I'm new to CVS pharmacy and I'm trying to figure out Rx connect. what are the best tips tricks or guides and what should I absolutely not do some some things that may be irreversible or get me in trouble

My AR is tanking about 5 points in less than a week because the majority of the nights I will get pings to a CVS that by the time I got there the store would absolutely be closed. Sometimes it will send the order 2 or 3 times, and then i will be throttled for a bit. I saw one order tonight and it had 8 items. Got sent to me when I would have arrived, at the least, 15 minutes past close. I know the algorithm was trying to "keep me busy", but why wouldn't it calculate when I arrived, the time it would reasonably take to shop, etc? Not to mention why the **** the customers are ordering so many items that late? And why they wouldn't at least try pinging the closest driver. ...

My doctor lowered my dose today and sent the order to CVS, which has already been filled. I last picked up 2 weeks ago, so I didn’t expect them to actually fill it today. Is this because the dose is different? In good faith I confirm it is in my inventory and offer to transfer the electronic Rx to my location. One of my main projects is to see if we can move all of our pharmacy invoices to fully electronic storage instead of storing the physical paper invoices in the pharmacy. Our wholesaler is McKesson and I know they provide the electronic pdf on McKesson connect but the problem is storing it for the full 10 years. Former coworker in the pharmacy sent me this. They quit right after. I have never seen a person work harder. They were a Rite Aid acquisition place and they kept the place open basically themselves while most of them quit. This is how CVS repaid them. Glad I left this place.
