Ordered sneakers from Nordstrom and somehow got two completely different shoes in the box. I emailed customer service expecting them to fix the issue somehow, but all they told me was to return them. So I had to waste my own time driving to the store because of their mistake. The worst part? The yellow pair I originally wanted was sold out in my size. I even asked if they could exchange them for another color, but apparently only the yellow ones were on sale so they wouldn’t do it. Maybe it’s just me, but it feels like Austin used to have way more places open late at night than it does now. Not even just bars/restaurants either — grocery stores, coffee shops, pharmacies, random everyday places all seem to close earlier than they used to.
