I wanted to share my experience here so that no one else experiences this with u/Chase Shops. I ordered a MacBook Pro 16 utilizing the 1.5x point offer in December 2025. The laptop arrived December 17th, and when I powered it on, the screen turned on, but after 24 hours it went black. I called Chase Shops, and they advised I visit the Apple Store to get their assessment and confirmation that the product was defective. Since we are finally getting a skatepark. I’m hoping some one opens a good skateshop here in town. We did have that store explore outdoors and he had a small selection of decks. But has since closed. Several years ago we had the Old Capital Bicycle Club if anyone remembers that place the guy that ran it had a decent skate shop along with bikes. Bought a ton of stuff off him. **A tale as old as time.** I am flying to Busan from Japan, so I can return to Japan on a Tourist Visa. So I’m genuinely curious about what could have happened: I placed my order, the shopper started shopping and it showed they had “shopped 2 out of 24 items”. It stayed that way for legit 2.5 hrs 🙃 then it finally started moving at a normal pace and showing they were shopping the rest. So my question for the shoppers: what would cause this kind of delay once they had already started shopping?? Does IC pull you off an existing order to go to another store or something? I had paid for the faster delivery as well if that matters.

I went to two different stores in Michigan, a comic shop and Barnes and Noble. Both stores had the second volume of Absolute Batman, but the pages were warped in four different directions for all of the books they had. This was at both stores. Is anyone else having this issue?.

So I have a 1070 ti in some games I noticed some screen tearing and in other games some wierd lighting like if I look one side it goes dark and if I turn another direction it gets lighter is that a sign of it dying? Also would a 5070 be worth upgrading to? I grabbed this screen shot from dargo.net’s kickstarter campaign. Looks like they are just selling an overpriced raspberry pi with CasaOS while making some bold claims. I’ve never used CasaOS but I’m pretty sure that is what this is. If it is…..does CasaOS do all the stuff they claim?
