Hey guys. I try to hit the gym at least 3 times a week and on the days I do work out, I go right after I get off work. Because of that reason I try to get my protein goals mostly completed before I finish my shift by stretching them over my 3 breaks. I try to get about 120-150 grams of protein of those 3 breaks. Howdy, I just received my Hot Springs Pace today. We got it converted to 220 and added a salt pump to it. We go it through Costco, which means the service from the local dealer (Hot Tub Store) has been fairly hands off. I’m fairly new to Indy and love thrifting for clothes but it seems like there aren’t any true, 100% donation based thrift shops in Indy other than chains like Goodwill and Salvation Army. I don’t necessarily have anything against going to those but it just seems peculiar. All the other “thrift” shops I’ve been to are really resell shops (and almost as expensive as buying new). I’m looking for a good ole fashioned buy-someone’s-deceased-grandpa’s-shirt type store. Like a Goodwill but locally owned. Am I missing something?
