Hello, has anyone bought a iota-carrageenan or other nasal spray related to covid protection (I know there is not strong evidence) in Italian pharmacies or French ones? I found Viraleze in the UK but ran out and now I am looking for something you can find in stores, not online. Thank you.

Your biggest check is accreditation—ask if they're ASHP/ACPE accredited or at least officially PTCB-Recognized. If you go for any [pharmacy tech online certification](https://ccitraining.edu/pharmacy-technician-training-program/) training, these are a must-have.  That's the stamp of approval the big chains (like CVS) and hospitals look for. And don't forget the hands-on stuff! Ask if the program helps you get an externship or clinical hours; that real-world experience is what truly gets you hired and ready for the national exam. It sounds pretty **** as a question but I (19m, 143lbs/5'10) am about to start hitting the gym about 3 times a week to put some muscle on this body. I recently visited a pharmacy at mall world. I was with people who were my friends in the dream but didn’t know outside of there. I got hired as a shift lead 3 months ago. I’ve been being worked as a cashier 98% of the time and the other 2% shoved into the pharmacy without any training whatsoever. August of last year i applied for riteaid as a pharmacy technician trainee at 18. My first day in late August was ****, like many of your guy's first day. I got thrown into the fire at reg with barley any training and was asking questions to the point i felt like a burden. And let me tell you my manager/pharmacist ***** when I asked questions and would say to ask someone else or gave a condescending tone to me. New grad pharmacist here. Got licensed in July. Working retail, some days I leave work feeling good and that I am catching on well. Other days I leave with tears in my eyes that im not cut out for the job and that I will never learn. Some pharmacists make me feel so ****** and snap at me when I ask questions.
