As someone who works in finance and is a policy wonk, How many socialists actually study finance and economics? I feel like anytime I look for education data, it’s presented by right-wing conservatives, when realistically, many of the things we want to do can be achieved via levers in the market and building that working class up. We discuss government actions, but not market actions. The people still have the power to do good, and more than just boycotting a store or something; I’m referring to Financial Wellness, Credit Unions, Pushing for Public Banking, and creating community sovereignty wealth trust funds.

I know, I know, it's only April... but was just wondering if this has happened to anyone else? My manager has gone and booked off every Xmas/NY shift (if affected) using our holiday allowance. They have done this for every driver in our Dotcom department without even asking first. I queryed him on this and he said that we have to use holiday and there was no alternative. Has anyone found a good solution to prevent sun fading of your beard ? I've gone as far as to spray a sports type sunscreen on my face to help prevent fading. As an avid golfer my beard gets exposed to sun at the the worst times of the day and it goes from a salt and pepper to a full Santa Claus white very quickly. I'd really like to prevent this with something that works and doesn't damage an 8 inch plus beard.

My past years haven't always been consistent training or really specific speed training (because of injuries, different coaches and just life), but I have had a few really consistent training years (about 3 quality training days a week for most weeks), including this one.
