Ordered something supposedly coming today, I'm stop 193... guy has been out since about 10:30am and delivered 90 so not even half way to me in terms of parcels I'm now wondering if it's even possible for it to be delivered today or do they deliver later than I am expecting? Never usually have an issue with DPD but seems they just stuck this guy with a ****** amount of parcels

I don't like my odds. People like to ***** about royal mail but this parcel has said out for delivery for two days how is one meant to plan around this lol

Hello everyone, I‘ve been having an issue this week when I ship items. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue before and if it‘s an error on Vinted‘s side or Chronopost/Dpd. I send parcels frequently with Chronopost/Dpd, never had issues but this week I sent two parcels to France (from Germany) and both times I got an e-mail and a shipping update on the Dpd website that my parcel has not been collected by the buyer and that it‘s going to be sent back to me… even though I literally only brought it into the parcel shop a few minutes before that. Title was prehaps a bit dramatic but I'm at my wits end. Has anyone else had this problem? My parcel was dropped off by the seller at their pick up point and after that the tracking never updated. It's been 7 days. In those 7 days I have been in a never ending loop of frustration. DPD acknowledge my parcel is missing but I cannot begin the search. The seller (vinted) must contact them to begin the search as they are the account holder. Vinted won't contact dpd as their policy is only to do so after 25 days or if the tracking updates to lost parcel. Dpd can't update the tracking, can't iniate a search and basically can't do anything without Vinted giving the ...

I’m honestly at my wits end at this point, 3/3 tracked 24 items have ended up in a black hole after entering Leeds MC, three different items from 3 different senders. I don’t think anything sent by royal mail is actually reaching me, no longer get any bank letters, bills. It’s new build apartment building, I’ve tripe checked the postcode and address on the last order, is it not registering? Is someone stealing my parcels? At this point I’m having to message vendors asking them to use DPD or even Evri because wtf is going on?

Hello, i sold gopro hero 11 on vinted and i sent it to customer 28.11 by parcellocker so today i checked and nothing changed same status - parcel is in locker so i called dpd customer service and they said parcel is lost and i have to make complaint so do you have any idea or advice what i have to do? thank you in advance

It’s only been two hours since I sent the packet but then I get an email from DPD saying that the package could not be collected and it’s coming back to me? I don’t understand how it can happen. Yep it’s the time of year bad deliveries take an even worse turn. No **** on the drivers directly it’s a thankless job but I do have a scale of guts drop when I see particular delivery coming by a firm. In my experience best is Royal Mail, I do have a great postie who is careful to leave items in my agreed place, close second be Evri again purely down our delivery guy he’s great. I bought a item from a store on ebay, they sent the parcel out to my address but it somehow got delivered miles away to a different post code to a business in an industrial estate and was signed for upon delivery. After this i contacted the seller and they asked me a bunch of confirmation questions like, can i confirm i did not receive the parcel, can i confirm i don’t know the person who signed for the package ect, and they sent me a replacement parcel out which i received.
