Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the CVS Pharmacy Latest Community Discussions About CVS PharmacyMark Cuban shared this article about PBMs: “Bullsh*t” — The New Way Health Giants Hide Billions"2h ago[Link to article](https://hntrbrk.com/pbmgpo/) **TL;DR (it's not a short read)** The piece investigates **three entities** — Zinc Health Services, Emisar Pharma Services, and Ascent Health Services — described as subsidiaries tied to major pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) owned by **CVS Health, UnitedHealth Group, and Cigna Group**. According to the article’s reporting, these entities are **reportedly generating tens of billions in revenue** while having minimal physical operations or transparency. The article explains how PBMs negotiate drug rebates and how the **“PBM GPO” subsidiaries** are positioned in that process, including reference to regulatory safe harbors that... I can move to Austria or Germany... anything I'm not considering?3h agoSO SORRY for the giant wall of info, I know from combing through these subs that a lot of time the answer to these types of questions are very situation-dependent, so I wanted to offer up what I think may be relevant 😬. I am a first generation German American with duel citizenship. I've been living in Portugal for the past 3 years but my company also has offices in Germany and Austria, and I recently found out that I can easily transfer to either one. I have visited both countries, feel very "at home" culturally in both, still speak German at an A2 level despite not having taken German classes since high school (but I'm currently taking private lessons twice a week, w... GEHA / CVS question3h agoI am not sure if this is the correct subreddit for this issue but here it goes. I signed up for GEHA (FEHB Standard) las year and have had nothing but problems with CVS since then. Every month they screw up my refills. They cancel them, try to refill old medication I have not been on for years, or today they straight up deactivated all of my meds. They are the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Is there another pharmacy I can use with my current standard coverage? Company just installed Mimecast on our laptops. Can the IT Department see everything we do?3h agoHi everyone, Our company just installed a security software called Mimecast on all work laptops right after New Year, and it is the first time many of us are experiencing something like this. I am genuinely curious and a bit confused about what IT can actually see after installing this. Can the IT department: • See what websites we open in Google Chrome? • See what we type or do on those websites? • See files stored on our laptops, like CVs or personal documents? • See if someone is working on a CV or applying for jobs? • Monitor screens live or remotely watch what someone is doing in real time? Basically, does this software allow them to read everything on the machine or ... Advice For a Pharmacy Tech4h agoHello all I am a current pharmacy technician working for CVS considering hospital work soon but I wanted to ask what the job market is like and if this degree is worth the switch. I am currently enrolled in HEALTH SCIENCE SIMPLY BECAUSE I CAN GRADUATE FASTER . But I found out I won’t be able to do much with my degree and upon research this degree is great at the bachelors degree for my current job especially since it’s at the intersection of healthcare and tech Grocery points multiplier5h agoThe search bar and/or megathreads don't really answer the question. The only thing i've seen is that WalMart purchases (regardless if it's literally just groceries) don't count Is there a list somewhere of what constitutes groceries (or the list of merchants) for the 1.5x. It feels as though sometimes it seems random. I've tried to track my grocery shopping and compare it to my points statement and it never matches up Does shopping at a grocery store suffice? Or does it literally have to be groceries. If I buy something like windshield solution or school supplies at Maxi or Super C or No Frills etc etc etc does that fall under 1.5x or is everything programmed accor... Change name on ExtraCare card?5h agoI had my legal name changed a while back, and everything else is updated just fine. No trouble updating prescriptions. I was able to update my name on the profile section in the CVS app, but apparently, changing that doesn't do... anything. My text and email reminders and receipts are all still in the old name, which I figured out is because my ExtraCare card still has the old name. I can't figure out how to change it. In manage membership there's a "Membership profile" button, but it's view only! Nothing to even *request* a change. Is this something I can update on my own? Can I email? Would an in-store employee be able to update it? Do I have to call? ... interview fatigue5h ago21F i was unemployed for 4 months , i was working as a pharmacy tech at Walmart but got fired due to new management being strict on the points system… the manager that hired me wants me to come back but i would have to wait 6 months , these bills can’t wait that long so i currently work part time as a server at a bowling alley , i’m still looking for a pharmacy job but these interviews are killing me . I had