Recently ordered a custom-built Thinkpad T16, as a long overdue update to my old T450s, which just shipped via UPS, signature required. I live alone, and work M-F, so being home for a midweek delivery is simply not an option. I pay for UPS MyChoice specifically for this situation, so that I can redirect packages requiring a signature to the local UPS store & pick them up after work. But when I log in to MyChoice, that option is greyed out, stating it's the shipper's (Lenovo's) policy. After speaking with both UPS and Lenovo customer service, neither will budge. TL;DR: It was seamless and took a week and one day. If you have battery drain issues, just do it! Samsung is relatively known for bad customer serivce so I was hesitant to submit a warranty claim. Mine was running out at the end of the month (Aug '25), so I decided what could it hurt? Submitted the claim through my profile on Samsung.com. Samsung had me drop the ring off at a UPS store for them to verify the ring and case. UPS then packaged the ring and shipped one day air to a warranty center in TX. I shipped out on a Friday and they received the ring on Monday. Once they received the ring, I got an email stating they had the ring with "no accessories". This concerned me...

Im queen of waiting till last minute and im aware LOL I just expressed shipped a package to a ups store in the town im flying out of on 8/31 and a lot of it says 9/2-9/5 but on the actual item it says 8/25-9/2 So from everyone’s experience does it typically arrive sooner than the est date orrrr? Its not the end of the world if it doesn’t come in time because its my fault for ordering late, just curious if I should be expecting to save some room in my suitcase for it lol Thx! (Im in USA btw)

Having one helluva time navigating this dispute. Place order for item. It was a 3K charge. What was sent was box of paper clips....Between Amex Siding with the Merchant policy, I ultimately had to send out of pocket the paper clips to an international address. This is what the disputes team had advised me to do. I even provided them a copy of the item showing it was shipped and sold within the United State I don't know how this is going to play out next, as it appears the mailing address was a UPS Store. It is now being -returned- to sender as the scan on the tracking shows that it was never picked up.

TLDR: Amazon pulled a bait and switch on me twice on the same product that they sold. Just warning others. My wife ordered me a computer controller that was on sale for my birthday. Hello, We have a package coming from California to Canada. We have requested a return to sender while package is in transit. It was shipped from a UPS store in California, would the UPS store call the shipper to pick it up when they get it back? How does it work when it gets delivered to UPS store to be returned to sender? I am an IT Administrator for a restaurant chain. This chain does not have an account with Comcast - Xfinity. This chain does have several pieces of Xfinity IT equipment, namely routers and switches, that I have found around the business while performing an inventory analysis of what we have.
