Wow what a ride. The day of my surgery I was massively numbed from the pain due to having a spinal epidural and local anaesthetic. These took a while to wear off - re numbness so physio couldn’t mobilise me until day 1. I’d been having oramorph consistently over day 0 and day 1, but found every time I tried to sit out and attempt a stand with physio, I’d become extremely nauseous and have a vasovagal syncope. For the past few months, I’ve noticed I’m short meds, and it’s been driving me mad. I count and count, and beat myself up about how I could lose them. I live alone, so no one comes in an out to take them, and they are safely stored at home. Because of this, when I went to pick up my 30 day Vyvanse prescription from Walgreens this past month, I immediately took the meds home and poured them out to count. 28 pills of 30. Anybody know a pharmacy that takes Adderall prescriptions through telehealth? Big chains like Walmart or CVS near me don't accept them (Dunnellon)

Had a pharmacist at Walgreens explain that paxlovid is no longer regularly stocked and it would take 2 days to get in. Has anyone else experienced this? Located in Western New York for reference. Haven't called around yet, as she was able to locate a box in a nearby store, but is this because spring is around the corner or the new norm? Are other pharmacies still keeping this medication stock? Thanks!

Please tell me I’m not the only one experiencing this. I cannot explain in words what a frustrating process it is to get my medications filled in New York. My go to pharmacy is a big box chain that seems to be out of both Vyvanse and Adderall every single month. When I find it, it’s at a mom and pop pharmacy that tells me they’re not accepting insurance for “the stimulant medications.” I take Vyvanse daily and am prescribed a 10 mg instant release adderall booster for long work days when that med inevitably wears off around 3 PM (I’ve been on Vyvanse about 10 years). I went to CVS today to pick up a different prescription and they said my estradiol patches were finally back in stock 🙌🏾 I had stretched out my last two boxes by using one per week instead of two, and was down to my last one so this is pretty great timing. Check your local pharmacies!

Yesterday I took one of those orders, for CVS, one item, with a two-dollar tip. Easy order, in and out of the store. One mile to the customer. Took me all of fifteen minutes. I had to scan the customer's ID; he was ready with it at the door. For the amount of work, I thought it was a fair tip. I am of the mind the harder I have to work the bigger the tip should be. It's a common joke that CVS pharmacy receipts in America are VERY long. Since Dischem changed the way their rewards system works, you now get an extra receipt with your transaction, and overall the normal and card slips are longer than they were before. They're basically doubling their cost with thermal rolls for the slip machines.
