so I just clean installed my pc and I supposedly got the right key with an app from microsoft store called "showkeyplus" but when i entered it says my windows isnt activated?? I've had this PC for 8 years and a shop built it so I don't have the email, it was windows 10 first, then i upgraded to windows 11 not too long ago and now im here, also, i did login with the original account any way to get it back or check if it's in one of my microsoft accounts? also when i check for problems and say i changed recently of hardware from this device it prompts a laptop used by my father if im not mistaken, is this safe to do? it has the same account as the original pc

Three years ago, I paid a little under spot price in a local consignment shop for what appeared to be a 2-ounce Mexican silver coin. I figured someone might not have known what the true value was. I took it to a trusted dealer who took one look at it and said "it's a fake." Ok, so I lost $40.00. Big deal, I've drunk more than that in beer in a weekend. Amidst all the dissatisfaction and hopes for a new future, I want to take a little time appreciate the development that has taken before my eyes in Bharatpur. The main visible development has been the 6 lane highway. I personally believe that a proper road is a basic need but on the side, I also want to appreciate the fact that we didn’t have this before and now we do. I don’t think it’s wrong to be grateful.
