I was waiting for my Rx (because why would it ever be ready on time?) and I swear on everything holy that a cockroach darted from inside the closet where a "pharmacist" administers vaccines to inside the area where all of our meds are kept. I have been on generic progesterone for awhile 100mg with .1 patch. I have had to switch generics before but never had an issue. Last year I began bleeding, I thought it was because I missed a pill that had happened before. I got ultrasound etc all fine. Now I am bleeding again, but realized that I was on a different generics Northstar and Bionpharma all gave me sleepy feeling then got switched to Amneal again,which doesn't make me sleepy, because of CVS. I was picking up a prescription for Eliquis and this is my first time dealing with anything serious health-wise. I’m young, never really used my insurance before, and getting diagnosed with a PE (pulmonary embolism) was already overwhelming enough. I’m a middle class FRAUD, no I’m kidding, but I am coming from a middle class family where I don’t qualify for any sort of financial aid at all. I’m not sure how to actually word this title. But I’ll try and explain as best I can. I’m scared to talk with my manager about putting in my two weeks or if I’m able to transfer to a different location or department. I have worked at this company for 5 years as a pharmacy technician and lately with my new coworkers I feel as if I’m not needed there or I don’t belong anymore… I’m not sure if I even want to work with the company itself anymore. Wanted to start a list of helpful tips specifically for the Sacramento area on ways working class folks can save money as things keep getting worse. My tip is to stop buying OTC meds and vitamins at stores like CVS and Target. Our local hospital pharmacies are dirt cheap compared to those places. Specifically UC Davis, Sutter and Kaiser pharmacies.

Has anybody been successful in getting adderall/generic adderall refills? I used to go to the Walmart pharmacy and didn't have issues, but I had to switch to CVS because of my insurance and they're always out of stock. I know there's a shortage but I'm wondering if anyone's pharmacy hasn't been as affected.

Our store isn’t old but the way our building was built, most of the airflow gets directed to the break room and office and barely anything goes to the pharmacy, leaving our pharmacy hot and humid in the summer, according to our HVAC technician.
