Hi all, just thought I'd share some of my thoughts after switching to Keto a few weeks ago. My weight has been building up for a few years after the birth of my daughter (from about 75kg to 92kg) and I wanted to do something about it. After a few comments at work / out and a few 'penny drop' moments I realised that Keto was something I wanted try. In essence I realised as a busy parent, I don't have the ability to eat what I like and lose weight (that would require going to the gym / playing sport daily which I don't have time for). Just moved a few months ago and finally have a dedicated space to keep a player out all the time. Currently rocking the "absolute budget setup" - an LP60BT, an amp from AliExpress and some thrifted Technics SB-S4 speakers. Been using an old Roku stick for years on my living room TV but it's starting to glitch out on apps like Netflix freezing mid-show. Hi, I bought a YTS-23 from a thrift store this past weekend, but it didn't come with a case. I hadn't played in 30+ years and am enjoying it: it seems to be in pretty good shape. (I asked my wife for a request, and she said I should play solo.... so low she can't hear me...). I have a Selmer Signet case from the 80s, but the YTS-23 doesn't fit in it.
