Just looking for any advice here - Scotland based I rent from a housing association and the block of flats has a horrendous issue with anti social behaviour. In 35 years of renting, I've always had the good fortune of never having had any issues when moving out of a property. I've always had chill, reasonable landlords who have been happy to release the bond. Until now.
