Shopping started ok. I know people take batches and I know shoppers aren't running to my door. Got a message saying they were headed my way by 715p. Hello, Today I was reallllly pis****ed off. I get a 47$ order for a shop and pay at Costco. Unfortunately the Costco closes in about 20 mins so I rush to the store and start gather all the items. The client then contact me and say if you’re not fully completing the order before the store closes, you can cancel the order. I keep pushing and keep getting the stuff. But then the client insists and argues that I need to cancel it, I decide to call support and explain the situation. In the meantime the client cancels the order! The PetSmart in the Quarry Shopping Center has a ball python that is starving itself to death. The staff have admitted that it hasn’t eaten since it was received. It has been to the in-store Banfield, but that is not an exotic vet! And now it is back on the sales floor in the same stressful environment and poor condition. I couldn’t get pictures but it is dangerously thin. Please, if you have the capacity to do so, take this little guy home! PetSmart has a policy that allows management to adopt out animals that are beyond the scope of care that PetSmart can provide out to knowledgeable pet parents free of charge! I asked a few months ago about shopping at the Tokyo store and only a few people were able to answer so I thought I would share my experience on Dec 11 in case it’s helpful to future visitors. I went to the ikebukuro popmart in Tokyo. You can access it from ikebukuro station in the Basement floor and it’s on the 6th floor of the parco mall. It’s more of a kiosk but there was about a case on display for each product and it’s continuously stocked. I arrived at 2pm and there was still stock on everything.
