Hello Still relatively new, I'd say I got two ish weeks 15 hr weeks under my belt. I really care about my customers and finding everything or quality replacements a bit OCD in that regard. I often find my time is looking pretty good but per 30-40 item order I feel like I'm wasting 10 min trying to find some obscure item that I haven't shopped for before. Hello guys, I am looking for a santoku to gift a colleague of mine. He is not a professional cook but he’s really into cooking. His current knife is a Lion Sabatier chef. He was looking for a shorter knife because he feels his current one is a bit big for his kitchen so I thought a santoku might fill the bill. Also, since it’s his first Japanese knife, I think it would be best not to get something too chippy. I was thinking about a mid weight in ginsan or VG10, maybe with a wa handle but this is actually my preference. I see a lot of people using Costco Citi card which only gives 2% cashback (aside the 2% with Exec Membership), with purchases at Costco stores and online. However, there are other better options that give 3-4% additional aside the 2% Executive Club membership ? That’s a total of 5-6% in cashback rebates !!
