Their seems to be a shortage of adderall xr 20mg on long island I’ve called cvs , Walgreens , and some small pharmacies and all of them are out they say due to a nationwide shortage. Has anyone been able to fill anywhere ? Willing to travel or pay a little extra this is so frustrating. I’ll even do the smaller dose 2x a day if needed :( help

My first store was built with steel beams running around the perimeter of the building just in case of a vehicle strike in accordance with local township ordinances. Howdy! I'm thinking of making a lateral move from CVS to WM as a pharmacy tech. Ultimately, it's a 1.83% pay cut from my current pay with CVS (after I get nationally certified). I got MCAS as a comorbidity (IBS, Oral Allergy Syndrome and Fibro too) to my severe ME/CFS. After years of bowel issues, we found 200mg of ampules 4 times a day got things to a tolerable level. Does anyone else have just cashiers and techs ? I have passed my test but they only let me cashier. I was told they will slowly train me on the tech positions. I am full time and was told I would have to find other stores to work at to get my 34 hours. The other stores are not going to want just a cashiering tech. What should I do.
