I will be EDing somewhere to hopefully increase my chances of getting into my top choice schools and so far, that comes down to these two. I am stunned that it only took Amazon 8 hours today, from receiving my prescription from the nurse this AM and then texting me to fill in my billing info, to deliver a box of pens to my doorstep. This is after I waited 3 weeks in vain for NovoCare pharmacy to process the same prescription, and after previous delays from them and from CVS. Amazon automatically applied the Novo cash only coupon (I took off my insurance so they wouldn’t process that). I was down to my last doses and getting afraid I’d have a gap. Finally free of NovoCare stress!

There are many great things about my current home of Los Angeles, but sometimes it feels tough to get literally anything done. Picking up a prescription from the pharmacy involves sitting in traffic, then having to find or pay for parking, then waiting around because the store is understaffed, etc. City services don't work as intended- things that should take days end up taking weeks/months of waiting for an appointment or for docments to get signed or whatever.
