So Psychiatry UK continued my care after the NHS failed to respond in time to shared care and on the 31st I got a Note on my Psychiatry UK account saying my meds have been dispatched and I will be notified by DPD of my delivery date as I have to give a pin to accept the parcel but nothing radio silence. I was told by my prescriber to contact PPG through the phone to which I was on hold for 20 minutes yesterday till I gave up and now 45 minutes today till the automation shut the call off due to excessive demand. I'm 2 days off meds due to running out and I'm feeling it especially at work and in my home life.

Has anyone been able to order to a parcel locker with mybmi, or how much it is to collect from pharmacy in Dublin? I’ve gotten it delivered to my new place and it’s not possible for dpd to leave it outside and it was a bit of ordeal last time missing the delivery time and no way to manage my delivery, so wanted to see if any alternative? Thanks :)

Hi there, I’ve recently sold a niche perfume on eBay to the UK, the buyer paid very quickly so there’s no issue there. I’m struggling to get it across to them. All packed, secure and ready to go but A Post International won’t take it, DPD has liquids on their prohibited list & I’m having a similar issue with UPS parcel link on eBay. Totally understand that perfumes are considered flammable & couriers don’t want to take the risk. It’s over €250 as well so I don’t want to take a chance & have it confiscated by customs. Hey, I see this community is brand new, so I apologise for a "not-so-positive" post. Still, I would appreciate someone's advice. I shipped a parcel to EU at the end of February. It was stopped a few days later, due to unclear issues. Or better, DPD's version changed several times: 1. First, the export forms were not duly signed, when they were. 2. Then, once they agreed the forms were not the issue, they argued one of the export codes I used was incorrect. As the title states, the delivery driver didn't even attempt to deliver my new P2S. He went to my neighbour downstairs who advised I lived upstairs. the driver said to her "I'm not going up those F'ing stairs" signed off my delivery himself (which im sure is illegal) and left with my parcel. he didn't even press my buzzer or knock my door. Another neighbour on the same floor confirmed seeing him put it back in the van and driving off. I was downstairs a second after I'd seen the "delivered" notification and he was gone. I did order something off eBay but haven’t gotten any tracking updates since it was Good Friday the next day so no delivery’s and during the weekends it was eater holidays so up until this morning recievd this message I think it’s fake I’m only abit convinced as the time lines seem accurate sorry I’m abit slow can somone js let me know. I sold an item on vinted and told the buyer that it will be sent. I checked their reviews and i noticdd a lot of 1 star automatic reviews. I was concered but i hoped they were able to collect it. Fast foward they hadnt collected the parcel after 36 days and it is still sitting in thr DPD collection point. I was so confused because they either ordered so many things becausd i noticed 5 star reviews from them as a buyer or they will let it sit there. I checked member reviews and someone said "they have a habit of cancelling orders" that got me concered. To this day they still havent collected it.

I have just sold a radiator grill which is 1m long, so the parcel is about 1.3m long. When I created the listing I selected ‘oversize parcel’, but now when I go and create the label ‘small parcel’ is selected (costing £5.88, which is what the buyer paid), but if I switch to ‘oversize’ it then changes to £13.63. It’s basically what the title says. I ordered the pink giraffe a few days ago from the BAB uk site as where I live we don’t have any stores (Jersey). I have waited a few days for tracking info and when i just went to look it suddenly says DPD is sending the package BACK to build a bear. Did i do something wrong? I sent a parcel on Monday through DPD locker for £40. On Tuesday morning the item was out for delivery but at 8pm the buyer and I both received a notification saying that the item was being returned to me. Today the parcel was out for delivery back to me however upon contacting DPD there's 2 issues that I'm not sure how to go about. 1) The return parcel has been sent back to me however upon checking with DPD, the driver delivered the parcel to my 'neighbour' 40 DOORS AWAY so essentially the parcel is missing. 2) DPD has accidentally created duplicate tracking numbers. Earlier this year I arraigned for the sale of £1000 worth of camera equipment to MPB. was all set and ready for ship but when DPD driver arrived I was asked to parcel all items together or be charged additional costs. Had to find something that would contain all the items and resulted in a carrier bag that was wrapped up. DPD driver accepted the parcel, scanned, took a photo and was on his way. this is where the problem starts. tracking app shows the parcel arriving at the depot the same day and then the next mention is that there is a delay the following day.
