My husband has a metal allergy and has resorted to putting tape on the back of his nice watch, but I'd like to either get a titanium watch or replace the strap with a nice leather nato strap so it doesn't touch his skin. I'm betting one of the smaller local shops may sell them but I'm also recovering from back surgery and could really use some direction rather than blindly go in to all of them... Any tips?

I’m a fashion student and I’ve heard Japan does this style quite exceptionally but (at least in Tokyo) I’ve moreso been seeing brands which lean either more cutesy and coquettish or minimalist/basics. Any recommendations for where I can shop this particular style - basics but with unique twist or stylistic quirk/asymmetry/detail?
