is it just me but I have noticed shelves seem much more empty than usual the last few weeks , I initially thought it was just the luck of the draw but this week is the third time it has been like this , I shop mid week so not a Saturday clean out . today I visited a local Asda and the shelves were empty , I’m not exaggerating there was NO cheese in the store

Hi there! My 2 friends and I are taking a week long vacation to LA this summer and we are at a loss looking for accommodation. We’re predominately going for nightlife (clubs, bars, music) vintage shopping, thrift stores/designer thrift stores, good food and nice cafes. I was thinking of staying at hotel Figueroa as it seems pretty central to any direction we want to go. LA is large and we won’t have a car so we would like to minimize the cost of public transport or uber. Are there any better recommendations for accommodation that is “central”? Also any good shopping recommendations!! We love new and used clothing, maybe some designer thrift stores too? Thanks so much!

Been building EcomViz for a few months — a dashboard that aggregates revenue, orders, and avg cart across multiple Shopify stores in one place. A few things I learned working with the Shopify Admin API: 1. GraphQL orders endpoint pagination is tricky — cursor-based pagination breaks if you filter by date AND status simultaneously 2. Webhook reliability for order/create events is \~98% — always build a fallback polling mechanism 3. OAuth multi-store token storage — store tokens per shop domain, not per user, or you'll have headaches with re-installs Happy to share more if anyone's building something similar.
