Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the CVS Pharmacy Latest Community Discussions About CVS PharmacyI Think I Ate a Devil for Breakfast, PART VII3h ago“We’re being followed,” Nolte said. “What? How do you know?” He looked at me like he was offended. “I looked. With my *eyes.*” I checked the rearview mirror. There were about a dozen or so cars behind us. Nothing looked out of the ordinary to me, but what the **** did I know? “Which one?” “Three cars back, left lane.” He dug the biggest revolver I’ve ever seen out of his jacket. “What the **** are you gonna do with that?” “Me? Nothing. This is for you.” “Me? I’m not shooting at anybody.” “That’s the point. You look like you couldn’t handle aiming between a man’s eyes and seeing his face come apart. This is for show. VbNYZc they are doing a thing where you get $30 if someone else signs up with you’re referral, and the person signing up gets $30. normally when you join shopback, the bonus for joining is $15, so it’s a plus. shopback is actually a decent earning-while-shopping site in my experience. I am a heavy Amazon user/consumer and use the Shopback site for my larger Amazon purchases and have gotten close to $100 from that. the site is similar to capital one shopping but is much easier to navigate and actually does pay out. the pros: they pay out clear about what % of your purchase is eligible relative to whatever site you’re shopping from they have occasional “boos... We want our government to be fast and use modern tech, but at what cost? Is "accidental" sharing of sensitive ...6h agoIt turns out some city officials accidentally uploaded private resident data (like CVs and internal care reports) to public AI tools like ChatGPT. The goal was likely just to work faster, but it created a serious privacy leak. Because these AI websites only store data for 30 days, the city doesn't even know exactly *whose* info was shared or how much was leaked. They’ve now blocked public AI for staff and moved to a "secure" internal version. How would you feel if you found out your medical or job info was used to "train" an AI without your permission? Missing: Pshara Marie Jones.7h agoA blog about Pshara Jones, who is missing in Claremore, Oklahoma. Pshara Marie Jones has been missing since Monday, September 21, 2015. She was last seen leaving her family’s home on Archer Court in Claremore, Oklahoma. She left on foot and without a phone. Bank records indicate two transactions were made that Monday night, one at a Kum & Go convenience store. There has been no bank activity since then. On Wednesday, Sept. 23rd, Jones failed to show up for work at a pharmacy in town. Jones is approximately five feet six inches tall and weighs between 120 and 140 pounds. She is African American and Vietnamese with brown, shoulder-length hair. One distinguishing mark is a lump on... Bag checks on check it vs pharmacists having full management capabilities can they do it?8h agoI thought to myself if everyone not even having a bag or purchase needs checked off on an app before leaving it felt reasonable to question if the pharmacist can bag check having full management credentials to keep pharmacy staff from having to wait around not even having anything to check and becoming frustrated or just leaving without making sure someone checked them in the app. I highly doubt a pharmacist would risk their job not checking a bag on camera if a pharmacy staff member has one. If they don't have anything it'd just make everything more sensible and simple to no bag for pharmacy employees by the pharmacist unless they plan to make a purchase before leaving. I haven... Getting rid of beggars with two words.8h agoAs everyone knows in Makkah particularly but also sometimes in Madinah, there is the issue of beggars/scammers. In this post I’ll break down the four types of beggars you will come across and need to be aware of when you visit the Holy cities. At the end I’ll mention two simple words which if you say, will make them walk away. 1) The Lifestyle Beggar: This is usually a young Arab man/woman who will come to you and ask you for money. They’re usually dressed well and don’t look in need, that’s because they earn a living begging. Often times they claim to be from Palestine and from my own investigation into them, many are actually Yemeni, Syrian or Egyptian. They will come with a st... 120k PBM WFH or 200k retail ???10h agoAs title suggests, currently in the midst of trying to determine what to do next. I'm currently a very high-capacity, very energetic, ambitious floater pharmacist with pharmacy manager experience, and I have pulled in around 210k this past year by working a considerable amount of extra hours (average 60-65 hours per week). It has allowed me to pay double on my student loans ($2,500/month minimum payment) and add to my savings. I received an offer for 120k to work in product development for