Is this Pyunkang Yul store on Shopee legit? I always buy this product from KBeauty Cafe, but the last time I checked, they were sold out, so I ordered from this store instead. When it arrived, I noticed that the text on the bottle was in English, whereas the one I bought from KBeauty Cafe was in Korean.

I really enjoy coffees/ lattes. I don’t enjoy creamers from the store. so I end up getting them from coffee shops instead of making at home. I do only use almond milk. I realize they can be a lot of calories with the syrups.I would like to make them at home and hopefully control how much sugar and calories I’m in taking. I think this is one of my barriers in weight loss. Does anyone have any tips for low calorie coffees or ways to continue with lattes to help with weight loss.

Hello :) I have a question, but could someone provide me some insight as to why Lawrence doesn’t construct any developments beyond K-10 and I-70? I was just looking at Lawrence on a map and seen how the city’s footprint is confined in by I-70 and K-10 (with the exception of that little neighborhood that’s immediately north of I-70.) Is it due to the city’s zoning laws? I also wonder how this will impact Lawrence’s future growth; will the city eventually develop and grow towards the Kansas City Metro Area to avoid going beyond both stretches of freeway?
