Firstly, I completely agree with the being disappointed in the hype of what’s just a tote bag. Just did a shopping order and lost my **** pro shopper rating because the **** buldak soup isn’t for sale in the ShopRite I went to. I called support and told the lady they don’t sell that here. She said she would “write a note” so I wouldn’t get dinged and to just mark it as “can’t find item location” and to take the picture for both buldak soups that were added by customer. Before calling I told the customer to refund the item, that they don’t sell them in this shoprite, she said she couldnt figure out how to do it.
