I was an SFL previously for six years, and I just transferred back into the pharmacy to be a tech. In upstate New York, where my store is located, all of the Rite Aid drugstores just closed and went out of business. Our pharmacy volume has increased by at least 40%. I helped out in the pharmacy as an SFL, doing the registers in the drive-through and occasionally filling. But this new volume is insane. Are these the worst gigs to take? I swear every cvs/rite aid around me takes at least half an hour to pickup a script. It's sitting there behind the counter but there's always a massive line of people picking up scripts and they never have someone at the dropoff/consultation counter ready to hand it over.
