My last post about the Aldi bagels stirred up so much controversy. I decided to do a taste test using Happy Farms Cream Cheese $1.49 at Aldi versus Philadelphia Cream Cheese $2.98 at Aldi. Same 8oz packages. While the Philadelphia Cream Cheese was slightly easier to spread and did have a slightly better taste, I doubt that if I wasn’t standing there with two bagel halves comparing side by side that I would have noticed any difference.
