Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Anthropologie Latest Community Discussions About AnthropologieCOMPREHENSIVE Reclectic (natural fiber) review and haul! (Including some Free People & more Anthropologie than I...1d agoRetail value of entire haul: $1,319 Total spent: $255 (before tax) Location: Arlington, Texas Today, I did my big one. While in Texas for the Florence and the Machine concert, I planned a Big Trip to Reclectic for the first time. First, I’ll share about my prep and plan, then my experience, then about my finds for anyone curious! I hope this is helpful to anyone planning a trip. Keep in mind, of course, that YMMV. Keep in mind, I pretty strictly only shop for natural fibers. If you don’t, you may have an even more fruitful haul! **Prep and Plan** •I researched and prepared thoroughly. About 1 p.m. today, I showed up with a full belly, comfy shoes, a husband to hold my giant b... Help me find clothes that fit off-the-rack!2d agoI'm about to start my first Big Girl Job after being in grad school forever and I need to do a major overhaul wardrobe and buy a lot of business casual clothes, but it's starting to feel impossible to find clothes that fit off-the-rack. I also don't have a huge clothing budget, so I'm trying to buy resale where possible, but it's been really tricky without having a sense of how a brand's clothes will fit me. I'm 5'11" and approximately a size 16, but my measurements are 46" bust, 35" waist, 46" hip and the standard size 16 formula seems to be 42/36/45. Almost all tops I try are too small in the bust or, if I size up and the bust f... Finding affordable yet trendy plus size clothing is so much harder than I thought.3d agoI have been on the hunt for budget friendly plus size brands lately but it is honestly a struggle. While many brands are becoming more inclusive the price tags are often ridiculous. I would love to shop at Torrid more often but their prices are way out of my budget for everyday wear. I also tried Anthropologie but their final sale is so frustrating and hard to understand. It makes me too nervous to buy anything. So far the only affordable place I have found is the Shein plus size section. The quality is definitely hit or miss but I love that they actually have trendy designs and not just basics. I am looking for brands that bridge the gap between affordable and decent quality without being... Plus size brands I’d actually recommend right now, and what each one does well6d agoI’ve been trying to refresh my wardrobe lately, and after going down way too many rabbit holes, these are the plus size or size inclusive brands I’d personally point people to first right now. Not every brand is good at everything, so here’s my honest breakdown of where I think each one actually makes sense: **Old Navy** Best for affordable basics, weekend clothes, activewear, and low risk wardrobe staples. If you need tees, casual dresses, workout gear, or easy summer pieces without spending a fortune, this is still one of the easiest places to start. **Ava & Viv at Target** A really solid option for everyday basics, casual dresses, and simple wardrobe fillers. I think ... Is Nuuly Related to Anthropologie?9d agoYep! Nuuly is owned and operated by UBRN, with sister brands including Anthropologie, Free People + Urban Outfitters. **Is Nuuly the same company as Anthropologie?** * Anthropologie is one of Nuuly’s sister brands, but they’re not the same service. **What are sister brands?** * Nuuly is operated by the same company (URBN) as Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters and Free People. **Does Nuuly only carry Free People, Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie clothes?** * No, Nuuly carries 100s of brands (600+ at the latest count). You can check out the brands they carry by selecting Browse on the homepage, then Brands. **What are Nuuly Exclusives?** * Nuuly Exclusives are s... Favorite plus size brands that are actually worth it right now?9d agoI’m refreshing my wardrobe and would love real recommendations from plus size women who have actually bought and worn the clothes, not just saved them online. What are your favorite plus size or size-inclusive brands right now for: workwear and polished basics casual weekend clothes jeans and pants dresses or occasionwear activewear budget-friendly finds brands that are actually consistent with fit and quality Would love if you shared: the brand name what they do best your usual size and whether they run true to size how the quality is whether the price feels worth it whether you would buy from them again A few active names I keep seeing come up are Old Navy, Ava... Need to help my sister find a chic dress for a big event. Usual suspects are not working out! Help.13d agoMy sister and I are both plus size but have very differently shaped bodies and different styles. Clothes and fashion are not my sister’s thing while I’m much more comfortable wearing whatever and love small designers, natural fibers, and a large variety of “looks”. I’m more hourglass and about a size 22 and she’s big on top and small below. She’s going to a special event (cocktail, not black tie) and wants my help finding something that really shines. I’ve tried looking : Nordstrom, ASOS, Eloquii, kiyonna, Anthropologie. It’s gotta be more formal than something from NOOWORKS, Lucy and Yak, Big Bud Press. I LOVE selkie, but it’s probably a bit.. “too much” lo... Should I Buy $4 Blind Boxes?16d agoI came across a local thrift store that is offering $4 average COG on their leftover unsold inventory from current styles. See brands below. This thrift store has about 500 - 2,000 items/month. The apparel items are a mix of categories for both men and women. They want me to buy all or nothing, without reviewing the items individually. Currently, I'm doing all of my sourcing at the Goodwill bins. The average COG is $2 and I can hand pick everything, but it takes a lot of time and styles are always outdated. As an example, they never have wide leg jeans. Nothing but a bunch of skinny jeans and styles from 2020. Plus, the clothes often need to be washed and/or steam cleaned and stain tre... What is this seller actually selling?17d agoI'm so confused what they could possibly be selling here. For context I was looking at women's Anthropologie clothes Anthropologie 20% Off Discount Code 2026 (USA & Canada) – Save on Clothing, Furniture & Home Decor17d agoLooking for a working **Anthropologie discount code**? Right on Anthropologie18d agoAnyone know a good pattern for this?19d agoLOVE this dress but the color would be a disaster for me. I have about 8 m of aqua colored jersey that I think I could use for this but I need a pattern. Does anybody know a pattern close to this? Is this too much “white” for a wedding19d agoThe dress online looks very light/ivory. In person I think it’s tan/gold. Is it inappropriate to wear to a wedding? I white sock next to it for comparison🤣 Jillian Mele20d agoArticle of clothing brand you own that has lasted a decade or more without obvious signs of wear?20d agoDo you have a favorite article of clothing that has gone through the wash many times, yet still looks great? Just realized one of my go-to collared sweatshirt from BR Outlet over a decade ago still looks fantastic, no pilling or holes. Conversely, a sweater from Anthropologie of the same age, but costed more, has pilling and is now getting holes. A shirt from Hot Topic of the same age is now getting tattered, with holes. A gap outlet tunic from 3 years ago looks horrible that I've stopped wearing out, and only as pjs. What's your experience with items that held up vs deteriorated. Thanks. Pattern for something like this21d agoSuggest a Vacation Bag for Me!22d agoI’m going on vacation to a beach/tropical location. I have chosen clothing in bright green, red, olive, black and orange. Think Farm Rio! Most of my dresses and outfits have a ‘casual cocktail party on the beach’ vibe. I’m looking for sculptural, beaded, rubber or unconventional bags too though leather works. I love brands like coach, bottega veneta , staud, jacquemus, Anthropologie, Louis Vuitton(I love vintage Epi leather). I’m trying to stick under $1,000 each bag. What do you suggest I pick up, new or used? Let’s have fun with it! Please post pics 💕 Work uniform: Spring edition23d agoI’ve always been a little unhappy with my work outfits. I can get lazy or not have enough time to pick out something I really like in the morning and default to jeans and whatever top. Most of the clothes I wear have visual interest but the overall look can be too boring for me. So I’ve been trying to add more skirts to my wardrobe. A skirt with VI, plus tights and maybe socks feels much more pleasing to my eye than just pants and I feel like it’s a good default work look. But it’s really hard to find right above the knee skirts that are work appropriate and interesting! I’ve been buying old Anthropologie off Poshmark because I can’t find anything else. I was happy with today... Where do I shop / how do I achieve this style as a plus size woman? (US Size 16)29d agoMy Pinterest boards always end up going in this same direction, but I keep running into the same issue: I can only find pieces like this in plus sizes from places like Shein or other low-quality brands who do knock off versions. I’m looking for thicker fabrics that drape well but still hold structure for plus size people. I’ve found one dress in this style from Anthropologie that fits me beautifully and feels high quality, but everywhere else either doesn’t carry my size or only offers cheaper, poorly made versions. Anyone have leads for quality effortlessly chic clothes for plus size women? Best plus-size clothing brands in 2026: which brands are actually worth it?29d agoI keep seeing a few names come up in recent 2026 plus-size fashion coverage, especially **Universal Standard, Eloquii, Anthropologie, Reformation, and Quince**. Some of the editorial roundups are also calling out smaller or more fashion forward names, which makes me think this is a good time to compare notes instead of just relying on retailer photos. So let’s make this useful. If you’ve bought from any plus-size brand recently, drop your review below with: Brand name What you bought Your usual size and the size you ordered How the fit was Whether the quality matched the price Whether you would buy again I’d especially love reviews on brands that are good for: workwear ...
