I have been trying… for months… to find the Mountain Dew pineapple. I know from this group that it was exclusive to Dollar General but their stores are impossible to deal with. I’m mobility impaired, and dependent upon delivery. My local stores don’t do delivery. Nor do they answer their phones. A friend went to one location that showed 5 12-packs on the shelf… only to find none, and an employee who said he’d never heard of it. Now it looks like it’s back under a new name. No more Maui Burst, now it’s Baja Gold. And as impossible to find. Has anyone in northern VA been able to find any? I found ONE on Amazon for $20. Umm… no.

Dang. My Ailihen C8 gave up the ghost after about a year of use, and I need to find a replacement. I was fine with it since it was cheap and met my needs as a general purpose headset that allowed me to participate in online meetings without bothering my roommate, but I wonder if there is a more durable equivalent I could get in its place for under, say, $40. As long as it has a built in microphone and sounds better than a pair of earbuds from a dollar store, sound quality is not a major concern. My current most persistent but liveable bugs: - when docked the ship will almost always start listing (leaning) top decks into the dock area, eventually clipping under the edge and thus leading to a climb up with scavenged loot.
