Shipped 3 packages from western pa last Thursday. All 3 were the same dimensions and destination. 2 of them (50lbs) have updated at facilities in Ohio and Illinois, but the 3rd (75lbs) has been stuck on “departed facility in new stanton” for 5 days now. UPS rep said it could be on a train and if it doesnt update by tomorrow night to open an investigation. Is this normal? Why would the other 2 be moving normally but the 3rd isnt? I bought insurance through UPS capital, but still very concerned as these are important packages. Any help appreciated 😁

Paid for Next Day Air Saver, shipped from California to Michigan, dropped off July 28th, with a guaranteed delivery by July 29 at 3:00 PM. It’s now July 30, and the tracking hasn’t updated since 2:15 AM on the 29th in Louisville. It missed the guaranteed delivery window yesterday, and although it now shows “Scheduled for delivery by 3:00 PM today,” there’s still no arrival scan or “Out for Delivery” status. I called UPS, but they said they can’t escalate it. This is time-sensitive and I paid a premium for overnight delivery. Anyone experienced this before? Is there anything else I can do at this point? And is there actually any hope for delivery today?

My phone's screen protector is finally giving up the ghost, so I took it to At&t (my provider and who i bought the phone from) and they told me: 1. They won't/can't fix it for me the way they could replace my screen protector on my old phone. I understand why, but still frustrating. The model is 2 years old now but still. 2.
