Hi everyone! I'm a startup founder visiting from South Korea, currently staying in the SF/Burlingame area. We have a LOT of food storage containers for just the two of us, but you just never know what types of food you're going to need to store, amiright? 😉 Anyway, my wife saw a video of a woman who made an organizer for her containers and it looked like a good idea so I went down to the shop and pieced together a simple shelf out of scraps that sits on top of the bottom pull-out in our pantry. We still have too many pieces, but at least we can get to them easier!

So im platinum with lower priority, dropped all the way down to the bottom of needs work and worked my way up to here. I ordered an item last week and received an email this morning stating they cannot fulfill my order. I had paid with a gift card, will the refund go back onto the gift card? Currently, the gift card says it only has $0.01. Additionally, this was my first online order so I had gotten free shipping. When I do get my refund, I plan on ordering a different item but wondering if I’ll have to pay for shipping this time or if I can use the same promo code? I wish I could attach the stethoscope and BP monitor to my character because some patients come in and need 4 things, I drop the BP monitor and it disappeared. I go to buy another and it says I have one but its not there. I got an influx of patients (like 6) at one time. I play solo so Im trying to rush around getting all the stuff..of course the BP monitor is in the way cuz only 1 patient needed it. Again, I drop it but this time by the shelves.
