I just notice my Ulta account was used on the 17th at 12:50 am In-store purchase. I was trying to return an item from online but the system was giving an error with the order number, which was resolved by calling customer service. But now I see a purchase at 12:50am in store was made with my account receiving the points (my points Not used). Could it be an employee accidentally didn’t close my account and used it? Do I need to call/go to the store or just wait and see what happens if anything? Just wondering.

Delivery company Instacart will pay $60 million in customer refunds under a settlement reached with the Federal Trade Commission over alleged deceptive practices. The FTC said Thursday that Instacart has been falsely advertising free deliveries. Hello, Warning this is long! I a 26f have been having a hard time lately and I guess wanted some advice from someone that I don’t feel like is just gonna say I’m sorry and actually have some insight. I already worked with the store clerk at Ulta and she couldn’t find it either. When I log in it says “happy birthday” and I’m able to activate my 2x points which I just did. But nowhere under offers or in my messages is there a free birthday gift option. She told me there should be somewhere I can click to pull up a bar code, but we couldn’t locate it! Can someone give me a step-by-step of what they click to get there, or screenshots? Here’s what I see when I log in, but clicking the activate 2x points (which I just did) doesn’t pull it up. So not too long ago I posted on here about how I was blocked from making any online orders. I called support and they got to me eventually about having “multiple accounts”, when apparently the second account was the CC. Which I argued it was ****** how using their CC doesn’t automatically link. Anyways, last time I had around $650 worth of points of which I redeemed some with an in store purchase. Since I am unable to make any online orders, I was told to do everything in store, which both stores are at least 25mins away from me.
