I (19M) work as a manager at a phone store, that has super low traffic, and thus, gets low sales. I sit there for hours scrolling on my phone or watching some video to pass the time. I’m 26 and seriously considering quitting my job, but I want objective opinions. Right now I’m working in retail making $20/hour, which is only a few dollars above minimum wage in my city. I've lurked for a long time in preparation for my own trip, completed last week, and so many redditors have been extremely helpful. I'm really grateful for this sub. I only find youtube videos of BLS like a ball moving or something but that's about it. I tried a few different apps but they are all paid or trial based. Nothing truly free. I think a really free app could help a lot of people. Sure, it needs to come with warning about making sure people don't retraumatize themselves but if somebody been to therapy and have a generally good understanding of their problems, they could be using self-EMDR as a free and helpful way to process traumas, especially if they have experienced many traumas like I have and cannot afford to pay a couple of hundred dollars a session for months and months to process everything.

A person pays for all but two items in their basket, and leaves the store. Loss prevention stops them and has them ticketed for petty theft by the local police. Seems simple. When the receipt is looked at more carefully, it is discovered that, as Dollar General often does, several of the items were rung up at higher prices than what they were listed for. Turns out, the customer actually paid slightly more than they should have been charged for all of the items. Does the petty theft charge still stand?

This little one is still finishing her brain up at 5 months, but while cleaning under the bed today I found a surprise. A tote bag I got from a dollar store and colored with the kid was stashed full of mice toys and dragged down below. I had tied a string on to hang it, then thought I left it somewhere. Turns out she had it under the bed and was squirreling her favorite toys away by it. I had to move it to vacuum but, it’s her Tote Bag now. She drags it into bed every night. Rats. Recently bought a Sony DCR - DVD610E second hand from a camera store and I'm looking to set it up as a long term camera to record some videos for music projects and general blogging. The camera works perfectly and came with manual, original box, some cords, batteries and a few mini DVD disks. I am posting here in regards of wanting to know the best way to record onto this handycam in terms of ease of transferring footage, reliability and the cheapest option as well.
