Hey all, I filled out the survey- they told me to complete and then I’d get 15% off code. Well I completed and it gave me this bullshit. So I messaged Customer service and they tell me to check my email. I check, nothing. They tell me to wait 24-48hrs. I wait 48hrs, nothing. So I message again, and their remedy is to tell me to buy something then they’ll refund me 15%. The ****, no. I can’t even get a code from you, why would I trust you’d give me money back? What yall suggest to get my 15% off?

Hello, I can't afford baby/wet wipes for myself and need some. I understand they're a dollar+ at tree but for various reasons shopping in stores is not something I can always do.
