Last night I was in my car outside my nearby Walgreens(that I have shopped at for 20 years) waiting for a shopping list from a relative. When I had arrived they were still getting it finished up so I had to wait for around 15 minutes parked quietly in my car until I knew what I was going in to buy. All of a sudden I had 4 police SUVs around me and got ordered to exit my vehicle. I asked what’s going on since I had genuinely zero clue. I had been kept to myself and not obstructing anyone from shopping, not even playing any music. My sibling has autism and has worked training adults and children in martial arts the past ten years. Because of them coming out as trans, they were let go from that job. We’ve been applying at every grocery store and entry level job around Denver, and I can’t even get a call back. We even did the old fashion way of going to the location and asking for a hiring manager. It’s been months. I don’t know what to do. Does anyone have any leads?

I know there are a lot of folks here who are into yarn crafts, hoping to get some advice! I've been crocheting for decades, and I'm in a phase where I'm hyperfixating on it. In true ADHD fashion, I have way too many projects started, several that I've started and abandoned, and I've got the supplies for too many new projects squirrelled away. I had to buy a Carhartt men’s winter coat last night to survive winter and it sent my dysphoria flaring hard. None of the women’s coats fit me because I am 6'3" thanks to the genetic lottery. I’ve been using Vinted a lot to restock my winter wardrobe, but with the current shipping prices it’s honestly not worth it anymore. When you compare it to buying discounted pieces from fast-fashion stores like Zara, H&M, Mango, and so on, it ends up being much cheaper to just buy something new. On Vinted, you’re paying just a little less for a used item that might not even arrive in good condition, and the platform itself doesn’t offer decent customer service afterward.
