Wayfinder Waikiki - Edit Hotel review2h agoI just checked out of the Wayfinder Waikīkī Hotel in Oahu this morning and wanted to share my personal experience for a P1/P2 check-in back to back stay. Prefacing to say we don’t usually stay at high end hotels and we’re traveling with 2 kids, 5 & 10yo. I booked one stay on 12/31/25 and the other on 1/2/26. Both Edit credits posted within 48hrs. I also booked one of the stays for $600 to get the additional $100 Chase Travel credit. The rest of the stay was booked mostly with points and minimal cash. My husband, who was the primary checked in on 2/8-2/10/26. He didn’t feel that they explained a lot of the benefits for being a Reserve card customer compared to the couple in... The Presidential Election of 1840 | Washington’s Demise2h agohttps://preview.redd.it/9b9ubay655jg1.png?width=1080&format=png&auto=webp&s=92bdfc78ded58292ff634a3a38ae6ad254072849 After a chaotic 4 years the nation reconvenes for its quaternary ritual to decide the fate of the country. After finally achieving the Presidency the Whigs look to fight an uphill battle for re-election against a Federalist Party divided between conservative loyalists and moderates. An ever changing political landscape has brought the issues of the powerful national bank to a continental stage as the United States struggles with rampant corruption and bribery within the government as it plays favor to rapid industralisation and economic expansion often... High Quality Custom 1/642h agoHi, I am looking to get 3 custom 1/64 diecast models made of my cars. I’ve reached out to above 5 custom makers but can’t find anyone to do it. I am not looking for a general model, I am looking for highly detailed models that capture small aspects of the car. I’m willing to pay top dollar for this obviously. Do you know anyone that could help me? Making the Most with RR Points2h agoNot too long ago I saw that I could redeem my points for Lowe’s gift cards \*at a promo rate\* of sorts that would increase the dollar value of each point. I didn’t have a need for Lowe’s at the time, so I let the points continue to sit and collect dust. In the meantime, I’ve not found any other sources about these promos and was wondering a) How often do promos like this run? b) Do these happen across a variety of stores, or is this exclusive to Lowe’s? Any input would be appreciated - I’m just looking to cash out at the highest dollar value. Where to purchase FiiO products in Taipei (in person)2h agoI generally like to demo things in person before making a purchase, can anyone suggest any stores in Taipei that might have FiiO products? Splitting inventory and distribution2h agoFrom what I've seen in my research into this issue, Inventory in general is a longstanding pain point in SC, so maybe I'm asking too much for it to work too perfectly, but here goes. In preparation for a team project we want to store supplies in several locations before we embark on the action. The supplies consist of armor, weapons, utility and sustenance items. Our current plan is to load 1-and 2-SCU containers with gear, fly them to their destination, send via Freight Manager to warehouse, store the delivery ship, claim a transport ship and return to our rendezvous point. A captain will be assigned to each location to be able to recover containers from their local inventory -... Does this seem too good to be true? NYC Diamond District Seller2h agoI am being quote 3500 on this. At first I thought it was great but now im wondering..what's the catch? After going to a normal local Jewelry store and seeing similar items going for several thousand or just much more in general, i'm wondering if this is legitimate? The seller providing this is in NYC Diamond district and has good reviews, has a leigtimate store, comes from a reputable family, generation of jewelers etc; So, i'm a bit perplexed. I'm not sure what size this ring or carat weight. But it looks a lot bigger than the other stuff i've been looking at. Am I just paranoid, is it normal to find such better deals when dealing with NYC Diamond District s... Wealth taxes including on 'unrealized capital gains' should happen and are good economic and fiscal policy.2h ago*This Post comment is not meant to be financial advice.* Telsa's stock price (and the SpaceX valuation [Exclusive: SpaceX generated about $8 billion in profit last year ahead of IPO, sources say | Reuters](https://www.reuters.com/business/finance/spacex-generated-about-8-billion-profit-last-year-ahead-ipo-sources-say-2026-01-30/)) and thus Elon Musk's net worth is mostly based on vibes and the cult of Elon Musk. Help with storage and port options2h agoHello - apologies if this is very basic, but I am feeling really confused and overwhelmed about how to expand the storage on my 2022 MacBook Air (M2). I primarily use this laptop for home music production and managing my music collection (I've never warmed up to streaming music and prefer to own and store my own music and iTunes files), and I've just about run out of the 494 GB of local storage on my Mac. Most of this space is being taken up by my iTunes library. So, I'm thinking I need to buy an external drive to store my music. I currently have a SanDisc SSD with 1.5 TB that I use as a Time Machine backup. I also have an audio interface (M Audio 192|14) for recording to L... This lunch cost $1. Recipes in post.2h agoHam salad sandwich on rosemary bread, sprouty potato salad, half a navel orange, and green tea with brown sugar (not pictured). ---- Here's a breakdown. We bought whole ham on loss leader special at Christmas for $1.49/lb. Bread flour was a 25 lb bulk purchase and yeast was a 1 lb bulk purchase. Got the eggs on a $0.99/dozen special (the price is back down in our area). Russet potatoes were sold in a 3 lb bag. With the exception of rosemary, the herbs and spices for this were bulk bin purchases at Winco. Rosemary was fresh from our kitchen garden (anyone who has a sunny window can grow rosemary). The ham salad uses alfalfa sprouts (which we raised from seed) and the potato salad use... Documents reveal more about powerful forces behind push for warrantless lawful access2h ago# The pressure for lawful warrantless access to surveil internet subscriber data is long-standing and began in the late 1990s. But recently acquired access-to-information documents shed some light on some of the actors driving the push for more lawful access. The Strong Borders Act, Bill C-2, introduced in June 2025, faced criticism about its proposed warrantless lawful access provisions that would make it easier for police and intelligence agencies to access Canadians’ internet data without judicial sign-off. Critics said that included access to medical, hotel and car rental, and many other personal records. After backlash from civil society groups, Public Safety Minister Gary Anand... ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
