Anyone on antidepressants that have a side-effect of higher levels of hunger who could give me advice on diet: my macros and diet overall should be ok for bulking but I am still so hungry but I don't know what to eat, or more specifically what to snack on after snacking on things like sandwiches , rice cakes and yogurts. I won't list my whole diet but what I am looking for is snacks I don't have to cook but at most can heat and which would not be too expensive. I would rather not eat nuts or dried jerky so is there anything else anyone could suggest that would help with controlling hunger? Little story time: I received a white/cream coloured leather bag from Coach for my birthday. I wore it that night for my birthday party, with a red dress that I had double washed. Got pink/red colour transfer ALL OVER it and was devastated. I only do well when I follow what I’m told to do. It is for this reason that I have no initiative and passion and never know where to start when given free choice to pursue anything. I do so well in my classes and get good grades yet outside of class I don’t play any sport and even so I don’t do anything else to make up for that like I don’t lead any clubs, work on anything by my own will (e.g. writing or art related projects), research… I’m really scared this won’t help me for college.
