Having a very short notice (tonight) that my boyfriend’s parents are coming in town. They’re coming to see us and our new house and our kittens. I want to show them around, fun and funky LOCAL shops. My brain isn’t working as I frantically get our house in order. Since it’s a Monday a lot of stores I think they’d like are closed and then I always was planning on taking them to things like Frankfort ave or bardstown rd . So I stocked up on groceries for the cold weather to hit in Texas. I got just about everything for about $148 after discounts. Went in pretty blind and was hoping they’d guide me but attendant was probably just trying to make commission and convinced me to get ill-fitting boots and men’s size small bindings because no women’s M were available in stock in my price range.
