So i ordered a watch from a seller based in gujrat. Now i trust this seller since i have ordered another watch worth 15k from him before and was delivered to me without any issue. But this time after recieving the parcel through the Delhivery agency i noticed there was some cheap toy inside it instead. I bought a ceramic bowl (specifically a matcha chawan) from a small ceramic artist in Canada. The value of the product after converting to ringgit is RM623, with additional shipping fee of RM131, which adds up to total RM754. Used an integrated Royal Mail label, dropped it off at a parcel shop and received a receipt. Tracking never updated after the initial drop off. The buyer raised a claim after the 25 working days was up and today I’ve been informed that Vinted have cancelled the order, refunded the buyer but refuse to give me any compensation. The reason they stated was insufficient evidence that they could not prove that the parcel was not delivered? Which makes no sense at all as they refunded the buyer. Can anyone offer any advice?

I need to void this label due to an incorrect commercial invoice, however I cannot void online or via app as it's showing as "on the way". The package is still at home, is this usual? Customer service have been unable to help as they keep insisting that the package is en route.

Picture 1: From Vinted, shows the parcel in transit 21 minutes ago. Picture 2: From Yodel, shows the last update over a week ago. So, how can Vinted have an update that isn't showing on Yodel? Surely they get the information from Yodel? If so, why are Yodel so slow in showing the up-to-date information? If not, where do they get it from? I've always been intrigued by this.

I sent this parcel off a few days ago, and now the buyer is saying there is an issue with collecting it. Even though it supposedly arrived at the parcel shop, they say it wasn't there when they went to pick it up. It's only a £2 item but I'm guessing the money for this has already left their bank account so of course they deserve to receive the item. Hi - after 10 days waiting for my Vinted parcel to be delivered (even though seller is also based in London) yesterday I got a notification email that it had arrived to the collection shop. I went to collect this morning, but the QR code in the email shows as invalid when scanned. Shop assistant used the collection code manually but thats also showing invalid. She checked all the parcels there for anything with my name on it but parcel is definitely not there. Hi All I'm just starting the process of selling my property and wondered if I have to declare that someone on my road called the police on me when I first moved in? He said I stole a parcel (I didn't, courier messed up and he got his money back from them). Hi guys, would really appreciate some help on this one as I am seriously at a loss on what to do. Purchased an item from someone and it was sent with RM Tracked 24 on 23rd September. It arrived yesterday and postman gave me an empty, ripped envelope and said that's how he had picked it up in the morning but still wanted to deliver it and told me I'd need to open up a claim.
