I doubt this will do anything but here goes! (UK based). I ordered a couple of CGC graded cards from a seller on whatnot UK. The parcel was set to be delivered by Royal Mail via RM48 tracked. On the date of delivery I was at my front door within mere seconds of receiving the text message notification of delivery. However, there was no sign of the delivery, nor a postman in sight! I immediately check the tracking information using the Royal Mail app and there’s a delivery proof photo. Yesterday I somehow managed to accidentally mark a parcel as delivered. I'm not sure what exactly I did to end up like this - I was scrolling the map looking for the delivery point and I can only assume that I have accidentally pressed... something?... in the app. Either case there I was, the parcel still in my car, and the itinerary showing it as delivered even though I didn't even scan the parcel yet and telling me to go deliver the next parcel on the list. Called driver support, who advised to deliver the parcel as if nothing happened. So I did. Apologies for the lengthy post, TL;DR at the bottom I had an asos parcel to return which RM was supposed to collect on Saturday (01/11), but they never showed up, so they asked me to reschedule the return to another day and I rescheduled it to Tuesday which is when I would be at home, on Monday I got a call from my mum asking me about a package that the delivery man came to collect, “he said its from asos and he was meant to collect it on Saturday”, I said yes that’s fine and told her to give it to him, she told me that he said I should get the confirmation of the collection within an hour. Hello, I would like your advice regarding this case I encountered. The buyer received the item, and immediately after delivery he stated that he ordered the wrong item and requested a refund. He initiated the return procedure, but marked the reason for the return as "defective item" so that he would not have to pay for the return shipping. I get quite a lot of parcels collected and delivered, so they deserve a tip. But I'm rarely around to see who it is, and I have no idea who the regular person is, if there is one. On the handful of occasions I have seen and spoken to them this year, I don't think I've noticed the same one twice.(Whereas with Evri their emails give you a picture of the courier, and that matches up with the bloke that I've met about three times.) At Christmas I assume it is quite possible that any tip could be picked up by a temp postie who's just been there for a couple of weeks. I can't see an obvious way of trying to get a tip to the regular one - is there one?

Quite frequently I order multiple items from separate companies and usually the postal system in China combines several small packages into a single package that is then sent to Australia, handed on to UCL Co. Ltd. (freight forwarding company) and they push it into the Aust Post system.
