I ordered an item from B&Q, unfortunately the courier is EVRI, they have listed the parcel as delivered when I’ve checked my ring door bell & CCTV cameras there is nothing at all. Anybody else has this issue?

I’ve ordered 3 items over the past few weeks from different sellers. 2 parcels are tracked and when I click the hyperlink, Evri is telling me anything other than ‘we are waiting for your parcel’. The other parcel is also being delivered by Evri and has no tracking. I’ve reached out to one of the sellers who has stated she has spoken to Evri and the parcel is lost, but she will send out a brand new item again without any expense to me. I’m curious, because I sold an item via eBay and the customer did not receive their order from Evri and I got a message from eBay to let me know the customer had been refunded due to the lost parcel and I did not need to do anything. Genuine bs from Evri man, I ordered some shoes and Evri is taking the **** by lying straight to my face 😔. Evri customer support says "it may have been misplaced". wtf??? By the way I diverted my parcel to my local parcelshop, is this a common occurrence when u divert it to the shop?

I ordered the collectors edition TCG when they came out and never heard anything about them since. I know it has been over a year since I ordered them which means they probably got lost (I blame evri, if this is true this is the 3rd time they are lost a parcel of mine). I honestly don’t care about the money lost CREO is a good company so they can just keep it. I am mainly just asking is it worth me contacting them about the item or just forgetting about it as it has been so long. I would appreciate any advice.

How long does Evri Shops hold parcels for before sending the parcel back- just I know InPost is something 2-3 days

Asked for ParcelShop delivery and have been chasing Evri since Feb 6 because tracking just stopped updating. No answers, no clarity. Then out of nowhere it changes to “out for delivery” on Feb 13 and magically “delivered” Feb 14 at 8am — to my home address, not the ParcelShop I selected. I still don’t have my parcel and no one can tell me where it is. Have they lost it or just delivered it to the wrong place? Absolutely ridiculous.

Everyone emails our MP regarding Evri unreliable Delivery service many times parcels not delivered some cases are stone by Delivery driver or some time parcel mark delivered not received and customer service doesn't do anything about this issue. Please take this matter to parliament to close Evri down.

i'm returning a counterfeit hoodie that the seller tried to pass-off as legit. do they need to press a button saying they've received the return? because i should have had my return already,. it's getting ridiculous. i'm new to vinted and, in retrospect, should have known i was buying a bootleg because the price was so good, but whatever. i just want my money back.

3 out of my 4 recent Evri parcels have been lost/not delivered. They even lost the replacement for an original lost parcel. So for me there are 3 undelivered parcels for each successful delivery. Got me thinking, what happens to all the lost ones. Are they stolen, sitting in a warehouse, delivered to the wrong address?

I'm currently stuck in the will it / won't it Evri time machine I'm sure everyone in this sub has experienced. Why is delivery so unreliable, randomly generated and just impossible to track? You're given times / dates and it's like they may or may not have any correlation to the reality of where your parcel is / was whatsoever. The only saving grace here is you're given a tracking number. Is it the systems, too many parcels, lack of training, relying on AI bots pretending to be real people or driver related, or all of the above? In 24 hours I've had about 5 different status changes (back and forth) which almost seems worse than no communication ...

A saga..... Short story: Evri lost my parcel on 4th Jan. I phoned the customer service number and left a message saying I'd like an email response to start a complaint. That was a week ago. Has anyone ever heard back from Evri when they've reached out to them this way?
