Howdy. Total newbie here. I bought these old Double H Tanker Boots off eBay a few months ago, and I’ve been loving them despite their vintage “charm.” As you can see, they are rather sad and old. They used to be older, and sadder looking, but I’ve been periodically throwing some wonder balsam I found in a closet, and it helps, but I know there is a better way. What do you guys recommend for general care of something like this? Tools, products, etc. Especially regarding the cracking on the straps. Is this a “head down to the surplus store and buy some proper boot polish” moment?

The last eight months have honestly been brutal. Got entirely fixated on dropshipping.
