Hi! I (30 female) have been on the MM diet for 10 years. No no foods at all. Occasionally I will have some meat, but it’s rare. I have always had some digestive issue that come an go. Lately though I have a horrible stomach aches with bloating anytime I eat, whether I choose a meal like cooked potatoes or a small snack like an apple or a few dates. So I bought something, including bananas, online from a groceries store website. I got some text messages from the store. Besides some auto generated ones, there was a stock product image of bananas, followed by two question marks. When the package arrived, there was no banana inside and the website said the bananas were cancelled by him. I wonder what he meant by the two question marks. I am an international student, and i'm not familiar with how delivery stores' messaging works. Is there anything i missed on the website, and did he get a little unhappy with me?

I went with the club Mike’s way with rosemary parm bread, honey mustard, pepper relish and banana peppers. The sub came a bit soggy because of the oil and vinegar (DoorDash) but the flavors were great. I would 100% do it again, but not with the oil and vinegar unless I was in the store. I'm in week 8/18 of my fifth marathon training block, using Hansons to go from 3:20 to \~3:05. I'm M30, 6'6", 160lb (pretty thin), and do minimal strength training (mostly achilles, hip, and knee PT type exercises).
