Recently went wedding dress shopping and had a budget of 500 in mind. Not many bridal options at that price at the shop I went to but the wonderful girl who helped finally brought out the dress I ended up buying and really loving. She made it sound like it was this meant to be deal because this dress was 499 which turned to 399 due to them having a first look deal or whatever. It’s an Amelia couture dress. Body positivity and vanity sizing have absolutely ruined clothing and fashion for women who are slimmer/more petite end of the spectrum. So, after the post the other day, I found out about [Cider](https://www.shopcider.com/), and I find the clothes that they stock visually nice - their tops still seem to have a waist, they play a lot with their shape and texture and with sleeves. They also carry a lot of bodysuits. These days, most of the stuff seems to be just shapeless, oversized and falls down straight, and all of those tend to swallow me, as a petite person with short torso. The problem is that they are seemingly a shein/temu store, and that they are low in quality, prone to sending the wrong size, and that their return policy is suspect at best.
