I started gym 3 months back for general fitness, not consistent initially but from last 1 month post diwali I was consistent on workouts, diet, calories/protein intakes. 15 days back I decided to go 100% sugar less (it was hard for someone who ysed to have 3-4 Tea in a day) but was stick to it due to cold today, 20 mins ago, I had a Ginger Tea with sugar (sugarless option was not available at store) and since then I am feeling jitters and guilty. my taste buds are flowing uncontrollable. feeling guilty too much. in these 15 days I even skipped desserts and beer in office outings and had this today🥹🥹🥹

This is my first ever job, I am 18 work, a specific grocery store that is very, very popular on the south. And I work on in the Produce part of the shop. My job is cutting fruits and vegetables. I don't understand. Wendy's wants to make so many changes to their stores. Burger King did the same thing a couple years ago. Updating your stores is not going to bring in new customers. Just lower prices. That's all I promise. If every fast food place had a legit dollar menu. I promise you, it would bring in customers. You don't need to spend billions changing your store. Hi everybody. So to start this off, we have one alter, very grumpy, generally angry and hates fronting, though we weren't super sure why. I work retail and my department manager is constantly hovering. He is not aggressive or yelling, but he has a condescending, fake friendly style that makes you feel like you are always being watched. I just cant bring myself to delete anything. no matter how ****** or insignificant something is I can't get rid of it because everything has a certain memory attached to it and if I delete it then I've lost that memory forever. That's right. I bought a deceased estate off an auction on eBay for 200 Australian dollars (130 UDS), delivery included.
