OmniTAK is now on the app store and so far it’s very much an in-progress app. So far, here’s the gist: It’s pretty much just a UI. Nothing outside of drawing tools, waypoints, and gps location works. I can’t connect to my TAK Server because I’ve got it set up to connect with user packages, which this doesn’t currently allow. The actual UI at the map is kinda messy, the buttons are haphazardly placed in such a way that gets in the way of a map and often times eachother. I've been working at B&N for a few years now and it seems to be going down hill. My SM is putting so much pressure on us to sell BOTY but it seems so unrealistic for our customers. Some weeks ago I bought a Compaq NX9005 laptop from 2002 (gotta post pics of it here soon), and since it was stored in a pretty dusty place and also the laptop apparently used to belong to a smoker, the poor thing needed a *good* cleaning. The thing is, I used my gf's bottle of 99% isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber cloth, gently rubbing off all the cigarrette stuff, grease and dust.
