Ordered the Champion's Choice bundle from My Nintendo Store UK on the day preorders were made available. Even though Nintendo guarantees release date delivery on physical products within a certain order window (which i DEFINITELY hit considering i preordered 4 months in advance) why has DPD still not updated yet? Will I even get my copy on release? Its very worrying as ive ordered the Galaxy 1+2 bundle and DK Bananza earlier this year, both arrived on time and the tracking was updated before the day they released.

I urgently need to send a 20 kg suitcase from the UK to France, but I don’t have a fixed address there (I’m staying in an Airbnb with no mailbox). I’ve looked into sites like ParcelMonkey and Sherpr, but I can’t find any option that lets me have the suitcase delivered to a pickup point or post office instead of a home address. Does anyone know if it’s actually possible to send luggage from the UK and collect it at a post office or pickup point in France (like a DPD or Mondial Relay location)? Can I just use the post office address and pick it up normally?

I’ve just received a dispatch email from Curry’s for the Xbox Ally X and have had a confirmation email from DPD that they are expecting the parcel.

Preordered Legends ZA through MyNintendo. Payment was processed and DPD have received order details but no parcel on the 9th October. No updates since. Does anyone have experience of preordering games from MyNintendo and how long before after launch day did you receive them? Might be beginning to regret preordering from the site instead of Smyths. Ordered a Polar Loop on September 29th. It shipped on October 2nd via DPD. Polar only allowed delivery to a pickup point (a local shop). DPD then handed the parcel over to Chronopost. Tracking showed that the pickup point refused the package because Polar had not configured the shipment correctly. It was set up as a home delivery instead of a pickup-point delivery. My partner is an Evri courier. She has been crazy busy with Amazon deliveries. An extra 50% of parcels. Same with the post office who are allegedly not posting letters due to the volume of Amazon deliveries. The DPD driver is in the same boat. Where we are, deliveries normally come from Weybridge or occasionally Havant. Is this a localised or temporary issue? I know there has been Prime days however it doesn't normally have this impact.
