Hi, I need some advice on how to remove my ex from social media and streaming services. Our 6 year relationship ended 7 months ago yet I’m still in fear every day given he knows where I live, work and my car. I’ve been afraid to remove him off these platforms in fear of the retaliation or the possibility of him showing up at my place of work. He did show up at my work a week after our breakup but nothing in person since. I still can’t shake the rapid heart beating and constant head swivels walking to my car each day. So I’ve been using press ons for a few months with basically no knowledge about nails (never got my nails done professionally and don’t paint them myself), and all I do is buy cheap press ons online or at dollar stores. I use cheap, runny glue that hardens into a brittle, 100% solid indestructible layer when it dries, and if I use acetone to get it off the inside of my press ons, the press ons get all warped and shrink to the point I can’t wear them.
