Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the CVS Pharmacy Latest Community Discussions About CVS PharmacyVictory Over Wart - Caution Advised4h agoFirst I want to say that wart-free life is amazing, you too can (probably) have it, and for the love of god pay attention to the caution information below. Throwaway account because I am ashamed of how long I had this wart for. The Beginning - Diagnosis (2013): I found a weird thing on the bottom of my foot, and went to the student clinic where they confirmed I had a plantar wart. They said it would run its course and disappear naturally. This was grievously incorrect. The Early Stages - Optimism and OTC medications (2013-2016): I tried waiting. It got bigger. I tried a variety of little wart killing things they sell at the pharmacy. Paint-on coatings (3 kinds). Liquid nitrogen. Sticky pad... I think I realized today just how much the last couple of years have weighed on me.4h agoI (30F) am starting to think a lot deeper behind my consumption habits and why I spend what I spent, what urges, emotional triggers, etc. I started to write down all of the stuff I’ve accumulated and it’s a bit shocking, but yet I still have other items living rent free in my head that I don’t need to buy. I think I’m going to do a hard No Buy and probably delete the shopping apps off my phone. 2022-2025 were huge years for me in a lot of ways (marriage, graduating with a doctoral degree) but also very painful and stressful. I want to understand myself better, do better for the environment, and curb my spending. Just these three categories are over $4700. Some of it was tri... Emerging Store Manager?4h agoHey all, just got hired as an "emerging Store Manager " curious if anyone else has gone the route and how the role treated you. I've been an SL in pharmacies for a few years in the past and mostly loved it until I got an insane DM Looking for the Unwanted bride becomes the city’s queen free link4h agoI was the spare daughter of the Vitiello crime family, born solely to provide organs for my golden sister, Isabella. Four years ago, under the codename "Seven," I nursed Dante Moretti, the Don of Chicago, back to health in a safe house. I was the one who held him in the dark. But Isabella stole my name, my credit, and the man I loved. Now, Dante looked at me with nothing but cold disgust, believing her lies. When a neon sign crashed down on the street, Dante used his body to shield Isabella, leaving me to be crushed under twisted steel. While Isabella sat in a VIP suite crying over a scratch, I lay broken, listening to my parents discuss if my kidneys were still viable for har... Why Costco Pharmacy Is Becoming a Smart Buy in 20264h agoPrescription prices keep rising, but Costco is quietly becoming one of the best places to fill meds, even if you don’t shop there. What’s making it stand out: - Prices are often closer to actual drug costs instead of inflated retail markups - Many common prescriptions are cheaper than big chain pharmacies, especially for 3 month supplies. - Helpful for people paying cash or with high deductibles **Important:** You do **not** need a Costco membership to use the pharmacy in any U.S. state. Pharmacies are open to the public. With brand-name drugs seeing new price hikes this year, more people are comparing prescription prices instead of defaulting to CVS or Walgreens. Smart buying isn... First TH ever!5h agoOnly started collecting recently because of my nephew, it already rocks! Not being taken seriously for anxiety (treatment) in Austria5h agoHey everyone Fair warning: this is a longer story, and it does not improve as it goes on. I’d already been struggling with anxiety before moving and had started looking into my options with my GP back home. When things flared up again, I went to my new GP here in Austria (in a fairly rural area). To say I was taken aback would be an understatement. They “prescribed” some “Globuli” (which you can just buy over the counter at a pharmacy anyway, or pick it up next to the toothpaste in a store) and that was that. No referral, no suggestion of seeing someone else, nothing at all. Meanwhile, I’m having proper panic and anxiety attacks regularly, and unsurprisingly the Globuli have ... Where to buy in NJ6h agoHi! If you live in NJ… where are you getting your Alani’s? I feel like I have checked every store. Target, Walmart, Quick Check, CVS, Stop & Shop, Wawa…. They all have like the same 3 flavors. Amazon doesn’t even really have them on prime anymore. I can never find ANY of the new ones. Pls help I am in Monmouth County! TIA 🫶🏼 Blood Pressure Machine in/around Lanc6h agoAnybody know of a pharmacy or similar store that has one of those blood pressure machines inside -- where you sit down, and the cuff goes around your arm? We need to test BP, but home monitor is not working, and doc won't let us come to the clinic without an appointment AND a co-pay. Dealing with the "big light" in a small apartment6h agoI'm so tired of using the overhead light in my living room. It's that aggressive, bright white that makes the whole place feel like a pharmacy. I have this tiny corner next to my couch where I usually sit to read, but it’s basically a black hole once the sun goes down. I’ve been hunting for a floor lamp that doesn't take up the whole floor. Most of the ones I saw at the hardware store have these huge tripod bases that I'd definitely trip over every single morning. I also need something with a bit of a surface for my phone or a drink because there’s zero room for an actual end table there. Does anyone have a go-to for lamps that are actually sturdy but slim? I keep asking my boss to try to get them moved to the central pharmacy since they have multiple sinks and better hazardous waste disposal systems. Since we only have one sink we have to use it for hand washing and washing dishes. Walmart's "final" storage solution8h agoOh boy!8h agoCV builder that put me on the edge of burnout a few times8h agoI finally launched a CV builder I’ve been working on at night after work for the last 1-2 years. The idea itself goes back to COVID, but I had a lot of failed proofs of concept before this version. Most of them either didn’t scale or were just too expensive to run. The idea originally came from my own frustration with CV websites that say something like “$3 for a week” but quietly turn into a subscription and charge you $30 later, or platforms that don’t even let you download your own PDF unless you pay and then expect you to store it somewhere forever yourself. I have experienced this once, won't mention website name, after that I saw small text in the bottom that only if y... ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
