I screen recorded scrolling back through my order history for the last year. I tried to slow down when I saw retuned items. I don’t see a pattern of fraud and abuse but maybe I’m blind to it? I genuinely enjoyed shopping at Quince and gave them my money freely. I am not trying to defraud them. I am just a busy mom with a million things on my plate. The 365 day return policy was a huge reason why I was so loyal to Quince. I always elected for store credit so the money stayed with Quince in the end.
