So, tonight I popped into a store to get something, and this guy comes in loudly talking about something on his phone. He’s there to pick something up from the pharmacy, but they’re closed, so he starts swearing so the whole store can hear. He storms up to the cashier, an older guy who’s probably in his 80s and has a skin graft on his temple, and he starts yelling at him about the pharmacy. I normally always request Sandoz generic adderall at the pharmacy but they were out this month. Cue mild panic attack and small disintegration moment where I realized I had only 8 extra pills of Sandoz and was nervous Alvogen wasn't gonna work out. So CVS once again is out of cymbalta. And I don't have anymore. I'm on 40 mg. I called the local small pharmacy that my mom uses and they said they had it in stock. And they would call CVS to do the transfer and let me know when everything was ready. However the pharmacy is now closed and I don't have my dose for tonight. And now I'm having anxiety. I don't want to get any brain zaps. I already have chronic pain, anxiety, self-diagnosed ADHD (I'm a therapist myself), and depression. Am I going to go into withdrawal right away? I'm hoping that the pharmacy has my medication ready by tomorrow.

I went in to buy a snack and some skin care and was surprised to find Nagis on an endcap near the seasonal aisle! Only $20, and I was SO excited to get the rabbit one because I love bunnies! I think she was a little heavier due to her accessories. Her quality is very nice! 🐇💕

if you work in a B store can you get hours in an A store and work both or is that a problem???

My CVS said it's on back order and will be at every other cvs, i tried calling multiple other pharmacies who all said they don't have it/it's on back order and the one pharmacy said I shouldn't bother calling around because they're not allowed to tell you if they have controlled substances in stock. I don't know what to do it's coming up on week 2 and I just don't have it still and really am not getting any updates from the pharmacy about when it'll be back in stock. For many years I have enjoyed Garden of Eatin's Red Hot Blues, an organic blue corn tortilla chip with spicy red pepper seasoning. These chips are absolutely fantastic. I picked up the estradiol without issue, but the pharmacy I use gave me the wrong gauge needles (18 gauge).
