UPS Locations

Hey all. Shipped out a package on 9/8 via UPS 3 day select using Pirateship from Massachusetts to Texas. It made its way to Rhode Island on 9/9 (1 hour from me) and it has not received an additional scan as of 9/12. What are the chances it’s running behind and or when should I file a claim? I ship via FedEx overnight for my business but use all UPS shipping options for all personal shipments (to friends / family) Does UPS have the ability to put a trace on a package like FedEx or is that something that’s not utilized within the company. The UPS store franchisee I work for is one where we have to charge a dollar to tape up packages. This has been my bane, people give me **** about it more than anything else. Sure, I get **** for the price of needing to print out labels or for weirdly high shipping costs, or any of the other things customers are upset we can't do for them. Hello, I shipped a very, very expensive shipment at my local UPS store on the 6th right before closing. The package never made it to the UPS hub. The manager insists the package was loaded onto the truck. This leaves 2 options. Ups store employees stole the package or UPS driver stole it. My all to trusting client in Hong Kong purchased the label but didn't insure it! So now I am left with no choice but to seek legal recourse. Has anyone dealt with this kind of thing? Any pointers? I'm really out of my depth here. Thank you.

Consider me flabbergasted. I had a guy from California buy 9 jerseys from me at once in a bundle, cross country Florida to California for around a grand. He insisted on UPS Ground because it's better and the driver knows his location the best apparently. No problem. I drop it off at a UPS store, packed probably too well honestly on Friday the 6th. It shows in Jacksonville at the hub that night and I'm thinking all is well. He buys another 4 shirts for 300$ the same night and I drop them at the same UPS store Saturday. I dropped off a package with a premade label at a UPS store right at opening. Tracked the package the following day and no movement since Not even a scan showing it was picked up Went to the UPS store and employee told me all packages from the previous day went out and were picked up. Any advice or tips to help me locate my package? Or since no scan at all, it’s somewhere at the store I dropped it off at?

I’ve recently started selling items on EBay, and I recently sold a bottle of perfume. I live in Canada, and the buyer lives in the states. I did everything properly and went through EBay to get my shipping label. I then went to a UPS store and dropped off the package. Tracking started, but it never even left the country and now the tracking is saying it’s being returned to sender. What went wrong and what do I do?

So I got a 6 month Beer Drop subscription for my birthday, but at this point I don’t know how I can reliably receive it unless I pay an extra $10-20/shipment on top of rerouting fee. 2 shipments have now returned to sender. Located in CO. Part of the issue is my odd home setup. The front of the house is the top floor and a completely separate apartment my landlord lives in. You have to go all the way around back and down stairs to get to my apartment on the bottom floor (house is kind of built into a hill). Hi everyone ... I knew that maybe the past 2 days or so there was no movement in Jacksonville, FL ... and now, as of 20 minutes ago, when I clicked on this tracking link ... I found out that it has changed to LOST. See image below. I wonder what is going on and if it is truly lost? This was using a return label from the business/organization and my other UPS stuff have been completely okay ... even to this destination. Yet, this time ... it did not end well? I bought a new S25 Ultra in January as a preorder from Samsung.com. It has been a great phone, but I accidentally cracked the screen about 2 weeks ago. I figured this would be an easy repair for Samsung and their website shows it as a $250 dollar repair. I put it in maintenance mode as their instructions said to.
