I dont appear to be entering my Walmart associate email correctly to be able to follow thru the steps on resetting password, it expired. Saw helpdesk mentioned, can anyone provide info on how to obtain your associate email if you cant sign in to access it at walmart one? Or contact helpdesk? TY. Can't seem to find a straight answer anywhere. I live in SoCal in a town with a Kaiser clinic and pharmacy that typically handle my prescriptions, one of which is Adderall, prescribed by a psychiatrist outside of the KP org but covered by KP (not sure if it's still the case but I believe there was a strike previously which is why I started care outside of the system). So I cannot initiate a refill via Kaiser, I have to go through my 3rd party provider who needs me to provide the pharmacy information in advance. After taking shot 3 of my first month of 14.5 mg from BPI I put in a refill request on Saturday. I got super detailed async visit summary on Monday along with invoice, paid with HSA with no issues and got notified it had been sent to pharmacy. Order shipped out Tuesday and my next 3 month just landed on my porch tonight, nicely packaged, tons of needles and wipes, great temp! I was on Zep being filled at CVS for 11 months prior to this, and had to call them every single month about my order and regularly had to wait days for them to get shipments in. POM for the WIN!!

I used the GoodRx coupon and the Novo discount card. She had to remove my insurance information in order for the Novo to give the discount because I have government insurance. She was very patient and willing to make it work. At the end I let her know how much I appreciate her help. Plus I am regular and always try to be as nicest and appreciative possible.

I have been going to one CVS for a decade, and on a particular medication for several years. This is Armodafinil and I do realize it is a schedule 4 controlled medication which may contribute to this problem. For several years my insurance approved this medication, but last year it denied the prior authorization. My doctor appealed but it held. After weeks fighting insurance, it was “approved”… only to learn I still have to pay $450/month, which is the *same price as self-pay*. Insurance and Lilly coupon literally save me nothing.
