Hi! I am a 25 year old female who spent 5 months in inpatient/residential treatment for anorexia this summer. During that time, i had quite a bit of physical recovering to go through as I had been very underweight and over exercising for a prolonged period of time. While i was in treatment i was on a high calorie meal plan (5000+ calories daily) in order to put on weight and restore organ and hormone function.
