Hi, I was just wondering what other peoples' experience was of ordering from Bolt over the last week? I placed an order for Wegovy on Saturday 20th which was approved, and I got an email stating it was ready for dispatch on the Sunday. Although I've been provided with a DPD tracking number, they say that they've not received the parcel from Bolt yet. I appreciate that I've ordered at a bad time leading up to Christmas but I thought they might have dispatched it by now seeing as we had 3 clear working days from approval to Christmas day. Has anyone else ordered from Bolt since last week and had their order sent yet?

I’m stuck in a ****** loop with Insta360 support and I want to hear how others handled it. I ordered from Insta360 over a month ago. The tracking stopped updating weeks ago (November 26 was the last update) and the package never arrived. I contacted DPD and they ran an investigation and basically came back with “we don’t know where it is, the sender has to handle it.” Insta360 support keeps replying with the same template: they’re “waiting for the carrier” and can’t do anything until the "investigation" finishes. Waited all day for a food delivery from Dukes Hill, an online butcher here in the UK. Email said delivery was today between 1:40 and 2:40 pm. Both my wife and I wait as close as possible to our front door which has a large sign on it that says "Deliverys knock loudly" Start checking from 2:40 onwards opening door and looking up and down the street. Is anyone else having order issues? I ordered the remote (Christmas gift) on 16th December, after they cancelled my original order on 2nd December. The Kobo order status says ‘shipped’ but the DPD tracking says ‘we’ve received your order details but have not received your parcel’. Every customer assistant I speak to via chat says different things and when I call them, they just tell me they will email once they’ve spoken to the ‘Ops team/Specialised team’ - and no email. I’m going round in circles and it’s so frustrating. I just want to get a refund now! 😩

I ordered a phone and an 02 sim ( I was with 3) on the 30th November in the deals. The parcel was lost by dpd. Samsung and 02 customer service is basically non existent, almost fully automated. Eventually I was told by samsung that they had to do an investigation before anything can happen. However, between them telling me that, my number had been ported over to 02, leaving me without a working phone. A DPD parcel I am waiting for has not moved for 5 days now. I managed to finally get to DPD human CS as opposed to talking to a chat bot, and they said Vinted needs to get in touch with them to start the investigation in the event of no movement after 24 hours. Vinted bot wants me to wait 25 days, lol, I dont even know if the seller can do anything on their end? The seller has been cooperative and I genuinely believe they sent the correct item. What I received, however, was two cheap, unwearable T-shirts instead of the jacket. The delivery was attempted 3 times but sadly I wasn’t at home and the parcel wasn’t supposed to be left without a signature. My partner ordered an additional phone line on her EE account for a new iPhone 17 Pro Max as a gift to me for Christmas. She has been with EE for years and our broadband is with them also. Hello, I posted on this issue in a previous post that got an overwhelming amount of attention, and you asked for the finale of this! Long story short, buyer claimed box came empty from me (!). I went back and forth with the buyer, found that on the DPD track and trace (the app version, thank you for the recommendation!) that the parcel had the good size (about a kilo), so the box could not have been empty (also its not possible I could have packed "empty air"). I told the buyer what you guys told me to say, standing my ground while being firm but not an *******, I never swore, I did not make actual threats as much as I did mention going to Vinted online, then even in person if need...

So I want to turn off all shipping options that allow pick-up and only have home delivery allowed, this is because of buyers not collecting their items and I end up out of pocket when the item never ends up being returned. For Inpost, Evri, and Yodel this is clear which to turn off but Royal Mail only has one option and buyer at point of check out can choose home delivery or collect from PO. I don't really wish to turn off Royal Mail but I cannot keep having buyers not collect their item and I get done over by the Vinted policy of refunding a buyer if they don't collect. I also can't see when a buyer using the collect from PO as digital QR does not show this for Royal Mail.

I ordered several tins of wood oil and related products from an online wood-finishes retailer. One tin arrived leaking, which they replaced. I later decided to return most of the order. They sent me their own DPD returns label with a 20kg limit. My parcel was under 10kg. I packed everything in one strong box, lined it with bubble wrap, individually wrapped the tins, used lots of void fill (including using their original packing materials where I still had them), and took photos of the packing before it was collected by their courier.
