Eat homemade meals, bake yourself a nice cake because you deserve sugar to ease your stress (or any other snack you like, fruit is good too!) Drink lots and lots of water because you need to stay hydrated and make do a small exercise. Hi everyone, quick rant while I’m on my lunch break. I’m a shift manager in the UK and our stores have all been changed over to new owners. Our store has installed a TV in the lobby intended to give customers live footage of the other side of the kitchen. Our counter is open plan so you can see from the lobby into the whole of Side 1 and a part of the back corridor area.
