I have this knife storage that until today has been for some cheap old stainless knives and one old Global 20cm chef's knife. However, I've just bought a Shiro Kamo Aogami Super 210mm Gyuto and I'm keen to keep very good care of it. It's obviously more brittle anyway and the difference in shape and weight distribution mean if I put it in here it effectively rests solely on its own edge. The others sit on the handle partly and generally the blade floats more. For my Global, only a tiny part of the blade heel actually touches the wood Is this a bad idea for storing my new Shiro Kamo or am I overthinking it?

My son and I are fairly new drummers and are both currently taking lessons together. He's younger and started lessons first, so we got him a Ludwig Pocket Kit. I've been wanting to treat myself to something expensive recently, and me being obsessed with subwoofers and music in general, I thought a big tower speaker would be the only thing I could think of, since the runner up was the Noble Fokus earbuds, and I don't really want those as much as I want this thing. For reference, my current tower speaker is the One Large Party Speaker from Walmart, but I Demoed this Ult Tower 9 in best buy next to the Sony Xv500 and I was sold on it. I came up with an idea of a pamphlet that folds out into a monthly calendar scrapbook. I was thinking that I could afix the flowers to the "cover side" creating a sort-of mural like image with columns on the inside. I liked this idea because it can be fairly compact, allowing the recipient to display or easily store. Okay, so I’ve worked with Ulta for a while. I am very familiar with the return policy even Ulta used to give a year to return things. But every new store manager we have had at my store makes us feel super guilty about returns… saying that “we’re” losing money. I’m good at making cc sales and I’m on register all day. Recently got this olympus film camera from a trip and planning on using it for the first time tomorrow but I can’t seem to find the manual online to double check how to correctly load the film/unwind it and just to have a general overview of how the camera works.
