They delayed a phone i was supposed to get over a week ago and now the people are doing a investigation on where the package is at and i returnt a phone to a local UPS store to ship it back to the place i got it from for a refund but it says label created what does that mean? and why is there no customer support to get in touch with?

Usually growth opportunities shows vouchers for tasks to be completed. However the voucher part has completely gone missing from the tasks page. Anyone have any idea?

So I had T-mobile home internet for several months, received the router/unit from them, hooked up, no problem. Xfinity(who I also loathe for reasons) has been offering sweet deals on internet with a locked in price. So in January I decided to switch. Went to a T-mobile store to move one phone line and cancel the internet services. Relatively easy, but I was told I couldn't bring in the unit until the service had run out(ie cancelled on the 12th, service was paid to the 19) and a return label had been generated. Hello, I put in a modify delivery request on Friday, April 3rd. UPS emailed me that they denied the request due to my package being signature direct delivery. The package moved through the system until today, where right before it is loaded, they put a Delay: Attention Needed notice on my tracking. The delay basically says the access point that I selected is unavailable, and they'll contact me for a different address. Though, my original shipping address is still on record for this package. However, I've contacted UPS Customer Service, my UPS Store, and I was able to talk to a UPS Driver due to my work who asked their dispatch and their dispatch said they saw the last physica...

If I input my local ups store address (Canada) as the shipping address for an amazon package for pickup manually, can they steal my package? A different courier could be dropping it off as well, not necessarily ups. I’ve talked to someone already from ups to confirm if pickup is possible, they said to provide the OTP (one time passcode) from amazon and delivery info and I provided it via whatsapp already?

I live in Hawaii and on our island the only ups customer center that had all the free shipping supplies closed their doors. They still operate, but have to go to franchise or drop off center to do shipping. The public no longer can go there. The franchise doesn't carry any ups free shipping envolopes and forced to buy their overpriced envelopes.

I learned today that the UPS store is closing- rent for that teeny space got jacked to $15k/mo. And Pastrami Queen has abandoned ship - emptied out the fixtures. $28 pastrami sandwiches might have priced a few people out. I've tried calling UPS 4-5 times and each time I get routed to different people who seem confused that I'm not asking a question about tracking a package and I can't find what I'm looking for on their website. I called my local UPS store and they said there is a process to do this, but I'd have to talk to someone at UPS to get it worked out. so i had a package dropped off for me in Miami shipped to me in Nebraska. It is loke 5 lb box with custom engraved metal parts. it was dropped off st a ups store in Hollywood, FL. it seems UPS picked it up that night (last Friday) and taken to the Miami Gardens warehouse. the tracking ends there.. I opened a claim last night. they closed it a few hours later. they said that I need to upload proof of value so they can start the payment process.
