Is anyone else having problems with Nordstrom customer service lately? I’m a frequent shopper and their top tier loyalty member and have been for several years and don’t remember their process being this bad before. They changed their process to include a disclaimer that they will not return incorrectly packaged items and also have new “made up” rules about returning designer items to their warehouse. Thrift stores are now selling necessities for the same cost as buying them new. My shoes are falling apart and if I had $20 to buy them at a thrift store, I’d just buy them new at TJMaxx.
