Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the CVS Pharmacy Latest Community Discussions About CVS PharmacyEmotionally immature mother2h agoHey y’all, I really don’t know what to do anymore. My mother is driving me crazy. She’s the most stubborn, emotionally immature person I’ve ever met. She and I butt heads all the time because I’m someone who’s reflecting on myself constantly and I’m pretty empathetic towards others. She on the other hand is not. She’s someone who would sacrifice herself to help others, she will go to work even when she’s sick and she’s always taking care of others rather than herself. I think it’s her love language? The other day at breakfast she wouldn’t even let me pour her a cup of coffee because she wanted everyone else to have their coffee first. My relationship with my dad is ... You pay us $1000 to watch our cats while we’re on vacation3h ago“heavily discounted rent” Solution?4h agoAbout 3 weeks ago our store introduced a safety measure to get the money from cash office to pharmacy, vice versa. The solution was a rolling safe that weighs at least 100lbs. It’s the equivalent of doing sled pushes. It’s ridiculous. All for 3 cash bags because we only have 3 registers. Everyone is fed up, we have a few technicians ignoring the rules and stuffing the bags in between their smocks to get away without having to push the cart which is against protocol. And to make things worse, prevention loss and store managers have made their way to the pharmacy to lecture everyone. it’s physically demanding and I’d like to know if anyone else has this measure in place and if there ar... My site is fighting for all of us.4h agoWe as technicians are underpaid nation wide, unappreciated, and overworked. It’s been very stressful being a part of this as CVS is rich and powerful. But we will overcome. And it’ll make waves. how to pick a vitamin d supplement without overthinking it4h agoGo for d3, not d2. Oil-based beats dry tablets since d is fat-soluble, so softgels or drops land better with food. And dose wise, most folks sit fine at 1k–2k iu daily in low-sun months. 5k iu is a thing, but it’s more of a know-your-labs move. Easiest path is to get a 25-oh d test, pick a dose, recheck in a couple months. Look for third-party tested, non-gmo, clear mcg and iu on the label, and a brand that lists the actual oil. Coconut or mct oil is great for absorption. And take it with your main meal so you actually remember it. Softgels vs drops is just preference. Just store them cool and out of direct light. Other than that, k2 is optional. Focus more on protein, calcium from d... Starting a job at Walgreens kinda nervous lol4h agoI just got licensed and have only ever interned at independent pharmacies during school. I applied to Walgreens bc I want the experience (I need a full time and the store I work at don’t need a pharmacist) Anyways, I know this is brand new territory and it’s frightening but it must be done to grow. Looking for advice I’d say if anyone has… My time has come7h agoThe Red Bull Gods have blessed me this afternoon. I was searching for the coconut flavor, but could not find any from my local grocery store and lo and behold. I found one dragon fruit flavor at my local CVS. I am a happy clam. Ralphs BOGO Breyers ice cream $6.29 Fetch $5 final cost $1.29 for 2 tubs7h agoRalph's has the Breyers ice cream on sale BOGO $6.29. Fetch offer 2,500 each! Almost free! my meds still not here, help?10h agoso i have an ear infection in both ears right now and when my prescription was sent 3 days ago now, they said it would be ready in about an hour. i’m barely an adult so i don’t really know how this works yet, but they still didn’t have my prescription ready ~4 hours after it was sent. they said it was out of stock and had to order more. we checked back yesterday when my meds were supposed to be there and still nothing. checked again today and you guessed it, nothing. we did check with other pharmacies to see if it was sent to the wrong place (there’s multiple CVS nearby) or if anywhere else had it and they didn’t. is this, like, a problem or do i just need to chill out and wait? Need Help With More Evidence10h agoStalking: need help proving with evidence Difficult to explain, but seems like psychological torture look it up its real.... and it progressed worse after I googled it around 8 years ago and has progressively been going on and gets worse when I research certain topics; documents available. I have some evidence written down I'd like to share with you if available in person with right people/agencies. Need more information to get police involved to ensure it can't continue/happen to anyone else. Appreicate it.... Ven Apartment: July 2017-June 