I’ve been trying to build a healthier morning habit, so I started prepping veggie smoothies for the week. I steam the vegetables (cabbage, broccoli, tomatoes, and carrots) to make them easier on digestion and more filling. For natural sweetness, I add apple and banana. I make several jars at once and store them in the fridge—it lasts about a week. Before drinking, I drizzle a little olive oil for healthy fats and better flavor. It’s surprisingly delicious, very satisfying, and keeps me full for a while. Trying to stay consistent and become a healthier version of myself!
