I thought this would be an obvious no, but eBay didn’t seem to agree with that. I bought something to flip from a seller who ultimately just drop shipped from Amazon. After opening a return request, the seller merely went into his Amazon account and chose the least convenient option– the QR code. He sent that, then ghosted when I said I needed an actual shipping label. This was for his listing which offered free returns. Obviously, this would have been a problem if Amazon’s system decided this would have been a commingled return and therefore no return tracking number for me. Why YSK - Prices to ship items are vastly different in store vs their corporate website. Visited local UPS store to ship a 32” monitor. Their quote was $50 for the box and $160 for shipping I used a Uhaul picture/mirror box $6 Shipping label made online was $44 Saved 75%

I ordered $300 in Verizon gift cards, and they shipped it with UPS and Signature Required (and did not allow it to be picked up at the UPS store). UPS came 3 days in a row at 11:30 AM when I was at work, and since no one was available to sign, they returned the gift cards to Verizon. It has been over a month and I still have not gotten a refund. I have called 4 different times and every time I'm told they are putting in a request to the department that handles this and I should get a refund in 3 - 5 days. Yet still no refund. Any suggestions?

Hello. I need to send some packages to an online friend (merch from this show we both like) but I don't want her to get my home address? I called 2 different UPS stores and one says that the shipping label will only show my name + the UPS store address + my phone number but the other store says that both my home address and the UPS store address will be on the label. Could someone verify which is correct? Does the policy change depending on the store I go to? Thank you.

She went up to the counter and demanded a PO BOX, under her natural Human name, and demanded they give it to her as was her "right" as the corporation "owed" her it. I've sent out all the boxes to people who Venmo'd me this past weekend, still have plenty of stuff to send out. Finally got a UPS account at home and I can finally print my own stickers instead of waiting for an hour at the UPS store YAY. It seems like most ppl will be 20 shipping which is great! Hello! I have my account set up to receive all packages at my preferred access point. This time I’m having a problem. For two days in a row, it was brought to the access point, but then apparently taken back to the local hub. Yesterday I followed it on the map until it went to exactly the plaza where the UPS store is, then I got that strange message at 10:27. Today it went out for delivery again, and after 10:38 the tracking page said it has been delivered, pick up before Jan 20th, and bring ID. I dropped off a package in California with a receipt on 1/2/26 and was originally scheduled to be delivered in NYC 1/12/26. However, there has been no tracking update since the UPS truck picked up my package from the UPS store and applied a RFID label. It seems to be lost or stolen after the UPS truck picked up my package in Baldwin Park CA. Now the tracking just says “The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible”. The label was purchased via PirateShip so I filed a claim with InsureShield as apparently the claims adjuster is the only person who can start a lost investigation. Does this happen often at the Baldwin Park hub?? If anyone is able to help, please dm me!

I have a package sending to my place, which can be tracked with the UPS tracking number. On the UPS app, I set up an account and enter my address/email/phone number, which all match those in the label of package heading towards me. But on the app, it doesn’t say there is an incoming delivery heading my way. Does it fail to match ? Or the incoming delivery only happens on the day of delivery?

Ordered a guitar off of reverb and had to wait a fair bit for the seller to ship it since he was busy. He was able to ship it after about 3 days of inactivity. Everything seems to be going fine for a day, it was even estimated on the 10th (yesterday) to be delivered by 9 P.M. However, on the 9th, I added delivery instructions to be followed. I only pre-signed, requested to leave it at the front door, and provided the gate code for my area. That was the last update I was able to get from UPS, delivery instructions received.
