CVS PHARMACY Locations

I’ve had no luck filling my prescription in NYC since November. I reached out to my insurance (Aetna) for mail order (CVS caremax). They said I will pay $480 for a 90 day suppy of generic adderall 20mg ER. And that the amount will go towards my deductible. I do have a high deductible but at the pharmacy I still paid about $20 max $45 for 30 days supplies. Any idea why the difference for the same medication?

My state is now requiring registration/license for pharm techs and require a form to be filled out by pharmacy manager or by training program. I completed PTU in 2022, and my store closed in 2023. My only option is verification by PTU. Who do I contact and how? I have two months to complete my application, but this form is required to actually apply. I can send the form or the state BOP can send the form, but a name and email address is required for state to send. Ugh.

More CVS stupidity. Store has horrible shrink, missed by a ton the previous year. What do they do to help? Give no extra hours and require much more weekly paperwork, sticking, and locking things up that any other store. What drugs was CVS on when they decided that if I buy a product in one store and need to return it to another, that I need to wait a day? I bought some OTC meds in a store - I got the last pack. When I got home, I realized that the spray cap wasn't on tight and was actually broken, so I went to the CVS across town because I want the spray.
