Every time I go to a cosmetic store. I am insulted by the sales women at these stores. They say stuff this, "you have redness on your skin, don't buy this product, instead buy this product" , or "your hair has dryness, you need this product", or if I point to a product (that I use) they will say, " that is not good it doesn't do this and this", or else sometimes they go, "that's too costly, I don't think maam you can afford this". Then there is unscientific nonsense like "this is natural, ayurvedic, herbal" etc. I know it's sales and this is push marketing. But I **** this kind of marketing that is condescending, mean...

So who else does this and is required to do this? Pharmacy has become codependent on this. This is severely handicapping the pharmacy. What was the point in PEXT if this is a thing? There is no clear statement that says if the mgr fills what they print or fill everything that prints after they have printed the “code green”. The pharmacy staff thinks that anything and everything that prints when they are back there the mgr fills. 90% of the time the staff is talking about what to get for lunch at 9am. Hey, I wanted to see if this was possible due to a bad interaction My scenario is this, Went to Dr to see if I can be prescribed wegovy, initially she gave me a full months .25 dosage of the pen for free. (Amazing I know) it worked great. I lost 10lb. Didn’t love the injection part though, after the month I asked to see how the pill would work she gave me a prescription for the pill, similar dosage.
