CVS PHARMACY Locations

Hey everyone! Today i went to a store in Fairfield called "My Mothers Eye" for the first time and I just wanted to post to recommend it to anyone still wanting to do some shopping for the holidays. They have so many vintage items that would make great gifts and it was genuinely so fun just looking around the store. They have vintage books, glassware, clothes, toys, you name it! Its in kind of a random area (not much other shopping around, except the Gonzales pharmacy which is also excellent) so I figured I should post here for anyone who hasn't been in that area in awhile and is looking for a place to find some unique gifts. What’s the deal with all the abandoned stores on Centre? Panaderia Los Gemelos next to Zesto, the yarn store next to CVS..? So much empty retail space in JP beyond these two.

My medication is dextroamphetamine IR 20mg. My usual CVS pharmacy on UES usually has no problem with filling my prescription but for the first time ever, they are out of stock and can’t tell me when I can expect to get my prescription filled. They said it’s not a manufacture shortage. Does anyone know of any pharmacies that have this medication in stock?

I take a generic dextroamphatemine and my CVS is on the upper east side of Manhattan. This has never happened to me before the whole time I’ve lived here (about a year and a half) where my meds are just delayed and they don’t have any estimated timeframe for when they are expecting to receive more of my medication! They won’t tell me anything other than it doesn’t seem to be a manufacture shortage. I’m running out of my stock I had for situations like this. CVS just keeps telling me to check back tomorrow. For the past 10 days. Does anyone in the NYC area know of a pharmacy that has this medication in stock? Has anyone experienced this?

I am just venting, it’s how I process things. I’ll accept it as what it is and move on. This dress code chaos is absurd. Apparently, we can’t even wear “holiday hats” in the pharmacy this week. I had one and had to remove it. Even the ones from Walmart they’ve got for employees in the back. I live in a SUPER cold climate, and we aren’t allowed to wear scrub vests if they’re full zipper (can somebody explain to me how a zipped up zipper is more dangerous than a full button up smock, because I am genuinely at a loss for words). Been here twice and visiting for 3 months, and everything seems like the matrix. Look at any apartment or house and it’s literally the same. Go to a different city. Literally the same. Cities are many kilometers apart and it feels like you’re crossing over the edge into another matrix. Food is all the same when visiting different restaurants. The dogs are glitches in the matrix. So many pharmacies to try red or blue pills. The owner of the pharmacy got so excited that I was an American and he bragged about his pharmacy was just like the USA or CVS or Walgreens. I walked out of there totally confused. **** was the matrix.

Hi! I am on my 12th day of stims \[not the 12 days of Christmas we've heard about before...\] on a cycle going way longer than I anticipated *and* I just got a dosage increase today. I ordered some Follistim to get delivered to a CVS in MA at my parents' house on the 24th, but if there is anyone in Manhattan \[or any boroughs, I'm happy to ride the train/bus any time tomorrow\] with any amount that would give me peace of mind as I spiral imagining a weather delay in delivery or the pharmacy simply telling me it's Christmas Eve and they are closed. Thank you!! Update: literally one hour later I have follistim at my door, thank you, internet!! 💕

It's 3 days before Christmas and CVS is only willing to have 2 employees in their store. They're working their butts off but the lines are to the back of the store. The photo machine is backed up because they can't keep up with the orders. This is not the employees' faults. It's the company. They simply don't care.

been doing this awhile, at 1.2K deliveries, but have always wondered if stores can turn off curbside orders? the only offers going out since 12pm at my zone are express shopping and pharmacy, nothing else

So I never post on Reddit but I've been thinking about this ever since it happened and when I've told my friends about this I can tell in their faces they just think I'm a pro BSer. Last december I was with a group of my friends walking down a street towards our friends house when I looked across the street and saw a silhouette of what looked like me just with darker hair (I was blonde at this time) running dowm the other side of the street followed by another girl with longer dark hair running alongside me. I stood there for a minute and let everybody else walk way ahead of me while I stood there trying to make out the faces of the silhouettes before my friends turned around ...

We really need a check box or something to tell the algo we offer to do gig A as long as you give us B and C as well. It really sux getting a gig and offer b and c dont get assigned. I guess u can unassign haven't done that yet. I rather get less gigs if this was implemented to make the travel really worth it. Eg today was 4 cvs orders. 18/19 at 1 store and then 15 and 11. I bid all 4 it gave me the 19 and the 11. **** at least let me only work 1 store hah.

hi! before i start this i wanna say i am prounion!! i was apart of the union before moving states and my district now is starting to strike/unionize. this is in a very busy district in manhattan. my store is one of the remaining ones in my district that isn't unionized. I think we may be on our way there but not too sure tbh. anyways!! there has been three times now where i have been approached by a union leader in an uncomfortable way, each time a different person. the first time i was literally waiting in line at the pharmacy down the street from my store and some random man walks up to me asking to speak to me and i was like ?? no thanks ?? he had no nothing sbux workers united or ...

Hello! How do I contact someone at CVS? All the stores in my area only allow leaving a message. I’m calling for inventory check but can’t wait an hour for a response. Is there an override or work around? Please share any tips or tricks. Edit: this was a rush post bc I was on-hold actively trying to find Xofluza for an 84yo regular patient. After getting through to 4 other local pharmacies without stock, I called the ER back and had the Rx changed to Tamiflu. He’s taken care of now. Thanks for those that had positive comments and to those that would rather gripe than help- hope your day gets better.

I'm looking for laundry bluing, either liquid or tablets. This used to be next to laundry detergent in most stores but I havent seen it lately. I've looked at the websites for grocery, pharmacy, home improvement, hardware, and other local stores and have not been able to find anything. I would prefer to buy it local rather than from Amazon. Spark metric rule for on-time arrive states within 25 minutes of accepting offer. Ok here is my scenario. Ppl say do not call Spark support, but this is nuts. I’m considering calling them anyway. Receive pharmacy order at 10:09am Cannot start trip because pickup time is 11am (no biggie, just took an early lunch) 11:57, app finally lets me start trip 11am order picked up. I got dinged for the on-time pickup metric because the store had a wait of over 25 minutes. This happens only with pharmacy orders because they always have long waits.
