I understand these businesses need to turn a profit, and I suppose buying from them is better than buying from a random scalper. I got these 2 squishes the other day at a thrift store near me! I actually love the spring ones & already have 4 others, so 12" Avery will fit right in! I also do love a themed squish, and a bigfoot no less, so my new pink gal will be up with my Christmas squishes decorating our living room. The 25 erased set is from Hobby Lobby!! Like last 2-3 years I’ve been feeling like Jewels is deteriorating to the Walmart of local grocery stores. Most of them are traffic nightmares, people acting crazy, and nobody understands the self checkout is limited to 15 items or less or people who have a minimal capacity to be able to look up a produce in their relatively easy to use system. Just started tattooing this month mostly as a hobby and decided to splurge on a good ink set because my focus is bright bold and cute colours. I bought the master collection from Dynamic ink from a local tattoo supply store, nothing is past the expiration. My faves are pastels so I went to try to shake the lavender and for some reason the bottle looked like the picture- I shook it for like 20 mins and all it did was put some light flecks in the dark area. Then when I try to use it on fake skin it pours out light but after 15 secs. It settles to that dark purple. Then when I put my needle in, it mixes to the light again. For the first time in 15 years, I was able to walk into a popular chain store find an outfit that fit me in “regular” sizes. I no longer have to shop in the small corner of the store where I found so much shame. Had to share it with people who understood that it’s not the scale it’s how you feel about yourself and progress is more than a pant size. I have been seeking a solution for fatigue from various doctors since at least 2017, and it slowly continues to get worse. The only explanation I ever got yet was when I asked a new doctor in 2022 why no one ever treated my low Vitamin D. So that was treated with 5000 iu D3 every day, and for a short time it really helped. But nothing that seems to help lasts for long. In a years time I have slowly gone from shopping in stores and doing some curbside pickups, to the opposite of that because it is too exhausting to walk very far right now. Hello everyone, I hope y’all are doing well. I posted a video about 3 weeks ago showing how my engine mount was getting worse and how my car was shaking. I have a 2013 Honda Civic LX, and I went to a mechanic today who quoted me $2,100 to replace 3 mounts using OEM parts. If I go with after market parts, the total would be around $1,100. Does that sound fair? I’m considering doing it myself. I watched a video on how to change engine mounts, and it doesn’t look too bad. I’ve got all the tools, and I just need a piece of wood to support the engine. Can y’all help me choose which parts I should buy? I’m leaning toward OEM.
