I really enjoyed the Impossible Sliders, and unfortunately without them it limits my local drunk food options to Taco Bell and Burger King.

Went to BK recently, and paid $11 for a small tea and two burgers the size of a white castle slider. Verses, say good to the Mexican place across from luekens and get a full meal for a free bucks more.

I’m traveling from Washington state New Years day to meet my partners family. We have a decent amount of downtime to explore and do our thing, I’m looking for good food, Mexican if the Midwest has it. But, anything really, I cook for a living and appreciate basically everything. I’m stoked on the prospect of finally trying a White Castle slider, or Skyline (I’ve also heard Columbus has its own style of pizza?) but any recs are appreciated, as well as any neighborhoods or districts to explore, fun things to do etc. - grazie, west coast dood.

This is the vending setup at my current employer. We can buy chips, drinks, aspirin, chapstick, fruit, microwaveable food and tons of other stuff. We grab our items and scan them at the kiosk and pay. They got a smaller setup in the upstairs break room and similar small setups at our other buildings next door. Our company requires the vending people to offer a certain amount of healthy items. Not sure how that’s calculated or anything. They gave each employee $5 credit when this first arrived on site. I like this setup and it offers a lot of variety. I constant see people eating the White Castle 2 pack cheeseburgers lol

Two of the best Chicago had to offer in my opinion, sorely missed.
