The fries are cut that way so they can serve you fewer fries. Chicken sandwiches at Burger King, Wendy’s or Carls JR are better. My fiancé works at CFA and gets a free employee meal every shift. We are on a tight budget so we appreciate the free food but he now to the point that he skips meals at work because he's so tired of the food there. We devised a plan for me to pack him a lunch that contains everything but the protein and he will add a CFA piece of chicken to it to finish making it a meal. Everytime I go I expect the standard fast food sorta flavorless, dry ish and not the most fresh but my expectations are exceeded when I buy into the food bc it’s so flavorful and amazing quality everytime. Plus the place is clean and the staff are super friendly. The chicken tenders, fries, sauce, sandwiches, and mac are all amazing and it’s like semi healthy if u get grilled. My only complaint is that the ice cream could be creamier, but other than that 10/10 fast food restaurant.

To the woman whos name I didnt get and who works the cashier in ChickFilA 125th Street NYC, you are an amazing woman. 10/10 food, but 12/10 customer service, it's a little expensive but honestly my day was so much better just having someone being kind to you, especially in New York City. ChickFilA really does serve smiles. I will be returning. I left there smiling, it's truly amazing what being kind can do to a person, lol. ALSO THE PRETZEL CHICKEN BURGER IS AWESOME!!!!

I needed to share this small win today! I’m terrible with fast food and let my cravings always get the best of me but I held back so much at Chick Fil A today! I did share my fries with my kiddo but kept the calories in there just in case because the container seemed overfilled. My regular order would have been the regular 12pc nugget combo with a large lemonade, large fries and with 4-5 Chick Fil A sauces on the side. That would be over 2,000cal which is insane!
