Is there still a way to buy the skins that are currently in the store after the refresh or do I have to wait till they return? I went online yesterday just to buy a phone charger that broke, and somehow ended up with a car air freshener, some weird kitchen gadget I'll probably never use, and a book I'm not sure I'll ever read. Hi all, this is going to be a rant for their customer service. I just wanted to post an update to my earlier post from the summer when I discovered I wasn’t able to place any online orders to my address. After going back and forth with concierge, they’ve decided not to unban my account and address from shopping online. They shipped an incorrect item to me, I returned the item in store, and since then my address and account has been banned from placing any orders online, and having any boutique items purchased in store, shipped to me. I purchased my Tern ebike from a local bike store that mostly sells non-ebikes. My experience with them has been decent, but, as a part of the buying experience, I noticed that they did not seem all that knowledgable about ebikes in general.
