I went shopping in Japan and got a figurine, so I decided to get the Essential Trunk in gloss green to carry it safely back home. The figurine will not fit in a regular-shaped checked luggage. I’ve been thinking about trying online shopping for beaded belts since local stores barely carry anything beyond plain belts. Alibaba and a few other marketplaces have a ton of options that look really fun and colorful, and some of them even seem pretty solid quality. So I work at a store that changes their prices every week. Saturday night I take down all the old sale tags, and put up the regular price tags (items will ring up at the lower price still so it’s a happy surprise for the customer) and if any customer asks me, I explain that they will still get the sale price. Then someone comes in over night to hang the new sales tags, so that no one gets over charged. Sometimes they don’t finish. So I finish Sunday morning.
