I recently bought a new MSI Thin A15 laptop from the official brand store. At first, I used an external keyboard, so I didn’t notice the issue with the laptop’s keyboard. After five days, I realized that the B key was broken. I contacted the store as soon as I discovered the issue, and they told me to bring the laptop to their shop. Since the shop is far from my home, I was only able to take it to them on the 7th day after purchase. After inspecting it, they claimed that the damage was “physical damage” and refused to replace or repair it under warranty. If they do not respond or provide a proper resolution, I will proceed with the legal process.

I am fortunate enough to have what I need, and I'm trying to cut back on spending after the holidays (and I like to plan way in advance). The problem is, I like routine. A LOT. Hey all, i have to ask how to sort this: I was in a gamestore (don't want to name to not damage their Reputation) to the prerelease of the new avatar set. They had an aktion so that you get a prerelease box and a Collector booster to start with, but not all collector boosters were not there yet becouse of shipment. There were like half of the boosters there and the shop owner decided to keep them and give them to us all when the other bossters arrive. Wich is totaly fair. So far so good...
