Hey guys! I recently found my old Ipod Touch 5th Gen and was able to fully reset it (since i forgot my passcode). I would like to be able to get my vertical back up over the summer and try dunking. I'm 25, am 5'9 and weigh around 160. I've played sports my whole life (football, track, soccer, basketball) but never solely focused on vertical training. I did get ACL surgery about 1.5 years ago (cleared for sports at 9 months) and have started grinding legs about 2x a week weight training but focused on isometrics atm.
