I had this tiny moment today that made me feel like I stepped into a different age bracket without noticing. I was at the grocery store after work, just doing the usual loop: bananas, oat milk, pasta, that one specific dish soap that actually works. I recently found out I have so many food intolerances (along with very high histamine blood levels). Im trying my hardest to eat only fresh food and nothing stored/leftover. But I'm finding it hard to eat practically just beef/chicken every day...I still crave the odd sweet treat, but I almost have no options left now due to my strict elimination diet (at least 2 years to help gut heal, according to my functional doc).
