So I understand that the FedEx drivers in my area are through a contract (they don't even have actual FedEx marked truck, but instead run around in Penske rentals). I have received several deliveries over the past 30 days, yet now they are not even making an attempt at delivering packages to me, but instead are now just driving past to make their deliveries to the school across the road (straight up watched him just a little bit before noon on 12/9/25, going to the school, which means he drove right by me). This is a rural area. They literally send a single truck for places on this route. Where the problem lies is the fact that now a package that was supposed to be delivered on 12/8/25 ...

So for context: on 12/09/25 At 1:49 AM, I requested for the package to be held at Walgreens location. At 3:54 AM, the package departed FedEx location At 9:11 AM, the package arrives at next FedEx location. At this same time, “Hold at location request accepted, Shipment is being redirected as requested to FedEx OnSite” At 9:32 AM, “On FedEx vehicle for delivery” At 5:06 PM, “Shipment arriving On-Time” Now it’s 12/10/25 (1 AM) and the package still says out for delivery. Should I reach out to FedEx in the afternoon to try and figure out what happened or should I just keep waiting? Wondering what the best thing for me to do would be. Hey guys, I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about this or is going through the same thing. My package has been stuck at a sort facility in Miami for 7 days. It was supposed to arrive on December 4th, and it's already December 10th and it's still in the same place. I called FedEx and a guy told me there are operational problems at the station. I don't know how true that is, what do you guys think? They haven't even given me a delivery date.

Reeally important mail was sent via overnight express on 12/3. It’s now 10pm on 12/9, and still no package. i have talked to so, so many reps - and EVERY time am told it’s out for delivery! Adding insult to injury, when I expand shipment details I see the package was 15 min away on 12/5 - and then for god knows what reason left and went two hours away. WTF? Is there any action I can take other than calling their call center a bajillion times to check on it?

This is a total long shot but anyone here receive a Green Chef box delivery from FedEx tonight that is most definitely meant for someone else (me)? I called FedEx support and they said they already received a call from the recipient of my box and are “investigating” both our support tickets. But no time estimate and no promise of resolution. Those are my main meals for the week so if you’re out there maybe we can move faster than FedEx? Surely we’re in the same area!!

Hi , I usually get packages sent by fedex , the delivery date was extended by 2 days when it was in Singapore and now it's at the fedex depot ( arrived 6.30pm last night) and usually it's cleared in a few hours but it's still there , is it taking longer due to the we time of year ? Thank you

I ordered something that was shipped out with 2 day delivery last Monday. Once the package got to my town it has been stuck in a loop of going out for delivery, being updated to the next day, not going out for delivery the next day… and so on. FedEx support won’t return my calls at this point. And I don’t really know what to do. Two days ago I changed the shipment to pick up at a FedEx store but it went out for delivery and wasn’t delivered again today.

hellos. My dad lives off of Slater Road in Ferndale. He lives in one of three homes down a quarter mile driveway. He has a big huge mailbox where the driveway meets the road. USPS always leaves packages in or near the mailbox in general.
