Ever since the pandemic, all the pharmacies and convenience stores in my area have kept those thick plexiglass barriers up at the registers. Combine that with a cashier who speaks softly or wears a mask, and I am absolutely clueless. I went to the pharmacy today to pick up a prescription, and the tech asked me a question. I said "What?" three times before a line started forming behind me. I panicked, just said No thank you, and paid. I don't even know what I declined. It's so embarrassing holding up the line.

I currently make 17.43 an hour working at Walmart as a State Certified Pharmacy Technician, I am debating on trying to apply for a new Publix that’s opening 25 minutes away from my house in either Customer Service or attempting to go for Customer Service Team Lead (2 years of prior management experience, retail/grocery) or possibly try to get on in the pharmacy. I’ve been using a local cvs as an access point to have my packages delivered. I had a package delivered yesterday but when I went today it wasn’t there. It’s worth $900 so I was beside myself and pretty certain a cvs employee stole it. I had the manager look at the security footage, and according to her it appears the package was sitting where they usually leave my packages, top shelf, when the driver came today to deliver more packages, and he took it thinking it was a drop off.
