So I know in large format SL’s are coded on scheduler as “Large store shift leader” for both contracted shifts and overtime shifts But is anyone able to confirm the following as I was under the impression this is how it works In express stores for contracted hours shift leaders should be down on scheduler as “Express shop floor” but due to their job title being “Shift leader” they will automatically get the additional SL skills payment for contracted hours.
