We tried to shake down, umm.. ask for finicial support from these brands and they have failed to embrace Austin culture and customs. They have rebuked pronoun usage and gender affirmative policies. Honestly, why does Austin need vodka, rum or beer? We don't need the fascist gasoline or McDonald's or Chipotle. No stinking Jimmy Johns or Dairy Queen. My fiancé and I are going through the loss of our current dog and are planning ahead for a future dog (when the time is right). Something that brings us comfort when the waves of grief hit is thinking of a name for our future baby. Our prior pup was named after a character from a show we watched together. That bacon ranch burger was fire. Had Dairy Queen for the first time because I didn’t know they had locations that sold real food. Not only was the burger fantastic, so were the fries. I hope they increase locations

Good evening, everyone! I had yesterday off. I slept in until 6am (I get up at 4am for work, so this is 'sleeping in' for me), fed my cat, gave her her medication, and then I took a nice, long, relaxing shower. I didn't have to get kids up and rush them so they'd get to school on time. I didn't have to pay chauffeur. I didn't have to make anyone breakfast except for myself. I puttered around until I had to head to a doctor's appointment at 11am. Didn't have to worry about being late because of a diaper **** out.
