So I ordered a high-value item (a full prebuilt PC) that was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of September. I got a confirmation email from DHL saying it would arrive that day. Then, on the actual day of delivery, I got a notification saying it was delayed until the 25th. That alone was suspicious and stressful, but I figured okay, fine, one more day. Now it’s the 25th, 1PM and I still haven’t received it. No new updates, no confirmation it’s even out for delivery. All I’ve been doing is refreshing the tracking page and getting more restless. Hi, I sent some parcels from UK to italy with personal stuff with dpd service however at custom : They asked me for extra taxes despite the declared value of less than 45 euro and I paid it. Then they wanted me to provide Recipt for every single items in the parcels (hundreds!) that obviously I don't have. So they are now returning everything to UK. Now i found out that dpd does not allow to ship personal items. I am wondering if booking with parcelforce I will have the same problem? They do allow personal items but I don't understand if this is an issue with custom authorities or the shipping company... Previously I had used parcelforce and never had a problem. Thanks

Waarom is dpd toch zo een kakbedrijf? Wie wil er nog zaken met hen doen? Telkens als ik iets online bestel en het is met dpd krijg ik de melding dat ze me gemist hebben terwijl ik gewoon thuis ben en ze niet hebben aangebeld. Nu mag ik dat pakketje 15km verder gaan halen omdat ze het naar een of andere random parcel-shop gaan sturen. The past Friday 3 orders of mine arrived at the DPD locker . Since then, I received no code to pick it up, checked both email and SMS multiple times . I called them, the person said they’d send me the code . I waited and waited , and nothing . Hi All I wanted to make everyone aware of a serious issue. It seems that DPD Germany signs the proof of delivery and mark your parcel as delivered , even when this has not happened. I have tried to complain several times but I have had no reply so I will explore other options and I am thinking of seeking legal advice. Has anyone got any tips ?

I was at work that day so I requested dpd to change to a pick up from local Co-op. Same day I get a message saying delivery has been completed and signed off by me. There is even a picture of the parcel dropped of somewhere. Can only see the parcel in the picture and nothing else. I complained to dpd who accept this looks like an incorrect delivery. They asked me to ask Amazon to initiate a complaint with them. Amazon say they need a police report to initiate the process. Police say Amazon needs to file the complaint. How can this Depot send emails and live feeds for tracking of vans that are not on the route and for parcels that have not been scanned out of the depot? How can they not find the address when just last week, they allegedly delivered a package that no one can find to a business location? How do they deliver a package that does not show the van or the driver on the security footage of a business establishment? Why do they just say contact the shipper and have them claim the insurance?
