I’ve owned the Lelit Bianca v3 for a year. At around the 10 month mark, the machine started acting up and steam would release from the spout under the group head every few seconds. The store I got it from in LA is saying it’s due for maintenance and that this must be done every 6 months by a technician for $150. Is this accurate? This wasn’t surfaced in my research when buying and I wouldn’t have purchased had I known this as there are no shops near me that do this and LA is an hour away. This also doesn’t make sense to me considering so many purchase their machine online. Can this maintenance be DIY’ed and what are you all doing to maintain your machines in 6-12 month increments...

Posted this yesterday not knowing about the cart review rules - but do you guys have an opinion on these toners or do you recommend something else ? I have slightly oily, mildly sensitive skin, and my pores clog around my T-zone and chin. So yesterday I got an email informing that their pro shopper requirements went up. Apparently you needed to find 94% of all "original items" meet the criteria and now they raised it to 96%. I was curious to know where I was at in the mix and I was shocked that I was at 90%. The thing is if the store is out of stock of that particular item it counts against you, if an item won't scan it counts against you, and if the customer is purposely being a straight up piece of sh*t and is running a scam that effects your score negatively. Hi everyone, hoping someone here has experience with Thai customs or forwarding services. I’m based in the US, and I bought an handbag from a store in Hong Kong since it was much cheaper than buying in the US. Since US import duties can be extremely high, I had it shipped to my Thai forwarding address (Thai Nexus) because I thought it would be simpler and more cost-effective to route it through Thailand before forwarding it to me. But Thai Customs ended up charging 5,254 THB (3,700 THB duty + 1,554 THB VAT), I have no clue how this was calculated, im not sure how much the original shop declared the duty of the product , but I paid around 17000 THB for the product.
