I found someone's phone in my shopping cart at the Jenkins Costco today. It caught my attention because an alarm was going off at 1:00 p.m. to "open the store." I never would have noticed it otherwise because the red cover blended in with the kid seat of the cart. Which I suspect is why it got missed in the first place.
