I’ve ordered from knife-gallery.com in the past, and I’m in Japan for the next two weeks (Tokyo and Osaka), but the price still shows in dollars. Given the exchange rate it seems like it should be cheaper to buy in Japan with yen. Is there any store I can visit to find koutetsu knives for a good price? I’d love to visit their shop but can’t make the day trip to their location outside Osaka.

So I have an Acer Aspire 3 15 that i got nov 2024, it has an amd ryzen 5 7520u with integrated radeon, 1TB ssd and 16gb ram that i got refururbished for 260$. it does everything i need it to do relatively well, editing shortform videos (could be better, but its usable in this area), doing college work, a bit of overwatch and others of that calibre from time to time. Very niche but I was reading that cows fed fruits instead of corn or grass result in more vitamins and flavor in the beef. Does anyone know if there’s a butcher shop that carries it for sure? Grocery stores like Whole Foods don’t even carry it. I saw some farms including one in North Carolina and one in like southern Virginia offer it but it’s a bit far. I also saw a farm that only sold it if you bought a portion of the entire cow which is way too much beef. Very niche I know. I’m a huge beef guy even though I know it’s bad for the environment.
