I continue to be totally grossed out by CVS wages. I’m a licensed and certified tech. We all know the mountain of responsibilities techs have, as well as the knowledge we need and general common sense needed to do our jobs. We are paid ****. Whatever state we are in, we are not paid well. I found out a front store ops manager (assistant manager) starts $4 and hour more than a tech. No **** on front store staff but it just does not make sense to me when it seems the pharmacy is the busiest place in the store. It’s not even worth my time to type this out. Nothing will change. Someday I won’t work for CVS and that will be great. I would love to hear your gripes about pay, too!
