CVS PHARMACY Locations

Ok, so I will admit that some of the stuff in there like the shampoos and conditioners and things were a little bit overpriced some of the candy was a little overpriced too, but overall, it was a great store! The line was wrapped all the way around the corner and into the parking lot when I got there. Keep in mind it used to be a Walgreens pharmacy. The main concern here is the parking situation. There’s a Wells Fargo right across from there and they put up a sign saying that anybody who parks there will be towed. In the last picture you can see what I got. Mango mochi, Ramen, shrimp fries, and some chocolate space popcorn along with some wasabi chips.

I got terminated from my first formal job at CVS Pharmacy, which in typical corporate fashion has been cutting payroll hours like life on Earth depends on it. I was a part-timer who ended up only working on weekends because the "schedule flexibility" wasn't actually so flexible after I actually got in, and that didn't work out since I'm a full-time student who can't work in the mornings, as most classes seem to run during that time. Don't know if any of you guys have seen this Pharmacy in the North Haven area but they are fast they are convenient they deliver and they don't give you any issues filling your prescriptions they take all insurance!!!!! I started work the 16th but didn’t get to actually work the first day until the 17th, which is when I set up my direct deposit etc. Will my first pay be direct deposit or check to the store??? No idea…and my store isn’t very helpful before anyone suggests to ask my SM. I am just now being added to the schedule after 2 weeks and I work in the pharmacy as well if that makes a difference???? Hello I am new to Walgreens my training the first couple of weeks was mediocre and also over emphasis on these online trainings. Some are useful but deadlines for them are unrealistic. I don't mind doing them but doing them while working in a busy pharmacy I don't think is a good idea. In this one store the Pharmacist is adored. I usually fill with CVS because it's a larger pharmacy but BOTH the CVS pharmacies (which are the closest pharmacies to me) have broken elevators from the underground garage for the past month(ish) and I don't know how to pull the "ADA Card" so to speak to get these fixed sooner. I’ll try to keep this as short as possible. I guess I’m one of the lucky ones that gets to pick a specialty pharmacy. There’s a list of them I can pick from. I’m not forced to use a specific one. I got this insurance in 2024and I picked ACCREDO. No particular reason it was just the first one on the list so I went with it. It was fine from then until this year. Never had any issues.
