I just got promoted from floater to interim PiC to RXM at a Tier 2 - staff are excellent and managing with reduced hours, and we have a good store manager/DHs for backup. That said, I still want to know what I can do to support/fight for you if possible. I've only been with WAG since May 2025 so I have some learning still to do but a good chunk of things like TPRs I've learned through floating. For most people it makes it worse, they overthink. Basic training ISNT hard. It’s just a mental game. I went to to fort Jackson, SC. 260th battalion. When you get to basic training/ Fort Jackson you arrive on a bus, they make you stand on yellow lines and do some extra stuff, like hold your papers in your left hand and bags on the right. Now this store is not the greatest for buying single mini figures individually because they get marked up very high but if you ever find a set for a good price, make sure you take advantage of that because they marked those very well and you get a lot of value from it as you would buying it from a department store or the official Lego store :)
