I had ordered through the self-ordering kiosk in the kfc store I went to and the UPI payment took place smoothly and the money was deducted from my bank account too but the order wasn't placed. When I asked the staff about it, they told me that the amount would get credited within 24 hours since the order wasn't placed and in case it didn't they gave a number for me to contact. This number isn't picking up my calls for the past few days and it's been atleast a week since I went kfc. It was 400 bucks and I don't know how to get it back.

I live about 10 min away from the nearest kfc and in the app I can’t even look at the deals without starting a order which for some reason requires a address even if I press pickup instead of just letting you select the store you want and for some reason it says there are no kfc store but IT WILL NOT LET ME put in a different address closer to the kfc and the 1 time it did it reset when my phone turned off

Hello, how do we order in the KFC store here in Taiwan without a taiwanese mobile no? We tried ordering using the kiosk in the KFC near taipei main station but it asked for our mobile number after. I think it's for getting the OTP to open the order box

There are a lot of fried chicken stores here, but it looks like most of the KFC stores in Fairfax have been closed. I have to drive all the way to Burke Lake or Annandale from Oakton. There are so many Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, Bonchon, Chi Mc, but I can hardly find KFC, which I crave occasionally.

I always order or pick-up from the one at DLF Cyber City, sometimes they serve good, fresh chicken while other times it’s mostly stale and/or overly salted. Any suggestions?

My employment started a few days ago now, so I've completed the induction modules that I'm supposed to do, but no one has got in contact with me to tell me when to start. (I've only got AI chatbot emails) So I called the kfc store, and they said my first shift will be next monday and that it will appear on lifelenz, but nothing has appeared on lifelenz yet and it's getting closer to that day, idk what to do, I may have to call them again or maybe I'm doing something wrong on the app. What do you guys think.

Hey Guys, I am a Shift Supervisor at a KFC store in Australia that I've recently moved to. I've noticed with this store, the RGM tends to roster TM on to just work less then 5 hours to not be mandated for a 30 unpaid break. This method is beneficial to me as I don't have to send breaks during peak/rush hour but however for the well-being of my team, I feel like it's somewhat exploitative. The TM technically do get more money since they won't need to take an unpaid break but some people tend to like to sit down and wind down during a busy period as it can be alot at time. Visiting a KFC store in Australia is becoming more hit and miss, their chicken has shrunk and somewhat misleading dont you think? Would you classify this as false advertising from KFC?
