just got lucky. My first bad experience was an order paying 8 dollars for 26 items. Now 26 items isn't huge in the grand scheme, but Dollar Stores in particular seem to be really bad. 1. Cramped (especially when there are a lot of people). 2. Disorganized with merchandise scattered everywhere. 3. App does not say what aisles things are in. 4. Always out of things, or the item they have does not match up to what's in Doordash's database. This woman wanted all kinds of random stuff. Junk food, beauty products, household goods, air fresheners, cleaners etc. Took me an hour and a half to fi... Aldi vs Dollar Tree7h agoIs there anyone who has worked at both Aldi and Dollar Tree(with a decent manager) that could give their opinions/experience on which one is generally better to work at? Specifically assistant manager but also cashier/stockers. I've been a manager at DT for 7 years and since I moved to a store with a store manager who rarely does freight and barely handles the people issues, I'm really getting tired of this. Aldi pays way better than DT. “Dollar Tree@ type store in Virginia Beach15h agoI understand that there is a new store in town that is similar to the Dollar Tree. I’ve run across the name a couple of times, but I can’t remember the name. Is anyone familiar with such a business? Many thanks. Might be the last case I ever design…1d agoYep…me again. A couple days ago I showed off 6 custom dollar tree cases I made and said those would be all 6. Well…turns out I had just enough time for one more, and what better case to make than a Forza Horizon 6 one to celebrate the game coming out? It ended up working out too, seeing as the case has 6 slots and there’s now 6 games in the series. But as I mentioned, this is probably the last case I make since I won’t have a printer to make these on anymore, let alone the right kind of paper (it’s a type of cardstock, not just regular paper so it’s a little more durable and flexes less which helps me apply it to the case). I suppose I could try to find cardstock at an offic... need help finding similar frames1d agoSorry if the image isn't as clear - my seating chart inspo! Does anyone know where I can get similar photo frames (5x7) that's not so costly? Not much, if anything on Temu (unless I'm not searching up the right thing). I plan to look at thrift stores, dollar tree, home goods, etc. But preferably online so I can buy in one bulk and keep track of my expenses more easily. Thanks! GO TO DOLLAR TREE!1d agoEDC + Vegas is already gonna be SO expensive. Save that coin and get your essentials and then some at your nearest dollar quarter store! Obvi gotta buy multiple for the group and/or getting unlucky at security But hey, if I lose it or gotta toss it, at least it’s not my Ole Henriksen or touchland LOL Mainly for ATL shoppers1d agoI’m a shopper in the Atlanta area & I was just curious about a few things.. 1. What are your favorite areas of the metro area to shop in? Mainly the ones you feel like give the best tips. 2. Which days do you make the most money? 3. Which stores do you refuse to shop in? 4. What are your favorite stores to shop in? Here are my responses: 1. I like to shop in the Northern part of the city; mainly Chamblee, Doraville, Brookhaven, Dunwoody & Sandy Springs. Majority of the people are nice + they tip well. I also like to look at all the nice homes as I’m delivering the orders. 2. I usually make the most on Saturday & Sunday since I can shop for about 12 hour... idc what the distance is this is wild1d agowhere would they even store 120 glasses on the sales floor 😂 Zero hours1d agoI got hired at DT part time at the start of November. average hours 20-25. Around February I was transferred to a store going through a remodel. After reopen most local dollar trees were going through inventory. I went to 6 different stores and started getting consistent fulltime. I'm still understanding I am part time, but I'm getting extra hours. After inventory is over I get offered to be transferred to a new store to become asm. I was in my new store for a week, never got officially transferred, then sent back after that store hired more people. Since my transfer back, it's booted me off the scheduled hours, which are already cut, only giving me 15 an hour, which is averag... What orders do you guys refuse to take ,barely take ,& look forward to taking?1d agoI’m just wondering which ones you guys would never take or even try to avoid with any stores,or which ones you enjoy doing, I personally would never take dollar tree ones because 9/10 those stores have stuff everywhere and it’s so unorganized What a good father!2d agoit came highlighted like this guys An act of kindness saved my life, kindness saves. **** does not.2d agoHi everyone! I grew up poor, and sometimes my mom's card would decline. And I remember every single time distinctly. And I remember the kind people who would occasionally give a dollar or two so our family could afford to eat. And a while ago I was at dollar tree with my boyfriend and our other friend, and there was a mom checking out before us with her special needs son. He had been carrying around a hoola hoop throughout the store the whole time we had been there. And as the mom was checking out she realized she couldn't afford it. She told him to put it back and that she'd get it for him on her next paycheck, instinctively I told her I'd get it for him. And I did. And ...
