From 2011 to 2015 I bought almost every videogame I had for PS3 off of this one website. You could get really good deals on them, but they sold phones and things too. It looks like it may be shut down now, but all the online stores that others have mentioned to me aren't the ones I'm thinking of. Anyone got some US online stores you purchased from in those days that are gone now? Looking for jewelry stores in NYC + LI!26m agoI'm going ring shopping this weekend with my boyfriend and I am looking for recommendations in NYC! I live on Long Island but wanted to make a fun trip out of it by training into the city for Valentine's day weekend, so I am open to all locations, both the city and on LI. Budget is anything under $10k. If I am getting a diamond, lab-grown only. Moissanite is another good option. For carat size, I'm between a 3-7 carat ring (big range because I don't know what would look good on me just yet) with a marquise shape. Ring shopping this weekend is more about being open, trying sizes/shapes/stones/settings, so I'm mainly looking for good stores that made your ring shoppin... Store/SA recommendations? LA/SF/Chi26m agoHi all: My partner got promoted to a higher level executive position at his tech firm, and my partner wants me to graduate from athleisure to more adult wear + statement pieces for our Asia trips. He also knows I have wanted a Kelly for some time, so we are contemplating playjng the game for the next year or so, as a gift for me due to his promotion. Right now we live on some acreage in Oregon but will be moving to Seattle for his role. We will be doing some commuting to the Bay Area for his work as well as to LA to visit family. We have a second home in Chicago (where my family is), in Gold Coast. It is within walking distance to the Hermes store there…unfortunately we are rarely in Chi... First time in Rome.27m agoI’ll be visiting Rome at the end of March, and I’d love to explore some shopping areas—especially places where I can find designer items or unique thrift/vintage pieces. Could you please recommend the best streets or stores to visit? 6 reasons Private Equity annoys me: A short rant.27m agoDo you remember *The Number 23*? It’s a 2007 psychological thriller, starring Jim Carrey. In it, the protagonist, played by Carrey, becomes increasingly obsessed with the 23 enigma, noticing the number, or patterns connected to the number, everywhere in his life. The digits of his birthday add up to 23. Assigning numbers to the letters of his name equals 23. Soon he begins breaking down license plates, prices on menus, and phone numbers, rearranging them until they add up to the number 23, all while falling deeper into paranoia based on this so-called “evidence.” I don’t really remember much of the plot beyond the obsession with the number 23. Even so, lately, I’ve been feeling m... Local shops with HK accessories?28m agoAnyone know of any shops in the Austin area that consistently have HK accessories such as USP mags, VP9 mags, etc.? I’ve gone to several around here and occasionally they’ll have like 1 or 2 used USP mags, but I’m curious if any stores around here consistently get shipments in. Nifty Storage34m agoSo i picked up this generic version of that Stanley case that some people use ($33 after shipping) and if you take out the cup inserts (it comes with 12 inserts by default) it can hold Boulders and sidewinders (standard commander sizes, not the XLs) I would still leave one insert in to have a lip to remove it and better access the other deck boxes. Question about clubcards and addresses.37m agoCan anyone possibly help. I've been recieving letters from a stalker who I don't know, the letters are sexual in nature and clearly from another man (I'm a gay man). I have almost no idea who it could possibly be except one person who works on the self checkout. I work night shift at my store and buy some shopping when I leave most days, he works early in the morning. Does anyone know if there is any way to pull someone's address from the staff station using their clubcard? I have no idea how someone has my address as we just moved this year and so I'm trying to systematically remove ways they could have gotten it from suspicion. The reason I suspect this person is t... Places to shop in Bangkok45m agoHi! I’m trying to do some shopping in Bangkok today. Basically I stupidly brought only three clothing options figuring that I was going to buy all my clothes in Thailand since everyone was hyping up Thai clothes on instagram/tiktok. But I went to Siam Square and most of the clothes were one size fits all, and I found literally nothing that fits outside basic t shirts and oversized stuff (which I have too many of back home). Does anyone have recommendations for