Hey, I live in KC and have about 6,000SF of lawn. Our front yard looked great last fall when I overseeded and the backyard itself took well also.. didn’t really water through winter so now I’m battling some brown spots. The front is still full of grass but the backyard is back to being patchy. I used tenacity, overseeded front yard with tall fescue from United seed.
