I am extremely disappointed with the way my order has been handled by Uniqlo online store. From my order, one item was never delivered to me. After repeated follow-ups, your team simply stated that the case was “investigated and closed” without sharing any proof, delivery confirmation, or investigation details. I made this top using old upholstery fabric that I found in an old upholstery shop turned thrift store about 2 years ago. I was struggling to make anything with it because it was less than a yard of scrap fabric. And so it sat.
