Where to buy household cleaning essentials?

4h ago

I don’t shop at Target or Walmart anymore and I don’t know where to get these items now. I’d like to buy slightly inexpensive cleaning supplies (toilet bowl cleaner, laundry detergent, etc.). I would prefer not dollar store brand as I’ve had experiences where that hasn’t worked as well, and places like CVS or grocery stores I notice seem to be more expensive than regular department stores. Any recommendations?

Pharmacy customers

4h ago

I work at the front store so I don't really see it all that much from pharmacy perspective but the pharmacy customers are always some of the rudest people in the store. I've had this lady call the front store phone yelling about how she had to put in her date of birth and something like that but she was full on yelling I just ended up hanging up on her. Also this one guys called the front store again and just gave me the worst attitude he was so mean. And this one lady who was yelling at me cause she had to wait in line for over an hour at the pharmacy mind you this is none of my problem. And then yelled at me cause I was scanning in packages and couldn't help her. But both se...

Filling two duplicate therapy controlled medications

5h ago

Ok, strange question… I had a prescription for Lunesta, but my doctor switched me over to Quviviq for wake-up prevention instead. However, I still have a remaining refill on the Lunesta left, and I was wondering if could get it filled for a backup? The “Ready for Refill” button is right there in the CVS app. Would this get me flagged or something for trying to get two fills of sleep medications (albeit different ones) in a single month? Has anyone else done this? I’m nervous it will get me put on some kind of list or banned from the pharmacy. I dunno, just paranoid. I DID get questioned when I initially got the Quviviq and still had refills of the Lunesta remaining, and the app show...

I didn’t miss any items today..

5h ago

I didn’t miss any items today, but I had smaller number of items, so my score went down 2% bringing me out of pro shopper… It’s based off last 40 orders. I took one that had 2 items, so my overall items went down therefor decreasing my percentage lmao.

Genuinely, Who Do I Have To Talk To About Drive-Thru

6h ago

I’m tired of it. I’m tired of working it 4 hours straight every. ****. day. I have talked to my pharmacy manager, my staff pharmacist, and they all shrug their shoulders at me and say “there’s nothing we can do.” Who else do I need to talk to? I’m the only one at my store that works it 4 hours straight every day.

Citi ThankYou (previously SYW) Category Question

6h ago

Is there a way to know what categories counts as retail? If I purchase something at CVS it shows up as Health Care-DRUG STORES,PHARMACIES and if I purchase something at an online ski store it shows up as Merchandise-SPORTING GOODS STORES. Do both of these count as retail? Does Merchandise-SPORTING GOODS STORES also count as online retail?

Newbie

Hi I’m starting in my triz compounded with b6 today. They set me up at 12.5 units but I’m going to start at 5 units. Because I want to start with a low dose so I’m thinking a little less than half of what they proscribed. This is my vial so if I just do 5 units it should be a low dose correct? I was thinking I would inject every 5 days until I get it built up in my system then switch to once a week if I get results in food noise and inflammation. . Any advice on if this is a good starting point. My main objective is to decrease my inflammation and still lose about 20lbs in the next 4-5 months. I’m a little nervous of side effects but they gave me zofran if I get nauseous. Any advice ...

Pharmacy availability of Tret 0.05% Gel

6h ago

Is anyone else having an impossible time finding a pharmacy with the gel formulation? Not a single CVS pharmacy in all of greater LA has it and they won’t order it? I also tried Pavillion and Walgreens AND online Nurx. Everywhere only has cream. Is there a shortage or something?

Thank your health heroes in WA and OR

6h ago

Call and leave a voicemail for your local cvs pharmacy in WA and OR. They are really struggling under the new management and lack of recognition. Please take the time to call, and leave a voicemail to thank them. This will go a long way. The teams are feeling a lot of pressure and micromanagement like never before. It is time for change and time to thank the colleagues that show up every day.

“Coverage Limitations” on CVS Caremark

6h ago

As I’m getting ready to up my dose, I checked caremarks website last night. Theres a new alert that says “coverage limitations“ when I try to price the drug, and there’s no price for it. It used to give you a price of $100 with an alert of “prior authorization required”. This is a very recent change, within the last month. Most pharmacies now have an alert of “not covered”, but the ones that do the 90 day maintenance medications, like CVS and Costco, have the “coverage limitations“ alert. Heres what it says: # Coverage Limitations # Not Covered: 1 month, 3 months  This exceeds your plan limits for this drug.  # Exception Required: 3 months  Inform your doctor th...

