Months ago, my wife needed vanilla for her baking. I NEVER put up roadblocks to that! I scurried out to the nearest shop. ...but, all the store had was artificial. Lurker turned poster over something that happened on my day off. I walk into a bagel place for lunch, midway through the line a song that's on the **** predetermined radio mix at my work starts up. On 12/3/25 I chatted with Visible. They were offering a promo, however my current plan didn't end for over a month, and I didn't want to cancel it early. I asked if it was possible to buy a Visible plan now, then activate it later. They said yes, then told me how. On 12/9/25 I made the purchase as suggested. I want to preface this with I have NEVER left my kids in the car alone. This is the first time I ever did and I will explain why. This isn’t a habit, and I’m NEVER doing it again. I have 2 kids. Hi, everyone. I was just browsing on the Nordstrom app earlier today and noticed for the first time an item showing as “only available in store” for a certain size and another item showing “pick up only”. In any case, neither of these items were available for shipping. Then there was another item that showed “available nearby” yet it was still available to be shipped as well. Is this a new thing for certain items on Nordstrom.com? I’ve never seen this before. In 2021 I decided to start buying CDs again. I had been mp3 album mostly for the previous 15 or so years. I needed to get out of the house, had a little disposable income and always looking for more music. Felt a little guilty ripping CDs from the library all the time. Started thrifting at records stores, and thrift shops. Usually looking to never spend over $5 on a Cd. I’m not sure if anyone has gone through this, I’m sure some have before. She was so, beautiful and kind. She even teased my dad for trying to ‘blame’ me for silly things when he was in shopping “oh no we won’t say that was her! We like her around here” We cried, and we smiled at the memories, and cried some more. Rest in peace my dear. You were truly an amazing woman, and an even more amazing person to have in store.
