Hi I was wondering if anyone (past or present) has an advice on the corporate internships. I applied back in january when on the first day they opened and they been closed for over a week now and only 1/5 positions says under consideration. Sharing with the group as I didn’t know this until this week. Most of us have been impacted by the patch shortage. I was given a helpful tip by the pharmacist this past week when I was struggling to find a place that could fill it. If your doctor is willing, have them call in a prescription for your patch to several different pharmacies. This way if one pharmacy doesn’t have any stock, you don’t have to go through the hassle of trying to transfer it if your regular pharmacy is out. It saves time. I need to find medicated charcoal, some people call it activated charcoal but the ones I've found is a powder and was used to whiten teeth or for face packs. We tried searching for it in few pharmacies in Colombo, kurunegala, Kandy etc but no luck yet .. We got our new registers (which I do really like) but with that upgrade came with cameras at every work station. My pharmacist asked our DL about it and he said it is going to be for facial recognition for logging in, just as the same as on a phone. I cannot be the only one not okay with this. I don't even have facial recognition on my own phone. On top of that, a front store manager said they have microphones as well (left side). Is this not an invasion of privacy? Hi all. I started pharm tech at CVs last month and i’m struggling. Especially with QT and reject codes and sometimes I don’t even understand the rejection to even solve it. My store is very busy so usually there’s no time to learn anything. They usually put me on pickup everyday and it’s exhausting. The only time i get to do QT is when someone leaves early and I struggle a lot since i don’t do it often. Help with: 1. How to resolve reject codes, how do you understand and resolve them? I’m looking to get into embroidery and I’ve read this is a good beginner machine. However, I feel that I will want to do bigger designs eventually. I’ve seen many people say you can do larger designs on this, but you have to section off the designs on a software and do it in sections. I’m a little torn as I want an affordable machine that is user friendly to learn on and make sure I can even do it and enjoy it but am almost certain I’ll want bigger designs. I'm lucky that I can bring Dolly to work with me every day. She's been riding everywhere with me since the day I got her. I take her on drive thru errands and I switched to doing grocery pick up. She just goes in with me to pet appropriate stores. Dolly does great on long car rides and just sleeps quietly or chews on one of her many car toys. I had a prescription that I stopped through CVS Specialty Pharmacy after my insurance changed and the cost going forward would’ve been about $1,500 a month. But I didn’t know that the last prescription I filled before stopping was also charged at the $1,500 price. CVS just informed me the balance has gone to collections with Revco Solutions.
