I couldn’t find any slatted wood pieces for my assembly in any of the 4 boxes if they come separately I think I might’ve lost or forgotten them. If they come separately how to get them and what are they called ? mine is 160cm x 200 cm size The local Ikea Store team says that it must come inside to box. How to get that one specific part. I don’t wanna order a return and assemble everything by myself again

Hi there so i recently ordered a mirror from IKEA and when i received it, it was completely shattered. I tried contacting customer support multiple times through phone but it always says “there are currently no co workers to answer your call” and then it hangs up. I couldn’t find a their address to email them. I am currently in hungary specifically debrecen and there aren’t any ikea stores here besides one in Budapest which is far from me so i cant go to the store and ask them for help. Could someone suggest me what to do or help me in anyway, Thank you!

Did ikea discontinue all their smart shades? I bought some honeycomb/cellular smart blinds a few days ago at my local ikea store. They are not wide enough, so i went to see if the store at the 48" width blinds. My windows are 90" wide and i had mistakenly bought the 38" width. Now on their site they have no smart blinds/shades at all.

I was at an IKEA store and saw that they had records on their display shelves. Some of them, like Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here and Boz Scaggs - Silk Degrees did not have the records inside. However, some records were actually in their sleeves, some records were promotional copies, and Darling - Put it Down to Experience was factory sealed. I mean, I suppose it’s not uncommon to thrift similar promotional copies where I’m at, I’m just intrigued that they displayed this stuff at an IKEA.

This post is a complaint regarding my recent experience with IKEA.  I purchased a complete kitchen in 2009. This was from their akurum line of cabinets that is now discontinued. Within a year or so of the install the cabinet doors began peeling and has only gotten worse as time went by.   I want to make note that the while the entire Akurum line stayed in production for quite some time after 2009, I noticed that the “solar beech” cabinets fronts were discontinued very shortly after it’s release which leads me to suspect that this particular line was known by Ikea to be problematic.  In fact I have only ever seen one single post from another customer online who owned this particu...

I’ve done an excellent job rebuilding after chapter 13. Now I want to cancel a few of the go nowhere starter cards I opened. One of the first cards I opened post bk was an ikea store card. It has the lowest limit of all my cards and I never use it. I also want to cancel the Venmo visa because it isn’t that great. Will that really affect me? I know they will eventually be canceled for inactivity anyway. I can throw a small charge on all the cards except the ikea card to keep them from cancelling for inactivity so I just want to get rid of it. Advice??
