Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the CVS Pharmacy Latest Community Discussions About CVS PharmacyBetter Pharmacies2h agoAnyone know of any better retail Pharmacys than CVS? My experience here has been pretty tough. I don’t enjoy this place and I’m just wondering what pharmacies are better to work at. TIA. People calling for pharmacy3h agoAbout 90% of my calls daily are asking to be transferred to the pharmacy. I always decline because I was told they took away the ability to be transferred from front store? I'm also not transferring someone who's not even going to attempt to leave a voicemail. How do you deal with these people? Is it really that hard to go through the system to leave a voicemail like they say it is?? Feeling discouraged regarding insurance PAs and savings card issue w/ pharmacy; looking for advice6h ago{repost with removal of specific numbers\] tl;dr version: After a PA denial and CVS being unsuccessful in applying the Wegovy savings card, I'm looking to see if anyone has any advice for successfully appealing a PA denial or getting the savings card to work. Long version: I started Wegovy last August and had been losing slowly but steadily on the starting 0.25 mg dose. My doctor is happy with my progress and I want to avoid the side effects that come from moving up in doses quickly as I have both GERD and IBS. Plus, I see this process as a marathon not a sprint and I expect that I will need to be on weight loss medication for the rest of my life. My weight loss on 0.25 mg stalled a... Is America turning on birth control? It’s a weird time to talk about contraceptives. Here’s what the debate is missi...7h agoBirth control in the US right now is full of contradictions. Access to contraceptives has never been easier. [Many states](https://naspa.us/resource/hormonalcontraception/) have passed legislation to allow pharmacists to prescribe and dispense hormonal contraceptives directly to individuals, instead of requiring a doctor’s prescription first. [Telehealth services](https://www.reproductiveaccess.org/telehealth/) have helped make it easier to find different contraceptive methods in more rural parts of the country. The first over-the-counter birth control pill, [Opill](https://www.nbcnews.com/health/health-news/birth-control-pill-over-the-counter-available-stores-rcna144470), hit pharma... I got a double prescription?8h agoHey y’all, as the title states I just got my prescription from the pharmacy and I get a new prescription every 90 days or three months. This is my second time getting my prescription (1mg->2mg estradiol and 50mg spiro; twice a day) and instead of getting one bottle of each, I got two bottles of each, one is the normal looking bottle that I usually get from CVS and the other two bottles look different. Is this normal, should I question this or be concerned? Hope you ladies are having a lovely day :3 Some books9h agoAnyone want these books? Also got a dozen of 12th guide as well. The price listed are the original book price. Ofc the selling price will be less than that. Trump 'Great Healthcare Plan' a 'win' for insurers, says TD Securities9h agoTrump 'Great Healthcare Plan' a 'win' for insurers, says TD Securities After the White House released a fact sheet asking Congress to work on the "Great Healthcare Plan," TD Securities said it sees the fact sheet in isolation as a positive for insurers, seemingly avoiding potentially more onerous requirements. Similarly, it views the fact sheet largely as a positive for PBMs and distributors, but the firm adds that there is not yet a detailed outline of the requirements of this bill, nor does it "understand the political appetite herein, especially given the upcoming midterm elections." Review my resume9h ago4 years of experience in java backend, looking for new opportunities but not sure what's wrong Rehired after five years and merging profiles9h agoHello Walmartians. I recently accepted a shipping and receiving position at a pharmacy central fill facility and there's a delay in my onboarding process because I'm a rehire. (worked at my local store in high school) I had to send a ticket to Bentonville to have my old associate profile merged with my current application because otherwise it would be two profiles with the same social security number which would mess up the background check. anyone have experience with this? how long does it usually take to fix it I'm really eager to start the job. Closed testing for a medication stock searching app10h agoHello everyone, I'm launching an app which allows people to search in a single place the stocks for multiple pharmacies, see the distance, see them on a map, etc. This is made specifically for romanian territory, but