Hey everyone! I’m usually a Reebok nano gal however… I do really like the black and orange dropset 4s so I bought a pair. I was running to the gym today from the carpark as I was late 😂 and noticed that my toes feel a little squashed in the front of the shoe. Do I need to size up half a size? Other people who have had adidas shoes before say that they have a narrow toe box and they “break in” after a while so now I’m unsure? So I work in a manufacturing plant. Custom parts so a lot of walking and lifting or rubber and aluminum molds and parts upwards of 50pound and heavier lifting all day and 14000 steps a day. With high temperature.and chemical as well 80 degrees in the winter, 110 degree summers. I like a sneaker style work boot safety shower but not opposed to a boot. So I have had a factory job for roughly 3 years now and work extensive hours. Guaranteed 50 hours per week with some weeks reaching 70 hours if I work the weekend. I'm walking anywhere between 10-20,000 steps in a day and my feet are KILLING me. I possess genuine neanderthal feet. Yeah, I know. Running shoes for running. Gym shoes for gym. But given the parameters of not wanting to take extra shoes to the gym and you've programmed your cardio days as a combination of HIIT stuff like box jumps, lil bit of agility work before 4-5 miles of running, what would be the closest to acceptable? I use Reebok Nano x5 for gym which was great when I was just running 1-1.5 mile. Gets to be a burden for anything longer.
