This question is in general to everyone but girls especially. I feel that delhi and Mumbai have a better thrift culture than we do here especially given how less suppliers we have in our region. Their clothes are cheaper and also more fashionable which I rarely find here in Hyderabad. I don't understand why hyderabad doesn't have such a scene especially with so many environmental conscious people around.
