My husband has been drinking a lot more due to his mom being in the hospital and not doing well. I know this may sound so ****** to people, but today after drinking all day (him) I just wanted Burger King. So I go, he decided to tag along and we get our food and I notice he’s eating- I ask that he just leave the food alone to avoid making a mess in the car. In the 3 minutes it took us to get home he ate my burger. This was literally the ONLY thing I was looking forward to and when I told him- he laughed. I know it’s **** and it’s just a burger, but this is getting harder than I thought.

Haven’t had Burger King in ages, but have been seeing the Whopper posts and had to give it a try… It’s good! I wouldn’t say “amazing”, but for fast food standards this definitely beats what I’d think as average. Flame grilled taste was notable for sure, and even though it lacked a bit in cheese, the toppings were great! 8/10 from Burger King!

I'm in my first readthrough of the series and Harry mentions in multiple books now his love of Burger King. Has Jim Butcher ever said in an interview or something why? Is it his favorite too and he just put that in the character? Is it to make Harry seem extra weird by making him like a less popular fast food place? Is there a reason at all? I got this from a binder I picked up recently. It had a lot of the original Burger King promos, so I think it could be related. It also looks like fruit punch(?) on the corner which makes me think it could be a fast food promo. Anyone own this? or have information about it?
