Long story short, this morning I discovered the reason that nothing is happening with the prescription my rheumatologist wrote on April 3, is that it was sent to a specialty pharmacy not covered by my insurance (my insurance requires using one of two specialty pharmacies). I messaged the doctor’s office first thing this morning, telling them of the mistake and asking if they can please fix it. No reply. I really want this medication. I tried to make an order tonight and was met with a very different, lesser set of options. Mostly things like Target, CVS, liquor stores, and “Go Puff.” I pulled up offers from an incognito tab with the same address, and they vary WILDLY. Lots of BOGOS, discounts, fast food restaurants, and other things I’ve come to expect after being a long-time UberOne customer. Attempts to reach out to customer service assure me that my UberOne account is in good standing because it’s active and paid for, but that’s not really what I’m getting at. Any ideas?

Today I went to pick up my mom's prescription and since I was already at the store, I decided to buy some cat treats and OTC cough syrup with my coupons. While I was entering my date of birth since the cough syrup was an age-restricted item, the self-checkout machine scanned one of the coupons from the recipe for my mom's prescription (I was holding it and the prescription). We both have our own separate cvs account. Will my account or my mom's account be flagged (by the self-checkout machine) as me having more than one account and breaking the rules of not having more than one account?

I’m a new RXM and at a tier 4 store. We been getting really busy, everyday we entered anywhere from 500-700 (except on weekends). I work one 12 hour shift a week. My question is do pharmacists get a chance to get off their feet for a few minutes and sit down on a stool WHILE still working? Is that allowed? Do your pharmacy have a stool or chair for pharmacists? Is there a policy on that? Can I bring a stool in? What’s your take on this subject?

I've been going through personal problems in my life which resulted in losing my job in October. Still not officially employed, and my Citizens bank account had to get closed out, so no official bank account as of now. I've been having trouble trying to find info on whether the expected shelf life of compounded estradiol valerate varies at all from the factory-made kind that seems common in the States. I'm in Canada and can only get EV from a compounding pharmacy in Vancouver shipped to me in the north, but I end up with extra in the vials and due to the quirks of insurance coverage timing etc I'm not going through the vials as fast as I get them. I have started to accumulate some extra vials as I have been able to take 6-7 doses from a vial that is meant for 4. Say I linked 5 credit cards and activate the CVS in store offer. After activation- 1. If I use each card do one transaction (shopped 5 times using 5 different cards), do I have in-store cash back on all 5 linked cards, or I only get one cashback on the first card used, or? 2.
