I have not received any other update, CS does not help. It's in this yellow **** for a week now. Has anyone received the package after this yellow exclamation point?. Is there something I can do or I just throw 800 USD to the trash?

I have requested holds on multiple packages in the past to be held at a Walgreens nearby my home with absolutely zero issue. The packages have always arrived the original day they were supposed to be delivered to my home. So since having normal experiences in the past, I placed holds on two packages that both had delivery dates to my home of 2/7. I requested the hold on 2/6. No movement whatsoever on 2/7. Tracking is stuck at “on the way- hold requested” and you can see the new delivery address at the bottom for the Walgreens I selected for pickup (a different Walgreens that I normally use). I have a package on the way shipped with fedex 2 day air, and it’s supposed to come today, but it is not out for delivery yet. It’s 9:55 am at the time of writing this. Does it still have a chance of coming today? Is this common?

As the title says. I’m a receiver/reverse logistics team member for a retail store, and for the last few Fridays our FedEx driver has been “missing” deliveries when we are still open. Even if there is no one to hear him honk his horn to open the door, we have a doorbell on the receiving door that you can hear throughout the building. Is there any way we can bring this up to another driver and have them bring it up to that driver? If we don’t answer, shouldn’t the driver go to the front of the building and deliver whatever he has to Customer Service? **TL;DR: I shipped my $190 Xbox Design Lab controller to Microsoft for stick drift under the standard one year warranty. FedEx misdelivered the replacement package and only approved a claim for $100 as Microsoft didn't declare any value on the package. I’m looking at ordering a package adding up to $160 and they offer “USA FedEx DDP” shipping (around $40). It says all U.S. customs duties and taxes are included and that there’s nothing to pay on delivery. Has anyone here used FedEx DDP option before? The first time this happened I thought though the location it changed to made even less sense but surely their reasoning was due to the recent weather and delays it's been causing.
