Cotton On Asia is set to shut down, according to a notice published in the Government Gazette on Mar. 30, The Straits Times reported. The notice stated that an extraordinary general meeting was held on Mar. 25, during which liquidators from PwC Singapore were appointed to wind up the business. Cotton On Asia operates under the Cotton On Group, an Australian fashion and lifestyle retailer established in 1991.
