I’m dealing with some growing pain in my foot as I train for a marathon. I suspect it may be the same as a previous injury where my cuboid bone came misaligned. There’s a special technique called the cuboid whip to fix it, but not every PT/doctor knows it. I figure by asking for recs of caregivers who are already good I’ll have a better starting point than just calling all over the place asking if they do it, and if something else is going on it will be helpful to have someone talented as well.

Was digging through some old stuff and found a box of candles and matches/lighters that I had bought a long time ago, literally a decade at this point. The lighters were normal flint bic lighters, and the matches were some small brand dollar store kind. The lighters didn't work anymore, not because the fuel went bad, but the rolling flint part had corroded or something and wouldn't turn anymore.
