Is there ever a legitimate use for LMIA, or is it soley based on an easily abuseable honor system? If LMIA is supposed to be used a certain way, how is it supposed to be used? We all know that one hardware store, bakery, or wholesale shop in the province that still does *everything* manually. Today I saw a lady doing Spark using one of Walmart’s scooters (don’t know what else to call it) to shop an order. I found it rather odd. I know people have to make an income regardless, but in all of your opinions do you think that’s right or allowed? I know I don’t feel like trekking the whole store everyday because my back hurts or my Achilles is killing me, but I wonder if they have to use that to shop how do they haul everything to the front door or porch or whatever the drop-off is?
