What is the policies on selling 1 cent, 25 cent, and 50 cent item's. SM and ASM also do it, but once it found out about items are not supposed to be sold as 1 cent because it is stealing, and those items is supposed to be mark as damage and thrown out. Do I have the right to tell say to my SM, and ASM due to company policy, I am not comfortable of selling these item's on my Cash Register? I just feel like if I'm not helping ASM and SM break rules. I am 25 years old and I have been working at an I.T/End User Support role in a hospital for the past year and a half. This is a step above help desk. My job is the boots on the ground fixer around the hospital. We are essentially the jack of all trades master of none. So my General manager sent out a memo saying “If you receive a call on your personal cell phone that you must take, you are required to clock out, take the call, and then clock back in once the call is complete. I have a 5.1 Surround System that uses S/PDIF. It's not working. When I plug the aux to my android phone it works, when I boot to my dualboot Ubuntu It works. When I plug the aux to my 4 dollar mp3 player it works. In Windows 11 It doesn't work. I've been trying to make it work for 3 weeks. I was able to use it by modding Realtek Drivers last year. Windows auto installs drivers. I tried disabling updates, auto driver updates, removing drivers from Driver Store, and Installing in safe mode. I'm using Windows 11 25H2 on Gigabyte G5GE.

My mind was set on the slouch coat because it looked soo good on other people but when I tried it on in store (XXS, short) I was disappointed. I have a narrow/small head so the boxiness and wideness of the slouch just did not work for me (looked like a child in Dad’s jacket). I also tried on the Only coat in the same size which definitely fit my frame better, but I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure if I loved the single breasted look. I’m sure this is a common problem for petites, are there any alternatives I can look to (non Aritzia or Aritzia)?
