Just got my first delivery from Hallandale via POM. Packaging was perfect. Vial in a pouch with two ice packs - still mostly frozen- and supplies in a second pouch. All in a sturdy cardboard FedEx box. No crushing or damage. Transit time about 24 hours from label creation to delivery at my door. As a former Lilly Direct customer, I would rate this package as good, maybe better since I don’t have to dispose of a huge styrofoam container. Paid for overnight delivery with the Saturday option. Last update was 8:39 PM last night that it arrived at the Indianapolis hub and no update since. Is it likely I will receive it today? Not sure how good they are at scanning express packages overnight

Been going back and forth with Fedex and buyee for about 2 weeks now. Fedex says they have everything from my end and needs the shipper (buyee) to fill out the rest of the information. (Which should have been done before the package was shipped but that’s on them not me) Buyee has sent nothing over to Fedex it seems and now customs is saying my package might be sent back and destroyed. They are also saying that I will have to pay to ship it back and cover their custom duties and taxes. I find that ridiculous as the reason it’s still in customs is because of their negligence on this package they’ve shipped. How is this fair??

I have a international item coming from Japan via speedpak fedex and got a restricted notice on the ebay tracking which appears to be from a month old issue, but on speedpak tracking it seems it left 30 minutes after clearing customs. So is ebay wrong or is it still at risk of being lost?

Hello! I had a weird shipping thing show up on Etsy this morning - shipping for this buyer is $5.20, but it shows she was only charged 9 cents?? If she was part of the Etsy Insider program, she'd have paid zero, so do you think this is a glitch or something else? Has anyone seen this before?

Does the information have to be 100% accurate and honest? Regarding the MID manufacturer address and list every item? I'm aware I live with many nearby FedEx and I'm aware how strict they are regarding their manufacturer address and hs code. DHL isn't like this and I always had former packages with zero clothes delivered with no issue, any clothes I used ECMS. Bought two shirts during the BOGO event from Revolution and the next day I got an email saying my order was ready to ship then 10 minutes later I got another email saying my shipment was cancelled. Fedex shows delivery cancelled but the shop app shows my order was supposed to arrive today. Tried reaching out to shopaew support but haven't heard anything back yet. My package still has not arrived from Buyee… it was an expensive vintage rare bag and my first ever order from Buyee! I’ve contacted FedEx so many times. Everytime I message Buyee it seems like they give an automatic robot message, it’s like you’re not talking to an actual person! I ship high-value items regularly via FedEx Priority Express and recently started placing AirTags in my parcels. What I found genuinely shocked me. Every Friday, FedEx is routing my Priority Express shipments from Memphis by truck — not plane — to destinations including Miami, New York, and Los Angeles.
