Great Clips Locations

Hey guys. Brand-new player here I’m shacking up in a cabin for 10 days with my dogs, and looking to advance my playing with a bunch of lessons I have saved. However, I’d also love to challenge myself to learn a good E9 version of Auld Lang Syne. I did a quick search and found a couple of great clips of it being played, but I’m not quite slick enough to decode them. Does anyone know of a good lesson for this tune that I could use on my 3x4 with Emmons copedent.

Before my hair got long, I always went to Great Clips since little kid, and I haven't been there in over 2 or 3 years and I'm not sure if they would know how to deal with messy frizzy mixed race, black/white type 3 hair. I just want it to be cut down to like 6 inches in length instead of the messed up 8 to 12 inches. (I snapped one day when I was sick and grabbed scissors and cut off 4 inches of my hair in the front and sides as I got tired of it always being in my face which caused me to look worse.) Im going to be graduating school in a couple weeks and i just got hired at great clips. During the interview she showed me all the benefits and also that with tips and everything, on average i'd be making about 25 to 30 dollars an hour. Is this true? It almost feels too good. And im alittle iffy because i definetely hear a lot of mixed reviews about it. And im a little concerned about how little time you have to cut someones hair. Its like 12-16 minutes. That seems wild to me. But she said there is a lot of training to get me to that point. I'd love to try it out but i just want to hear what other people have to say that are licensed. Im defintely bummed that they dont do color tho...

Went into Great Clips to get my split ends cleaned up I told her to keep the length. Now looking at the results, it looks like she decided to remove the thickness as well, and this after trying to grow it out for the past year. Why do these people not listen and decided I would look better with thin hair? Sighs, looks like I need to find a new place. The first 4 stylists listened, now this *****, it's not like it can be undone.

Hi! I moved here from another state and am missing my guy at my Great Clips. I have a simple, low-maintenance hairdo and I can’t afford a pricey salon cut. Any suggestions? I lived here once before and went to Kosa in Queens which was not bad, but I’m hoping for some firsthand experience suggestions. TIA!

The KTS100 MK8 feels made for medium-range suppression. Recoil is very manageable when you burst and hold angles, but it’s definitely weaker up close. If you like structured, methodical play and locking down open areas, this LMG feels great. Clip shows how it performs when you play it slow and smart.

Ideally, I’d like to get a haircut where someone can recommend what to do with my hair. I’ve got long enough hair that a razor is never used, always scissor, so I hesitate with barbershops although maybe I’m just completely off with that. Generally I just go to great clips and it’s fine, but id like to take my hair a little more seriously than I have been. Anyone have any recommendations? I’d prefer in the city but definitely willing to drive if I have to.

I had found out that Great Clips offers a service where you can get a clipper cut for free after diagnosis. I went and got a #3 clipper cut, as I was too nervous about going shorter. This was after my 2nd infusion. Well, right after my 3rd infusion, the shedding started REALLY BAD. My hubby just clipped my hair to a #1, and it slowed the shedding a bit. I didn't know how much my scalp was going to HURT though. It's harder for me to sleep because just putting my head on my pillow causes pain. I don't know what to do. I did get some Alra shampoo and will use it tonight. Hoping that helps.

I need recommendations for a barber shop to give my son a low taper fade in Sacramento. If you've had one you know it's special skill and not something you can usually just run down to great clips and knock out. Plus he's only 8 and I want to give him the full barber experience. whatcha go

So many great clips of an awesome genre

Both my partner and I have long hair (past shoulder blades) and we can’t seem to find a haircut under $80 in KW? We literally just want the dead ends cut off and basic long layers. Any suggestions? Our go to used to be Stil Hair Studio in Waterloo but they have recently closed. We also used to go to Dynamic Family Haircare in Kitchener, which has also closed. Where are the reasonable rates at? Please don’t say First Choice/Great Clips. TIA😊
