Just 3 month ago, I was able to touch gas pumps with bare hands even though I absolutely ***** it. But now, I have to wear multiple layers of gloves to touch the gas pumps. I see that my shop is not appearing online anymore, I've entered in the seller profile, and Etsy tells me I need to pay my balance. I click "pay balance" and it lets me log in again, but from then on it tells me my account isn't linked to any Etsy store!!! What do I do? I’ve been on Reta now since October 19th, and since then I have lost a total of just a little over 31lbs. What I can say for sure is my workouts and training have stayed the same. I personally use a push pull legs routine hybrid split. By doing this, this allows me to train three days on one day off. One thing I would like to mention is I did not go crazy on my cardio.
