Good morning people from reddit, I have a question about the people who use xp pen drawing magic pad and "Clip studio paint" do you have problems importing tools directly from the store?, I have been using the tablet for 1 year and a little but I could never import brushes directly, I always have to access the CSP from my pc and upload my work desk to the cloud next to the brushes and thus be able to use them in the Xp pen drawing magic, if anyone has a solution I would appreciate it very much

Super quick and dirty first test. This is on Portra 400 vs. the light source that is built into the Valoi 360 (by no means a bad light source). On the left side (and image 2 standalone) is a simple inversion in Capture One. On the right side is a comparison of how Negative Lab Pro converts the RGB Scanlight vs. the white lightsource of the Valoi 360. Either the simple inversion, and the NLP conversion of the Scanlight raw file seems superior to me compared to the white light source. Thanksgiving week always throws everyone off… it’s Thursday, not Saturday!

This is a question for shifts/SMs. I’m always on front/support or warming during peak. (I’m probably the second best person on warming in the store.) I work at a high volume store. I’m good at multi-tasking. Occasionally I’ll get farmed out to hot or cold bar or drive for someone’s lunch or ten. But I’m almost never on hot bar during peak. This frustrates me a bit because I know I’m \*\*good\*\* on hot bar. I’m consistent, fast, and communicate clearly as needed. Like, I check all the boxes. Im better than a lot of the people who are \*consistently\* put on hot bar \*all the time\*. Is there a reason why I’d be “shut out” from working hot bar during peak?
