CHICOS Locations

I’m fairly new to Indy and love thrifting for clothes but it seems like there aren’t any true, 100% donation based thrift shops in Indy other than chains like Goodwill and Salvation Army. I don’t necessarily have anything against going to those but it just seems peculiar. All the other “thrift” shops I’ve been to are really resell shops (and almost as expensive as buying new). I’m looking for a good ole fashioned buy-someone’s-deceased-grandpa’s-shirt type store. Like a Goodwill but locally owned. Am I missing something?

I found a copy of the Hackers novelisation on eBay recently. However, I'm pretty fat by vintage clothing standards (40' bust, 34' waist, 42" hips).
