It’s 200mg/ml pharmacy TRT compounded in MCT oil. I just read the fine print on the label, not sure why it says 36-46 degrees? I’ve just been storing it in my drawer for months. No real issues. Clinic never mentioned to refrigerate it.

This feels like we’re going after the wrong target. If CVS and other chains start closing pharmacies because of this law, patients especially in rural areas are the ones who’ll suffer most fr!!

So long story short I’ve been between CVS and Walgreens for the past 12 years I recently switched to Amazon pharmacy because T Enan was always out of stock it was causing my numbers to fluctuate and I was off and suffering every other month. Well Amazon is very consistent until I got this message for my recent refill. Is this a political thing? Is it happening everywhere? Or maybe it’s just me? 😂 WTH

I really need advice from someone because I genuinely have no one to guide me. Ima girl looking for a part time job because there is a lot of money problems in my family right now. I dont have many skills yet, Im still learning everything slowly. I’m good at teaching kids and I actually enjoy teaching, but i got a downfall in 11th and 12th class, %age a little messed up. I can work somewhere like cafes, showrooms, stores, receptionist work, tuition, anything honestly. But I seriously have 0 idea how people find jobs. So I don’t know what’s been up with my RxM lately but she’s been extra micro-managey and controlling lately. I’ve been a tech for going on 6 years now. I know that doesn’t make me infallible or perfect but she’s never been the type of pharmacist who keeps an eye on me because I generally don’t really need help with many run of the mill things and I’m pretty good at deescalating and not even getting to that point in the first place because I’m just honest with patients about what’s going on and most of our regulars have learned that I generally will do anything I can to help them and if something is going wrong I’ll do whatever I can do as a tech to take care of it, I’...

I don’t have a desire to obtain a great “career,” I just want to have money. I applied for part time associate and was practically immediately offered to move over to pharmacy, and have been approached about it several times. I’ve only been here less than a month. They seem really nice and positive and eager for me to move over there for more hours and better pay, but from people who have been here longer does it feel like a red flag? Or am I being cynical… even if I don’t like cvs over time is getting this training for free, and getting paid for it, worth it?

Maybe it’s just me, but it feels like Austin used to have way more places open late at night than it does now. Not even just bars/restaurants either — grocery stores, coffee shops, pharmacies, random everyday places all seem to close earlier than they used to. Kind of weird for a city that always had a reputation for being active late into the night. Curious if other people around Austin have noticed the same thing or if I’m imagining it.

I had a great experience with Gimme as someone new to GLPs. Finally took the plunge in for myself and got setup with Gimme in March after my wife had been on a GLP from another provider for several months with good results. Gimme sent me 3 months as 3 vials and a week later announced a 6 month option when BPI was ceasing production. They let me get another 3 months worth and again shipped 3 vials. Good service. I left in July to do a six week, full time, unpaid externship for a Pharmacy Tech trade school to qualify graduating from the program.
