Allhamdullilah I’ve just returned home from completing my Umrah and I saw amazing parts of the ummah but also horrible parts. To preface I have a condition which sometimes leads me to becoming overwhelmed and can make it hard for me to regulate my emotions. Hi Reddit, Long time lurker on this thread, chain of events today has upset me quite a bit hence my first post. Just come back from seeing my private counsellor (England) to find my car had been blocked in.
