I am having the hardest time finding work wear in this city. I wfh most of the time but I like to keep a few outfits for when I have to trek into the office. My office is really relaxed in terms of clothing, but I would rather not go in with my athleisure wear as much as I’d love to. I’ve been to old navy, h&m, Suzy shier and rw&co and I’ve found their stuff to be just mediocre or too dressy. Marshall’s and Winners stuff is much too juvenile or matronly (why is everything cropped??). I have a gift card that I’ve been holding onto for a year because I don’t know what is worth it anymore! I don’t live near an aritzia so I don’t want to go through the hassle of sending something back if it doesn’t fit. What’s a good bang for the buck these days? Silk lodge pants? I don’t need anymore workout clothes or tailored pants. Maybe denim jeans but I know I’d have to go through so many pairs before I found the right size. Was wondering if anyone new of any Aritzia dupes or equivalents in Australia? I've noticed a lot of their clothing has quite good materials...use of wool, linen etc. I feel most fashion in Australia is mostly made up of polyester nowadays.

I don’t think it’s noticeably dirty (dark colour) but it’s been a few winters and Im really worried there’s a sweat smell now. I know I should’ve washed it before but I’m really worried about the huge faux fur hood. I was thinking of hand washing it by soaking it in detergent, pressing it and changing the water until it runs clear. After a lot of the water has drained out, putting it on a clothes line to air dry in the summer? Think 30 degrees weather on a super sunny day for a whole day. Is that enough?

i am just so frustrated. i'm a recent (broke) college grad, just got my first big girl job at a bank, and i'm in need of business professional clothes. for reference im 5ft tall with a 22'/23' waist, i usually size around xxs and 000. i have gone to probably every single store multiple times including thrift stores. i'm just genuinely annoyed, it cannot be this hard to find a few pairs of slacks and blouses. i have gone to every store i can think of that wont break the bank, tj maxx, ross, marshals, old navy, h&m, nordstrom rack, etc. the selections in store are very limited, usually one or two pants or shirts in the xxs/xs section if they even have it....

So my luggage has been “delayed” by the Airline for 2 weeks. They only declare it lost after 21 days. Anyways I need to start fresh because all my favourite jeans and pieces were in there. trying to get more gym clothes that are good quality & last! the bralette interests me as just a casual wear around the house too. i tried the atmosphere life line a few years ago and honestly they were the worst leggings i’ve gotten from aritzia, so much pilling & deterioration. i’m not sure if atmosphere now being under the BUTTER line makes all much of a difference. lmk!
