Since Rite Aid has gone under, it’s so sad. The only option for people to pick up prescriptions in the Stowe Township area is at Giant Eagle in Kennedy. Food also unless you go to Aldi in McKees Rocks. Yet Giant Eagle opened up a new pharmacy in downtown Sewickley in the old Rite Aid. The Leetsdale pharmacy in the GE is right down the road. I understand how we are viewed. We can’t inconvenience rich people.

Hi Hi sisters, I am getting this awfful error.. I need to stop screwing around with my local crappy pharmacy . They took on all of the rite aide customers that closed down & they are constantly running out of estrogen patches. They are giving me the run around.. I would use Alloy, they gave me a bunk **** estrogen gel that was so ineffective I went back to my creams from amazon. I cannot find a dr. that can treat me for mesopause. only 3 gynos and they are all awful and treat you like garbage. Has anyone else had issues with telerx? I filed in March like normal got notice had to verify identity to finish processing now in November just getting notification need to provide paystubs and other documents. I worked at rite aid and then two other pharmacies after that how do I get the documents they need to just get my return finished this is crazy. They are asking for 3 paystubs letter head with dates of employment wages paid and withhold deductions i canf find how to get anything from rite aid do I need stuff from all three or just the last one!

So I was employed at a Rite Aid in New Jersey for over 2 years as a pharmacy tech and was part of the 1199 union. In fall of 2023 the store closed. I started working for another pharmacy before switching careers. The company I work for now has 401k plans through empower. When I set up my account I noticed that I had a Rite Aid 401k account already in my name with 0 balance. I honestly don't remember if I was paying into my 401k or not while working for Rite Aid ( I was a few years younger and **** and didn't pay attention to that stuff). But now I'm wondering.... Can someone please explain why CVS pharmacy is obsessed with my spironolactone prescription? Every time I go to fill any of my other medications they ask me about the spironolactone. What gives? I've been taking this medicine for my PCOS hormonal acne and facial hair for years. It was never a problem until I switched from rite aid (RIP) and now they transferred that spironolactone script and ever since every single time I fill anything I have to answer: are you planning on taking spironolactone. Why would I be filling the **** thing and paying for it to NOT take it?

When I was growing up we had both an Eckerd and a Rite Aid in town, but we always went to Eckerd for the deals. I still remember the JCPenney's catalog area beside the pharmacy. Order merch from the phone and it was delivered. The fact you could still use your JCP credit card there (and carried over to Rite Aid) always fascinated my grandma. Long story short, I found this retro train set at an antique store and could not pass up buying it. Definitely miss Exkerd / Rite Aid.

We live in Centennial /Powellhurst. We've been using Fred Meyer at 148/division and my hubs hates it. Always a line, takes forever to get a refill. Our rite aid closed. Who's your local pharmacy?

Anyone know if Dave now is at another pharmacy? He filled my scripts for years and he’s awesome. After he closed MacArthur he and some of his team went to work for Rite Aid 21st St. Of course that place crashed and burned shortly thereafter.

I do not work at Walgreens, but call monthly due to being prescribed two controlled substances. I just want you guys to know that not all of us believe that it is your fault that our prescription is on back order, cannot be refilled early, needing a new rx prescription, or that there is a long wait time to get the prescription filled.
