I have taken several psych medications since 2007 when I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder ll. I noticed last year tongue thrusting and other mouth movements that continued to worsen. I also move my feet a lot and do pelvis rocking while sitting down. I was driving my wife crazy with all of my tics. Initially I was worried I was in the beginning stage of something like Parkinson’s but eventually I learned about Tardive Dyskinesia and my symptoms matched TD. I work at a 24 hour store and yesterday (Saturday) we had to work even during a red travel advisory. All day on Saturday, front and paunch maybe helped 20 people. We had 2-3 employees in the pharmacy at all times and 1-2 employees up front. They gave the pharmacist a key and said they had no one to work over night so they were closing the front store at 11pm. So our pharmacist and overnight tech were locked in the store and operated out of the drive thru only. I maybe sold $300 worth of prescriptions so I doubt they made back what they paid us all to be there.

Hi, my daughter recently started taking pictures on a disposable fuji film camera. She is practicing for a camping trip with her school. She blew through the first disposable camera on a walk we had and is working on the second one (we bought a 2 pack). It occurred to me that we have to develop these pictures and reading online it looks like CVS drug stores take a long time to develop film. They are micromanaging to the point people have made active complaints to the pharmacy manager (who doesn’t address it) and being the absolute worst team players. I’m a 1st year moving into 2nd year of pharmacy. I started working in retail pharmacy a few months ago and I’m still struggling to get the hang of things. I struggle with the store’s system and I struggle with questions from patients. I make minor mistakes every shift and I just feel so overwhelmed and incompetent, but I really am trying my best. I have seen on here sometimes that some patients have recommended Costco to fill hard to find and hard to have consistently filled pain med prescriptions. I know it’s rare for Walmarts to close but my store didn’t but every single store in my area closed but mine. Our pharmacy and vision center? Closed. For the safety of our workers! But not the rest of the store. What a joke.