better places to shop? Or specific stores? I’m 5’4 with a 21” waist and I’m hoping to buy a lot of dresses and tops. If the dresses are meant to be a tighter fit I prefer stretchy since I’m shaped a bit funky and I really d... Should I tell my fiancé?49m agoI (25f) got engaged about a week ago. I am so in love with my fiancé (27m) and I am SO excited to marry him. We have been together for 1.5 years. He truly is the best see man in the world. I am so thankful for all the effort and thought that he put into my proposal. We went ring shopping of course and I found a ring that I fell in love with. It had quite a complicated band/setting that I also really loved. I figured he would buy it from that specific store but he decided to go with wholesale jeweler for a more reasonable price which I’m so glad he did!!! However, because it was a custom complicated band, the jeweler had to custom make it and therefore, it didn’t come out exactly like th... Where are we printing?57m agoMy husband and I are in the process of opening a book and mortar book store, and we want to have a sticker wall to sell a variety of custom stickers. I used to run an Etsy shop that was very successful and used Sticker Mule, but I can’t support their trashy politics. 🤦🏼♀️ Where are we printing stickers? I loved the quality of SM, so looking for something similar. Thanks! Support your small LGS59m agoI have been really vocal in the community about the lack of accessibility and availability of product. Riot, Target, Walmart, Micro Center Best Buy, GameStop and several larger local chain game stores have all failed to deliver product at a reasonable price. It *****. I saw a social media post yesterday from a small bookstore in my hometown that I played Pokemon League at 20 years ago and called them up. They sold me a box at MSRP and said if I wanted another to come back tomorrow. Fair play. They were $100 cheaper than the hobby store down the road. Not only are they not jacking up the prices to ride the current wave, they limited the amount of product that I could buy so that other peopl... Merch update: IM BAAAACK (after 7 months 😭)1h agoIm back with a merch update yall 😎 ive been gone for so long, sorry about that. It's been crazy. But time for your regular-ish-lly scheduled program. As u can see, I finally finished my Great Eastern plushie collection now owning all 3 of them! the Goodwill tag on him is crazy. I was able to get him from a thrift store re-seller on Mercari for $16 😭 I got so lucky. the plushie is in PERFECT condition, and they literally left the tag on him, so imagine my shock when I saw that they bought him for only $2 😳 if that was me that found it, I think i would have **** myself tbh. As for the pins? also Mercari! if u guys want, i can try to find out what shops the pins came from, but as ... It took me two months of perfect shopping orders to recover my pro shopper status from Christmas shopping.1h agoJust a fair warning to anyone wanting to do shopping orders today. Holiday items won’t be registered in the system correctly so photos of tags won’t matter and the stores will be out of so many things. What is #VALZUBIRIAGENDA and some ideas and insights1h ago# The 3 basic parameters of hashtag #Valzubiriagenda: 1. **We artists and everyone else can write and self-publish art- and artist-related books: memoirs, biographies, art books and art catalogs.** Books are forever. Pamphlets and brochures are not books. 2. **We announce a schedule of increasing prices of our art pieces,** which includes quantities (scarcity numbers) per price point and overall (the total quantity of art pieces we might ever make). This helps art traders, art investors and art collectors speculate or even stop speculating and instead join a community of investors working together to hopefully skyrocket to the higher announced prices in a shorter span of time. 3. **We can u... So how did everyone valentine day went mine was terrible. I never had a dash like this in my life.1h agoWent to go out a bit before me and my fiance went out. I turned off shop orders because i didnt want to risk losing pro shopper because of out of stock flowers or candy. because pro shopper be getting me the best shop orders here in Chicago but it came with a catch: a lot of bad food/grocery store pickup offers and make my ar tank. usually i sit between 84-76% but today i declined so many trash orders i dropped from 81 to 74%. i never declined so many offers like this. usually i declined like 15 to 25% of my offers and still stay Platinum. but today since i didnt want to deal with the hassle of shopping orders this day i turned off. i mean i wouldve made more per hour and didnt had to declin... ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