testing can be done by anyone. I promise I will test back any comment I receive here!! TTC After a Year of Spiro10h agoThis post is for anyone like me (33F) who was scouring the internet once I decided to come off spironolactone to try to conceive. TL;DR: I slowly tapered off spironolactone (100 mg → 0 mg over several months) before TTC. My acne didn’t rebound, cycles stayed regular, ovulation improved, and I conceived on my third cycle off spiro, with only minor side effects. I was on 100mg/day for acne for just over a year when we decided to TTC. I was absolutely horrified of my skin going crazy. There is no medical evidence that tapering off avoids the nasty rebound of acne but this is what I decided to do. I went to see my derm to discuss tapering off and topicals (which I will get into at the ... Fragrance/cologne in pharmacy?? I keep getting headaches11h agoI am a retail Pharmacist at a new company. There is an experienced Tech at my store that wears a lot of cologne. I have been developing severe headaches on the shifts we work together to the point it’s hard to concentrate/cause nausea. I don’t have sensitivities (no diagnosed allergies, definitely not pregnant, no high blood pressure or migraines). I wore a blue mask while giving vaccines in the consultation room and it still trails. I have worked with many teams in 25 years and have never been in this situation. There is no policy at our large corporation that addresses fragrance in the pharmacy. I’d like to say I have the confidence to address this on my own, but I am really str... Warning for Jan 2026: Check your plan for the "Copay Accumulator" clause before you pick up your first refill.12h ago**The Context** We are two weeks into the new plan year. Many of you with expensive Tier 4 or Tier 5 prescriptions (autoimmune meds, insulin, specialty drugs) rely on "Manufacturer Coupons" or "Copay Cards" to knock that $500 monthly co-pay down to $5 or $0. **The Trap** In the past, that $500 the manufacturer paid on your behalf counted toward your deductible. It helped you "race" to your Out-of-Pocket Maximum early in the year. However, for 2026, many Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) have quietly added a **"Copay Accumulator Adjustment"** program. **Why this destroys your wallet:** You pick up your meds in Jan, Feb, and March. The coupon pays the bi... How I became a consistently profitable online trader (with proof) & my attempt to invest in stocks profitably (M...13h agoThis post has 3 parts. The post is part 1. Part 2 and 3 are in the comment section because it's too long to fit on the post. PART 1 Today is your lucky day. There's no business where people share their secrets in detail like in trading or investing, whether free or paid. None of you should ever say a Zimbabwean or anyone never tells people how they make money anymore. I'm not the type of person to ask for this, but before you continue reading please up vote this post to pump it's algo and views, so we disprove all these people who say Zimbos are too selfish to show others how they make money. Don't share it to other subs though, for a reason I shall expl... Apothecary from the 13th century, help with writings13h agohttps://preview.redd.it/670y287cvodg1.jpg?width=1463&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=1c5adf10d76984ff4ad72a040fb9d9e0b7e30fee Dear all, I am a historian of medicine. Here's a 18th-century copy of a 13th-century Arabic picture of a dispensing room in a pharmacy. It is stored at the Museum of Pharmacy in Wrocław, Poland. I am curious what are the writings upon these jars and bottles read. Also, what's the caption of this picture. As it may be a specialistic nomenclature of old materia medica (botanical herbal materials, plant species, minerals, preparations, remedies), I'd be happy that someone of you could re-write these writings in modern Arabic for me, s... Near Sindalan po sana, Salamat po😊! SFL threw her keys + cussed @me tonight15h agoSo I’m an IS, recently transitioned to my role the last few months. I was a pharmacy tech for 8 years approx, was an rxom, stepped down to tech, left the company. Came back as an SFL last year , now an IS (11 years total). Still learning a lot upfront. This SFL has been an issue for awhile, with almost everyone. She has caused people to quit (they told me). Long story of all the problems , general gist is she is vindictive and mean. Noticeably doesn’t pull weight, get ic3s , won’t help in pharmacy despite being capable , etc. hides and abuses breaking whenever she wants. Today, I was very late, I’m sick with a stomach bug. Well, the closing cashier and another SFL called in, so me ... ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
