If you live in even a mid sized US city there are plenty of third places around. Churches, bars, cafes, book stores, climbing gyms, boxing/mma/kickboxing/any other specialty gyms, community centers, libraries, parks, line/swing/various other dance places, parks, skate parks, sports leagues, pickup sports. Almost all of these can be found in basically any mid sized or bigger US city. In large cities, there are even way more specialty third places. Ok so I transferred from a different store with a hardship transfer, I took the only position they had open at that time and it’s fashion stocking. I **** it like it’s absolutely destroying my mental health and I won’t be able to survive the 6 month waiting period. What is the chance that I’ll be able to transfer to electronics before the wait period is over? That was my old department and I loved it. I was an amazing worker and I know if they put me there I’ll be the best worker they could ever ask for. I just need the chance. Any advice will be appreciated.

I'm making a waistcoat and a pair of pants out of upholstery polyester jacquard fabric. I tried washing a sample, and it distorts the weave a lot. So I suppose these will be dry-clean only. For comfort, I was planning to line both with a satin fabric. To maximise the amount of time I can wear these in between washes, should I choose polyester or cotton fabric? I feel like cotton is healthier next to the skin. And I have had bad experience with polyester holding smells. But also, most of the store-made coats I have are lined with polyester fabric, even when the fashion fabric is 100% wool. Advice appreciated.

tldr: Currently, farming plots feel like I'm trying to dig a well with a spoon while there is an excavator sitting right behind me. With the update, instead of giving me the keys to the excavator, the devs are giving me a bigger spoon. With the new update, all farming actions will now be faster, which is a nice quality of life update, but it only makes it less annoying. It is still not fun to engage with. before i moved over to ps5 there was an AMAZING, doom esk, floor shooter game where your on a live stream. the stream is connected thru your bloodstream and you need to kill ppl ideally in cool and fashionable ways to extend your life. there were 99 floors and an endless level. i absolutely loved this game and i cannot remember what it was called and the PS stores “games like this” doesnt help when i try to click on other floor shooters ☹️☹️

Does anyone know of any fashionable glasses stores in the UK? Preferably somewhere with a physical store in London so I can try on before buying. Happy to invest a fair bit into the frames since I’ll have to wear them every day.
