**Limitations and execution** First of all, i think we need a good balance between terraforming and exploration so that the planet hunting can still be a thing. The way i see it, terraforming should come in a limited fashion - only one planet per system, and only one (maybe two) changes per planet. I'm someone who in most games, fashion is my endgame. Fashion Wars 2 is obviously the endgame for a lot of people, even the legendaries are (mostly) cosmetic with some nice convenience.
