I’m trying to get a job as a pharmacy tech to work for the CPhT at my local walgreens this summer, and I was wondering if it would be possible to have them transfer me to a store in a different state when I move in the fall. are there any state regulations that would prevent me from doing this or any advise in general? thank you so much

I’m really stressed and need honest advice. I work in pharmacy, and last month I already had mistakes reported on my profile. One was accidentally leaving a GLP-1 medication out instead of storing it properly. Today, I made another serious mistake — I gave a patient the wrong prescription that belonged to someone else. Thankfully, the patient did NOT take the medication and the mistake was caught before any harm happened. I know this is still a serious error and I take full responsibility. All the videos where they are at Costco or CVS or anywhere in public and the kids are acting like monsters climbing over things and just taking up so much space. The kids are **** near adults and they climb the shelves and pretend it’s cute. It’s not cute. If I were shopping in the same store where they were behaving that way, I would pretend not to be paying attention and aim my shopping cart towards them and go “oops“ Is it supposed to be cute that they can’t behave in public? How five people can take up so much space at a public space baffles me.

Lynchburg , VA, has this intersection outside a Walmart. The discussion is focused on whether the stop sign in the picture applies to the left lane that is going straight. I haven't found anything in VA DMV that discusses this, but I have never seen an intersection with a stop sign that didn't apply to all lanes for that direction. Anyone know the answer here? All I get in the locals' thread is claims of "I knew a guy who knew a guy that got a ticket for stopping there." Edit: Thank you for all the responses. I'm fully aware of the common sense here, but somewhere around 75% of responses from local people is the opposite because they decided so.

Around January, cvs had stopped taking certain Medicare/medicaid plans, so a lot of those patients transferred to Kroger. Anyhow, corporate sends out these mass coupons for people who have been to our pharmacy before, (like a transfer deal, you get $25 worth of groceries, or fuel points or whatever) for transferring prescriptions. When I picked up my prescription for Paxlovid from CVS on Feb. 21, I was unaware of the refund available, and very sick. The pharmacist said to wait until I felt better and come back to ask for a rebill in order to get the $400 refund. I am on Medicare. I asked if there was a deadline and he said no. In a few days when I felt better, I looked up the information online and enrolled in Paxcess. I then took the receipt, Paxcess card back to CVS on March 4, and asked the pharmacy for a rebill. Hi everyone. I wanted to share what I found this weekend. A razor in perfect condition; only the box shows a little wear, but for its age, it's well-preserved. It even still has the blades indicated on the box: one blue Pegaso blade and one red one (the PAL ones were a gift from the seller). Here's a little about the razor. I just started as a pharmacy tech in a grocery store and I am already traumatized. I have literally a week under my belt in the actual pharmacy with no prior experience.
