I’m beyond frustrated with QuickBooks and their horrible customer service and user experience. There are so many bugs both in the app as well as on their full website. I’ve sent in several support requests that send back an auto response email saying someone would get back to me but never do. On their website you can book a support call but when you go to click on available dates it freezes on the first choice and doesn’t let you select other dates or times as it’s frozen on the first choice.
