But then they replaced that with the Cloud Plus, and it has a pointy-er toe box that forces my ring and pinky toes to smash into the side. Is anyone else having problems with Nordstrom customer service lately? I’m a frequent shopper and their top tier loyalty member and have been for several years and don’t remember their process being this bad before. They changed their process to include a disclaimer that they will not return incorrectly packaged items and also have new “made up” rules about returning designer items to their warehouse. All of the cards were collected today. My daughter and I hit the Hit the UMusic Shop at Penn station and they told us we were like the 11th and 12th people to finish… …aand they only got five of the tote bags in. 🤣 They said the rest should be in tomorrow or Monday and they will mail them out.
