Okay so I've never dyed my hair before but always kind of wanted to. Decided this weekend that screw it, and went to the drug store to pickup some powder bleach, toner, dye, and developer. For context my natural hair is light medium brown. First pic is after the bleach which I though worked okay. Hair was banana yellow but I thought that was normal. Okay I have two life hacks I want to share, obviously they won't help everybody but they might help somebody so... here goes. 1. for showering, I know it's a big issue for a lot of us, and the moisturising thing post shower is a HUGE struggle. I had the idea of putting jojoba oil on a wash cloth, with the body wash/soap. I know it seems counter-intuitive but it actually works. I do 4 pumps of body wash and like 1 tablespoon of oil.
