Second month of project pan going well for me! I have accumulated way too many travel size toiletries and sample size fragrances over the years and just realized I can just use them in place of my full size products sometimes! So this month I set out to do that. I’ll try to keep this as short as possible. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones that gets to pick a specialty pharmacy. There’s a list of them I can pick from. I’m not forced to use a specific one. I got this insurance in 2024and I picked ACCREDO. No particular reason it was just the first one on the list so I went with it. It was fine from then until this year. Never had any issues. I have a $70 balance in my Aetna Health Fund via MHBP Standard. Normally that would get eaten up with my co-insurance payments throughout the year. However, I'll be having a QLE at the end of March and will required to change plans so I'd love to use that $70 before then. Yesterday I ordered a refill from CVS/Caremark mail order pharmacy that will cost $80. Can I file a claim against the $70 balance in the HRA? I can't seem to find it on the Aetna website.

Hey everyone, I recently got interviewed for a pharmacy technician role and was sent the acceptance email right away, but I haven't done any of the I-9 forms yet. They offered me full-time, but I was hoping for part-time since I'm a student and this would be my first job. Now I got a call from another location that's much closer and wants an interview with me, and I'd rather work there than the first one because of the commute. Should I keep the paperwork pending at the first store and wait to see what happens with the second interview? Should I accept and transfer, or just decline the first offer now?

Hi all, I just wanted to share that my monthly prescription refill from CVS came from manufacturer Camber Pharmaceuticals...and something's wrong with it. No question about it...it's working at about 20% of normal. Far less effective and wears off very quickly. I called the pharmacy to tell them about it and they said that there are differences between manufacturers when it comes to the inactive ingredients, and some patients do not react well to that. I have an appointment with my doctor next week - hopefully will be able to get something different. This vaguely popped up in my mind recently, a game that I played about 12 years ago, it was a flash based game which I might have found on one of those websites that have a bunch of random games on them. It was isometric/top down and had a whole town that you could explore, I remember that the game started in some small apartment (it had a wooden floor, I genuinely don’t know why I remember this) I remember that you had the ability to buy cars and drive them around, also you’d be able to be chased by the cops after running someone over. Guys, I genuinely feel like I’m going crazy. The store speaker volume used to be so low that you could barely hear it. Over the last few months I feel like it’s progressively gotten SO loud. Can’t even hear yourself think in the break room. At least in the stockroom you can lower the volume. Also, ignore my breathing, I’m congested and the pharmacy is closed so no Sudafed for me lol.

Went to CVS yesterday with some old negatives and the guy looked at me like ‘WTF are those?’ 😂 felt like an ***** but wondering if anyone here knows of stores that still scan negatives for printing photos or is it all mail in now? Thanks for the help.

I took people's advice and tracked every single expense I made for the month. There were a few minor price changes since my last post but nothing significant. Things I did to save money this month - \- Best buy purchase: I have an iphone 13 and it had a 72% battery life. People would just switch phones and pay $700+ for a new one, what I did was just take it to best buy and swap the battery for a new one. Boom saved some money. Okay so I've been on my own for like 8 months now and I just discovered that the toothpaste I buy at CVS for $6.49 is $3.87 at walmart for the SAME TUBE. Same size. Same everything. I feel scammed?? Like I've been paying almost double for toothpaste this entire time because CVS is closer to my apartment. And it's not just toothpaste. I've been asked to lump sum bid for construction layout and as-built on a soon to be free standing emergency room, start to finish. A single story facility and parking.
