A few years back I was selling some stuff at a moving sale. This couple stopped by and they got a few things paid cash but wanted to donate 25 to the reason we were having the sale. So all they asked for was my venmo name or sign whatever you call it. I gave it to them and few hours later I got 25 bucks in venmo. Not only was this the largest tip I’ve ever received, it was by far the most expensive Instacart order I’ve ever checked out at a retailer. It was super easy too. Just two 10lbs boxes of Crab Legs at $806 a box. So $1.6k for 2 boxes of Crab Legs. And it was not even going to a restaurant. It was residential (at least a 2 million dollar home) for a super nice gentleman. These are the type of people who make Instacart worth it!

I want to buy minoxodil in Canada. I notice that Costco in the US is selling minoxodil 5% for 18$ and in Canada they only sell Rogaine. So I want to try some of these online pharmacies. Has anyone had any experience? I'm also interested in other places like brick and mortar stores if anyone has any recommendations.

Im not sure if there’s a better place to ask this question. I’m unfortunately required to use CVS as my pharmacy. I routinely see prescriptions listed on my account that do not belong to me or anyone in my family. One is a very expensive injectable medication. Apparently there is another person in my area who has the same name and birthday as me. So my account now has both my maiden and married names to try to avoid confusion. And it doesn’t work. Any Tennessee peeps here? I read that if a new law passes in Tennessee that Pharmacies will be somehow be affected. CVS said they may have to close in Tennessee. Will Publix pharmacy be affected? I live in Georgia, but I am nosy.

Okay here’s the timeline. Thursday I’m frying chips and a tiny dot of hot oil gets on me. I immediately wipe it off. But it leaves a giant burn. I don’t know if it’s worth switching to rinvoq after 4 failed inhibitor infusions meds. I’ve dealt with specialty pharmacies before and it doesn’t feel sustainable or good for my mental health to spend hours a month playing the middle man between insurance, rheumatology and specialty pharmacy to get one bottle of 30 pills approved, paid for and shipped. I really wish cvs would actually do something when it comes to people stealing in front of your face. “Customers” using the self service checkout to steal just because they know they can get away with it. I can’t wait for the day when they get rid of the self service checkouts at the stores.

Dr office suggested amazon pharmacy for estrogen patches. Set up was quick and easy yesterday. They were waiting for a reply from my insurance regarding price. I figured my insurance company would not cooperate because they have their own mail order prescription service. My Mom has had bad experiences with our insurance mail order company. In Feb. with insurance for a1 month supply I paid $18.00. Hi all - Just finished up my first ER and had a stressful experience with meds, and I hope my warning will prevent others from having the same issue. I received all my cycle meds in one shipment and saw that I had lots of stim meds and a trigger shot (Pregnyl). Seemed complete. Hi all, My 80+ non-English speaking immigrant grandparent received change when he payed for his lotteries at a convenience type store(from what he told me- maybe 1-2 weeks ago).
