Evri Locations - Store Locator Tool UK

I recently bought an item on depop. I entered the last letter of my postcode incorrectly and now my tracking status has been stuck for a week. This is the second parcel ive entered incorrectly but the first one was quickly rectified and delivered. Ive entered the correct postcode chat function Evri has but still no reply or update. What should i do as it’s very difficult to contact a human to find out what’s happening or for compensation.

I Sent items through Royal Mail/evri locker today and the code was not scanning, I typed in the transaction ID (very ****** I know) for the item and the locker accepted it . However it did not print me a label, just instructed me to place inside locker and order on ebay is still stating it hasn’t been sent yet, and haven’t received an email about the parcel being in transit. I did however write the return address on said parcel so if anything does go wrong it’s send straight back to me. I know this is very unwise, I was on my way back from work and I live in a smaller area so the locker is not near me at all, was in quite a rush as I had many other err...

Been at hub since 19th. I take it, some scum bag has nicked it , that's 4 parcels disappearing with the month for me!! Raging!!

Having an absolute nightmare with AliExpress who refuse to accept that I have not received delivery, despite sending them screenshots of Evri's tracking and an email from Evri stating "Thank you for bearing with me whilst I had the depot conduct a search over the last 2 days. Unfortunately they have not been able to locate your parcel and as it has been 5 days I must advise you that it is potentially lost in our network." and "We will also liaise with them directly regarding this undelivered item. Hi, I'm in the UK and I'm listing some board games for sale. They are all small parcel size (45cm x 35cm x 16cm) and less than 2kg. As such, eBay has said the postage costs £3.38 (buyer pays). I believe this is for Royal Mail Tracked 48 as that costs £3.45 on their website and eBay must have a discount? My question is: is there a way to know for sure what eBay has preselected for the listing, and is there a way to change it? You can choose which carrier e.g. Royal Mail or Evri but I didn't see any other option? The reason I ask is because one of the listings has the same dimensions but postage says £4.26 instead for Standard Tracked Delivery! I don't want to end up w...

How does it take you 10 DAYS FOR YOU TO DELIVER A **** PRODUCT TO MY HOUSE

Trying to weigh up the best options for postage when there's an option. Everything seems to have its drawbacks! Evri - for some reason feel the need to give the seller my address?! Yodel / InPost - unreliable! As a seller the labels just fail a certain percentage of the time, and the merger has caused absolute chaos right now. Royal Mail - have to get it posted to my house, so giving out address and parcel will likely be left on my doorstep all day. Also as a seller it means I have to actually go to a post office during opening hours. Relay - not seen this available locally? Any other options / points I've not considered?

Went to collect my parcel from an Evri locker at 19:00 and when I opened it with the barcode from the email it was empty. Tracking has since updated and says the parcel was collected at 18:01… Anybody had this issue before? What’s the chances that I’ll still get this parcel as it was something I actually needed for my pet. —————— - Tried to call Evri, agents finish at 4. I have 4 parcels with problems because of eBay, and its hidden use of Evri. “Standard” and “Special” delivery, where standard denotes ~40% of these will have problems, on average, because if you give stuff to Evri there is almost a coin toss chance it works out bad. Sigh. I would never buy from these sellers had I realised it was Evri. Mostly before I checked to make sure it was Royal Mail or DHL etc. Now the new “standard” does a lot of work. Bad work. So my next life hack, to make sure Evri are gone from life is to cut eBay. I am not writing polite emails, contacting buyers. Just moving on, spending money and time on anything else really.

I went to collect my parcel from an Evri locker today, however when I opened the locker it was empty. I've now had an email to say that my parcel has been collected because it assumed that I had taken out the parcel when I opened the locker. I messaged the seller who said that the parcel had been collected around an hour before I collected it, so I don't know what's happened! I've contacted Evri support so hopefully that leads somewhere, and temporarily suspended the transaction on Vinted. Any advice on what to do would be great, or any people with similar experiences

As title suggests, my mum sent my birthday present. She had a choice not to do it with Evri but decided to… when she told me that I put my head in to my hands. It’s been at the depot for over a week now, they keep fobbing my mum off every time she talks to them. My mum was told that the parcel would be delivered by 10am today but guess what, it’s not arrived. What can she do now?

My partner works from home and was in the living room all day. No Ring/knock at the door. Then this less than useful proof of delivery. My local Evri driver used to be pretty reliable but lately I've had stuff like this or even parcels delivered to the wrong house..

Following tracking it said its been delivered and ready to collect, unfortunately their system wasnt working so couldn't sort through parcels. But then later that day its says its been collected...but it hasn't... went back on Sunday and the co op said its not there. We went back before it said it would be sent back to sender but I just find it strange. We've emailed evri and just waiting for a response. What could have happened? Anyone else had this happen?
