I’m a college student that was formally diagnosed with ADHD (after suspecting it for a while) around August-September, and getting my medications has been divine punishment almost every time. First time picking up my medications: \- 3 different Publix pharmacies, 1 Costco, 6 Walgreens, and 4 CVS: out of stock I had called most of these after the first few pharmacies my psychiatrist sent my medication to informed me they were out of stock. I found out today that my specific plan requires enrollment as of Feb 1 in the CVS Weight Management program when the RX was denied for refill with insurance coverage. My refill like most I'm guessing is done right after your monthly appt. I had mine this week on Monday. Two days later I get a note that the pharmacy can't fill. After spending 2 hrs on the phone with various customer service ppl, sharing what I learned- it takes 3 biz days after scheduling the first telehealth appt to clear the prescription. I am an FNF employee and insurance is BCBSTX and CVS is RX. I started on MJ in July 2022 and was 300 pounds. P\_A approved and I was covered. I switched to Zep when it came out and had constant success. I was down to 173 with about 40 more to lose as of July 25 when I was “forced” onto WEG. Long story short is that I have had a lot of other health issues return, but worse of all I am back up to 202 and I feel my body growing by the minute. I reported all of this to my PCP. I’m curious what pharmacy everyone goes to in the downtown Syracuse area. I know we have a major lack of drug stores and pharmacies in the area which is very unfortunate, but every pharmacy I’ve tried here genuinely loses my prescription every time I go to pick it up, has closed due to bankruptcy, or has extremely long wait times. I went to pick up my daughter’s methylphenidate prescription and the store gave me her prescription which was 60 pills. Then after looking at her prescription, I realized the prescription was not verified due to the label not being initialed as it has been in the past. Then, in the same bag, the pharmacy included the original medication dispensing bottle with 37 additional pills as well. We spoke with the pharmacy manager regarding this, but should we talk to someone in Walgreens corporate as well? Edit: We did not return the medication to the store. Instead I disposed of it at my place of employment as I work in healthcare.

Today everyone in the pharmacy was checking to make sure the bonus was coming in. We were told several times by the pharmacy manager that the bonus was for all techs, not just vaccinators, because it was a team effort to get people scheduled, in, and vaccinated. However, only the people certified to give vaccines have gotten a bonus and it's $150 more than expected. No one else has gotten the bonus. We've just been silently screwed over and I was really relying on that bonus. Did this happen at any other store or is this just an issue here?
