I just did my first order on December 27th, its January 19th and im still getting processing/waiting fedex pickup. Ive submitted a help request 3 times now and have heard nothing, plus the live chat feature is down currently. Im really lost on what to do next, any advice??

Hey guys do you think its possible there are store deliveries where the customer isn't even given the option to tip? I ask because i bought some dog food from Petsmart online and had it shipped the same way you'd have anything shipped. I assumed USPS, UPS or FedEx would send it, but then I got a random notification from Uber saying my dog food was on the way. They had a Uber driver deliver my dog food from a local store instead of a standard shipper. I didn't order through Uber obviously but still felt the need to tip bc its what i do too but there was no option. I had no cash. I felt bad even though it wasn't my fault. Is there any business that resells Qore Performance's ice vents? The only thing that's making me stop having to buy for it is they use FedEx and shipping in to Australia they charge for outrageous prices for shipping that are more expensive than actual prices of the goods themselves. For instance I'm buying their ice vents and their prices for delivery in 8 business days (opposed to actually using someone like UPS or USPS) costs $134aud for delivery.

I’m a FedEx delivery driver and my husband is a truck driver so we are both traveling most of our day. I need to use my phone throughout most of my day to call my husband, boss, and trainees when they have questions. I’d say sporadically for about a year now me and my husband aren’t able to make calls on our phones. We are the only people we know who have cricket experiencing this problem. I could have full bars 5G+ and my phone will say “call failed” every time as if I don’t have service. I recently ordered tea from Murchies in BC, Canada. I live in Boston MA so I was expecting some kind of additional charges due to the tariffs but I wasn't expecting the insanity that was my FedEx bill AFTER my tea arrived. I paid $10 in shipping to Murchies. And additional fee of $8.75 was added for tariffs( I think) but FedEx charged me another fee of just over $16 for my convenience?? Or something like that?? Is there a way to avoid this fee? I don't want to pay the tariff but I will to get my tea but is there a way to avoid the crazy FedEx charge?? Sigh I love Murchies rooibos teas. Sigh.

Hey all, I haven't purchased a pair of reps since the tarrifs went into effect last year. I was planning on purchasing from Repsun as I have enjoyed working with them in the past. I had asked about if there was any extra cost for shipping because of the tarrifs and they informed me there wasn't. Is this because they don't have to pay them and it will come back on me before delivery? Has anyone in the US purchased and got stuck with an unexpected expense from FedEx just to get their package delivered? Any help or advice would be much appreciated! I tried searching this topic before posting this but didn't have an luck. Thanks a bunch in advance!

I ordered my laptop last Tuesday and really need it as my old laptop broke. Scrolling through the subreddit I see horror stories of people’s packages being delayed for god knows how long. Is there anything I can do or do I just pray for the best?

To get started, I am looking for options. I have been dealing with a case for around 8 months now (since late May of 2025). I purchased an intake for my 640i, which was delivered about a week later. I was out of the state, so when I returned, I was met at the place of delivery with nothing. I live in an apartment/townhouse sort of complex, so packages are essentially available to anyone in the area. The issue here is, I'm 99% sure the package was stolen, FedEx provided proof of the delivery with a picture of it located at our elevator, which is a common place for delivery. Fed Ex accidentally delivered my package to the wrong address. I saw the picture notification and reported it about five minutes after it happened but they didn’t retrieve it. No biggie, it’s just a retail order. I talked to Fed Ex a few days later when they closed the ticket even though there was no resolution and they said the company I ordered from needed to submit a claim. Again, no biggie. Still waiting on my World Series set from early November. Was supposed to be here Friday after multiple delays. Got pushed back to today about 2 hours ago. And now it’s in ******* limbo because FedEx ******* sucks… Stay away from this awful company.

So basically I order a ticket for EDC 2026 and paid about $900 for it. I believe I created the account by signing in with my Apple ID. I just tried to open StubHub and for some reason it was logged out. No problem, right? Well, when I go to login with my Apple ID it prompt me an error message. Weird. So I decided to try my laptop in case the app wasn’t working. When I tried to sign it with my Apple ID on the laptop, it instead made a new profile using it?? Ordered my Reversed Wireview Pro II on 12/30/2025. Was given an 8-11 week window IIRC on delivery. Received 2 emails this morning. 1 from Thermal Grizzley saying my order had shipped, and another from FedEx saying I had an incoming package. I’m sure it’s at least a week out from the US. I recently placed an order through Costco for an item I need ahead of a scheduled medical procedure this week. The order was fulfilled by an external vendor rather than shipped directly by Costco. During fulfillment, an address detail was omitted, which prevented the order from being completed as intended. I contacted the carrier and was told that, due to how the shipment was initiated, only the original shipper can authorize any correction or alternate handling. I then contacted Costco and was informed that because the order was vendor-direct, certain account details required to make changes are held by the vendor rather than Costco itself. This package was supposed to arrive on Saturday. Friday I noticed this shipment exception, but it still said it was arriving on Saturday at the time so didn’t think much of it. Saturday came and went an no package. Yesterday I saw that it said there was a failed delivery in CHARLOTTE on Friday. The package is coming to South Carolina so what attempted delivery would be made in Charlotte?! Has this happened to anyone before? I ordered 9 items including a bunch of candy heart pink stuff. I got an email yesterday that 1 item (goddess ribbed to go tank) was shipped though fedex. Early this morning I get an email saying the rest of my order has shipped (through ups) but when I click the link for the tracking number, it shows whatever it was was delivered in December 2025. I called support and was told that it’s a “glitch” with the system and that Alo is still preparing my order and the tracking should be corrected within a week. I politely asked for a refund but was just told that they are preparing my order and to give it a week. What the actual f is going on?
