I purchased a Lenovo laptop from the Lenovo website, it finally arrived on Friday. I was happy as can be and charged it for a few hours, only ro realize it's not charging. I tried using the charger on another USB C device and it works fine, so the laptop is the issue. I called Lenovo twice, and they said I'm supposed to get an email "24-48" hours after the initial complaint (Friday). It's been over 72 hours and I'm hearing nothing from them. I’m getting back into using steel tubes, the studio I’m at now is all disposable. I am planning to clean and sterilize at the shop I used to work at years ago. I got a sealing steel lunch box to transport them and have been rinsing after use and storing them there, but I’m wondering if I need to be soaking right after use (to make sure no ink dries) or can I just rinse for now and then right before I clean them do the ultrasonic?
