Skip to the end for a tldr Every time corporate comes into our store, a bunch of of changes are implemented that i feel like make our store even less efficient. Hello everyone. My name is Marcin Dlugosz and I'm a Coach of 3rd and 4th grade boys Soccer Team in our local Huntley IL Park District Rec League. I coach boys for free and pay for all the equipment out of pocket. I have 11 wonderful boys and I wanted to do something really nice for them, I wanted to order custom made uniforms for them with our team name and logo. Im recently promoted into store managment and ive had to have a few difficult conversations with employees and a handful of those conversations has resulted in the staff crying especially if its a recorded talk like a write up. I DO NOT do well with crying in general. I lock up i just dont know how to handle it. When having these conversations i try to be kind and understanding and coach to behaviors vs the result and even do the old compliment sandwhich with a postive the negative and end with postive.
