Would it be okay if i bought spikes from shein for diy? I know shein is not ethical and i do not shop on shein anymore, the last time i ordered anything on there was years ago. In general, i try to avoid fast fashion as much as i can. The only ethical place i know to get spikes from is studsandspikes but i am too poor for that. Running a fashion Shopify store and I’m trying to figure out the best way to handle sizing questions before they turn into returns. Right now customers ask “does this run true to size?” or “I’m between sizes, which should I get?” and we either: 1. Hope they read the size chart (they don’t) 2. Wait for them to email us (most just bounce instead) 3. Deal with the return when they guess wrong I’ve looked at chatbots but most are just glorified FAQs that can’t actually help with fit questions.
