Hello. I’m currently an Ulta Beauty employee in store, and was wondering how hard is it to get into corporate with no college degree? I’ve been with the company for quite some time and I’m honestly just tired of retail and wanna work my way up. Is it possible to do it with no college degree or would I be wasting my time?

Hey y’all! December birthday here and I’m wondering which birthday gift I should try. I haven’t tried any of these products except the Laura Mercier powder. Have any of you tried these before? What did you think of each product. I’m tempted to get the tatcha cream but scared I’ll end up liking up because it’s so pricey 😭 let me know your experiences with any of these products. Thanks to this sub & changing my habits (for the most part 😬), I was able to throw out 10 items this week! Nine are empty, one is almost empty but no longer usable (the sanitizer). I caught myself laying around today, scrolling on my phone, and realized that I was about to start looking up some favorite brands/products to see if they have any great deals or bundles available. I wanted to post this to a thread from 10 months ago about alternatives to Nutrafol, but the thread has been closed. I've noticed post-menopausal hair loss in the last couple of months. I realized it's started after I stopped taking Athletic Greens (I stopped because of the expense, and it's a bit of a hassle to take in the mornings). I'm considering starting back on it.
