Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the CVS Pharmacy Latest Community Discussions About CVS PharmacyScaling with Quick Commerce: Are Business Models That Drive USA Growth beyond the 2025?2h agoHey r/growmybusiness, Quick commerce in the USA is blowing up 30-minute deliveries for groceries, pharmacy, gourmet food, beauty, electronics, you name it. The race is now about who can scale hyperlocal fulfillment profitably. I’m trying to figure out which business model actually works best at scale: Pure marketplace (take commission on every order) Direct retailer subscriptions / SaaS fees Hybrid (low subscription + small commission) Pay-per-order with zero upfront Recently came across Q-Commerce platform they are doing quick commerce specifically for the US market with: No heavy capex (you don’t build your own dark stores) AI demand forecasting + automated batch routing Native inte... For years, I obsessed over how I believed the number 67 was an ominous number. And now, with the 6 7 craze, I just have ...2h agoI’ve heard it said that humans are so good at recognizing patterns that we often recognize patterns that aren’t actually there. And even though I knew this, even at the time, this didn’t stop me from obsessing over the possibility that the number 67 was an ominous sign of things to come. Several times, when something bad or inconvenient would happen, or even when I was having unpleasant thoughts, I noticed the number 67, somewhere, lurking in the background. “Got a speeding ticket? That’ll be $167.” “Feeling sick? The pharmacy that has your medicine is 6.7 miles away.” “Just watched a movie that gave you an existential crisis? That came out in 1967.” And so on. Eventuall... Is Quick Commerce the Future for Small Retailers in the USA? 30-Min Delivery Real Talk2h agoSmall business owners quick commerce is hitting the USA hard imagine fulfilling grocery or pharmacy orders in under 30 mins via dark stores and mobile apps. But does the business model (loyalty programs with inventory) actually work for independents? Found a platform tailored for niches like bakeries with real-time dashboards and returns automation. Are you testing quick commerce yet? What's holding you back costs, tech or logistics? Let's discuss! Prescription Filled Early -Did Not Pickup3h agoI changed pharmacies from Express Scripts to CVS. My doctor sent the 4 prescriptions to CVS, I called and told them "Not to fill." I had just renewed my 90 day supply 3 weeks earlier and did not need the meds, at that time. CVS filled and billed for the meds, anyway. This morning I got an EOB that states 2 of them were filled and insurance paid even though I did not pickup. Now, it's time to renew. Where do I start to fix this? Who will I have the best luck with. CVS or Wellcare? I THINK I HAVE FOUND THE BEST STOCK( WITH DIVIDEND)3h ago# What makes "Realty Income" special(Ticker: O) * **Monthly income — not quarterly**: Realty Income is famously nicknamed “The Monthly Dividend Company.” That means you get dividend payments every month — a rare feature among publicly traded REITs. * **Long, proven track record**: As of late 2025, Realty Income has paid **665 consecutive monthly dividends** without interruption. * **Dividend growth over decades**: Since its NYSE listing in 1994, the company has raised its dividend repeatedly — the increases add up over time. * **Stable, predictable cash flow thanks to triple-net leases**: Realty Income owns a huge portfolio of commercial properties (stores, pharmacies... *Do not* want Royal Mail to deliver to my home address3h agoFor privacy reasons, don't want it delivered to my home address. Just wondering what options there are with Royal Mail - is there a way to have it delivered somewhere I can collect? I asked one pharmacy and they said they don't offer that option. Just racking my brains or do I have to filter by DPD pharmacies or in-store pharmacies only! Sri Lanka’s wellness shelves surprised us, is anyone else seeing this opportunity?4h agoI visited Sri Lanka recently with no agenda other than taking a short break, and something kept catching my eye everywhere I went supermarkets, pharmacies, even airport stores. The wellness shelves felt… empty. Not literally empty, but empty of anything modern, intentional, or trustworthy. No clean branding, no youth-focused products, nothing that felt like the new wave of wellness you see in other countries. Just random imports and old-school bottles surviving simply because there isn't much choice. It reminded me of how India looked just before the wellness boom. A market waiting for someone young and hungry enough to build something people actually trust. I run a wellness bran... PUTTING UP PHARMACY IN EXISTING GROCERY STORE8h agoHello po. Question lang po. Is it okay kaya to put up pharmacy in existing grocery store but at the back part? Different permit and name sana if ever. Sana may pakapagsagot huhuhuhu. Baka kasi hindi pwede. Good pharmacists leaving in flocks10h agoWord spreads like wildfire when WAG loses talent in my city. Well just recently, the top performing store in our city lost their golden boy to a teaching/medical university hospital. Corporate should’ve capitulated, but oddly enough, they didn’t. You and I both know what’s going on haha. “Customers with higher support needs can just go elsewhere,” is probably what Sycamore