Hi guys! I was able to buy fresh mango leaves from a local food store, I have air-dried them, and now they're crunchy as ****. Should I still boil them? I'm afraid they would disintegrate. Should I freeze them? I also have a giant-*** food grade banana leaf that I need to deal with. If anyone has any on what worked for them, I would appreciate the assistance. I have never done this before, I've been trying to find answers prior to posting, most resources don't consider edible/food grade leaves.

I have a long list of things to grab. Im a connoisseur of MANY things. So my parfum collection doesn’t seem to match the volume of majority of the members here.
