I'm 23F, 4'10 and weigh around 77 pounds, yesterday and today I ate foods that are probably high in sodium, I don't know how much but I can only assume so since they were convenience store meals and a baguette. Today I'm feeling really thirsty, at first I didn't know why but I can only guess it might have been the foods I ate? I had my RTKR on Thursday 4/9. My husband is a business owner and has been able to organize his store's schedule so he could be home with me, but he's going to need to go back to work this Thursday 4/16.
