When we walk around neighborhoods or talk to people, sometimes we think "ah, we're poor in Hawai'i" but then I look at the fashion Industry here. Hi everyone. Ive finally come to terms with the fact that high rise bottoms do not fit my body type. I have a short torso / long legs and love how I look in mid-rise and low-rise bottoms. I’ve sworn off buying any new high rise moving forward since it always ends up collecting dust because I had the way they look on me. I recently acquired a vintage waring ice cream parlor machine with an electric motor that uses salt and ice. I used to have one of the freezer bowl (doniver) machines I'm 6 quarts in and this machine makes great ice cream! I love that compared to the freezer bowl models I don't have to store the bowl in my freezer. I find that the ice and salt mix is more consistently cold and cold for the duration, no matter what the ambient temp is in the house.
