Dairy Queen Locations

For the first time in a little under 2000 deliveries. Someone reported their order as never received. I’ve never dropped off at an incorrect address and always double check the address before taking the photo. What makes this hurt even more is when it’s a restaurant that serves hot food and cold items (Dairy Queen, Sonic, etc.) I always let the customer know I have their hot and cold items separated in two individual insulated bags. I give the extra effort to keep food as fresh as possible, and then a customer like this comes along and makes it look like it didn’t deliver their order.
