I called HR on this, but honestly wasn’t really helpful. Basically wanting to know how other stores handle letting people go early. We had a couple of days last week where it was kind of slow and honestly just felt like we had too many people in the pharmacy. My thought was to let someone go early, if they wanted, and maybe just add the time to another day of the week for them. BUT I didn’t want them to get in trouble point wise for leaving early. Now my question is this can they can in trouble if we allow them to leave early? If they leave early do we adjust the schedule for adherence?

I am coming for a two week trip to Europe, starting in Paris. I am trying to minimize how much luggage I am bringing there so I’m thinking about buying some of my beauty products once I arrive, namely body lotion, hand lotion and lotion, hand lotion and shower soap. I'm in my 20s but I don't like how young the staff seem to be. Even the optometrist looked barely out of college.
