Finally acquired my passport!1h agoI finally acquired a passport book after learning about them a few months ago! I had previously asked the Fashion Valley Mall location in San Diego a while back, and they didn't have them on hand at the time. Today was my first time since then going to a physical store. I got this from the University Town Center (UTC) Mall in La Jolla. Excited to join this community and get more stamps! I want to start a thrift biz but my fashion sense is so bad it’s actually tragic. Help? Lol1h agoHey everyone! I’ve been dreaming about starting my own thrift business. The plan is to start online (Instagram/Depop style) and eventually move to a physical store if things take off. The problem? My personal fashion sense is so weak it literally makes me cry. Lol. I’m great at the idea of business, but I have no clue what’s actually "cool" or "in" right now. I’m planning to source from places like: Delhi: Gandhi Nagar & Sarojini Mumbai: Colaba Causeway Bangalore: Commercial Street Other hubs: Panipat & Tirupur Since I’m a total fashion noob, what should I be looking for to ensure things actually sell? I’ve seen people mention t... Where to find good diecast in Calicut2h agoMe and my frnds are collecting hotwheels and other brand diecast for many years as hobby. But I find places to hunt for them limited in Calicut , other than usual places like Lulu Fashion , Hamleys & occasionally in DC books are there any other genuine stores in Calicut wer you could get hotwheels in MRP or atleast near that price. It pains to see a lot of options there in many smaller towns in Kerala have much more option for collections than over here. Please chime in people who knows where to find them here. i love my baggu bag2h agoi can fit a bottle or in tonight's case a bag of shooters from the party bucket at the liquor store and it looks like normal. cute too. recommend to all my ca girls or ca purse boys. time to waste the rest of the night crying and sizzling my insides. thanks baggu bag and current frumpy fashion trends. Hi im going to Osaka/Kyoto Japan in 2 days3h agoIs there any j-fashion store with good prices ?? I need recommendations all black black tie4h agohey yall- im not posting a photo bc im afraid of the reactions 😭 im going to a friends wedding that is all black/ black tie. i legit have ordered 10 different dresses from $20- 200 and the only dress i actually want to wear is $20 from fashion nova. the vibe is right (lacey, floor length) and its tight to my body and a little sexy but not trashy in terms of showing too much skin or being see-through. im just worried the about the fabric not being silky or velvet. and the fact that i know that the dress is actually cheap lol also dont come for me i buy legitimately everything i own second hand. im a curvey girl and needed to find something on a deadline. fashion nova wasnt my first choice... People do this as a local in Phnom Pehn, Cambodia5h agoPhnom Pehn City apart from Tourist thing to do! If you’ve already ticked the Royal Palace and the Killing Fields off your list, you’re probably wondering where the actual 2.2 million people who live here spend their Tuesday nights. Phnom Penh isn't just a museum of the past; it’s a high-energy, caffeine-fueled, neon-lit capital that thrives in the "in-between" spaces. If you want to dodge the "tuk-tuk?" chorus and actually see how the locals live, here is your non-tourist guide to the "Pearl of Asia." 1. VizPick Challenge6h agoI challenged my store manager that our stocking team is not as bad as we think they are, a little bit of guidance can help them. Our Digital coach is also over stocking 1. If your Digital is anything like ours, then you know that the coach’s primary focus is always on that area. So I told the store manager to allow me to take them under my wing and lo and behold. The numbers are way better and the team has a way better understanding of the process. I am a GM coach who didn’t have the privilege of getting a Fashion Coach so I over that also. Needless to say I am all over this VizPick process and now my store manager is considering switching stocking 1 to me 🤦🏿♂️ Wardrobe6h agowe have been working on a project called **Wardrobe** for the past several months and I'm at the point where I need brutally honest opinions before I go further. No sugarcoating — I want to know what's broken, what's ******, and what would actually make you use it (or not). **The short pitch:** A fashion marketplace that combines four things into one platform: 1. **Peer-to-peer resale** (think Depop/Vinted) — but every order goes through escrow. The seller doesn't get paid until the buyer confirms the item arrived as described, or until the inspection window closes. No more ... Looking for Android testers for my solo-built beauty & style social app (LaterLetter) – happy to test your app...6h agoHi everyone, I’m an indie developer and I’ve been building a social app called LaterLetter by myself. The first version is finally ready, and I’m currently preparing for the Google Play closed testing phase. LaterLetter is a community focused on appearance and personal style content, such as: Beauty Skincare Fashion / outfits Accessories Bags Nail art Hair care Aesthetic treatments Basically anything related to how people present themselves and their style. My idea is to make it feel a bit like a beauty / fashion magazine written by everyday users, where people can share products they’ve used, experiences, recommendations, or simply browse posts from others. The current ... Kinda lost. Please help.6h agoSo, I recently got into the goth culture, which I’m assuming makes me a baby bat. As of lately, I’ve been seeing a split between those who don’t care if you buy fast fashion, and those who will chastise you. I’m aware of the issues surrounding fast fashion but I also don’t want to cause any problems. I tried thrifting here where I live (The Big Apple) but there’s little to no actual thrift stores. And the ones that identify as “thrift stores” are actually just vintage stores just sell average things like shirts for like 50-60 dollars. Maybe more. So I’d like to ask, before I get into any trouble. I don’t use SHEIN, I don’t use Temu, I mostly just stick to Amazon. Will t... [TOMT] a late 2000's-early 2010's Facebook game7h agoi used to play a game on facebook, i wanna say in like 2011-2012?? that i think about ALL the time but i don't remember what it was called. it was a hidden objects game with a french song playing in the background, and i think the background images were like fashion stores?? the only object i specifically remember was "parasol" because i had to google what a parasol was at the time. i cannot find anything anywhere about it bc i don't remember it well enough for keywords. i have found several similar games but none of them were THE game! The Great Dilemma7h ago(TL;DR: 55, no fashion sense, where the heck do you even start, please offer any help I am begging you 🤣) 55, letting the gray win, no skill for makeup or fashion but I still like to feel clothes-confident. However I’m so tired of wearing “leggings/tshirt/hoodie/sneakers” or “jeans and cute top from Express circa 2010” but where to even shop? I live in rural central Oregon about 1.5 hours away from a medium city so there aren’t a lot of in-person options. There are boutique stores but man boutique clothes are unfortunately out of my price range. Online is just too hard to determine if it would look good or not. I am retired military and wore a uniform every day for 23 years... [WTT]Luck for Happiness! I'm in Vegas now8h agoI can meet at the Pop Mart store at the fashion show mall ❤️ Please please please! 🛡︠Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
