Found two copies of Power Man & Iron Fist Epic Collection: Doombringer on Shop. I got mine for $53, and this store is selling it for $58 after shipping and taxes, basically retail price. It’s also the last copy I’ve seen online for a decent price. This Epic is OOP, and eBay has some high prices for it. It’s the last one I needed to complete the run.

I run a small local retail shop and the business has been growing slowly. Now I want to create a proper execution plan to run the shop in a more organized way and plan for future growth. I have some basic ideas about improving daily operations, managing suppliers better, handling stock properly, and improving the overall customer experience. However, I am trying to understand what a practical execution plan for a small retail shop should look like and what steps should be planned first. If anyone has experience running or growing a retail store, I would really appreciate your suggestions on what things are most important to focus on.

I’ve been buying and collecting a many years now and just recently with everyone buying everything up have found it difficult to just enjoy my hobby of buying and collecting Pokemon cards. I eventually found my local card shop in my area that I started to check out. I’ve never been inside a card show or card shop always just bought at retail stores or traded with friends. But I was surprised to find my local store was selling everything at market or slightly above market and was just curious if that’s normal. I mean it seemed like most of the things they sold there I could find on Facebook from a scalper selling a few dollars cheaper so just was curious if that’s the norm.

I studied the last week of Dec-thru the second week of Feb. 4-6 hrs a day. I used: Inman (2022): someone gave me a copy of the PDF’s and audio.
