Okay so this been on my mind lately… is there even such a thing as a “best brand” for fresh garlic? 😅 Like with packaged stuff I get it, brands matter. But garlic?? It all looks kinda same when you see it in stores, just different sizes maybe. I tried paying attention recently and yeah some garlic feels stronger, fresher, less dry inside. I have been having some fun canning. I have been canning radscorpion steak, ribeye steak and awesome opossum bacon and tasty squirrel stew which have good buffs My concern is that they take up a lot of weight in inventory/store, dont sell for much in store and use a ton of aluminum/copper to make cans. I use super duper level 3 for chance of more cans/foods. I mostly carry around what I make, as perks "thru hiker" so they weight is negligence. Do others mess around with canning? Thank you
