The version of Vivaldi that I have is 7.8.3925.81 (Official Build) (64-bit), and the OS is Windows 10 Version 22H2 (Build 19045.6456). I'm saying this because the subreddit rules say to include the full Vivaldi version and OS that I'm using. When I got on Vivaldi today, I noticed that all my webpages with Dark Mode were set to being bright instead. White and black are inverted, and the colors of certain images are also inverted.
