Hi you guys, I am planning to move to hyderabad and i recently went through a kidney transplant. I have been calling around some pharmacies if they have my transplant meds and none of them do. Some of the online sites have them, but i would like to sought out a physical store just in case. Has anyone had any organ transplant? Basically looking for a story to buy my immunosuppressants from. I work at a tier 3 store and our pharmacy is going to be open on Memorial Day. Is this every location that the pharmacies will be open on major holidays now? How does this even make sense business wise? Doctor's offices aren't going to be sending in prescriptions on holidays with them being closed.

Been in Tri-cities since October, looking for vet options for my 2 dogs (3 year old GS/PB/etc mix, 5 year old mini pinscher mix). I took one to the VCA Animal Medical center, but to be completely honest my experience with one of the vet techs has me really hesitant to return. Is Richland Animal Hospital any good? Website seems to show a wide range of medical services and has a pharmacy on site (that like CVS where I can walk up to a window to get a refill, or is it basically just regular medication dispensary by appt like at other vets?) CVS stores had a restock the other day here on the west coast. Depending on the area, you might get lucky and cop some tins! 2 destined rival packs and 1 journey together pack in each tin. I managed to score 8 tins throughout the day yesterday.

I had to get over to the drive-able Target (which meant catching an Uber) in order to buy more toilet paper which there’s zero of in my apartment. I put off going straight there and filled my cart with a bunch of groceries instead to make it look less obvious. But finally after wandering around the pharmacy section for a while and not finding any, I got the nerve to ask the woman who was at the desk of the pharmacy area (if that makes sense) if she knew where they were. My federal insurance requires that my glp-1 is prescribed by Noom. That’s fine- I signed up and I pay my monthly fee. Twice now, the same Noom telehealth provider has sent the RX to my pharmacy and it’s been denied because this provider is not properly credentialed or hooked up to the network or something. This has not happened with a different provider and was fixed in March by a supervisor (I think). I have days of chats with my “care team” where they seem to be trying to gaslight me into thinking my medical insurance does not cover the medicine. So if you work at the call center, and then get “certified” and go work at the store as a pharmacy technician, what certifications or licensing would you need to do that? Or is it exactly the same? Also, is it easy to switch from a store to a hospital after that? And how good is the pay? I know the call center starts at 18.50. So is there room for growth?
