Hello guys, I've recently gotten myself a CB350, and wanted you guys' recommendations on a good quality helmet with ECE 22.06 and DOT certification. Generally I do city rides, but plan to go for long trips (up to 300kms or so) so what features do you recommend in the helmet. I can spend upto 6-7k (Not sure if I need to spend this much), so any good recommendations will be appreciated. Can you tell me if it is better to go in-store to buy or purchase the helmets online? I have a few helmets in mind which I saw in YT reviews- SMK Typhoon and LS2 Stream2. Are these good? Thanks a lot!

I started out using KA bread flour and after hearing some people say their results weren’t really what they wanted I decided to use Bob’s Red Mill (the only other bread flour available at my grocery store). It’s also two dollars cheaper than King Arthur. I’ve been struggling with flat loads but initially got some really great ones (still using bobs for the successful loaf). I’m more inclined to believe that my flat loaves have more to do with technique than the flour. I only really ever see people talk about King Arthur and Kirkland flour. I’m curious to hear other peoples’ experiences. Let me know!
