I went to my local CVS store to buy some Home Depot gift cards to give as a gift to somebody, and to use up some of these MyPrepaidCenter rewards cards, which were all attached to my Google wallet. I grab 2 $500 gift cards, take them to cashier, they scan it, activate it. I use google wallet and scan my 5 MyPrepaidCenter cards. After which, the cashier tells me "there's an error on the 2nd gift card, I think it's compromised." So here, I assume that the transaction must be cancelled, I'll grab some new gift cards on the shelf that hopefully don't have the same problem, and we retry a new transaction and everything will be smooth. This is not the first time this has happened. I know it's not all CVS's fault. But here's where I'm coming from. I'm told by CVS there's "nothing" they can do about it. They have no control over it. It's a manufacturer's shortage. I'm told as the customer-slash-patient, that it's up to me to either wait until the supply comes in OR find a pharmacy that has it in stock, and switch it. while i was shopping at local stores like pharmacies i noticed theres an aisle of INC magazines which they claim i can take for free, so i did and reading them felt very weird the thing that stuck to me that most was when they organize events, the organizer first thanks their cult leader manalo before god himself, saying stuff like "we would like to thank our great leader felix manalo for giving us the opportunity to spread god's message" isnt that a telltale sign that you're in a cult? where the leader takes priority over everything? glad im not in this cult else i'd be shot bt now​

If there are multiple stores in a chain in my town (Like Circle K, Dollar General, CVS), do I have to go to the specific location it wants me to go to... like will it work at a different one ? For more context the odds of me getting robbed, bothered, or murdered is significantly less in some areas more so than others, so I was just curious if I accept an order at one dollar general or Circle K, Can I technically do it at another one ?

I haven’t worked for Walgreens in 5 years now. I stopped in a store I had worked at 20 years ago. It was such a shame and surreal to see so many categories under plexiglass and lock and key. Never thought I’d see the day that this would be the case that this would have to happen. I know this is the norm now. But the idea it’s the one cashier and the closing leader to close the store. And this is a 24 hour store. The pharmacy even closes now. I’m just shocked to see this happening. No wonder this company has gone to the gutter!

I used Quick MD for Subox maintenance and I have for many months. Every month, CVS tries to run it through my insurance and it won’t work and they tell me thru the app that it’s out of stock or it’s too early (it never is). Someone always ends up telling me “oh well it was your insurance holding it up, they were trying to run it through!” I even send messages each time saying that I pay cash for it, don’t bother w my insurance. Last month, same crap… only when they FINALLY believed me about insurance not covering it, they didn’t have my full RX in stock. I have been using zep for almost 2 years now previously Optum pharmacy with PERS Blue Cross PPO they denied 3 PA requests . This year same PERS insurance but they switched pharmacy to CVS Caremark . I have always used CVS with Lilly card and was $550 a month out of pocket . This month was $499 them I got this text from Lilly . Does this mean PERS /Caremark might consider covering or just another false hope ? I’m thinking of switching from Sesame to Call on Doc anyway so is it worth asking COD to try another PA??

For starters, I’ve been there well over 4 months now. I was taken on as a full time worker and am barely scratching 28 hours still. It’s ridiculous. Every time it comes up, I’m told "you’re not very good yet and others are better so I need to give them hours because we’re drowning". Understandable except I’m barely given the chance to do better? The other day I went to a pharmacy/grocery store at night just to grab a couple of things. When I walked in they had a machine floor sweeper/ cleaner which I thought was abit louder then your typical one. It was on the opposite side of the store and didn't have my earplugs on me so I tried to be quick in the store.
