Real talk, I've been 3d printing for a few years, and whenever I make something with a 3d-printer it always has an air of "home-made amateur gizmo" to it, like it's one level below the junk you'd find in a dollar store. I've tried coating it with things like epoxy, but it still looks like home-made junk. Something about the structural integrity and the visible layer lines makes it look trashy in my opinion. Is there any way around this? Or maybe I'm just biased? Best I've managed to do is polish something, sand it, copperplate it, and then coat the copper.

Looking for some new gear and am contemplating Revit, after having used Alpinestars for years. The last eight months have honestly been completely exhausting. Got entirely consumed by dropshipping. I'm a bit lost on how to find actual physical chairs to sit in and see if they'd work for me. I'm close enough to the Boston area to have access to a lot of stores in general, but of the typically recommended brands on here only Herman Miller seems to have a store. Other brands have "showrooms" that arent for the general public or various furniture stores seem to carry maybe one chair type from a major brand, but have no indication of if they actually keep them in person or if they'll just order one for you. Is there something I'm missing? Is everyone else routinely dropping 2k on chairs they've only seen a picture of?

A friend runs a local ISP. He told me he's paying a small amount to a software vendor which provides him with an easy to deploy and manage radius manager software.
