Jio Store Locations

So my jio number was disconnected due to no recharge, and the jio cx service says that I'll have to visit the Jio store to reactivate it. The problem is I'm not in India. So, do you know if there is any jugaad to activate the sim without me being there?

I have been long term user of Jio prepaid. Last year when I booked a trek in Kashmir, I came to know that only postpaid works their. So in Aug last year, I went to Jio store and asked them to convert my sim to postpaid. They told that min rental plan starts from ₹349 which will cost me more than 400 pm. That was very costly compared to prepaid but still I switched to postpaid. I aslo paid refundable security of ₹450. I used postpaid sim for 2 months. I paid Aug & Sep bill on time. Jio sim is deactivated so I have contacted the Jio Care and got the Tag number for reactivation, however Jio Store guys want the owner(My Sister) of the sim to be present to reactivate it. (She may not visit India until end of 2025) - Not sure on how long the Tag number will be valid/available ? I recently ported my VI sim to Jio sim. I had requested a home delivery which was supposed to be free with no activation charges or any fees for that matter. The person who came to deliver the sim, recharged the sim for Rs. 299 and asked me to pay Rs. 499. Hey, I had multiple Sims so I gave my sim to by brother. My brother forgot to recharge and sim is now deactivated. As it is linked with my documents, I cannot go and activate the sim as I live abroad and have no plans to visit India any time soon. I don't want to lose the number. I have filed a grevience on consumerhelpline.gov.in to Jio for not publishing updated Disney+ Hotstar app on their JioStore for JioSTB. Their representative have told me that the app would be updated by 15 August as the app still needs some work.
