ive been slipping back into depression again. ive dealt with it since i was a teen but this time it feels different. before it was mostly about me my life my mistakes the stuff that happened to me. painful yeah but at least it felt fixable with therapy and meds and time. now its the world itself thats crushing me. everything feels wrong. even basic stuff. buying a coffee buying clothes just existing. it feels like every choice i make supports something awful and i cant unsee it. how am i supposed to enjoy my life knowing someone was probably exploited to make the things i wear. i try to shop small try to be sustainable but i cant always afford it and every time i walk into a store i feel t...

Ok so I FINALLY received a job offer last week after being unemployed for almost 5 months, & am working on getting my own place.
