Does anyone else have this issue? It's been going on for a while but even though I have the setting turned off, I keep getting these Shaw's orders. They are formatted slightly different than other Shaw's Shopping orders when the setting is on (They don't say Red Card required but still say they are shopping orders). The Klepto flaw has been one of the most useful things I have gotten in this entire game and it seems that the ingame discription didnt do justice on how it actually works but I think I may have cracked it.
