Podstatně větší porce a čerstvé suroviny. Čerstvé maso dovážené z Irska. Bulky z Polska. Neomezený refills. Jen zelenina je lokální. Nemají mrazáky, dělají z čerstvých surovin na místě. Není to drahý. Je to adekvátní nákladům. Lidi se toho budou moci užrat a franšízant bude v balíku. Uplakánci.

(Before I start, I’m at no risk of eating an unhealthily low calorie count and I’m not looking to a diagnosis. I know I’m fine, but I grew up with girls who had ED’s, most of the time I was the one making sure they were eating. So I’m sensitive to these kinda feelings within myself. I know this isn’t a therapist’s office, I just wanna know if anyone else can relate.) I’ve lost almost 40 lbs so far (down from 270) and I’ve started noticing feelings that scare me. Lately, whenever I eat a meal that I cannot accurately estimate calories/protein for, I feel a genuine anxiety about it. If I eat too much but I can count it, I can make it up, but the not knowing stresses me out....

I have a challenging situation and I’m curious about other POVs. I’m a mom and a business owner whose husband used to work for the Board of Education, taught in college, and oversaw summer school when I met him- the way it often goes with people in education because they need to make ends meet. He has a Masters degree. He electively stopped working to raise our kids when we only had one, when the baby was about 3 months old. I was OK with this- what better way to be raised than by a parent who’s fully invested in every way? I’m talking about the pump dispensers where you fill your own little cup with ketchup, mayo, BBQ sauce, etc., instead of getting sachets or pots from the counter. I swear they used to be everywhere, but I can’t remember the last time I actually saw one. Do any McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King, Five Guys, or even local burger/chicken shops still have them? Or have they all switched to just handing out sachets or dip pots? If you’ve spotted one recently, where was it? Cheers for any insights!

I got an interview for a crew position at Five Guys tomorrow, and I have no idea what to expect. If I get the position, this would be my first job. I’ve done some volunteer work before, but nothing fast-food related. I’m also mildly autistic, so I tend to be a little awkward in conversation. I’ve had one job interview before (Starbucks), struggled a bit during it, and never got a call back. I want this interview to go as well as possible, so could you guys give me some advice about what kind of questions to expect? It's been a while since I started going to the shopping center (since it's only a 15 walk from my house) and order a McCombo each time. I tried to replace it with frozen pizza, as it's considerably cheaper and the supermarket is even closer than the SC, but my craving for McDonald's is so big that I don't mind walking. One of the more polarizing fast food places, because of their high prices. And because of their higher than competitor pricing I have largely avoided them - went a few times when they first arrived in town to try them out, left less than impressed, and that was it. But somewhere between now and then, they introduced a combo for fourteen bucks, which brings it in-line with the average price of a similar combo at most made-to-order burger spots. I ordered from Five Guys at around 17:30. The App updated me that food is ready at around 18:00. I saw the driver collected the food about 7 minutes later. And I keep on tracking the App as don't want to miss a message or call. However, what I saw is that the driver sits in the food court for entire hour, not sure what he/she's doing. The driver started to deliver the food at around 19:23. The food is still not with me as the driver go for a place on the other end of city.

It was so cheap I ate out almost every day, sometimes twice a day, and literally didn’t care about the hit to my wallet. It only cost me about 15 minutes worth of my office job work. Hi, I’m not really sure whether I can classify my allergy as a peanut allergy as I have never had issues with foods that have been cross contaminated, and have often eaten 5 guys peanut oil fries. I was at five guys last night and ate one of the free peanuts in shells they have there (never had a whole peanut before - the smell of them makes me feel a bit ill). Pretty much immediately my tongue and throat felt spiky and my lips started swelling up. I rushed to A&E where they gave me an antihistamine and basically sent me on my way (I could breathe normally and my throat, tongue and lips were feeling more normal).
