I have been having multiple issues with Telus for over a year now. I have tried calling them repeatedly and to get in touch with anyone is almost impossible. On numerous occasions I have spent several hours on hold to just be hung up on, and can never speak with anyone, but when I do they are absolutely clueless and offer little to no help. I work M-F 7A-5:30P, so being home to sign isn't an option. There used to be an option to ship to store, which was incredibly convenient. Sounds like you used to be able to re-route to UPS store, but no longer. No option to ship to my PO Box. Can't even email Costco to give them feedback, or make aware. Am I just completely unable to purchase PM's from Costco?

UPS Ground Saver, formerly SmartPost is what I'm asking about. I've mostly avoided it in the past because I figured more chance of errors with the package having to pass through both UPS and USPS. HOWEVER, the last two times I've shipped UPS Ground Saver, it ended up getting delivered by UPS themselves with a note in the tracking with something like "UPS will be in the area and will make this delivery". Over 12 OZ, UPS Ground Saver can be a bit cheaper and also for me it's more convenient as there is a UPS Store closer to me than a Post Office, and, they are open Sundays for package drop offs. Thoughts?

Has anyone had their shoes stolen along the way? My shoes sold on StockX. I shipped them out for inspection. After 3 or 4 days, StockX informed me they failed inspection. I asked them why, and they sent me pictures of an empty box. I contacted Support, but they said there is nothing they can do for me. Support asked me if I have a picture of the shoes before shipping, but I didn't. I have a receipt, but the receipt shows zero pounds because my local UPS store doesn't weigh pre-paid postage. I am out over $250. Do you think it is a UPS worker or an employee of StockX that is the thief? To add insult, StockX mailed me back an empty shoe box.....

I shipped a bike box from Bike Flights, to a Houston UPS Store. I am buying a bike in Houston today (Saturday). So I bought plane tickets (non-refundable) and a rental car ($500 total). The bike box was $99 and 2-day shipping to Houston was $150. UPS is showing an “uncontrollable event”, and now my package is saying Monday delivery. My package is in Houston. It has moved twice in Houston. My theory is because it was 2-day, it likely was flown by Air into IAH, and went to their airport facility. Ia anyone else having a nightmare with UPS shipping? I work long hours, 5-6 days a week. I ordered an sks on black friday... The retailer says they use Canada post, but it was sent by UPS. ( cnd post strike)... Now UPS is refusing to redirect it to a "UPS store" because the package is oversized?!?! So now it has to be sent back to the retailer... My only other option is too send it too another address..everyone i know works monday through friday. What a headache.

Second prebuilt I got from this company. First one was third party order through Walmart. This time I ordered straight from website on Cyber Monday. The shipping experience has been horrible. Shipped through UPS and I have missed two delivery attempts because they deliver while at work. In person signature required. Hi, Recently shipped a parcel with local UPS store Items were worth about $600. Didn't buy insurance. UPS Lost my parcel and now i am stuck. Their tracking says "**A claim has been issued to the sender for your package. Please contact the sender for more information."** I checked with UPS Store and they said they received nothing. Let's just get this out of the way; yes, this was a third party order. The description was misleading. I thought I ordered the whole tool, but it turned out to only be the handle so I elected to return it. I was never informed about a return shipping fee until after I had already handed ups my package. I ended up with a whooping $2.73 refund after they charged 40.99 for return shipping. It literally cost me more in gas to make it to the ups store, then even more to print the label at the store (I don't currently have a printer). Hi folks This is my first time ever ordering grocery online with Costco. The thing is I wouldn't know shipping details till after I pay, which I don't want to do. 1. Does anyone know if I can set the delivery date and time slot (e.g. 6 pm to 9pm) in the shipping options after I pay? 2. If I am not home when they deliver, do they leave a notice (for me to pick up from a UPS store for example), or they just return it to Costco and they refund me. Thank you
