It was always in an extremely timely fashion and numerous images of my items were sent to me to approve of their condition. I got my son a pair of Iron Rangers to match me, he’s a pretty big kid for being 7 and can fit into a 6 1/2 size boot. He was really excited and he earned a good pair of boots. For context, I work in Fashion, which has the highest volume of returns of any other department in the entire store. They only have two people, or even one person, doing all the returns every single day. It's usually me and my other coworker that works the fitting room with me.
