I placed an order for an in-stock item over a month ago (Neo60 Core POM backplate), and haven't received anything. I've tried emailing them three times now to ask about the order status and whether it has shipped, and haven't heard anything back. Requested a refund for nondelivery of goods, still no response. I have since reported them to Shopify and am about to request a chargeback through my bank. If they were ever a legit store to buy from, they definitely aren't now. Avoid at all costs. I'm out almost $100 thanks to them, and am likely to end up spending months trying to claw that money back.
