I have this issue every few months when the temperature changes where I chafe, it gets pretty bad but this time it's pretty unbearable, I can't walk without it thrashing. Usually I can just slap some sudocrem on let it air out and it'll get less irritated and I can go on my day more comfortably but it'll still be there, but I'll be comfortable.