a interview for a remote position as a tech and during the interview the recruiter said i would be a great candidate, gave me the details of a start date , told me the pay rate, then said she will move me to the next steps and i should hear something in 1-2 days , a week later i g... Mail order Dexcom/Omnipod with unstable housing?5h agoMy insurance requires me to fill my Dexcom and Omnipod as a 90-day supply through CVS/Caremark mail order only. They will not cover retail pharmacy pickup. I may be going through a period soon where I am moving out of state and potentially living out of my car or at a 2 star hotel or random airbnbs for a while, without a reliable friend in the area where I can have my supplies sent to. How on earth would I safely coordinate mail order delivery in this case? Should I call for interview6h agoHi guys, I applied to Walgreens, Walmart , and cvs for Pharmacy and Walgreens called me back, but I’ve heard that Walmart is better to work at. My question is should I call Walmart and ask them if they’ve looked at my application and possibly set up an interview. I have no experience in the pharmacy so I would need the Pharmacy tech training which I applied to and I pass the assessment.. I am looking for part-time work so I’m wondering if that’s why they haven’t called me back. I can work any hours, but I only want to work three days a week.. let me know if you guys have any experience with this. I don’t want to delay missing a job at Walgreens. But I’m torn because I feel like... Australia's privacy regulator is doing compliance checks for the first time ever and a lot of businesses are about ...7h agoSo the OAIC just announced they're actively reviewing privacy policies for about 60 businesses across six sectors like real estate agents, car dealerships, rental companies, pharmacies, venues, and second-hand dealers. This is the first time they've done proactive sweeps instead of just reacting to complaints or breaches. What they're checking: whether your privacy policy actually matches what you *do* with customer data. Not just whether you have one. I work in this space and honestly, most businesses are going to struggle with this because their privacy policy was written like 5 years ago and hasn't been touched since or they don't have one in place. Obrigado! 2026 Bayan Ukay Guide9h agoTL;DR Go to the Bayan frequently, have cash on hand (500 is the sweet spot, but more on that below), do it with a friend/s. Some stores will have more of a brand/item type than another. Most stores have their little inconveniences. Know your needs. Keep yourself fed and hydrated. And Have fun! Hey guys, so I finally got around to it. This will be my guide based on my goings-around (research actually) this 2025. Keep ko Siya mostly Tagalog kasi province din tayo. Though prefer ko English but any case, here's my guide, as one or two people requested for it. Anyways wala pang guide sa subreddit eh, might as well do it. I posted before about ukay [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/Antipolo/s... Where to save user submitted images?9h agoI working on creating an inventory tracking application for a pharmacy using JavaFX. The user can add medications in the app and it'll save to a SQL database. I want the user to be able to upload images of the medication as well. My way of saving the image is to save the file path in the database. I usually save images in the resources folder but I've also seen people save images in the bin folder? I searched around the internet a bit and it seems that the resources folder should only be used to store images that will be shipped with the app. The suggestions I found say to just create another folder called 'images' under the root folder of the app. Now, I will say th... Golf Cart/LSV9h agoShould Richmond embrace or promote the use of golf carts / low speed vehicles? **Infrastructure:** From the fan to the near west end there is relatively high density, plenty of low speed streets (usually defined as speed limits below 25-35mph), and many of the daily spots (schools, grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.) **Parking: It** is a pain in many parts of the city. Swapping a car for a golf cart opens up a lot of additional parking space without new construction. **Affordability:** Obviously this is not a silver bullet to solve all affordability problems, but I’d venture to guess that for many people it could offer material savings over a real car (or an easier to afford... FREE OLIPOP10h ago[Closed Testing] Seevio - Mobile CV Builder with Component Library Approach10h agoHi! Looking for testers for Seevio, a mobile CV builder I just released to closed testing. **The concept:** Instead of creating static CV documents, you build a career component library once (work history, education, skills, languages) and create unlimited variations from it. Perfect for tailoring CVs to different roles without juggling multiple files. **What I need feedback on:** * Does the library/reusable components concept work in practice? * PDF export quality (using cloud-based generation) * Overall UX and any bugs * Would you actually use this over existing CV tools? **Tech:** Kotlin, Compose Multiplatform, Room, Firebase, Puppeteer **Testing period:** 14 days minimum **How to j...
