Probably as a Crimson Fleet, I wanted to try being a pirate! The many hours I've spent on this game customizing my ship and doing lots of exploration, omg, plus all the many updates the game has had, I really want to try the new free update and the new story DLC! Real-world places around you (shops, parks, hospitals, gas stations) show up on the map as claimable Points of Interest. You physically walk to them and claim the location. I've been an iPhone user for the past 3 years and I've recently switched from an iPhone 13 to a Z Flip 5. It's been generally a great experience, but something caught my attention: It's almost impossible to leave home without people asking me about my phone hahaha. Today I went to a grocery store and a barber shop and in both establishments the employees were curious about my flip phone. This also happened at college and at work. This is something curious that has never happened to me before with other phones. It certainly adds up to the flip phone "wow factor".

I just moved to NW Oklahoma City and have been trying to find my regular grocery stores and shops. I really like to make steak and salmon, and so far I’ve tried buying from the meat counter at Crest and Sprouts but it has been a little pricier than I would want to regularly pay. When I was in a tattoo shop a long long time ago they had a really cool piece that looked like stretched tanned furless leather with symbols on it, and I thought it was so cool and I'd love to try to make it at home. I've skinned things before, but never saved it since I was only doing it for the bones. It looked like the picture below, but very small. No bigger than the hide of a large rat. I finally dragged myself through 45 aggravating minutes of surface street traffic to my nearest Nordstroms. Multiple rounds of online order, try, return (40FF, 40F, 38FF, 38F) had led me to think a 38E with a non stretch extender would be good. The 40s were just too high in the gore and too wide in the wires, and the FF and F were just too big in the cups. I tried on, in store, Elomi Lucie, Matilda, and Zarla all in 38E with my extender. There’s a sandwich shop in a busy strip mall I frequent that has two curbside pickup spots in front of the doors. About 85% of the time, one or both of the spots are occupied by empty cars. When they’re both occupied, I have to tell the shop I’m picking up curbside but I’m not in the curbside spot, I’m elsewhere in the parking lot, and have to explain where I am. Often they are picking up a to-go order inside, but several times, I’ve observed people come out of the store and enter the curbside car without sandwiches, meaning they ate their meal inside, presumably for a longish time.

I don't think this is a shopper problem, but Instacart itself. I had never used IC before I was without a car, but I started using it selectively for things that were only at stores too far to walk or bike to. I made a post asking what was the deal with orders always being late no matter the order size, time of day, or day of the week. My orders are always fairly small, usually 8-15 items so it's not as if they would take a long time to shop.
