Doing my first bulk Im researching and just trying to figute out the best foods for bulking and tips, im going to the shops and if anyone could let me know there go to foods they buy and what they do FOR the bulk i would be very greatful aswell as some recipes. Im mainly trying to gain weight and starting to body build. Im 58kg and my main goal is around 80kg.

Everyone knows the best time to buy a new bike is whenever you want. I currently ride a 2018 Trek Remedy and would like to upgrade to a newer mullet ready bike. Just getting started in the game. I read about and am using the 5 building strategy. I have my 1st building to lvl 150. It provides a population of 3714. Do some buildings have higher/lower numbers at max lvl? If so, how do you identify the best buildings to prioritize? There is a building available in the event shop. I'm thinking it's best to skip it and concentrate on buying gears. I've bought all locos for keys already. I currently have a total of 14 buildings not maxed out. Later in the game I can see it will be useful to have more buildings. But my fleet is very underpowered rn. Thoughts? TIA!
