Hi all. I work in ICU vet med and have a 9 year (almost 10) MAS. She’s healthy as can be minus some allergies. I got her when I was 17 (and uneducated) from a pet store. I have really been lucky with her. I don’t see this breed in practice a whole lot, but the ones I have seen all have been healthy. My question- what did your mini ultimately pass from? So many breeds have their group of ailments that ultimately lead to death, but for minis I have not seen enough to notice a trend. This is part medical curiosity and part crazy dog mom.
