I always get so anxious whenever I’m shopping under bright florescent lights. But I’m usually able to just push through it and get my shopping done. Today was completely different unfortunately. As soon as I was heading to checkout my ears started ringing, my face, tongue and hands starting tingling and going numb. And I could feel the tunnel vision coming.
