Long story short, the Evri delivery driver deliberately damaged my parcel, assaulted my partner, as well as knocking my 11 week old puppy out of my partners hands and hit hit the ground. I have reported this to evri, as well as fairyloot, but they are refusing to provide a replacement. I sent them pictures showing the warping on the front cover, as well as the dent to the spine, but they have told me it’s not damaged enough. So I found a limited edition book set l've been dying to buy for cheap, I snapped it up. First of all Evri lost the parcel, I was gutted! Then they found and delivered it today and this is what I opened!!!!! When I say l'm distraught I'm not exaggerating lol. I've put a claim in to Vinted but I think I've selected the wrong thing, I put "wrong item" and I think I should have put “counterfeit". Do you think that'll affect it much?

Just to clarify upfront - this isn’t a request for advice, it’s simply a statement about what’s currently happening. As mentioned in the title, I regularly drop off parcels at my local ParcelShop for Evri to collect. Yesterday, I was told that the Evri van hasn’t been by in five days. The shop manager even tried to report the issue by phone, but was hung up on by Evri. Thankfully, six of my eight parcels are now showing as in transit. However, three of the earliest ones are still marked as being at the ParcelShop. I’m hoping they were loaded onto the van and just haven’t been scanned yet so… fingers crossed. I think I've worked out Evri's secret long term business plan and it has nothing to do with delivering parcels! Hear me out. It has become clear to me that Evri is secretly backed by a consortium of high street retailers who are set to on destroying online shopping experience. Think about it, why are they so bad at delivering parcels? Why is their customer service non-existent? It's obvious, by make buying online such an horrible experience you'll run back to the high street. You may call this yet another conspiracy theory but it's the only thing that makes sense.

My driver delivered the parcel to my house even though on Vinted I selected the local post office. I could see on my cameras that he tried to fit it in the mail box. I wasn’t in to recieve it but got a paper though the post that says this is the drivers final attempt and it’ll be returned to the seller?? But the tracking page says the opposite. However the tracking page hasn’t updated and still says it’s out for delivery & they’ll try tomorrow but I won’t be in tomorrow either to collect it. I’m really confused on how they’ve sent it to my home address. I tried to call Evri yesterday since it was late, but no one has called me back of course. I contacted Vinted but ...

Hi Reddit, My new legging have gone walkies 😢 I often use my local corner shop to collect Vinted parcels and they are usually excellent. I went to collect a parcel a few days ago and they couldn't find it, despite looking through everything twice. Popped back the next day in case it was late but it still wasn't there. Do I have any option now but to wait for a return to be triggered? I assume Evri will realise it's lost when they try to return it to the buyer and can't? Ideally, if anyone has any ideas on where else to look for my parcel, I'd really like to find it. When I tried to contact Evri they wouldn't do anything as it had been "delivered"...

All of their employees keep quitting because Evri offers such cheap services with no job stability. The other day, I went to check why my order was still stuck at the parcel shop for days, and luckily I got to speak with the guy who was loading all the parcels. He told me he doesn’t even work for Evri he works for an agency that Evri hires to collect parcels and drop them off to them. I could see that just one store’s orders could fill up his entire van, so I see why no one wants to work with them. It’s ridiculous. Honestly, it doesn’t seem like they’ve changed at all since they rebranded from Hermes to Evri. Plus, you can see they’re struggling to hire, on job sites like Indeed...

I got a thermal label printer, as trying to scan all the qr codes, especially across couriers, gives me so much anxiety. That and initially all parcels so I vaguely know what’s what. The printers been a game changer, and made packaging up so much easier with Evri and Inpost. But with Royal Mail it doesn’t give me the option to print at home like the others do. It just automatically gives me a QR code. Am I missing something or did they just flat out take the option away?

Since the start of the month, every parcel I've been due to receive from Evri has been delayed and is yet to arrive. I noticed they opened a new depot at the start of October in Belfast (although the depot is actually in Mallusk), which seems to line up with when I started having these issues. Was wondering if anyone else was in the same boat? Have contacted their support but that's gone nowhere. Just find it odd that it's happened with every single parcel, and only since this new depot opened. I know lots of people don't like Evri but I had never had an issue until recently. Well I go to the top of my stairs !!! I’m not sure what is going on. I took 3 parcels to my local post office nearly a week ago and only one is showing as being collected tonight followed by 5 others I took the next day and only one of those is showing it’s on the move tonight !!! Has anyone else had this was going to go tomorrow and ask if I can look if my other parcels are still there ???I know being post office that they get an influx for Evri but this is just ridiculous !!!

I placed a parcel in an Evri locker but it has registered as being too light to be in there, it said something very confusing on the screen and i had re shut the locker and pressed yes to it being the right size. But it opened up another locker, however the parcel was in the shut locker that i cant now access and hasn’t registered as being sent. I used the Evri chat/number and its just a bot assistant that when giving the tracking number it thinks im the buyer and waiting for it 🤦🏼‍♀️ i even messaged the vinted support which did not help at all. Has anyone else had this problem what do i do?! I need to speak to a human 😭

I don't mean literally, I just mean I wish companies would say/advertise their preferred courier before ordering. Just having received an email from Evri 'We've got your parcel'. Brilliant. There's something that's getting lost/damaged/stolen... I'd not have ordered from the company if I'd known that's their courier! /rant

I have been awaiting a package and just received notification that it's being sent back to the seller. I've tried tracking it but it says my postcode doesn't match. I buy and sell on Vinted and have no idea what's going on. Any ideas what's happened?

Yes we have now got to day number 13. Still no communication from Evri . So much for the reply in 24 hours . Now packlink is involved. And have put a claim in. What will happen next. Two parcels lost in the same locker on same day .

I ordered an item on Vinted that the seller dropped off at the parcel shop on 30th September. Since then the tracking hasn't moved. I've contacted Evri - who I know are notoriously dreadful - and they've said the item is lost. I've kept in touch with the seller, but since Evri said it's lost they've basically not been interested in helping chase. Tracking says it's at the parcel shop, so I suggested it could be worth going to the shop to see if it could be located. They said they'd go after work. That was three days ago. I've dropped them a polite message today to see if they've been but got no response. I don't want to be pushy and...

My parcel’s been stuck in a tracking loop for weeks, and Evri agents just keep sending the same generic replies without actually fixing anything. Does anyone know why this might be happening? And what can i do to get it sorted?
