Is this return and exchange policy same in other countries too? Can you guys exchange your iPhone 17 for other model ??

From India and I have been owning this phone for 3 years now. This black dot appeared all of a sudden when I zoom to 3x. Could this possibly be a dust particle or should I change the camera module? If so, I am afraid the apple store would cost me nearly half the cost of buying a new iPhone for just changing that. But if I trust a third party service centre would they be able to find what the issue is without messing my phone? Need suggestions if anyone had this issue.

Hi guys!!! As the title suggests, my experience with the 17 Pro max has been rather unpleasant. The delivery window shown is 5th Oct – 11th Oct. Couple of questions for those who’ve ordered before: 1. How long does it usually take for the status to move from Preparing to Ship → Shipped? Folks, has anyone used the *trade-in* feature on the Apple India website or did it in person at the Apple store? I currently own an iPhone 13 and planning to get a 17 during the yearly Republic Day sale. And I've been wondering, how the data transfer exactly works. If I take the 13 with me to the store and get a 17, do you get some time to transfer the data and set up your new device? Also, for anyone who's sold an iPhone before, what's the best way to sell it to get maximum value? My 13 is in top notch condition physically with no scratches. Battery health is 84%. 3 days after using the iPhone 17, I realized I use my phone way more than I predicted. Main battery drain sources are 1. Instagram 2. Work phone calls & Google meet. 3. Twitch streaming. I initially wanted to buy the iPhone 16 pro max but I was afraid of the size.
