This is gonna be a long post because I’ve just been struggling this past week and I’m scared its either a medical condition I have or just anxiety induced dysphagia :( So basically over 2 months ago is when i had my first ever panic attack because i was eating a steak burger and I had thought I was choking on it so I panicked. Every time I go to a McDonald’s, checkers, Wingstop, Burger King. Sometimes Popeyes, even chick fil a to pickup or just sit in the parking lot to wait for orders, there is this heavy dead meat, rotting smell. It appears to be the chicken. Some days it is heavy and really nauseating. I swear I don’t recall this smell being like this years ago. Is it just me who notices this? Some orders I will pickup, the food will smell really good, so it’s clearly not every establishment.

There aren't many places that are safe for me to eat in Savannah due to my nut/shellfish allergies. I can't eat many foods due to my gastroparesis but I can eat chicken and maceroni and cheese. What's a couple good options for that? I love Chick-fil-A as they've always been a safe option for me but I'd enjoy trying other options. Cookout is mediocre and doesn't sit well. Carey Hillards can't guarantee it any longer. Barnes makes theirs in the same oil as friend shrimp as does Popeyes.

curse chick fil a for no longer selling the honey pimento chicken sandwich!! that’s all I can think about right now and I can’t get it !! I like raising canes, their chicken isn’t the best but their sauce is. Atleast a restaurant in Syracuse would be great. But we do have some room in Oswego. Syracuse area has a chipotle, I’m sure Rochester does too but OSWEGO. We need a chipotle, a Starbucks, and a raising canes. You might think they won’t do well here, but let me tell you. As a kid, I remember my dad always taking me to Chick Fil-A, which was one of my favorite places to eat before I got sick with anorexia. I would say that it's been years, since I have eaten here. I used to love their chicken nuggets and waffle fries. Well, today, I thought "Why not. It's been forever since I have had it." So my dad and I went to Chick-Fil-A and I got chicken nuggets and waffle fries. I was a little nervous at first, but ate all of it. I am not going to weigh myself or feel guilty. Though a disorder like anorexia can often make you forget foods you used to like, it's nice when you realize you can have favorite foods.

Can you? Cause it is one of the few safe foods. Or what is the closest to Chick-fil-A chicken nuggets? So far he rejects all the frozen or even other fast food ones I have tried. Thank you!

Just wanted to share my results as I am extremely happy about this. When I was first told I had high cholesterol i was mortified because I had always had a strong fear of having a heart attack or stoke. But, with 3 months of dieting I was able to drop my levels of everything in range. The diet I was following wasn’t even extremely strict in my opinion, I still ate fast food around 3-4 times a week, but it was usually with a chipotle bowl, or grilled chicken from chick fil a with no salt fries. I cut down my soda intake to around 2-3 sodas a month. My red meat intake was cut down to around 1 serving per week of a lean cut. I work for a community college in the financial aid department as a part timer. Can't work more than 29 hours a week because my state considers 30 hours full time, I make "too much" for SNAP, and my kid is too old for us to use WIC (though it was so helpful when she was younger!) We really rely on food banks from a local church and while I'm thankful for what they can provide, the quality of food is just getting less and less. I've been job hunting for full time employment since December of last year when I realized this place isn't gonna hire me full time but I've just had no luck. No savings to fall back on so to keep a roof over mine and my daughters hea...

Picked up an egg white griller for breakfast and when I got home and opened it, it looked like I got only half the chicken, literally it looked like it had been torn in half so that it fit the English muffin. I don't eat at Chick-fil-A too much, but I do love their food, and one of my favorite parts was chomping the bits of the filet that stuck out from the English muffin.
