So I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a new toolbox for Christmas since it said Alhambra had it in stock. Called one of his friends to go with me since he has a truck, we get there and the cashier says "we literally just sold it 15 minutes ago" goes back to "check" and confirms that they infact did just buy the one they showed in stock. I am used to automatically receiving ITC discounts upon providing my phone number at the start of the checkout process. Today I provided my phone number to the clerk. He typed my number in and stated my name, scanned my few items and told me the total. I could tell the 20% discount hadn't been applied so I asked if it had been. The clerk responded by saying no. He then scanned a barcode posted at the checkout which in large characters stated the barcode was for ITC members only, 12/12/25 thru 12/14/25.
