I rank Fedex alongside USPS, terrible. But at least USPS doesn't flat out lie. My Fedex packages always seem to be marked delivered when they haven't been. Is there a delivery quota by time/day that needs to be met? Last week my delivery was "out for delivery" and then 3:30 it says "package undeliverable-owner not found business closed". Lies! My business is open until 6 pm. Then it says return to sender. Can't get anyone on the phone but next day (sunday) says it was delivered (my business is closed) and shows a storefront pic that isn't anywhere near me. 2 days later a business owner nearby hands me an open box and says it was just delivered...

11/19. Does anyone know how long it can take for customs to release my package? I called and they said they have all the paper work. It’s been stuck since 11/07 (8 biz days) . I also emailed them my invoice.

I had spoke with customer service they said a supervisor from the warehouse will call me back, has been two days since then. What should I do next?

I just want to let everyone know, you can't use PO Boxes as a delivery address even if the only restriction best buy tells you is about the weight. I have a package I wanted to get delivered to a PO Box since I'm in the middle of moving and don't have a permanent address yet, and now FedEx tells me you need an address, 3 calls to FedEx later, 3 calls to BestBuy later, all I have is "we updated but seems its not updated yet". They should just explicitly say, our carrier does not allow PO Box deliveries. Screw BestBuy and their crappy user experience.

Maybe it’s just a holiday delay but I ordered something expensive online which I told myself I’d never do, Slaughter is 30 min from Baton Rouge, and it’s been 3 days that it’s been “out for delivery” still no delivery date.

After being “delivered” to my pick up spot in Walgreens, apparently it got picked back up, then I got 3 different trackings for the one package and then it went to a FedEx facility?? I haven’t gotten any updates about it since. I went to a FedEx hub hoping the staff could help me out but they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

My wife and are heavy users of Amazon and other online purchases. Mostly no problems. Yesterday I backed out of the garage and heard the crunch of my rear tire crushing a box. Braked in time so the kitty litter survived. Simply said I don't understand why, other than laziness, they put packages in the driveway. Always in the blind spot so the packages are hidden from view while in the garage or in the car and just a few steps from the safety of the front porch. FedEx does it routinely and Prime for the first time yesterday with the kitty litter. Anyone else have this problem?

Like the title said, I am looking for info on when or if the H2C printer might show up at Best Buy or Microcenter on the east coast in the US. I would prefer to buy it locally... To be on the safe side due to crazy delivery companies like fedex. Thanks

I just got an email, apparently from the customs, claiming that they need a payment voucher and the delivery order. They say that if I do not send it, or it is fake, they will open the package. Is it legit? (The email is in spanish. Sorry about that)
