I was wondering about the legalities of owning a FRT and storing it on base housing before I purchase one. If I reside in a state where it is legal, is there anything in the regulations that say I can’t own one on base? I have 4 meters of fabric that has a trim along both sides. It is quite thin, slightly sheer. The trim gives it some structure though.
