Hey y’all, wondering how this is enforced at your store! I work at a neighborhood store that has busy moments but definitely isn’t high volume. If a partner has to go to the bathroom, they’re allowed to go. The most I’ll usually enforce is one person at a time. I don’t count that as part of breaks. To me, a break is time for you to eat something, drink something, or just sit in peace for ten mins.. not time to do a bodily function that you have to do anyways.
