Hi, yesterday I had my first therapy session. I have a lot of family issues and a diagnosed anxiety disorder- it’s pretty severe (I struggle leaving the house) The session was nice, and I’m glad to start this journey. I enjoyed my therapist a lot and I feel we will get along great. This therapy session was also more of a get to know you session with general questions. Firstly, I completely agree with the being disappointed in the hype of what’s just a tote bag. Making it seem like a beauty product and building all the hype that it’ll be something grand when in reality it’s a cheap tote is pretty ******.
