Hey all! I moved a little over a month ago, and I’ve been struggling to find any employment. I dont do much exercise really at all because of my work schedule, motivation issues, and other likely ****** reasons. For the past few weeks I've been on a calorie deficit diet where I attempt to only consume upwards of 2100 calories a day, if even that. I'm 23M, 255lbs, 5'10", and attempting to only eat low carb tortillas(60 calories) and occasionally other foods.
