Edited to correct typo. Update 1: As noted by other commentators, it is not required to connect to the app for the bike to work and be fully functional. I enabled a security feature that if the app is not connected, I manually enter a PIN to unlock the bike. Not a huge deal but an inconvenience. The issue is Specialized is requiring additional troubleshooting before sending any replacement parts. This means I had to take the bike to the LBS to allow them to do the troubleshooting and I therefore do not have my primary means of transportation. Like many people, I've worked my way through numerous types of migraine meds. I now have extra that is just sitting there. No, I don't want to just put it in one of those excess med bins at CVS because health insurance companies are awful and charge far too much. I'm also not returning it to the mail order pharmacies because they are cruel as well. Has anyone encountered any nonprofit or med group that will take excess meds and distribute them to low income individuals and/or for free? We went through the prior auth -> denial -> appeal process and haven't heard anything since the appeal 10 days ago (holidays in between I get it).
