Once again instead of promoting someone- our store has gone with an outside hire. I feel so bad for the people who were lead to believe that they would get that position if they opened up their availability. I would much rather be working under someone who knows the store, what they’re doing, etc. What’s the point in saving a few dollars on the hour (probably not even that) if it just means everything is going to be a **** show until they’re seasoned enough to lead? I’m so tired of seeing great partners utterly crushed by corporate self sabotage.

For the past couple of years I’ve been dealing with some bladder pain. When my bladder starts to get full I get pain in my abdomen and sometimes in my sides and back. It generally starts before my bladder is very full. It seems to be getting worse over time, and some days I don’t even have to pee that badly and it’s still very painful. Once in a while my bladder can get full and it’s not painful and I just feel like the normal urgency, but most of the time it’s painful. I bought this kit at Dollar General yesterday for about $8. I've done a couple of their post card sized kits and they were really nice square drill kits. The box says it has 38 colors and though it doesn't state it on the box, the image appears to be made of square dills. I figured they probably wouldn't be the best quality but it'll be something to do. Turns out the diamonds are round 😔 If I had known, I wouldn't have bothered.
