Unwrapped and set up my new roomba to get this error twice even after a factory reset. I **** when people try and pose the SM’s of stores like they are separate from Baristas and SSV’s in the regard of being in “power.” I, an SSV sat and listened to a meeting my SM was in today and it was genuinely slop. Hi guys, I work as a sales rep at a carrier store. Lately, the company I work for has been pushing shady practices onto stores, including asking reps to record customer info from accounts in a big notebook to keep track of who does and doesn't buy a particular service. I believe they do this as a humiliation tactic for employees and a punishment tactic for "low-value" customers.
