The event was such a cool experience, I got to meet fellow Coach lovers and even had the chance to shake Lew’s hand and briefly talk with him about his upbringing in the Bronx, where I also grew up. He was incredibly warm and personable, and spoke so highly about immigrants and how essential they are to the brand’s success. Such a unique moment, and I hope you all get the chance to visit this beautiful store. As a native New Yorker, this brand has had such a meaningful impact on fashion in the city, and it felt really special to be part of it.

I can't stop thinking about the contradictory lyrics in “Famous.” I love this song so much—it's my favorite right now—but what were they thinking with the line “We ain't even famous”? They had to know they were already much more famous than most other idols pre-debut, both in Korea and the US. I was just at a local Walmart when someone in front of me was held up for 5 minutes while they were trying to find some item that their artificial intelligence camera thought was not rung up. My order was simple. Four plastic medium sized totes with lids and a gallon of milk. You would think that would be simple. I scanned the four totes and scan the gallon of milk.
