Last year, I found a smashed up vending machine for sale on Facebook marketplace for $150.00 about an hour away. Some kids toke a crowbar to the front plexiglass and drilled out the lock to steal the money from the machine that sat in a secluded area. I had 10 000 points stolen from me somehow. It was from a store in a city I used to live in but I havent been to that shoppers in probably 3 years. I also havent had a PC optimum card in at least 10 years. I left it behind somewhere so I just exclusively use my phone. I think because of this they refuse to refund me the points. I told them I absolutely did not make this purchase. But they refuse. The weird thing is, they said my card ending in 1234 (fake number) was scanned to redeem the points and therefore it doesnt resemble fraudulent activity. Yet when I go to my PC app, my "card" or account does not end in 1234. Its a totally different number, yet 10,000 were still stolen....
