Hi all! First time poster here and what a lucky gal I am to have found this sub! I just came across the most beautiful machine sitting near the curb on my morning walk and couldn’t help but rescue her and give her a home. From what I’ve gathered she is a National Stores sewing machine imperial “15” made before the company closing in the mid 1950s. I believe this model is supposed to have a foot pedal but there was none with it. That being said, as soon as I plug her in she takes off stitching and I’m unable to find any sort of power button other than unplugging her to get her to stop. Am I just outta luck? I imagine parts sourcing on this machine may be difficult given its age but ...

As I’ve been told , most Lowe’s have 1 Dsupp running both Plumbing and Electrical. My store happens to be pretty big and our Plumbing Aisle consists of 8 Aisles and 6 bays on the BW, both fashion and Rough. Electrical consists of 6 Aisles . Lighting and Rough. Our location has always had 2 Dsupps . 1 plumbing and 1 electrical. About 2 months ago the Electrical Dsupp moved to another state and transferred out. We’ve interviewed for the Dsupp position and have not found a qualified candidate. I have been running both departments as well as associates in both depts. 9 associates total .
