I work in the pharmacy and a lady at drive thru pulls up. She had a baby on her lap and she was literally in the middle of changing him. His legs up and all. I turned my head to ask her for her information and I was so shook because I saw everything and I walked away. Hello. Someone close to me is an intern at CVS as a P2 student in pharm school. He worked at CVS for 1.5 years prior to becoming an intern. Here’s the situation.. Our old pharmacy manager was great allowed the intern to help out with DURs, consultations, which allowed the intern to learn and ran a very efficient pharmacy. She had to step away for a bit so there’s a stand in manager. This new manager is the opposite he doesn’t allow the intern to help out at all, he basically allows to the intern to be a glorified tech. I need a small blender to make smoothies in the morning. My giant ninja blender isn’t worth filling a tenth of the way up to wake up my neighbors for a smoothie each morning. I don’t want to spend $100 if this $18 one does the same, but it’s not on any review articles. I don’t even like smoothies. My nutritionist just told me to make them for a week so here’s a chance for redemption I guess.

Hey, hoping someone here might know how this works on your end. I had a package sent to a CVS UPS Access Point. Tracking says it was delivered inside and even shows a name for who received it. I went a few hours later to pick it up, but the employee said it’s not in their system and they don’t have anything for me. I’m just trying to understand how this works from the store side — do packages have to be scanned in before they show up? Or is it possible it’s sitting somewhere in the back but not checked in yet? Trying to figure out if I should just come back tomorrow or if something actually went wrong.

Guys i genuinely **** my pharmacy manager and honestly want to leave because of her. I reported her to ethics and haven’t heard anything from them. Do they usually get back quickly. Has anyone else had bad experiences with managers??? I’ve had 6 different ones since starting at CVS and never ***** one except for now.

I don’t understand. Is it a bonus incentive or is it not? I thought I read for pick up I need a pick up with two orders or whatever it’s called. I did not get a bonus.

Okay backstory. I've been with the company for over 6 years. Started as a part time cashier and have worked every position in the front end besides esm and sm. I have my rx license and am back helping in my pharmacy nearly every day because my store doesn't have the hours to schedule enough people to close. I am now interested in getting my certificate to give immunizations. I have completed all classes on APHA, taken all the interest surveys etc to get to the point of taking the necessary CPR class. The coordinator for my area has now told me they will not give me a seat at the live CPR class because "the company is worried I will not follow through with APHA". SO I ne...

My sole duty is handling the white bag medications for my hospital. For those that don't know, a white bag is a medication administered at a hospital but comes from an external pharmacy like CVS Specialty. Anyone else do this? What's your day like? What tools do you use for your job?

Today I went to CVS pharmacy in Utah, because my doctor sent a prescription there for vyvanse. Pharmacist denied to release a medication for me because according to CVS policy they can accept only US driver’s license or US passport. My international passport is valid, not expired. I see that according to Utah law, international passport can be used as a form of identification. Have you experienced something similar? P.S. Walgreens does accept international passports here (last time I did use them for the same prescription, just CVS is cheaper)

For anyone still looking for Nuvaxovid in the south bay, the only confirmed CVS pharmacy that still has doses of the 5/31 expiration batch is the CVS pharmacy in the Sunnyvale Target store. Beyond that, the only Costco with doses as of today is up in San Francisco, at the 10th Street warehouse. No other warehouses are carrying or expecting more stock after calling each one across multiple counties. I hope this saves folks some time calling around.

I know cvs is changing the scheduling app but I can't get into any of these apps at all. It keeps asking me for a ping ID and I have no clue how to get one. Plus... I don't even have an iPhone. I called the help desk and they ****. No help at all.
