My Abound, long without issue, just suddenly started making this nasty metallic sound from the back wheel. And by suddenly, I mean I stopped at a pet store for an errand and when I got back on the bike the sound started. Seems like more than just some brake rub? Anyone have experience with this? Before visiting, I thought this store would sell Whole Foods-type products (organic & expensive). Trader Joes is the most affordable grocery close to me. They also seem to consistently have more issues in the locations closest to me for some reason. Do you add this directly to the drum before you add the laundry, even if you have a detergent compartment? Or should I put it in the detergent compartment?
