How's your keys farming going guys?

I’ve been a certified pharmacy technician with Eckerd/CVS total 23 years and lead tech 18 years. I started at $6.45 an hour and last year I was at 23.60 before finally complaining when I saw mid pay for my position was 25 and called it out how unfair it was that I was under that pay. I was raised to $26 in July but my cap for my area is $32 per hour. I used to have a 9 to 530 shift for 15 years at my location but my pm took it away and now has me 9 to 7, 9 to 630 2 days, and 2 days 9 to 5. I have 14 to 24 pages in qp alone every day with just me and a new hire who after 5 months still cannot run scripts nor insurance nor handle rejects just can do production and run register. So, I'm looking for advice. 31F, I am a front store manager in retail pharmacy, and there is a customer that comes in once in a while, and I swear she's the most beautiful woman I have ever seen in my entire life. I work overnight at a 24 hr store in Missouri. Is there a policy that states we have to have 2 people minimum working overnights? I vaguely think I read something about it when I started working a year ago, but I don't exactly have time to try to find it. There has been an uptick in theft, and I'm starting to get concerned since im by myself. I'll talk to my manager when I see her next, but a few other employees and pharmacy staff have expressed concern over me and the other night shift being by ourselves.

Scoper had been on nebulizer for months already as maintenance . He had been diagnosed last year with Pneumonia for the second time and he occasionally coughs even at present . Hello there! Why are my investment thresholds different from my friend on the same character? These screenshots show my friend(pics 1-3) and me(pics 4-6) hovering the same exact items on the same character, and for some reason my investment threshold numbers(bottom left of each screenshot) are different from one another. I've been off my meds since October and tried to get them from the pharmacy like 3 times since and couldn't because: didn't have the money (25 freaking dollars), prescription was for literally one dose (a total of 1 whole pill!) and insurance minimum was 2 pills at the very least, and insurance suddenly couldn't cover 2 doses a day and I didnt and will likely never again have $500 (for one month's supply). I’m a federal employee with BCBS standard insurance and a type 1 diabetic. In 2025 I ordered Dexcom g7 90 day supply from CVS Caremark and it would cost me $125 everytime I would order them. It is now 2026 and now CVS Caremark is telling me I have to pay $250 for my 90 day supply for dexcom in 2026 which is ridiculous now that I think about it. Just wanted to see if anyone has been going to another distributor or different pharmacy for a lot cheaper prescription prices for dexcom g7. Im a supervisor RX, got crossed trained to be in pharmacy but im constantly on pick up. When I get the chance to do something else, which is only ever production, as soon as the line forms to 3 people I get called to go back to pick up. Its frustrating but I cant really blame the pharmacy staff, as its a very high volume store which is always busy. Theres honestly not really any time to train me on anything, the times I have been 'trained' is with a sentence of how to do something on RX connect, which i still struggle with as I've only really been on it for a few minutes.
