I always tip $5 minimum and add a dollar per mile since i’m a dasher myself and know that base pay is trash. The store was 3 miles away so it was going to be an $8 tip on my end. Doordash did that thing with shopping orders where they re-assign an additional dasher to another store to get the item that was out of stock of my local Target that was a mile away, so I couldn’t tip because it sent him there automatically. I have a discover checkings account and it is the dream account to have, besides the fact that the only way you can deposit cash is through Walmart of all places. I was originally going to get an extra set of black buttons with it because I ordered the blue/purple and thought the contrast would look better than the stock purple buttons.
