I am so extremely frustrated about getting my medication (guanfacine + adderall). I am also trying new medications for depression. Please provide any advice you have. I live in Chicago and have BCBSIL PPO. 1. To even get the meds prescribed, I need to see my doctor every 3 months (which is expensive because I have a high deductible health plan). I have been taking the same medication for almost 10 years, but I moved to a new city and am newly an adult. 2. I just want to get what I need from the pharmacy, but still, I have to be reminded that I’m not enough. (Several black haircare products, including the more popular lines for natural black hair, are placed at the end of the aisle, across from the pharmacy and at the end of an adjacent hallway. Was notified by text and through the Walgreens app that both the store and pharmacy are temporarily closed. Upon calling, I get the initial message from Walgreens but when it transfers to the actual store, it says that the phone lines are currently down. Does anyone have any idea what happened? Wondering if it’s worth having my doctor call in my prescriptions elsewhere if there’s no current ETA to reopen.

This is after a year off. I gained all my weight back, tried wegovy and was hit with the WORST side effects. My plan is to restart zep and see nutritionist and/or therapist re: binge eating, in addition to way more exercise. I can’t wait to be back on zepbound!!

Im having an argument. I was told we cannot/should not answer someone's private cellphone if it is left behind at the pharmacy. My coworker just picked up the phone and answered it. Hello everyone, I am a customer of CVS pharmacy and the one I go to is in my small town. The pharmacy is very understaffed and I kinda know the pharmacist by now. I feel bad for everyone working there and they always try to do their best. Well I did end up getting my trazadone and I noticed that half of the bottle is filled with another pill . I googled this pill it appears to be a buspar. So that means I am missing a lot of my pills since they have been replaced by this mistake.
