I am looking for some guidance as a business owner. I am thinking something like inventory, associates, stores, articles, speech etc. General insights and guidelines are greatly appreciated.

First point: The amount of clothes that get bought and returned is out of line. I have many regulars that buy hundreds of dollars worth of clothing and then come by the next day and return 90% of it. Every single shift i have to hang hundreds of pieces of merchandise because of the abuse of the return system and im over it!! I have recently purchased a new rOtring 600 pen. I found it on Amazon for $22 USD instead of the typical $30 to $35 USD. I wouldn't have questioned the fact of it authenticity except for the clear plastic wrap the box came in with Chinese writing on the label. Also, I ordered some .7 Quink Gel refills and they were completely counterfeit, like horribly. I love the at the beach scent, so much I have the whole collection from hair care to body wash, but I’m worried about the candle!! I can’t find it anywhere in store, only online, so I can’t test the smell. Preliminary: Sorry for the photo of the monitor instead of the screenshot. So I've asked this over a month ago, but was never able to figure it out. For some reason my installs on steam take forever to download. I checked my task manager to ensure that nothing is being maxed out, but in fact my HDD (D:) is being maxed out. The weird part is that the game I'm downloading an update for is installed on my SSD (C:). Does anyone know why my HDD would be bottlenecking the update when it shouldn't even be involved?
