I’m leaving CVS this week and starting at a closed door pharmacy next week and they made a great offer. I’ll miss certain patients but I won’t miss the company as a whole. The abuse and low pay are just not worth it. I’ll mainly just think about the relationships that were created with coworkers over the two years. How long did it take to adjust to long term care after leaving retail? I’m curious about similar experiences.

Has anyone had issues with their provider not responding in the midi portal? My hrt was set to refill at CVS but they were out of stock. CVS advised to transfer to a different pharmacy. The new pharmacy is saying the midi NP cannot fill there? The pharmacy is in the same town as the CVS. I have left several messages with no responses. I ran out of my hrt last week and dread having to start over looking for a provider. Anyone run into similar and find a solution??

Hi I've been with Walmart pharmacy for almost 5 years but had large gaps in service due to school and medical leaves. I get back from leave and MHWD/regional are pushing the compliance and auto fill cancellation the reports. My regular manager kinda explained them to me but weren't pushing them because it was busy (script count was not an issue) and we don't have central fill in my state. I currently take an anti-depressant (desvenlafaxine) and adderrall. The past two months now I have run out of my medication early which has never happened before. The desvenlafaxine was a 90 day supply and is set to be refilled feb 17th but I’m out now my insurance won’t refill and I have no explanation as to why I’m so short I take it once daily and follow the directions. Then comes the adderrall I picked that up Monday. It was supposed to be a 30 day supply according to my patient portal and my insurance app the requested amount was 30. I received 9. I found this out accidentally. I got an order at cvs. There’s a Walgreens right across the street from this cvs. Not thinking I just drove into the Walgreens, picked up the 3 ice creams they wanted, scanned them with no problems. Got to the counter, then it wouldn’t scan the rewards card, and I realized I went to the wrong store. But I was this far into I just kept going. Paid with the red card, delivered the order. No issues.

Hi! I have an FSA with funds I’m trying to use. I bought a pair of eyeglass frames only (no lenses at the time of purchase). There were two separate transactions: 1. Frames purchased from an eyeglass store that doesn’t accept insurance 2. Prescription lens inserts added later by my optometrist (at no cost) My question: Are the frames FSA-eligible on their own, even though I didn’t purchase prescription lenses at the same time? My fsa provider is asking for “a prescription or a detailed pharmacy receipt with Rx code as this expense/item must be prescribed by your doctor”. If anyone’s been reimbursed in a similar situation, would love to hear how it went.
