I can tell you from experience, the pharmacy is awful to deal with if you are filling any CS’s including psychiatric medication (which should be a crime. Don’t question a Doctor’s ability to diagnosis and prescribe because you have to walk on eggshells due to your fuckups), they have been getting hit with multiple class actions lawsuits exceeding a billion dollars, including shady insurance billing and overcharging, illegally filing opioid RX’s, employee clothing reimbursement, failing ...

Can anyone who has used aid access share the experience of how they got the medicine? I’m worried about like a CVS pharmacy fill text getting sent out and cannot find information on the process after payment any help is greatly appreciated

I have been using my local grocery store pharmacy but due to rising costs and supply issues, considering switching to Amazon. How long does it usually take for meds to be delivered and have you ever had any quality issues? I live in a rural part of Maine so my primary concern is the cold weather impacting the medicine since it’s being shipped.

Curious on reporting structure inside the stores. Is there departments like salesfloor versus cashiers? I understand pharmacy is specialized but do they report to the store manager?

I just had major surgery and my insurance has denied all nercotic pain medicine prescribed. I paid out of pocket but why would they deny all pain medicine? My pharmacy just said they must have limits on dosage but all my dosage was less then 7 days. Any advice? Or what I should ask the pharmacy? They said they will 'mail' me my next step, I am in pain, I can't wait for a letter. So I am forced to pay out of pocket for something that should be covered. US - CVS is the insurance provider (not the pharmacy)

So I’ve been taking buproprion for about 6 years now and until 2 years ago my manufactures weren’t changing. I was taking slate run that switched to rising and didn’t realize why I felt horrible until I switched back to slate run, that then was bought out by epic. Last time I was up for a 90 day refill every pharmacy was phasing out epic and ended up getting scigen since I didn’t have a pharmacy with epic that took my insurance. I called Walgreens, cvs, Publix and they all have scigen so I just got another 3 month refill. When I called a few places they all basically said the same thing, they haven’t gotten epic in a while. I’ve been working my way through products for a while and religiously tracking everything that comes in and out in a spreadsheet. But today the pipes in the bathroom froze and I needed to move things out of the way under the sink to thaw it out. And wow, what a wake up call that was to see it all piled up. Then checked her system and I checked the CVS website to confirm they no longer stock it. All throughout, I communicated with the customer, then found a replacement they approved. Support just gives me the runaround, and “don’t worry, just do 40 more runs!”
