Anyone have Caremark as their PBM in the US and struggling with estrogen patch availability for a required 84-day fill? My plan requires any meds filled 2 months in a row to be a 3-month “maintenance” refill. So my provider has to order my patch as a 3-month supply. Not a problem. She sent in the script. Problem is: there’s a patch so not only do I have trouble sourcing one box.. now I have to source 3. I recently went back to a new doctor because I feel as though I’m really struggling again with my symptoms. She prescribed me a low dose of Vyvanse (generic) and sent it in to the pharmacy the same day. The pharmacy called me and told me they had to place an order for it but they will call me when it’s ready. It’s been almost 5 days now and I haven’t heard anything. I’ve been on Instacart since 2020 did the background check it cleared but now this year they said they’re starting to do annual background checks and I thought oh cool no problem because my background check is completely spotless but then I get an email saying my background check is taking a lot longer, Than I get another email saying it’s gonna be longer and then I open up my app to see this.
