Hello, everyone! Zendesk admin here and I’m trying to create a priority hotline for our retail store associates so they can get in immediately and bypass the general queue. The store sometimes needs to call our corporate office with quick questions and I don’t want them stuck in the queue with regular customers. Has anyone set up something like this? We have the zendesk enterprise plan.

This is a Lodge Blacklock cast iron pan that my grandfather bought recently. He passed away and this was sitting in a room which was damp/high humidity. I've never owned a cast iron pan before and don't know what to do with it. I'm guessing this is some light rust from the humidity. I took my second 2.5mg dose this past Saturday, and have made two trips to the grocery store since my first dose a week before that. Newish store manager and my store does not have a broom or dustpan, and when I asked if I can do a paid out for a new one, my DL said order thru store supplies.
