Honestly, would like to know if this is happening at any other store. Store manager just had a meeting with all the shift leads. Saying that throughout the week when the pharmacy closes at eight, which is our normal time Monday through Friday. They will no longer have a pharmacy tech the last hour from 7 PM to 8 PM. Something about being able to have a pharmacy tech here in an hour earlier in the morning to be able to stay caught up on filling, and that he believed that it is a lot busier during the daytime than it is the last hour open in the pharmacy. PM here. \~almost 10 years an RPh with CVS. I killed it this year. Grew the store a ton. Destroyed MCP. Destroyed vaccines. Ton of profit. 2% raise. Half the rate of inflation. So I got a pay cut. "Successful performance (bullshit, everyone gets the same review). 2% is a straight slap in the face. to my knowledge that's the minimum as a "successful performance." I know some PMs nationwide got 3% with that same rating. Is my DL just ******* me here? Time to update my resume? what raise did you all get?

Could I get in trouble for filming cleaning the restroom at night if I started posting them online? I usually wear a jacket so unless someone has been to our store or know me personally they wouldn’t be able to tell it was a cvs online, should I ask my manger for permission? Would I look weird for asking such a question? I always put the cleaning sign so hopefully no one would get the key to come in, and if they do I’d be able to stop the video in time. Current P1 interning at a CVS I’ve worked at as a tech for about 1.5 yrs before pharmacy school. Recently got an opportunity to become a summer intern at Albertsons with promises of employment after the internship. Albertsons internship seems really structured and many opportunities to network with other interns in the area. Once again I feel I’m being screwed by the insurance company..I live in Tennessee and they have introduced a bill that will prohibit CVS from working with Caremark..it ultimately means all cvs stores in Tennessee will close..I have been on wegovy for 4 years and am maintaining my weight.i don’t want to quit it. I have a Caremark prescription plan thru my husbands retirement plan and cannot change it..this is becoming such a frustrating process. Also caremark does not allow Wegovy to be mail ordered so that would not be an option.
