Started playing Maplestory around 2005 back when Khaini and ludibrium just got released in GMS, been playing on and off usually 1-2 months or so every year. sometimes i still refer to my job as a Crusader even though i have been a Hero for far longer. Run took around 30mins.

How much are ya'll paying for combipatch?

5h ago

I was just written a prescription for the CombiPatch. As far as I know, there's no exact equivalent generic (at least not in patch-form). How much are ya'll paying for it, and what pharmacy are you using? I had mine called into CVS, but am open to whatever makes the most sense financially - Walgreens, Walmart, etc. CVS is showing that it's going to be about $185 w/ a savings card from GoodRx. I am fine paying that much, but wondering if there's something better out there and don't really have time to call around to a bunch of different pharmacies.

Cat with a skin problem

6h ago

Hi I'm from Portugal and I'm a minor that can't pay for a vet care for my cat. I have a female cat and she's almost 8 years old she lost her fur in the last 2 months and now her skins is getting dark between her legs and in the lowest part of the belly she isn't spayed . My dad is already paying for my new kitten castration in a month and a half and vaccines because she is a indoor cat and at the time I had the 8 year old cat we couldn't pay for her vacines. So I need to something I can buy in a pharmacy store and also she doesn't like to be touched specialy in her belly. I know that will be dificult but I can't think of anything. Thanks for read...

Why learning European Portuguese from a textbook alone will never be enough — and what actually works for people movin...

6h ago

Most people approach learning Portuguese the same way they approached learning French or Spanish in school. Vocabulary lists. Grammar rules. Flashcards. Verb conjugations. They grind through lessons, tick the boxes, reach a basic level — and then arrive in Portugal and feel completely lost. Not because they didn't work hard enough. But because language doesn't exist in a vacuum. Portuguese — specifically European Portuguese — is inseparable from the culture, the history, the places and the people that shaped it. When you understand *why* the language is the way it is, when you know the history behind the words, when you recognise the references people make in everyday conve...

Retail pharmacists, what's your system for surviving a 12 hour shift without losing your mind?

9h ago

RPh, 4 years in retail, currently at a high volume store doing 400+ scripts a day with one other pharmacist and 3 techs on a good day. Some shifts I feel like I'm drowning and other shifts the same volume feels manageable. I've been trying to figure out why and I think it comes down to having a system versus just reacting to whatever hits you next. Here's what I've built: First 30 minutes: I review the queue before I start verifying. If there are production issues from overnight or the previous shift, I want to know what I'm walking into instead of discovering problems one by one. I check the DUR queue, voicemails, and faxes for anything urgent. Verification rhyth...

How to fight medical insurance?

11h ago

Location: Missouri In 2025 I had Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield medical insurance. The prescription insurance connected was the CVS. I have a few chronic conditions, one of which required a biologic medication. This medication requires me to "cost share." Or basially pay my full deductible out of pocket before insurance covers the rest. I paid the deductible in March of 2025. And then ended up having a hospital stay in October. Here is where my issues are. Anthem for some reason did not apply my cost share to my deductible or max out of pocket. The hospital stay alone was well over that amount as well So now, I am being charged my full max out of pocket for the...

Can BPC 157 Help With Weight Loss?

13h ago

**BPC 157 is a synthetic peptide derived from a protein found in human gastric juice. It shows real promise for gut healing, tissue repair, and reducing inflammation, but direct fat-burning evidence remains thin. Most weight loss benefits people report come from improved gut health and reduced inflammation, which indirectly support better metabolism.** I've had at least thirty clients walk into my office over the past two years asking about BPC 157 for weight loss. The peptide community on Reddit swears by it. Bodybuilding forums treat it like the next frontier. After spending hundreds of hours reviewing the research and tracking outcomes with clients who decided to try it, here's...

13h ago

Hello, I'm going to try to not have this be that hard of a sob story but things **** right now so it'll probably devolve to that. The S.T.A.L.K.E.R. franchise has always been a personal staple to what games I play and influenced all sorts of nit picks of my personality, from my love of apocalyptic games such as the stalker franchise and fallout to the "Tacticool" shooters and survival horror games, as well as a love for games that generally dish a beating on you lol. It's always been an awesome world to get immersed in, escaping the boring troubles of life with school or work and just try to survive moment by moment, hunting mutants and sitting by campfires while...

Struggling to land a Flutter job for 3 months apps live on Play Store + App Store, 1+ YOE. Is the Indian Flutter market ...

15h ago

Hey r/flutterdev, Been actively job hunting for about 3 months now and genuinely curious if others are experiencing the same thing. Quick background: I've been working with Flutter seriously for over a year, have contributed to multiple production apps (some live on both Play Store and App Store), and have hands-on experience with things like BLoC, offline-first architecture, CI/CD, performance optimization, and native integrations not just tutorial-level stuff. **The pattern I keep seeing:** * Most openings ask for 3+ YOE minimum. Not mid, not senior just "3+ years or don't bother." * The few junior/fresher-friendly postings either ghost you completely after applying...

I built a Retatrutide guide after struggling with conflicting info — feedback welcome

17h ago

Hi everyone, I’m an AI engineer from Brazil, and I recently ordered my first vial of Retatrutide. When I started researching how to prepare and use it safely, I found a lot of instructions that felt incomplete or contradictory. So over the last week, I read as much as I could and used AI tools to help organize everything into one practical guide for beginners. I’m sharing it for two reasons: 1. To help others who are also confused when starting 2. To get feedback from people with more experience, so I can improve it and fix anything inaccurate I’m not claiming to be an expert, and this is not medical advice. I want this to become more accurate and useful over time. One area I’m ...

Would you take the promotion?

19h ago

I was hired six weeks ago as a DH, with the hopes of spending more time in the pharmacy and becoming a licensed tech, as general retail is ****, as we all know. My SM recently offered me a shift lead position and I’m trying to decide whether or not to take it. Things that weigh into my decision, in no particular order: \- I only took this job for the IVF coverage; it’s not intended as a long term job at all \- there would be a $1/hr increase as shift \- the pharmacy feels like much more of an intellectually stimulating fit for me \- my store is in a very rough area and I feel safer with the hours and protected corner of the pharmacy \- my RXoM is truly an abrasive ******* and unpl...

[1 YoE, Recent graduate, Museum assistant, England]

21h ago

So I'm a university Master's graduate, who is looking to enter academia/PhD in the future. But, between then, I am hoping to enter into museum work, since that's where my degree focused and that's where I did most of my volunteering during university. I know the world of museum work is seriously competitive, but I can't even land interviews, even for jobs that I would actually be overqualified or perfectly qualified for. All I can assume is that my CV is terrible, but I ran this over with the student services at my university and they said it was a good cv so I really need some help. I'm applying for any general positions at museums to work my way up, includin...
