Looking at potential areas to move into and need some opinions on Oak Ridges neighbourhood. Currently there are a few homes that are more affordable in this area but the schools nearby aren’t the best and local stores/shopping is quite lacklustre compared to other areas more south in rhill, vaughan and markham. I also noticed many of the roads and infrastructure is lacking compared to the rest of rhill. Any have any insight if that area will improve over the next decade? I haven’t spent much time there outside of the occasional visit to the lake and mainly spent time below elgin mills.

I'm making a project for school that includes customizing a doll and I want to thrift one but I don't know where to look. I know goodwill will probably have some but I don't like driving so I just wanted to know if anyone knows a place at least on the Northside that 9 times out of 10, has dolls. I hope it is not inappropriate to post this on this sub, but I have been very upset the past few days because my phone (Android) suddenly quit working last Thursday and I have yet to find a technician who can repair it.
