The QDC ports on my Kuntens are cracked. I can't get a good picture cuz my phone ***** but the illustration above sums up what I see. I've been very careful with these bois. I always store them in a case and make sure to never thrash them around or put pressure on the connector. It's only been 2 months and they're already damaged. House was built in 2019, all three toilets have the low water level that we got used to. Bought this at a thrift store and had no idea the pieces were cut like they are! Is this a random cut? I don't know what types of cuts there are. But this was fun!
