Every time we get new inventory, the workflow is: * Remove background / ghost mannequin (Photoroom or similar) * Download, re-upload somewhere to swap background * Manually rename files by SKU * Upload to Shopify, match to the right product/variant * Set alt text For a 30-SKU drop this eats like 4-5 hours. Most of it is just moving files between tools and matching images to the right variants. Is this just us, or does everyone do this manually?