[Discussion] My Tips for Terminal After 30 Runs

7h ago

After 30 runs of Terminal, I was finally able to complete it successfully. I have a pretty good understanding of the map and some of the AI behavior in the current iteration of the game. Several things have changed since the last update, and I find that some of what I see on YouTube didn’t reflect my experience, so wanted to share some of my experience if it helps anyone. I will be splitting my advice between Prep, General Tips, and tips for specific sections. **PREP:** \- Bring 5.56 or .308. In PvP 5.56 is preferable due to the risk of losing ammon on Shoreline, but in PvE just bring more ammo, it’s worth it to have more mags. .308 had better performance for me, getting me better TTKs...

Kobane to run out of medicines in three days, Kurdish Red Crescent warns

8h ago

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region - The Kurdish Red Crescent has warned that the besieged town of Kobane in northeastern Syria (Rojava) will run out of medicines within three days, with baby formula already depleted. “The stores will run out of medicines in three days,” Shadya Ahmed, head of the Kurdish Red Crescent’s mobile teams in Kobane, told Rudaw on Tuesday. She added that pharmacies have completely run out of baby formula, creating a “massive crisis.” Despite a January 29 agreement between the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and Damascus that halted fighting and outlined steps toward military and administrative integration, Kobane remains under siege by Syrian government forces. Analyze this Doctor / Patient interaction for me

8h ago

I described to you all a new neuropathy symptom I am having a few days ago and you suggested I reach out to my doctor as well as shared some great tips, which are helping me to suffer a little less as I wait to see my doctor (an MS Specialist) tomorrow. I reached out via message too because the receptionist said she didn't know, but it sounded like something they should at least be made aware of ahead of the appointment, especially since it is a new symptom. She was very kind. This is the message conversation (including where I repeated myself twice by mistake, grammatical errors, and all!) for you to analyze: **Me:** *On Wednesday, February 11th, 2026 my left leg became very itchy. ...

Frequent outdoor gas smell on 5th Ave and Baltic/Park Place

8h ago

Every time I walk by this intersection, I smell gas. I've lived around this spot for years, and I've never noticed anything until a couple weeks ago. I called the fire dept about it last week. They checked out a meter and said all was fine. But I keep smelling it! I've smelled it in a few different pockets around the intersection. By the CVS, the LIDL, Clever Blend, and the vacant lot beside the former R&A Discount Store building. Has anyone else noticed anything?

In withdrawal from Cymbalta due to pharmacies being out of stock! This *****.

8h ago

I am on 60mg of cymbalta for mild general anxiety disorder and chronic pain, and I put in a refil request on thursday but due to the office being closed from Saturday and Sunday the request only went in yesterday. However, the local CVS near me has them out of stock. For some reason they are constantly running out of medications at the two local pharmacies near me which is ****** considering even though I am on a low dose, it still kicks my butt. The last time I had this happen it was gabapentin and the county had none for a week, so I had it filled over in Orlando at the hospital I was working at.

Should I ask for a raise?

10h ago

Hello ops manager here, so my current dilemma right now is whether or not to have a conversation about my current pay. I recently found out that someone I know personally who was recently hired 2 weeks ago at another store is being paid almost 3 dollars more than me, but we are at the same position. I have worked for cvs for about 6 years, and I have been an ops manager for about 3 and I have only ever gotten barely dollar raise (maybe only 50 cents tbh) my performance is good not above average but decent. (I do have some accommodations for a small mental health problem which is only just have a bit more time to do certain task if needed) all that aside would it be okay for me to get in cont...

Has anyone had "dead" insulin that was still crystal clear? Dealing with a ₹10k ($110) nightmare.

10h ago

I’m currently at my wits' end and need to know if anyone else has experienced this. I recently spent over ₹10,000 ($110) to stockpile my supply (NovoRapid and Lantus), and it feels like I’ve just injected water. Here is the context: I have tried two different penfills from two completely different lots over the last few days. My blood sugar isn't budging. Usually, my standard dose works perfectly (7 units asphart - novorapid), but with these new pens, i have to work with doubling or tripling the dose to have similar effect. One of the penfills in the pack was actually visibly cloudy/hazy compared to the others. When I pointed this out to the pharmacy (a major store in my...