2020? Potentially given some of estrogen concentrate from my ex roommate around 8 years ago, which is when the psychological torture seemed... other people use it11h agoi **** amazon, i don’t have an account. the only thing of theirs i willingly choose to participate in is thursday night football. i really wish i never did. this was the turning point for me of when it became ubiquitous and unavoidable. This amazon product is the one that i need to use to achieve the same (quality of) life I ALREADY had BEFORE amazon ever existed. It really bothered me I wasn’t being pulled in by some (2 bit, quick ship, everything available) “improvement”, but that boycotting it meant being out of the loop for one of my most major communities. It was so shiny for so many people for so long, but I’m getting all stick and no carrot, which is disappointing. i don... Janna and the Age of Paradox ✦ | Episode 3 • Chaos Theory11h agoEpisode 3 • Chaos Theory ✦ Hey! Star Butterfly here! Ya know, the girl who destroyed magic supposedly. Six years is such a weird number! It’s long enough for scorch marks to fade off the sidewalks and short enough that the smell still lives in your hoodie. We call it Earthni now—humans + Mewmans + monsters = civic casserole! Eclipsa runs the council (obviously), and I handed over the wand at fifteen because it felt like the only adult thing I could do without bursting into glitter. I told myself destroying magic was right. Some days I believe it. Other days I think magic didn’t die; it just moved somewhere ruder. Like… inside people. Like… hi, me. And Janna. Post-Cleave me... Your child is going to go blind in that eye11h agoI work in pediatric Opthamology. With kids there is a common problem called amblyopia. Where one eye is a lot weaker. The good news is that is practically 100% curable IF treated early. If it’s not treated before 12 years old, it’s really hard to fix and the eye will never see great. The good news is that it’s typically caught at routine pediatric appointments or school vision tests. It’s also so easy to treat. Usually it just requires the kid wearing an eye patch for 1-2 hours every day. After a few months - a few years of this the poor eye is strengthened enough to be good for the rest of their life. Yay! Kid rips off the patch? I understand. Kid is embarrassed to wear it and t... Can you help me choose a laptop for University?14h agoHello, next year I start university and I need a laptop to take classes, consume multimedia content, use Microsoft apps, read information, etc., basic things in general, in Pharmacy I don't think heavy programs are used. Maybe I would like a laptop that lasts a good few years, 16 RAM, a decent processor that doesn't give me problems, a not-so-cheap screen, and a tough construction, something quality-price. I have a budget of 500 USD, could you help me find one through Amazon, Walmart or a trusted store in the USA? I'm from Argentina, but I'm going to buy it abroad and I don't know many stores in the USA. You can also send me a private message to help me better, I wou... Saltwater/Mouthwash For Gum Recession14h agoI (late 20s) have gum recession from brushing teeth too hard. Have had someone say that taking a q-tip and dipping in mouth was before adding to my gumline will help cure it. Another said a salt water rinse will take care of that. Which mouthwash/salt should I use? Is sea salt/himalayan superior to table salt? Would these work? It wouldn't be New Jersey if it wasn't "CVS/pharmacy (department)" [4000 x 3000] [OC]15h agoIs this normal ? Pharmacists!16h agoRetail pharmacy location has this rule where all rx must be processed/filled/verified/bagged on same day prior to leaving. With rx/refills rolling in indefinitely , routinely becomes 200+ rx in the last ~2-2.5 hr for 1 pharmacist /2 techs. Either speed verifying or staying late. Also you don’t get paid for staying late at all, pay is only for hours in scheduled shift (salary). Verification isn’t photograph/CVS style it’s traditional style. I’ve never dealt with this before. Received my first package today!17h agoHello! I received my first 4 doses through lilly today and can’t wait to start this journey. I didn’t buy the syringes that lilly offered because i read somewhere there are better options. i am waiting for my package from Diabetic warehouse where i placed an order for the syringes that many recommended here. It doesn’t arrive until end of next week. Question 1: Can i buy the same syringe locally at CVS? Question 2: Since this is my first time, will CVS pharmacy be willing to administer the first dose to me so that i can learn? Thanks TohubohuFilm17h agoPrinted in 50x70 size it looked very good ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
