I am in a strange tax/health insurance related predicament and am looking for advice. I work at a very well known grocery store in the state of VA, been there for years and had health insurance through them. I have an autoimmune disease that I am on meds for life for that I have been able to get with this company’s insurance very easily. It’s a biologic medication, so it costs thousands out of pocket, it’s also a shot I have to give myself 2x a month so each month I have to get it refilled through a specialty pharmacy. Hi I've been unable to get my generic adderall filled. My provider switched me to generic Vyvanse and I am unable to get that filled too. Has anyone had any luck with any pharmacies in the Fort Lauderdale/Pompano area and getting their meds filled? I've tried multiple CVS and Walgreens. Thanks!

Hi all, hope this is the right place for this. I used to use this moisturizer since it was one of the few that didn’t irritate my skin and didn’t leave a greasy sheen. I haven’t been able to find it since I ran out, so I was wondering if any of you know where to find it or if it was discontinued/rebranded. I started working at CVS 2 weeks ago as a pharmacy tech and I have had no luck with anyone helping me get my workday ID and password or even help me with getting into mySchedule. To be honest I just tried to get into the mySchedule app today, but the QR code doesn’t work. I tried to explain to the hiring manager but he disregards it and say it should work. Relatively healthy 32yo individual. I want to visit a dermatologist to remove a small dark spot on my face, and a specialist for hip pain in the coming year. I’ve never owned anything from Ecovacs, but while looking for a new robot, I noticed they have  a roller mop model T80 omni listed at just under $500. The price is honestly pretty tempting to me. Anyone here using it? I’d love to hear your experience, is it a solid choice?

I usually just ignore them. But they are setup with a table at the pharmacy entrance at my local store so it appears they do that to purposely call after customers coming in & out. They do this each time I have been recently and it’s sort of giving me anxiety . For context, I am autistic & fairly high functioning I guess I just I didn’t know HEB allowed that & it so I feel a bit caught off guard I suppose not upset though. I thought only Walmart did that. I feel like i am almost completely nocturnal, my body just naturally adjust itself to be this way and im starting to **** it. Without fail I will sleep all day until about 5pm and then stay awake until about 8am. I am sleeping most of my days away and feel like im missing alot of my life. I am awake for work when i need to be. Ive tried staying up until im tired enough to fall asleep at a reasknable time and then setting morning alarms but i have no self control to wake up for them. I **** that theres practically no sustainable way to function nocturnally in society, i dont really see an issue with it aside from the fact that every thing is closed at night.
