CVS PHARMACY Locations

im looking for a dandruff shampoo or scalp treatment thats easy to find in stores in Canada. I know my local pharmacies have several options, but i dont know which (if any) are CG-friendly so looking for recommendations! if there's really nothing good in stores im open to ordering online, but I prefer in-store if possible. Im hoping to consult a dermatologist eventually too, but as fellow Canadians probably know, there's a very long wait list for derms so I'd like to try OTC options in the meantime.

During a renovation of the building on the corner of Bradley Place and Royal Poincianna on Palm Beach island, the name of an apparently former Congress Pharmacy was revealed and is now painted over. Do any of you have any history of the store?

So i’m a sentimentalist and I love keeping small nick nacks to remind me of what happened in the year. I’m looking for a cool/ smart way to store these items. The issue is, I have easy-to-store items (Like tickets & photos) but I also have things which you can’t just throw in a photo album…. Like a prop from my theatre piece I did or the first medicine i’ve ever made (I’m a pharmacy student lol) What are some smart ideas to store these?

I recently got my pharmacy technician registration because I was hired at CVS (I start on Tuesday) I’m wondering what’s the process to get the official license since I’m being trained through an employer rather than taking courses? I don’t really understand the process I just know I have 6 months to upload proof of training.

Background: I was laid off in January 2024 and have just made my 2-year "Big L" anniversary. The Rite Aid off Avenida Encinas has been closed for a while now. Would be great to have another drug store/ pharmacy in that location. Or an Aldi or Trader Joes. Your thoughts?

Hi, just got hired as a pharmacy tech at cvs but have not received anything about a dress code yet. I was going to get my nails done, are fake nails allowed? Is there a limit on length or anything? If another pharm tech could check that'd be great thanks!!

Our pharmacy is FULLY staffed. I mean they have 10 people at all times. Front Store is lucky to have 2 people. Our pharmacy staff acts like FS staff are there to work for THEM. They need bags? They can't be bothered to send one of their ten people to get the box. Out of register paper? Nope. They call us and tell us they need some. Trying to find the manufacturer or more supply of this foot scrubber for a friend. It’s a Rough Pink Pumice like Material with plastic and rubber base for use in the shower. Does your store have heat?!!! My store is freezing cold not just chilly. The heat cannot be functional. I refuse to pay $80 for a jacket to wear in pharmacy and the scrubs are paper thin. It was so bad the other day that my nose was running nonstop, I was shivering uncontrollably, and couldn’t think straight. I’m not the only one freezing. There was no difference between store temp and outside (calling for snow). DM stopped by and SFL mentioned it to them and was told it’s hard to heat a large building and just shrugged it off. Hello! Much like everyone else, my insurance skyrocketed this year. My deductible is around $6000 and my max oop is around $8000. My doctor sent in prescriptions to cvs (med was 1200) and another into optum specialty pharmacy (med was 3900). My insurance app is saying I have paid $5000 and have just under 1000 left until I meet my deductible. I did not pick up the medications bc they’re too expensive (I am working on a diff and cheaper med with my dr don’t worry lol). Will the “payment” stay in my insurances info or will the pharmacies notify them that I did not pick the medications up?
