Evri Locations - Store Locator Tool UK

I diverted my parcel to a locker on 21/11. Turns out there is actually no Evri locker at the location. The drivers have taken it out for delivery 4 times unsuccessfully and now it is just sitting at the depot. I can't undo the locker request now as Evri don't allow that. I have used the online chat and phoned them several times and the bots tell me it will be escalated. I did get an email on Tuesday from customer services, saying she would call me if it hadn't arrived by the next day. I haven't heard anything since. Is there anything else I can try or is my parcel stuck for good :(

does anyone know if its normal for a package to be stuck on “we’ve collected it” (not updating that it’s at a hub/depot) for 3+ days? Hi guys, I don't live in the UK and decided to deliver it to my friends business where he could have shipped it to me. My friend also runs a import export business so he also has a warehouse. The parcel was delivered a week back but my friend informed me yesterday that no parcel came since he was also out of town there was no one to confirm if the parcel arrived and when he came back yesterday he told me that he did not receive it. Royal mail frequently deliver my families cards and letters up to two weeks late around holiday times. I recently had medication arriving via Royal Mail which required a signature, they just left it hanging out of my letter box without any signature or even an attempt to knock the door. Hi been waiting for my parcel since forever. Noticed was stuck at the depot. Contacted customer services on the 3rd of Decemberthey got back to me and noticed it wasn’t delivered now tracking has updated saying was delivered on the 29th of November?! wtf they literally lied and backdated it. I was home and awake Thursday evening when this happened. They did not ring or knock, or try to put it through the post slot (it would have fit), but simply dumped it into the neighbour’s garden (next to the bin) without a word.

Last night, I found around 10/15 parcels dumped in front of my doorstep by an Evri driver. None of them addressed to me, but to businesses and individuals nearby. I spent over an hour redelivering them to the correct recipients. I’m still in possession of one that I couldn’t redeliver. What would be the most effective way to report that to Evri without having to deal with the ****** chatbot.

I am just about getting ready to rip my hair out. My parcel was due to come, and EVRI notified it was ‘damaged beyond repair in transit’ and that I would have to contact the seller. I also had a notification to say they had disposed of the parcel. I contacted SHEIN customer service thinking they would just send out a new parcel, they said they needed 3-5 days to investigate. 3-5 days later and I have messaged them again and they have come back with the same screenshot I sent them to say your package is damaged beyond repair. My guess is depot marked it as delivered. And they’re expecting me to take the brunt of this from my customers who I otherwise have a good relationship with. Dropped my 4.8 to 4.1. Hi all, started doing Uber Eats from my car (plus Evri parcel drops) due to finishing a PAYE job the other day and not starting my next role until the new year What’s the best thing to do tax-wise, is it worth getting an accountant to help or any websites/resources that can anyone recommends? it’s been delayed since Wednesday. Mind you all my temu packages come fine, but as SOON as I order a expensive jacket that was £50 it does this. this is the first time I ever ordered something expensive, I have rang the customer service spoken to the “ezra” chatbot and even talked to the seller. will it even show up? The issue is now resolved with the company, and they've sent replacements. I recieved 2 parcels of jewelery and 3 of the 4 items were missing. The only piece that was left was the one that was in a larger jewelery gift box, the others (which I assume were in the little cardboard packets the company usually use) were gone. I believe that the Evri courier stole the items via the side of the box. The damage was visible on arrival, but really it was quite subtle (I'd not really paid attention until opening the first parcel and finding it empty). This is my first experience of having something stolen by a courier - are they really that crafty?! It's honestly like a magic trick!

They were supposed deliver it four days ago, didn't try deliver it that day and haven't done **** with it since. I opened a ticket and basically got told "we'll try tomorrow" two days in a row, with no change on the tracker. At what point do I go back to the seller? Is this just a lost cause?

I delivered for Evri for 7 days and got £140. Now considering I had pretty large amounts of parcels, the pay is shockingly low. There was a time I had 84 parcels, another time I had a round that I delivered, then came back to the depot to deliver more the same day. This all includes a “£25 bonus” which my manager said I get last weekend. On top of this, I was told I would get paid more on the weekends, so I did most of these Saturdays and Sundays. I only did one weekday. Absolutely do not recommend. Messaged my manager about the pay. He didn’t reply so I went to the depot the next day to talk to him, he simple went “not right now” so I left the depot and won’t be going bac...
