1 month into my cut now and weighing in at 176.2lbs from a starting weight of 188lbs. The purpose of my last brief lean bulk was to make some gains on Chest and I really feel like it paid off now. Visibly fuller chest. I lowered my Incline press weight, and fly weight during the bulk to really lock in on form, also lowered the volume but added intensity and now take a rest day every 4th day instead of the 6 on 1 off I had been doing. Hi all! I've been getting the hang of this gardening thing for the past few years and decided this summer I wanted to branch out and try some new interesting varieties of things. Saw this campaign shot from my favourite brand (Velasca Milano) and was obsessed with the textures. I didn't want to drop the cash on the full kit, but I realized I had the components to build my own version using this new Banana Republic overshirt. The jacket is obviously the anchor here.
