hi everyone! i’m a 23F, currently on a weightloss journey where i am to lose around 40% of my body weight. i have been prescribed - by the gym teachers, not a personal trainer - a workout which starts with a 10min treadmill then finishes with 20-30min on it. i have a really hard time doing such a long time (it’s still a long time for me) on the treadmill. could i exchange the last 20-30min of treadmill for the same time on a recumbent bike? i have asthma and the recumbent bike is the one that works best for me. if it’s worth anything, i do nearly all of my daily life by walking (from home to uni to the gym to the grocery store etc) is this choice going to impact much on my journey...

So my med provider is giving me the option to switch over from adderall to vyvanse because adderall isn’t working for me anymore really. Which makes sense because I’ve been on it for 7 years so my body is used to it… but if I switch over to vyvanse, do you think I’ll notice a difference?
