My wife and I decided to try Factor meals out about a month and a half ago. Back in October my wife and I tragically lost our daughter and it has made simple things like trying to figure out what to eat for dinner, going to the grocery store and cooking each night extremely taxing mentally and physically so we thought that having meals delivered to the house we could just put in the microwave would make things a little easier on that front and it did for the first two weeks. Honest opinions only! Here is a weekly menu from a friends residential home. She sometimes gets calls for questions and it seems as though her CNAs are not following instructions (cooking wrong thing on the wrong day, can't find items, leaves out items too long when they are delivered by grocery store, etc.) I've tried to tell her it is too hard to follow but if she changed the design/layout maybe there would be less mistakes. Her colleague believes that the CNAs need a supervisor to be more strict with them. From a CNA perspective, what do you all think?

So I work and a grocery chain, and I want to note that this happened yesterday on superbowl Sunday, when there tend to be a lot of people who just seem like they don't usually visit grocery stores. So when I transferred to the store I'm currently at now, I noticed we do things for grocery than most stores. For some context the grocery department at this store was suffering when I first got there but now there stable. Every ad change instead of grocery separating the tags, they leave us 2-3 baskets of tags for us to separate at the desk and give back to them. We also do their candy replenishment and also take care of refilling the three door cooler with drinks. It's been a rough week, beginning last Monday. For context, around July of 2025, the doctors asked me to remove my mother's meds from the house; she was taking incorrect meds in general; old pain meds, mixed with her Fluoxitine, as well as other meds I'm not sure of mixed with her daily meds like, Gabbapentin and Lisinipril. I am in Central FL. I have been growing this Hass Avocado tree from an avocado I bought in a grocery store. The recent cold snap we had (temps below freezing) made some of the leafs turn brown on the top part of the tree. Should I clip those branches off? Or leave them be? Having some decision paralysis here and I am not sure which option would be a better do it all. I want to ride pretty much everywhere. Would love to ride trails as well as to the grocery store and do some light bikepacking as well. Pretty set on one of these two bikes but I don't know whether I should go hard tail or gravel bike for my first real bike and a kind of do it all machine.
