Hello everyone, I work at a small independent pharmacy in my area. We have been having major issues with insurance not reimbursing enough for GLP-1 medications (talking about losing \~$200-400, sometimes more, per fill). Anyone else seeing issues with this? I worked at Rite Aid previously so was never hung up on costs as much.

About a week ago I was running out of sertraline (200mg) and went to my doctor for a regular appointment, where she told me that medicaid wouldnt cover the prescription anymore (despite being on it for years with no issue) i had to start paying for it, and ive already had problems with walmart pharmacy in the past since I had to switch from rite aid (for obvious reasons). Walmart had already delayed the refill (of course) and when they found out I hadnt been on it for a few days (because of them) they decided I needed to go to a lower dose (100mg)! And this delayed the refill even more, not only that, but they also keep delaying my mothers blood pressure medicine (she has blood cancer!) for ...

Hi. I’m sure this has been asked and answered but I can’t find it. Does anyone know how we can get an export of our pharmacy records? I need them for my young son. I know there are potential workarounds like going through the prescriber, but I am not asking about that. I am looking for the records from RiteAid. Thank you!

I’ve been on spironolactone for a year and a half and I used to get it from Rite Aid by a brand that started with auro (forgot the full name). then I switched to Safeway pharmacies and got one that starts with Nort (won’t tell me the full name on the bottle). I got a refill a week ago and now the pills are not circular, theyre oval, and they’re from a brand called Oxfo. I have not started these yet but I do know I am sensitive to switching mini pill birth control brands so I am worried I will be sensitive switching spironolactone brands.

They had my prescription ready within 20 minutes of my doctor contacting them. Pick-up was drama free: no line, I paid and they handed it to me. It’s super cute in there, too. I live in Oakland and have United Healthcare insurance through my job. It's been a struggle to find a pharmacy nearby with the closure of Rite Aid since CVS doesn't take my insurance. University Pharmacy doesn't work with my schedule, doesn't carry a lot of medications I used and I had a bad experience with the manager of their staff there. I tried using Optum RX delivery service and they are pretty horrible too. I'm considering switching to Schiller and use their delivery service I just wanted to put feelers out there and see if anyone here has any other pharmacies they use or pharmacy services. If anyon uses Schiller...how do you like it?

The Rite Aid off Avenida Encinas has been closed for a while now. Would be great to have another drug store/ pharmacy in that location. Or an Aldi or Trader Joes. Your thoughts?
