I recently upgraded my two Fractal R5 case fans to now a set of three Arctic P12 PROs (2 intake - 1 exhaust). I ran through Dynamix Fan Auto Control, and Dynamix System Temperature, but Unraid is only reporting two fan speeds (0% but ~1240 and ~341 RPM). On top that as far as I can tell only one intake fan has been running. I'm not sure what exactly I'm doing wrong, but any suggestions would be a huge help (Kind of new to this part). I am supposed to be part time 2x a week (Monday and Friday) but during the holidays i agreed to so 5x a week to help out since i was free for those couple months. My availability that the store manager and people lead approved is still listed as my 2x a week However my coach refuses to let me return to it. Hi, I'm trying to replace my shower's thermoelement ([grohe Seabury](https://fwwebbimage.fwwebb.com/ProductInfo/19612-14-install.pdf), part 47 282 for reversed union) and am hoping someone might have any insight/advice on how I might troubleshoot. In the pictures I show the old/existing thermoelement. When I used a 24mm wrench to remove this, only the section I indicated in green came out... the remaining piece (in red) remained and seems to be stuck.