is thinking EZ short term money loop: 1. Keep applying duct tape to leaks and inefficiencies 2. When people quit, just hire more at below market wages 3. Line goes up 🤓 👉📈 WAG knows recent grads need jobs and they’re willing to take basically any recent graduate. Same is true for Pharmacy Techs. ... CVS vs. Walgreens11h agoHello, I have previously worked as a shift lead at Walgreens which forced me to become Licensed Pharmacy Technician. I left the industry completely in 2022 to become a truck driver and have just reinstated my PT license. I have reached out to many places trying to find work. Of course CVS and Walgreens are the first to reach out. Walgreens is even promoting in job ads that they prefer former employees so I interview with them tomorrow and waiting on CVS RxM to reach out for proposed interview. My question is has anyone worked for both or what are your opinions on the experience with where you have worked?? I notice CVS has better hours vs Walgreens (they close earlier and start a little ear... Does anyone remember where Sprouse-Reitz was in Monterey?11h agoThe other day out of the blue my memory was jogged to a five and dime store on the Peninsula back in the 70's called Sprouse-Reitz. Looked it up and discovered it was a chain store. It always seemed like a special place when we shopped there, but was probably more like a musty CVS. Thing is I was so young and it was so long ago I can't for the life of me remember where it was located. I want to say on Fremont in Seaside, but can't nail it down. Anyone remember this place? Feedback on my tamil movie story, Hariharan11h agoThis is an exceptionally long read so if uw to skip it please do so. If anyone has time and interest to read it, any feedback would be greatly welcomed and appreciated. Again, i am aiming to write a very mainstream film and i am a new writer so any suggestions to improve would benefit me greatly. ——————————————————————————— Vishnu (27) lives in the small, sun-drenched village of Sengaalipuram, tending lovingly to his ailing mother, Chinnathaayi. Can you guys help me give insights on my resume? Targeting Data Engineering roles for summer 2026 internship11h agoPointless titles and positions13h agoWhy does cvs waste time sending out memos telling the photo captain to hold a huddle for increased sales incoming. Do these jack offs not realize there is never enough people in stores to even hold a huddle most stores have 5-7 employees with 2 people schedules at a time. Hold daily huddles, who are we kidding. There is a serious disconnect between what is happening in stores and what corporate thinks is happening. someone stole my bag charm at work + weird vibes13h agothey just have me at the front register temporarily. they said they’ll start transferring me to the pharmacy (i’m a pharmacy tech) next week, but for now i’m alone up front with barely any training (it was my second official day at the registers). i know how to bag items and the typical cashier stuff, but i keep having to page for help because i don’t know everything yet, and the managers/coworkers seem annoyed when i do. idk what else i’m supposed to do though. i don’t even have a zebra or a walkie. the thing that really bothered me is someone stole my bag charm off my bag while i was working. it wasn’t expensive, but it was a gift from my little sister. i told the assistant... i’m a person too… a rant about being new, bullying, and feeling ostracized14h agomy previous job was at a pharmacy. i was a pharmacy technician, and a really ******* good one at that. i went to multiple stores to help out during staff shortages. i trained new people and i often was given a lot of responsibilities because i was trusted. i was GOOD at my job. i knew a lot more than technicians that had been there longer than me. i did some things no other technicians did because they didn’t do it right. i wasn’t perfect and i made silly mistakes, some people didn’t really like my personality but they believed in me as a technician. the way i’m treated at work is ******* ridiculous. i feel like everyone believes i am incompetent and like i can’t do literally anyt... Resume review 77 ATS14h agoSo my last resume was very bad and redditors from this sub helped me out. This is my newer resume I stuck to the following points - Stick to one pager - Mentioned internship & full time separately - From work experience, removed project wise section and merged them(this one uses position wise order) - Removed education section - Reduced the fonts to 10pt except the name section - Kept the summary section(I saw a lot of people keeping it, plus it shows my pharma domain expertise. should I remove that?) Any pharmacies with Adderall?14h agoI went to get my prescription filled two weeks ago and have not been able to find a single pharmacy with 20mg Adderall xr (generic or brand name) in stock. I tried 4 different CVS and 1 Walgreens and got told by all of them they don't have it and don't know when it would be in. I have final exams next week and would really like to be able to get them before then to be able to study and focus for exams, but I honestly have no idea where to go. Is there anyone in Columbus that has been able to successfully get a prescription filled, and if so could you tell me where at so I can go try to get some? ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
