I'm a pharmacist who started building browser games last year. This is my newest one. DISTRICT ZERO - Survive the Quarter. You're a district manager running 12 stores over a 13-week quarter. You have 5 action points per week. That's it. You can't do everything, you have to choose. It has: \- 4 meters to balance: Burnout, Frontline Morale, HQ Approval, Performance \- Random events: staff resignations, escalations, family vs. corporate calls \- Talent Flywheel - stores you invest in grow on their own, neglected ones spiral \- 40+ achievements for different playstyles \- Weekly monologues because sometimes you need a minute ... However I won't be able to start work or training until may 4th as I have a current job thats ending. I've accepted a job offer before from cvs and im aware that a drug test is done within 2 days and right after orientation is scheduled. How do I go about this today? Does cvs require you to start immediatly and also are the 24 hr stores usually the training ones? Can i work this job while in college?6h agoCurrently working on my pre-reqs for my radiology program. I’m having a hard time deciding whether to leave my pharmacy tech job at cvs to go work at best buy but the thing is best buy barely schedules me any hours as for cvs they schedule me around 20-28 hours. Can i actually work this job while going to school and once i’m in the program. I tend to take a lot of time to study for my classes so i can’t work more than 30 hours but i have read the comments on how draining pharmacy tech retail is and i’m worried it’ll jeopardize my grades. I just started working there but i also got an offered at best buy but the hours are much less Any advice? ext to call from cvs to cvs6h agoHi, in the pharmacy how do we dial from our store to another cvs store directly? Not sure what path to take.6h agoFirst off hope I used the right flair, wasn’t sure if I should use the job choice/clarity or career change lol. I feel it might be in between both. Anyway, hello all. I’ll try and not to type a book but please hear me out and give me your input as I’ve wanted to post this on here for a very long time. I appreciate any advice, help, or guidance here. Truly. I’m 32 (male). I’ve lived a very blessed life and so far feel as if I’ve built a very professional and successful career portfolio for the area I live in, in my opinion. Please keep in mind (I’m going to be vague for reasons) I live in the south central part of the US. I live in a small town where the average income is an... am i gonna get super ripped off doing these offers? looks too good to be true.6h agoConsidering a Move to Houston7h agoHi everyone! My husband and I are planning a move and are seriously considering the Houston area, and I’d really love some advice from locals and long-term residents because I’m starting to feel overwhelmed by all the options, especially when trying to balance affordability with safety. These two are big because we'd like to save on cost of living (moving from the NE) and are somewhat concerned about safety as theft seems to be rampant. We’re looking for areas that are: * within about a 30-minute commute to the city * close to a park or walking area we love the outdoors * near everyday conveniences like grocery stores, pharmacies, cleaners, etc. * close enough to enjoy city ent... Lease Takeover in Gramercy8h agoHi Everyone! I've just finished moving into a new place in Brooklyn, and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease: Studio Apartment in Gramercy (near Stuytown & East Village) 356 E 19th St - Apt 2E Rent - $2350 per month, option to renew in August. 2nd floor walkup above a dog groomer & dry-cleaners. This is a great starter apartment for NYC; this was where I landed when I moved here two years ago, and it served me very well. It’s close to the 1st Ave L Train stop and right on the M15 bus line, plus a short walk to Union Sq where you can catch a train to anywhere. All furniture seen in these pictures is yours if you want it: * Full-size murph... Thoughts/guidance on this area of Mt Auburn?8h agoFor reference we’re right behind christ near dorchester ave My partner and I are moving to this area from Boston. I am from NKY so i’m familiar with the area but not so much cincy neighborhoods. We are both 22, recently graduated and we are a ***** couple. Most of the people i’ve spoken to agree that this area is well secluded for safety away from McMillian, but still in good waking distance to findlay market area which we love Cheap/cheaper option for abortion pills8h agoHi! I just want to share this here for anyone who has been personally victimized by planned parenthood’s outrageous cost for care, but also may be a bit skeptical about purchasing medical abortion pills online. \*\*\*FULL DISCLOSURE\*\*\* This solution can vary greatly depending on where you live or the insurance you use- but I still say it’s a better start than none. I live in Maryland and I have carefirst blueshield insurance. Planned parenthood quoted me $600 for a medical abortion. I do not have that type of money to spend unexpectedly. Instead I got a regular appointment with a primary care doctor and had them send a prescription of the medicine to CVS specifically. \*\*\*Please c... I knew Tricks jacket looked familiar.9h agoShould I renovate before renting out a commercial space or let tenants customize?9h agoHi everyone, I’m currently trying to rent out a commercial property my family owns in Can Tho, Vietnam, and I would really appreciate some advice from people with experience in this field. The property is around 155m² (7m x 22m), located in a residential area near universities with a high density of students and renters. There are over 100 rental rooms nearby, and more are currently being built. It’s also close to a busy food street (Bun Xang area) which is calling (Pho Am Thuc), so foot traffic is quite strong, especially in the evenings. Right now, the property is not fully renovated, and I’m considering two options: 1. Renovate it myself (which would require a significant upfro... Had vertigo and dizziness. It seemed like when I was driving home the other night10h agoI am 42 I am 5'7 230 lb male the only medication I currently was taking was hydroxyzine for bouts of anxiety and panic I was thinking I was having a little bit of heartburn so they prescribed me some Omeprazole. I had been taking some of that every other day kind of on an as-needed basis they said the last time I went and had some work done that my sugar level was a little high but it wasn't concerning. I've been drinking mostly water and maybe a coffee a day. Once in awhile I will use Powerade. I don't eat a lot of sweets usually either. Maybe a donut once in awhile. It's also been noted that my cholesterol and my sodium level have been high so I have tried to cut ... Adderal Xr Not Working11h agoI used to be prescribed generic Adderal IR 10mg x2 a day. It worked perfectly for me. I don’t exactly remember the manufacturer because it didn’t occur to me at the time that it’d make such a difference. I’ve recently moved into a new home with my fiancé and 6 month old who’s now learning how to crawl. I was living with my parents before, who’d help a lot with the baby. My fiancé works very physically demanding jobs, so I try to let him rest as much as possible once he’s home. So now I need the energy and focus to take care of my child 9 hours a day, while turning a new house into a home, and then have some energy leftover to take care of myself mentally and physically. I gen...
