CVS PHARMACY Locations

Im a pharmacy technician and recently moved to a district with a much lower pay cap than my previous one. I was technically already $1 over the pay cap for my position, which my manager had to get the DL's boss's approval on. Now the pay cap for my position in the new district is $4. Manager is saying she cant complete the transfer unless she lowers my pay. Ive asked her to discuss it with the DL but in the meantime what are my chances of it being approved? I am ptcb certified. Not that it makes a difference as it hasn't been updated in the system bc cvs never reimbursed me for the fees. And its supposedly still more than the pay cap for lead techs here anyways.

How does this set up look? For context I travel at least 2 times a year domestically, my grocery is around 300-400 max, not much dining out. Rest is online shopping and beauty/pharmacy. Anyone else's new registers down? All front store and pharmacy registers, minus ACO's, are stuck in the data sync loading screen. one of them has been stuck for an hour. Zipline is down, and I can't access MyDocs either to see if I should restart them even though they are downloading data. Not sure what to do, or if I should contact the Emergency hotline. Recently, I've become very bothered by the automatic refill system--specifically the part in TASCO pickup when it asks for consent and signature. 9/10 times the medication that's pending automatic refill consent is a different med than the one being picked up at that moment. What's the deal with this store? They are a chemist but the footprints are like 90% retail and 10% pharmacy. Also, why is it so cramped in there? I can hardly walk the aisle if there are others in the one I need.
