Starting a new store and i need a one page shop that collects emails, sells one product, etc. Don’t really have time to learn it. My last store i bought fully up & running already. Where do you find people to do these things? How much do you pay them?

Hello! I am currently transitioning my family’s long-standing business into the digital age. For years, we remembered our customers' names and preferences just by seeing them in the shop. A few times a year, my city holds a shopping and wine event. It's pretty fun! I went tonight with some friends and we had a good time. However, there was one store where the owner brought her son (he was likely around 6/7 years old). He started banging on the table when they were pouring drinks and nobody said anything.
