Like the title says, it’s been very slow this past week, so I’m accepted batches I don’t normally accept. Idk how long after one batch pops up another will, so if it’s above $20, less than 10km and under 35 units…. IM TAKING IT!!! LOL well anyways. I took a triple, 3 very small orders, customer A had only item, B had 7 and C had 11. I couldn’t believe they said this to me as I was only shopping at point for 6 minutes and had only 9 items left to shop. When I first started shopping for my girlfriend's ring, I really liked LGD's diamond selection, but I also wanted a custom band. I consistently beat the shopping timer by a lot, and I dont "start delivery" until im bagged up and leaving the store. Since I was a kid my bio mom always picked my clothes until I was in my teens. She'd make me try them in the dressing room but then add more to try but the way she went about this was that she'd just suddenly open my dressing room door or pull the curtains completely unannounced just to hand me more clothes. I had a greatttttt shopping day. A planter, glazed bowl, speckled bowl, a huge keffiyeh (free Palestine), Le Creuset jug, three things of bias tape, a metal business card holder, a ceramic little trinket dish, a little wooden model ship, wooden people toys, stickers, two coloring books, a few yards of cotton poplin, and a huge blanket. Everything was between $0.99 and $5. Then at the consignment shop I got a NWT linen Boden dress ($38) and a linen J Crew tank ($17). I’m so pumped. Also featuring my thrifted (rescue) dog.

When it comes to regular stores, it's a lot easier to tell myself to wait because whatever it is that I want will be there in 3 days, or a week, or a month. So it's easier to let the urge come and go. But with online thrift stores, once in a while a high-quality, highly desirable product will pop up at an amazing price, and if I don't buy it THEN AND THERE someone else will, and i'll likely never find the same thing again, at all or at that low of a price. So even if it's something I don't even want THAT badly, I buy it because it's such a good deal for such a rare item. It keeps me going back to the website every day, because i'm scared i'll miss...
