I’ve been looking at collecting for a while and decided yesterday to buy a box to get started. My kids are young and I think it’s something that would be nice to share with them as they get older. I’m looking for a bit of help as to what I should be looking to buy, whether that be packs/boxes etc. I’m in the UK, so we don’t generally have them in stores. Anything I do buy would be online, I don’t know how much of a difference, if any, that would make. I’m not thinking of anything crazy, just something to get started and see if I get the itch. I’d say around $100-200 would be my budget. Any advice for a complete beginner would be appreciated. TIA

I recently learned about how Revere Ware, in addition to being made in the US, was also thicker and generally just more robust, and how to tell the good from the better. Long story short, look for the double ring logo. There are other tells but that's the quickest. As rough as they look sitting on the thrift store shelf, they sure do shine up nicely.
