TL;DR: I bought a Dometic DMC4081 that arrived dead. They won't take it back. Dometic won't do anything either unless you pay hundreds of dollars (they won't reimburse) for their "certified" technician to look at it and confirm it is not working. So I'm just screwed out of my money at this point. We just got back Monday from our fourth visit. We have previously LOVED this resort and wanted to take advantage of the kids go free sale. We usually go in November so I was a bit anxious about a summer time visit and hearing the bad reviews coming from the new side.
