I started Intermittent Fasting in December 1. I did not know my weight, and assumed it was 210 pounds based on previous weightings at my doctor's. But it could have been anything between 200-210 for certainty. Come last Sunday, January 11, I decided to begin a 7-day fast as an experiment on my discipline and self-control. I've been doing keto for about 6 months now and have lost 28 pounds, which has been amazing. My Huion gt220 v2 tablet randomly today started having problems where a red tint glows around only on dark images on the display. When I turn on the tablet the logo with a white screen turns on perfectly without the red tint, but then when it gets to the window screen, the red tint shows up only on dark colored areas. I've been doing keto now for almost 2 months. I'm doing it as a metabolic therapy for my mental health which means I need to be within a therapeutic ketone level.
