I have to buy two more balls of this bling bling yarn to finish a project. It says the balls are now “30% off” but with the “discount” they are still the same price as when I bought them in November when they were not “on sale”. So ****. This is more of a rant! We are expected to see the impact of the winter storm in our area (NE Indiana) on Saturday night and all throughout Sunday. I had to close last night 4-9pm and when I arrived I was main until 6:30 with multiple backup calls and at times we had a 3rd ringing. The line never died down. Here is why I am frustrated: The schedule was originally 3 closers scheduled until 9pm, but then it changed to 2 closers, with that 3rd person leaving at 7pm. I've been using this app for years and I'm about done. Waste of my time anymore. Not sure what happened in the last couple of years but it is so obvious they're trying to get out of awarding people their points. I'm a long time IC resident, visiting friends in Minneapolis this week. Everything happening here with ICE enforcement is far more severe and horrifying than I realized. Work was rough this week. On Wednesday I had to leave work early to go to a different city to give a talk the next morning at 8am. A lot of things blew up on Wednesday and I left work raging. Then Thursday, after my mediocre talk I took the day off to explore the city with my bf. This was definitely a highlight of the week. By Friday, I'm back at work and things exploded once again.
