Three times in the last few months when I have gone to my local Publix, there have been dogs on a leash walking down the aisles with absolutely no indications of being service animals. The one yesterday looked like a collie. The dog was seen close up in person by numerous employees who quickly looked away. You could see the confusion on customers faces. Two of the dogs have been large and one was a smaller breed that could’ve fit in a cart, but it was walking on leash.
