Sorry this may be a little whiny, lol. I have one store I am debating to stop taking orders at because something goes wrong there every time. Items mislabeled, not in the spot on the app, and etc. Like absolutely **** stuff that makes the shop take 10x longer. Like, tonight it was Doctor Pepper labeled as Dr. P so it wouldn’t scan and I couldn’t cancel or substitute because the store registered they had it all over the store in the front. I literally had to go each cash register that had it, scan it, let it error out it, before I could finally mark it no substitution - which I am sure affects my metrics.
