So we complain about aircraft loadouts a lot, so I decided to have a crack at looking at what actual loadouts would look like, and compare them to what we see in-game. Recently I brought items in to return. I did not have the receipts, and most items were probably purchased more than 90 days ago. I did have the (not HD) credit card I did the purchases with, and the return associate was able to match most or all of the purchases on the screen. When the return was wrapping up, the screen displayed a message that this customer would no longer be allowed to do ??? returns after this return. Sorry, I don't remember the exact details.
