But, I got called back only 2 hours later to do a second interview, so I was feeling pretty confident. Anyone here have experience with convenience stores? I’m looking at opening one in a small retail space (good size for a convenience store) that sits right between two apartment complexes—one has around 400 units and the other is a 10-floor high-rise. It’s also across the street from an office building and a hotel. Everything is within a 5-minute walk. This is in one of the more expensive parts of town, so the area has a lot of residents and workers who are willing to pay for convenience.
