Hi everyone! So it’s barely my second week and I’m still kinda figuring things out but I had a question about location tracking. I know that obviously customers can track you during delivery, but my question is can they only see your location when you start shopping and then start delivery? Or does the tracking start the moment you accept the batch? Like do they see you traveling to the store and then walking in to start shopping? I ask because sometimes I take a minute or two to get my bearings and get my headphones on and such and I’m worried about customers seeing me sitting at a store and thinking like wtf are they doing not going in and shopping yet?

Just want to say the owner of the redondo beach GO is truly the worst. So rude. Seen her be rude to her workers numerous times and them make comments when she left the room.
