As the post says, I accepted and got to the store for a 4 item cvs order. I got there 1202a And guess what they were closed at 1200am. Pharmacy was open but store itself was locked. And they haven’t been 24/7 for two years. The app crashed and haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone cause of the long wait. What are the bets I can get it removed? I was even willing to go 5 miles to another store that was even on the way to the customer that I knew was 24 hrs but customer never responded (more than likely didn’t even see the message) and now it’s been 2 hours and support hasn’t answered.

I have a question about the app and medication that had to be ordered. My doctor sent my rx on April 28, it was too early to refill. On the 30th it became eligible to refill. The medication was out of stock, they claimed they ordered it. I called again on May 2nd, they again said they ordered it. I called again on May 5 and my husband happened to go in for his own rx, they again said they ordered it. I called again on May 7th, they said they ordered it. I’ve never had this much trouble getting my generic adderall. My question is, does each contact with the pharmacy reset or otherwise “update” the rx order? I am usually well put together when I step out in public. But I unfortunately caught a nasty ear infection and had to pick up my antibiotics at CVS. There was no energy in me so I went out in mismatched sweatpants/shirt and a baseball cap this one time. Drive through was wrapped around the building so I went in the store with my mask. I was approached by two different dusties on my way to the pharmacy counter! These men normally avoid me when I am better put together. I wanted to run home and change, so offended! So yes ladies Shera is telling to the truth, dusties are attracted to poor clothing choices like moths to a flame. Dressing well is a very good repellent.

My primary care physician sent my pharmacy a prescription for a (CGM) Continuous Glucose Monitor. The pharmacy wanted to pay full price because they don’t work with Medicare. They suggested that I have the prescription sent to CVS, which I did. CVS told me that Medicare denied the claim because I wasn’t on insulin. It seems to me that when a patient tries to do things to be healthier they are denied. This makes no sense to me as a healthy patient has less ailments and disease which is less cost to the Medicare system. Do they prefer that my Type 2 Diabetes gets worst to the point that I will need insulin? Is our system that broken?
