I'm in Japan right now and wanting to buy pain relief patches but not quite sure which ones are the most effective. Looking for suggestions from folks to help me buy the patches so that I can carry them back home to India. PS: I'm okay with both hot and cool patches as long as they relieve the pain effectively. I'm looking for general pain relief for say, shoulder, leg, foot, etc. There are tons displayed at donki and drug stores and it gets overwhelming to glance through all of them. Would be great if suggestions mention the exact brand and product name (along with any other infor that might help me identify it). Thanks a ton in advance.

I found out about reformation's clothes recently, I've known of the brand for a while now but I went in person to their store for the very first time and as well received a gift, a shirt from the brand from a friend. I was actually shocked at how high the prices were for how low the quality and effort is. For instance, my friend gifted me a top that was $88 for bad chain stitching that is evidently not going to last, and the top was 88% polyester and i believe 12% viscose. Just saw a post about going to Mutianyu, so I thought I would share my experience of the cheapest, and one of the quickest, way to see the Great Wall in Beijing. Trip.com offers free layover tours from the Beijing Capital Airport. At 7:30 for the Great Wall, and at 13:30 for the City Tour. I landed at T2, so I took a free shuttle to T3 (it takes a while, the terminals are quite far apart). The tour starts at 7.30 but by 6:30, when the booth opened, there was already a long queue.
