I like(d) the concept of Carnivore but def not aboard the 'plants are toxic' (I think it is, if not nonsense, specious logic). For me so far this has meant not eschewing the garlic/shallots and even occasional deglaze with a tablespoon or two of cognac. Where I've come to with all this is they core of a good way to eat (vs a diet) is with the best fat and collagen staples possible. Wanted to share my collection after several months of dedicated collecting. Last month I went to Japan and spent a good amount of time checking out many of their Book Off locations, as well as a lot of time spent meandering through many independent shops. I also spent several hours dedicated just to the stores in Akhihabara.
