I've sent my device to get a memory upgrade from this repair shop in Auckland. He agreed to do the repair if I outsource the part, which I did. As he received it, he didn't get to work on it til 2 weeks later just to find out the ram chip I provided was faulty. I asked for him to send me the details via email which took him another week to do. By then it was too late to ask for a refund from the store I got it from. He later said he can try sourcing the part himself. Two weeks later I ask for an update, I received one liners saying it's on the way so I acknowledged it and carried on. Another two weeks without any update I sent him a text to ask if he received the part already....
