I've been trying to find a planner for 2026, and I am unable to settle on one that meets the needs I have of it and is aesthetically pleasing. Hi, I am extremely new to needlepoint. So much so I’m still waiting for my first kit to come in the mail. I was looking at getting one more canvas to have once I finish my beginner kit and I have a question. Some stores don’t offer kits/threads with their canvas. Do you have to color match the exact colors to what is painted on the canvas or do you just choose threads that closely match or are in your stash? I do not live near a LNS and my only in store shopping choices would be Hobby Lobby or Michaels so I don’t have a great way to seek out info in person!
