Wegovy 7.2mg: EVP Jamey Millar Confirms April Launch Across 70,000+ U.S. pharmacies and telehealth services2h agoNovo plans to launch Wegovy HD (7.2mg) in April, with the medication’s U.S. price to be revealed at that time, a Novo Nordisk spokesperson told Fierce. The higher dose will be available next month “through all channels where patients can access Wegovy,” Novo’s representative said, singling out brick-and-mortar pharmacies, telehealth providers like GoodRx, and the company’s own NovoCare Pharmacy. "Wegovy® HD represents an important new tool in obesity management, allowing clinicians to better tailor treatment strategies and help improve outcomes," said W. Timothy Garvey, MD, professor of medicine and director of the Diabetes Research Center at the University of Alabama ... CVS on Central, pharmacy experience2h agoI don't know if it's all CVS locations, or if maybe it's just my personal experience? Cannot call them, answering phone is just not something they do I suppose. Even when you're there you can hear it ringing the entire time. Cannot be in a hurry, there is almost always a line. And once you do get up and give your info, the answer is 100% going to be "ma'am it's not ready yet, have a seat and we'll call you in about 20min" Even if they call or text "your prescription is ready..." it's not, you will still be told they're working on it and they'll call you in 20min. And the closing for lunch thing?? Agreed the employee... Here’s the tea about Giant Eagle…3h agoSince the moment I started working at Giant Eagle, I’ve noticed that GE has been laying off workers every month. 1. they got rid of one of my coworkers for having to take a sick leave since no one is able to watch for her children. 2. they attempted to get rid of another coworker of mine due to absences (she was sick and HAD A MEDICAL EXCUSE mind you…). 3. today, HR called one of my coworkers to let her know she’s been fired since they won’t “accept her medical leave” apparently.. (guess FMLA doesn’t count via GE’s HR rules..) The amount of attempts that they have been trying to get rid of workers is absurd. Their reasonings? “They punched in too late than their scheduled... really rude floater pharmacist in retail3h agoHi! So i’ve been in retail pharmacy tech for a few months now and i’m finding it very dreadful when we have a certain floater pharmacist fill in as needed. this person is rude to techs, absolutely hates questions (super unhelpful especially as a newbie tech that needs help regarding questions like insurance 😪) and very very snappy when it comes to micromanaging. i’ve never really had an experience like this whilst closely working with a manager. it’s starting to make me dread coming into work on the days that she fills in at our store. thing is, i highly doubt anything can be done as she’s quite close with our stores pharmacy manager.. who is exceptionally kind in comparison ... 7 Weeks Out- Finally Turned the Corner3h agoI've been a little despondent and depressed feeling this recovery was taking too long and upset that it still hurt A lot (especially since I can't get anymore pain pills). And then Tuesday night I got 7.5 blessed hours of sleep. I couldn't believe it. And Wednesday I felt great. Minimal pain. I ran errands- in and out of the car and stores. I walked to CVS and back. Up and down the stairs 3 times doing laundry. Vacuumed the entire house. Made dinner. Did all my exercises with ankle weights. I got 8,555 steps and hit my cardio goals for the first time since my surgery. Today I went to PT wasn't hindered by pain with anything, even though she increased the difficulty ... There has been a toy giraffe in my local 24 hour pharmacy for six months and nobody acts like that’s weird4h agoThere’s a 24 hour pharmacy about a seven minute walk from my apartment, and because I am both disorganized and apparently built to need things at ****** hours, I end up there a lot. Cold meds at 11:40 pm, toothpaste at 1 am, batteries for some reason, whatever. A few months ago I noticed there was a toy giraffe standing near the end of one aisle. Not on a shelf, not in a kids section, not attached to any promo sign. Just standing there near the allergy meds and travel shampoos like it had a small shift to finish. It’s maybe two feet tall, yellow, kind of soft looking, with those stitched cartoon eyes that make it seem very calm about everything. At first I assumed somebody had set it dow... My Latest Consolidated DDP Shipment from China4h agoThis is my latest monthly shipment from my freight forwarder in Guangdong shipped DDP sea freight, which takes just about a month to the east coast of the USA. Because I sent over 100kg total, the discounted price for sending sensitive goods was around 30 RMB per kilogram. That includes the revised tariffs. I send over electronics, tech toys, daily necessities, laundry products, textiles, tools, and various higher end items from Japan and Korea sold through Chinese platforms that would be prohibitively costly to send direct from Korea or Japan. I know others routinely sending over medication, which would get seized if it was caught, but a lot of drugs that sell for hundreds or thousands o... Bike shop suggests new bike vs fixing up old Schwinn; what to do?5h agoHi, I'm new to this sub. Given the global fuel situation, I decided to get my 30+ year old Schwinn mountain bike fixed up as backup transportation. I haven't ridden it in 10 years because it feels unpractical on the narrow, windy country roads around here with big logging and cement trucks flying around. I'm in New England, USA. The shop called me and said, we can give it the gold level tuneup at $300 and fix up everything like new, or the limited tuneup for $150, but would you rather get a new bike for $300? We sell Retrospecs. I said, gee, I'm not sure, I've even thought about ebikes too, do you sell/service those? (Edit: they do. They mentioned the Abbot Re... Reliable pharmacy for home delivery in brooklyn?5h agoHi all - trying to find a pharmacy that can reliably deliver to home. CVS claims that they can deliver to home as soon as the prescription is filled, but my personal experience with CVS is that frequently the medication isn't actually ready when they say it is, and getting a pharmacist on the phone is impossible. To my horror, I did a google for "least bad CVS in brooklyn" before posting did, and turns out my former local CVS (9th st, Park Slope) was cited as one of the BEST CVS's in brooklyn, which suggests every other CVS is somehow worse.... So, are there any actual good pharmacies around that do home delivery? Thanks American Diner Gothic: In the 2020s, the weird soul of placeless America is being born on Discord servers7h ago(The New Atlantis, Spring 2026 Issue): You’re not hallucinating the great weirding of America. The visual evidence is everywhere. Start with what you can see. You’re in a small town in Wisconsin, the heart of Normal America. The *********** assistant manager at CVS has a septum piercing, a wolf cut, and a nametag that reads “Finn.” A block away, the 4channer construction worker in the Sam Hyde shooter shirt listens to Bladee and plots his impending virality. At Target, the anime section has metastasized from one shelf to an entire aisle. These aren’t random weirdos and they aren’t teenagers in a phase. I tried to lucid dream for the first time ever last night using a method where i keep repeating (i’m dreaming) while being completely still. until you actually fall asleep while your brain is repeating this sentence and then repeating it in your dream will help you realize youre dreaming. but i failed and slept by accident. And few hours later i woke up to go to the bathroom at 3 something AM and i was like “let me give it another try” and i did and i actually fell asleep repeating (i’m dreaming) and when i fell asleep i was still repeating the same sentence and i dreamt about walking down the porch of... Going for the shoplift notoriety merit8h agodo you guys think 300N is enough to get 100% notoriety at all stores? should I stock more? Cvs pharmacy technician9h agoSo I’m not really sure what to do right now. Currently I’m in school. I’m trying to pursue a degree in associates applied in science for this very competitive program (still doing my pre-requisites) I’m trying to also pay off some credit card debts which is why i do need to work part time. I do have some support from my husband, but I did want to have a part-time job where I can also support those bills and as well for my school. At the moment I work at a part-time 30 hour a week bank as a teller and I’m reaching to a point where I no longer want to work at the bank because of how burned out i am. I’ve been doing this for over 5 years and I want to do something different that... ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
