Been eyeing Flux shoes lately for both CrossFit sessions and an upcoming Hyrox event. Right now, I rotate between a few pairs depending on what I’m doing: NoBull trainers for heavy lifts, Vans UltraRange for mixed WODs with cardio, and Reebok Floatzig for Hyrox races. The Floatzigs are great for speed, but they feel unstable when workouts get intense or when I’m switching quickly between movements. Flux caught my attention because of how minimal yet performance-focused their design looks. They market them as adaptable for both functional training and endurance-style events, which sounds perfect for someone trying to bridge CrossFit and Hyrox without owning five different pairs of shoes....

I just got hired as an assistant city carrier and my welcoming email states that I have to report to orientation with leather shoes. I own a pair of Nike Air Monarchs and a pair of classic leather reeboks are either of these shoes acceptable? I rely do not want to reschedule my orientation.

Looking for a road running shoe for winter. During the warm weather months I run 5-10 km several times a week at anywhere from a 4:30-6:30 min/km average pace. Weigh about 200 lbs. Use the adidas boston 12 for warm weather months, and happy with it, but not sure how much it'll stiffen up in the winter. Folks! New to the gym scene. Just got a personal trainer where we are focusing on legs, core and overall strength workout. I had been getting crazy cramps in my foot when I use my running shoes. While doing some research for new shoes, I came across Nike Metcon 10 and Reebok nano X5- which one do y’all recommend?

I need new sneakers badly. I can’t wear sketchers which I think are vegan? They’ve never fit my feet right. I usually buy adidas, Reebok, Nike, puma, etc. but I want to support companies who pay a fair wage, source ethically and sustainably, and of course do not use animal products in their shoes. Also I work in co Crete floors so they have to be well made, cushioned have a good sole and an arch support. I also don’t want them to look orthopedic although by my age that probably couldn’t hurt. And I don’t want to spend a small fortune. Is this a pipe dream? Where are you buying your sneakers?

These are the Nike Pegasus 2005 he wore at school perfomance i guess. I got min from ebay. They are great and feel sl comfy. But i have to say, the bes shoes i ever try are those reebok road prime plus VI OMG i love them.

I just started taking classes in August and have been pretty consistent with BP 2-3 times a week and RPM twice a week; however, now my feet are starting to hurt, and I wasn't ready to invest in new shoes until I knew I was committed. I was rotating between shoes I already owned (Skechers D'Lites & Onitsuka Tigers), and am now looking at Reebok Nanos after reading a few other threads online. Im trying to find a shoe for rope skipping, weight lifting and occasional basketball playing. I tried out 6 pairs of different basketball shoes and came to the conclusion that i dont like basketball shoes since they feel like a brick on the foot. Even for basketball i dont like em because their way too heavy and bulky. Feels like wearing clowns shoes. New idea is to maybe try Volleyball shoe like Asics Gel Tacitc 12? Or a training shoe like Reebok Nano X5? So im looking for a more compact, more mobile shoe with a thinner sole but also get some degree of stability for playing basketball occasionally. Any recommendations?
