I drove in Melbourne, Australia. When shopping at a grocery store Uber used to tell you if an item or replacement was too expensive. Now they wait until your card gets declined at the checkout to tell you. I’m left standing there, in a noisy supermarket trying to talk to support over the phone or wait for their responses in the chat. They are entirely unhelpful and tell me to substitute for a cheaper item. In the end I’ve resorted to just removing expensive items from the customers cart.
