I'm trying to find a encyclopedia type book I bought in a Chapters store in Canada in the 2000s. It had, from my memory, a red/maroon/light brown cover and covered an array of subjects, such as: Ancient civilizations Weaponry Sports Flight Maybe dinosaurs... From what I see from the internet, the Kingfisher encyclopedias are the closest, but I cannot seem to find an edition that covers all these topics. I also remember the book being of smaller length and width. Could someone possibly assist? Thank you.

I have a friend that asked me for advice on how to lose weight and get a nice physique a couple months ago, because according to her I have gotten noticeably fitter over the years I’ve known her (we met freshman year of college, we’re now seniors). I wrestled for sport and was always distracted by the guys and their butts arms and bulges in the singlets(and this also gave me a lot of gender dysphoria bc they wrestled commando and the jealousy was real) To make matters worse it was coed. The issue is my sex drive was high before T and now it’s crazy, it doesn’t help for some reason my team is genuinely good looking…. I was an actual perv staring at them both with list and jealousy and had to take breaks often..it was embarrassing how filled with lust I was towards some of them and how I couldn’t even wrestle well because of it. I fear this may be an issue for me for many sports 😢

I’ve recently got into pin collecting, and I have a small shadow box hanging on a wall but it’s almost full. I want to store any pins I get in a binder after the shadow box fills up but idk what’s a good binder to get? I’ve been looking at Pinfolio but they’re either too small focused on portability or too expensive. I like their Stick n’ Go pages since I wouldn’t have to worry about the binder being thick due to the rubber backings

Hello! I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport 2.4 engine I think FWD automatic which is at about 150k miles. I’ve had it since it was at 70k and have only done oil changes and tires stuff like that. My brother said I should do a coolant flush and brake flush and my friend said to replace spark plugs. Should I do those things or can I wait till something goes wrong and then fix it? Anything else I should think about? Only thing wrong rn is the transmission but I can’t change fluid so I gotta use it till it dies apparently. (Front suspension was just replaced so struts and ball joints and whatever are all good)
