I feel like online shopping and post-COVID might've killed the Black Friday in-store frenzy, but just checking if it's reasonable to go casually shopping around today lol. Hi, I’ve recently started one of M&S’s new stores which opened a couple of weeks ago I’ve been working since October at different stores to get good training for the new opening however my contract ends in December .I work in operations heavily and help out the staff on the shop floor if I finished my work what are the chances of my contract becoming permanent or being extended? Bad enough they did not include the option to get the key for the 296 GTB for the devoted f2p players , they actually locked the whole event for them unless they have the car at 2 stars already. Given the duration of the event, combined with the presence of x1 bp in shop and the expensive shop refresh price, there's no chance entry level / mid level players will manage to get ANY key out of this whole event , maybe not even star-ups on their cars. I've been looking at a couple of outfits from Pernia's Pop-up and only recently found out about the 50% tarrif. We were also thinking of doing custom measurements but I'm not sure if I'm measuring myself 2 sizes too big. We had the option of getting it shipped to India to bypass the tarrif, but since we only get there 2 days before the wedding, we wouldn't have time for alterations in case the clothes don't fit. Also if my measurements were way off, it would be too big to alter down. Seems a bit too risky. I've come across a lot of YouTubers who do shopping vlogs, and they ALL act as if the prices in the shops are amazing, shocking, unbelievable, etc. I've heard a YouTuber say "I don't know how they do it" when the price isn't even that good and the shop makes billions in profits every year. There is also a lot of the incredibly grating fake gasping when they show an item that looks cheap and is nothing special and they call it "magical". Why do these YouTubers spew out so much bullshit? I figure some of them get kickbacks from the stores for promoting the products, but why else would they do this? It's so misleading and ridiculous.

I tried to scan my Tesco loyalty card, which is stored in google wallet, before paying for my shopping today and then planned to use vouchers also stored in wallet. but the **** thing just automatically paid instead. I’ve read that this is an issue with this system, but surely it must’ve been considered by the developers and there’s a simple solution?
