Wondering how you all feel about a private security guard having a pistol at the Cataraqui mall (in response to the robberies at the jewelry stores). My own thoughts: I’m a gun owner and a firearms instructor for local law enforcement. The training is incredibly rigorous. The guard I’m watching at the moment doesn’t seem situationally aware. His sidearm could easily be grabbed. His vest is ill fitting. He doesn’t seem aware of who walks behind him. No one wants stores to be robbed, of course. That said, as soon as a firearm is introduced you are inviting a shootout , possibly by a questionably trained private security guard, in a shopping mall. What are all of your thoughts?

I found this while looking at interesting eating options for a trip. Other highlights from reviews of this place include people being mad that it took 10 WHOLE MINUTES for their burger to arrive, and someone upset that staff said things to other staff members when their paths crossed.

So I recently moved and the TCG shop I went to is now an hour and 20 minute drive. They had free commander night every Monday that I would go to quite often for 4-5 hours. I searched around my new area for shop and found one 10 minutes down the road but come to find they charge $7/hour for table space to sit and play. That seems absolutely outrageous to me.. I’ve been to a few shops in my time that always had a free commander night one night out of the week. Hi guys! So recently my grandfather passed away and my grandmother is incapacitated. They had a significant amount of gold jewellery and gold bars (around 20 tola) bought over the years. My mother is the only child and there's no will written in her name that indicates anything about the gold.
