Does anyone have any cheap-ish makeup brand and makeup tools (brushes, makeup sponges, etc) recommendations that are also good quality and newbie friendly? Dog found at the Sprouts on Colfax and Monroe Little dude wandered into the store when I was shopping. The staff and I managed to get a lead on him. Older probably Chihuahua mix, brown and white, skittish but not overall unfriendly. He has a collar on but no tags, doesn't seem he could have gotten far. As ever animal services is closed and unhelpful, he will be taken to the Animal Shelter tomorrow by the staff I think.