a pharmacy benefit manager, or PBM. Work-from-home, 10% bonus, and ~5% travel. I have a competing offer to co-manage a very high volume chain pharmacy (~7000 scripts per week). It is a really good ... Rate 0-10 how crazy am I to go from Hospitals to Retail/LTC11h agoThrow away account I can’t give all the life circumstances and history of my career, but I’m residency trained and I’ve worked inpatient the past half decade and I’m in a bit of a predicament. It’s very likely that the federal hospital I’m working may close in the next year and I’m not the only one looking for work. I’ve been applying for jobs in different sectors that I’m qualified for and I’ve since been interviewed and turned down by four. New development is that I have two job offers and I need to make a decision. Current job: FT inpatient operations (federal contractor) - salary: 143k - PTO: all federal holidays observed but I have to work almost half of them, ac... My partner is still married but separated but his wife won't leave him alone12h agoHello Charlotte and fellow Taters ! I've watched your videos in the middle of 2021 and I religiously watch them to this day . I know you love long, chunky stories, so I hope this is the one for you . I would also like to apologize if there's any confusion . My head hasn't been right so I'm doing my best writing this . For context, I (30F) started dating my partner (40M) in November 2024 . We met in October and he's an active duty member in the military . When we met, he said he had a year or so left in his contract and we met on a remote island in the Pacific Ocean . Early November, he was notified that he was going to be stationed in the US mainland . We agreed to... best pharmacy technician programs 2026, how are people deciding?12h agoi’m early 30s and currently working as a cashier in a grocery store pharmacy. i’ve been here a few years and over time i’ve started helping the techs more, counting meds, dealing with insurance issues, answering phones. it made me realize i actually like the workflow and structure, and i want something more stable than bouncing between retail jobs. i’ve been looking into pharmacy technician programs with the goal of starting sometime in 2026, but wow there are a lot of options. community colleges, hospital based programs, online ones, hybrid formats. some are short and intense, others take longer but seem more thorough. it’s hard to tell what actually matters once you’re applyin... Has Pokemon been printing heavier recently?13h agoOr have scalpers gotten scared off by the dropping market? I’ve been able to get a ton of Phantasmal flames in store for MSRP and today even got some Surging Sparks and DR in store. I never catch restocks, this stuff was just chilling in CVS, Best Buy, and 5 Below. The Flu and POTS14h agoI had been told I have POTS almost a year ago. I was among the lucky few who only occasionally had the horrible sickly exhaustion when I stand upright. Sometimes (flares, I guess) I can’t stand in the shower or at the grocery store line with that awful feeling. About 12 days ago I got hit with the flu train. It was bad. I’ve never had the flu as an adult. Never had Covid either. Anyways, beginning today, while at the pharmacy to buy Sudafed for my lingering congestion, POTS wasn’t having it! I couldn’t stand up. I felt like I was going to pass out or drop dead. It came on fast and it was awful. I sat down and began to feel better until it was my turn in line and as soon as I stood u... CVS 50% off14h agoHad to cop this before the deal ended. All CVS stores near me had been cleared out. Glad to get this for $24. Finally leaving14h agoGot myself a better job offer at a clinical pharmacy that pays significantly more. I’ve had numerous people question why I’m leaving, including from district support and fellow workers at the store. Some questioning me with no congratulations. Almost as if they’re trying to convince me to stay. Talking to you district support management. (As if they’ll approve me getting a raise to match the 6+ more an hour plus approved overtime to my heart’s content at the clinical pharmacy). All I can say is that I’m glad to finally be free. Goodbye Helllllll coworker issues14h agoI work in the pharmacy and one of my coworkers has been there for 2 and another for about 9 months. Both have been pharmacy technicians before just not at our cvs store. However, they don’t really know what they’re doing. The 2 year one still asks concerning questions that we learn during training, doesn’t know where some drugs go, refuses to do drive thru (she literally gets so mad), yet she claims she’s our “lead” (we don’t have a lead tech). The 9 months one doesn’t know how to properly do RTS, also hates drive thru so she refuses to do it, claims she knows how to check in cardinal but anytime she does myself or my other coworkers have to fix it for her, and they both seem...
