yesterday i spent the day in a westfield mall shopping with my tween niece. for context - i have pretty much exclusively shopped online or in opshops for the last few years. Has anyone else had a poor experience with Luckyscent’s customer service ? They sent me samples that weren’t full and some about half way. I emailed them and they did resend them but they were so short with me and it really felt unfriendly. I also waited like 12 days to receive my order because it took so long to pack. I gave a flat tip that was about 13% of my order total. My shopper messaged me and told me my order would be late because she had to go back and sit in her car to charge her phone. This was after she picked up like 2 of my items and marked them as shopped. Then when she resumed shopping, she picked up like 2 more things and started just marking everything else as a refund. I had substitutions selected for some things or "replace with best" and was available to chat but she didn't even try.
