Hey everyone. First time posting here (mistakenly posted in the Halifax subreddit originally) Currently living alone in a 1bedroom, and just like everyone, life is a struggle. My work last year did not give out raises, and I expect a similar situation this year. My disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined. Dairy Queen has let me down. The menu did not have the steak fingers basket. Nor did it have the jalitos ranch hungr-bustr. So I started this week of fasting last Saturday weighing 171.8 pounds and today I weigh 175. I had about 800 calories Saturday evening, 2100 calories Tuesday evening, and 1500 calories yesterday evening. I didn’t eat the best food I had Dairy Queen for some of my calories Tuesday and Thursday. But I don’t see how I gained 3.2 lbs this week after only eating three nights. I’ve got some thoughts running through my head. I thought about just fasting until I break out of the 170s cause I seem stuck here.
