Eligible Amazon.com.au returns can be dropped off at Australia Post locations or ParcelPoint drop-off points using a prepaid return code. At eligible Australia Post locations you can also choose a no-label drop off, so you do not need to print anything. |

Drop off your return at an eligible Post Office or Parcel Locker using the prepaid return code. At Post Offices you get a receipt as proof of return. A no-label drop off is available at eligible locations, but not at red street posting boxes.

If you receive a ParcelPoint return code, show it on your phone at a ParcelPoint drop-off location, often inside a local shop. The code can be scanned from 30 minutes after it is generated.
How to Return an Amazon Item at a Drop-Off Location

Open Your Orders. Go to Your Orders on Amazon.com.au or in the Amazon app and choose the item you want to return.

Pick a reason. Select why you are returning the item. The reason and the seller can affect which options you see.

Choose a drop-off option. Choose Australia Post (with or without a label) or ParcelPoint, depending on what is shown for your item.

Wait 30 minutes. Return codes can take up to 30 minutes after they are generated before they can be scanned, so do not rush to the counter straight away.

Drop off the item. Bring the item and the return code, or the package with the printed label, to your chosen location.
Refund timing: You receive a drop-off confirmation email once the package is processed. Refund timing then depends on the payment method; gift card refunds are usually fastest. |
