Hi people of reddit I'm seeking advice on how to use the Consumer Guarantees Act. I bought my son a $700 electric guitar amp 17 months ago from a reputable store. The other day it stopped working so I took it back to the shop. They briefly looked at it and said it only has a 1 year warranty and I did not choose to purchase their 3 year warranty. I would think that a $700 dollar amps lifespan should be a fair few years and not 17 months. How do you start trying to solve an issue like this? Basically, my Skyrim runs between 30-50 fps, which is great for me. After seeing the post of the padlock holder @sufficient_prompt888 had from LOTO hasps, I remembered I had some in my old toolbox that I stored at my mom's from when I worked as maintenance at a machine shop around 7 years ago. Found some LOTO locks too.
