Okay so I just had my daughters school orientation last night! Such a bittersweet occasion. Im so excited for her though! Anyway where do we do school shopping these days?? I want to bring her with me physically so she can pick out what she wants. As a kid I swear we had like literal backpack stores in malls and stuff. Hi! My 18 year old nephew really likes this brand and he knows I’m going to NYC this weekend and asked me to go get him something. I have never shopped here, but I remember someone a few years ago mentioning a waiting list and things being sold out and waiting in an hours long line. I couldn’t see anything on the website about signing up online to visit the store— is that still a thing? Hi, I am trying to return an item from an online order. I didn't know the return policy changed. Item is unworn with tags on. I would exchange for a different size but due to the style no item will fit. I have been a long time customer and frequently shop there.
